Outgoing calls barred

I paid my bill on a prticular day, which was much later than the due date. My outgoing calls were barred. Then that very day (morning) i paid my bill through my bank account (debit card) online. the transaction was successful. Since i was making such a transaction for the first time, i did not know that i would need to note the transaction ID, as my bank account statemnt does not mention that. The next evening, my calls were still not activated....

not getting roaming

I have the honor to state that I am customer of R com. Of Karnataka state, Bangalore .district. For office purpose I have to be make visits to almost all the state of India. but it very sad to say that I am not getting roaming services as presently I am in kanpur (eastern up). rejected sim card

sir,
my name is anish kumar .i habe a smart number([protected])from bihar. validity of my number is available. butmy numer is rejected to 24february . but i dont know why? i send complaint but donot take any action by service. no any reply on my mail by company. i want plese reopen my number quickly.

plan change without consent

i bought a reliace plan of DAPO-1 which offered me free local & national sms (unlimited).

but now they are changing the plan by only 3000 sms free per month.

every one is suffering with this problem we want the solution plz co-operate

Reliance GSM Sim Card Not Activate

I have taken New No of Reliance GSM One month before, i submitt require documents but after one month today 27-02-09 my number is not activated. for activation i was complant in call center. they Said U should contact with Dealer or go R World Which u Can Help with Activate Your Cell No.. but Dealer shope hasbeen Closed for last One Month. then i go for R World.the cant give me satisfy reply.my cell no.[protected] which is not activated yet....

My Name is kalpesh barevadia. I had applied on behalf of my componey for reliance broadband connection, i give all document to reliance employee( Name Mukesh Shrama Mobile no. [protected]). My Company not give approval to install broad band services, so at that time i stop payment of my check worth Rs 750/-. after that before his installation of cable i refuse the man and tell to company i don't want connection, so take back your items....

Customer service

Last december we tried out wireless netconnection and found out that it was too slow and internet did not work properly, skype ( net phone) did not work at all. Reliance company worker gave us addwise to get ourselves a landline. Reliance could not provide us with one, so we got it from Airtel.
We agreed to disconnect Reliance netconnect at once. How ewer bills keep comming and the customer service of this company is a joke! I´ve...

Number not disconnected

I have submitted a request to Reliance Customer Care to disconnect my Number [protected] way back in Aug 2008, Still i received a bill in Jan for some 743, which i paid and said gave a written application to disconnect my Number. Again I kept getting calls from the Reliance people stating that i needed to pay a minimum amount of bill as the number is not disconnected.

fraud from reliance

Dear Sir,


My mobile number is [protected]. I recharged unlimited relinace to reliance plan 799 .Recharge was sucessfull but the day after three they started charge on reliance STD also saying that you have shifted plan to 388 . However this is a top up not a tariff. by this way they are doing more and more fraud.They start a scheme and exploit the customer by there ignorance.

issues with network and gprs speed and protocol

i am a reliance GSM user from M.P. Indore...and i want to share few techy things which gives us a lots of problems...

smart GPRS does not support socket connection...it can be checked by the fact that operamini connects by http link and not by socket type...
secondly slick software (in beta stage) used as online IM client for many protocols like yahoo MSN gtalk etc does not work as it also uses socket type. i tried it...

cheating in form of activating value added services

I didn't activate reliance shayaari pack, but it autometically activated and I recieve a sms on 20/02/2009 at 8:34am of renewal i.e Subscription for shayaari pack has been renewed and valid for 10 days.To Un Subcribe sms UNSUB SHA to 56060.
and Rs.10 cut off from my mobile a/c balance .
if I activate that service why didn't I get any shayaari sms still now(21/02/2009, 5:12pm).
its simply cheating customer for...

1. It is intimated that Rs 200 was paid to Majumdar Telecom (recharge phone no. [protected]) to recharge Reliance Mobile no. [protected] (belonging to my father Lt Col RN Unnithan (retd)) on 11 Feb 09. However, it was seen that the phone was NOT recharged with the said amount.

2. On enquiry, Majumdar Telecom said that e recharge for the said amount of Rs 200 has been done on the above...

Service DeActivated

I have taken a data card from relaince communication outlet. This was activated and I could use services for 2 to 3 days. Thenafter suddenly service was deactivated without intimating me due to negative address verification. Though required documents were submitted properly and there was a address verfication also.

I do not understand I have take a pain or some service from Relaince....
