    My Name is Sriramakrishna Dendukuri. I have requested an Internet connection from Reliance Communications for house hold purpose on 05/Feb/2009, also I told them I have a Wireless router and the connection which I am looking for should work for that, and they took 9 days to get it setup at my house and finally they show up on 14/Feb/2009 and set the modem and found it requires to pass through login screen every time and it can not be connected to Wireless router. So they suggested for a Static IP address, then I requested to provide that Static IP address. The customer care people of Reliance Communications told me that my information in their system is not updated and it will take 72 hours, so they ask me to call on 18/Feb/2009. I did call on 18/Feb/2009 for a Static IP Address and they took the complaint and gave a complaint number as 89378541. Today is 03/Mar/2009 and still I did not get the Static IP Address, Since then I am calling customer care at least 4 to 5 times a day and asking for the status, but they are telling me that the status is “work is in progress”. Every time I am calling them I was asking them to call me back and give me the reason why it is getting delayed and also the time to complete this issue, but nobody has called me till now. One more thing is, the check I gave for this service Rs 3033 is already debited from account. I am not sure how those people are very prompt for taking money but not providing service to the customer. Frankly speaking I am not at all satisfied with the customer care of Reliance Communications. They are very rude and not at all friendly, even if I say I need to talk to their manager, they were not connecting me to their manager. I am really disappointed and requesting this form that get my money back and also pay me some compensation for the mental tension that I have gone through last one month. Please let me know what I should do for getting my compensation.

      Reliance the only Telecom company activate and charge the customer for the service which the customer has not subscribed, which is careless about the issue when contacted, Cricket Pack (Cricket Update) has been activated without my permission and charged for it, when called customer care, they provided me wrong information and had to call 7-8 times(talking to them more than an hour after a long hold) to register complaint and didn't get resolved, The Customer Care Executives are the most illiterate lot in the industry and they fail not only in solving my problems but also fails to register them . It’s a pity that a company like Reliance has such a pathetic system in operation which fails to take an action for the past three month.

      Also I sent so many Emails to the following Customer Service Emails

      Hi sir how are u today i recieved the mail from uk lottery saying that u have won rupees 1.75.00000 pounds u are the lucky winner everything the with ticket no and all the information ok what i did is that i told the people over skynet to deliver the winning prize to doorstep so that i would be ready to make the payment is this a scam or what let me now as soon as u see this email iam in bit of bother.
      I am atanu das, i am a distributor of reliance GSM in rampurhat, birbhum, westbengal. last 4 month a go i did not do any work of this, company said the are sake me, but not giv any sake latter to me if its true, then i want my all ckames and my deposite amount all total (40000+50000+100000+10000+35000) there not refund to me . now this time what do i do.

      harish manger for mandya ... and roshan zonal manger for mandya... now doing dada giri business now they r telling what they say we hav to bye that thing.. how they give we have to take that product...

      simpleexample ihave to recharge via mobile .iam doing from past 2 years now one of the sudden dist, telling if he recharge via elctronic way i have to purchase 20% of paper recharge. if i dis agree on this he will stop my services... this words telling by each of the above mention people ...

      now tell me this is a open blackmail by company... and there realeted people...

        I am using reliance bbc account last three & half year.but last 14 jan 2009 i was unable to recharge my account because i was out of station. After that i go 8-9 times to sector 14 Gurgaon [BBC center] but i am not getting amount in my account back.My account have 3800 account balance.

          Reliance GSM Mobile Service — UNWANTED CALLS

          Dear Sir,

          I am having mobile no [protected] and [protected]. I am getting always unwanted calls as well as SMS every time. As per customer care i have registered DND REG in the month of February itself. Message received that it will deactivate within 45 days. But around 03 months over i am getting always unwanted call, which will affecting our routine life and it may be the reasons of accident etc.

          We request you to DEACTIVATE all the UNWANTED calls immediately, otherwise i have an option to go consumer forum at any time.

          My colleague Mr. Runvijay kumar having mobile no. [protected] having same problem as well as his account is debiting always with unwanted SMS. Kindly rectify immediately.

            Dear Sir/Madam
            I got made Reliance One card at Reliance Outlet in Reliance Werllness Outlet, Jaipur in 2008 .The Temporary Card No.: is [protected] but till now Permanent Card has not been received. On asking reply at Customer Care Desk was requirement of 10 transactions. I have done more than the required figure but no trace of card till now.

              i am a regular user of SMART GSM service and had been using my no:[protected] since last one year. To my astonishment i found that my no is not having incoming and outgoing facility when i received a message from +52088. How is this possible . I tried calling the customer service 1000 times but all in vain.they gave me a complaint number for reference i.e.90249934 They even don't know the reason. Tell me where should i go with this complain. and the terrible service Reliance is providing in bihar.now i am in delhi with this number, i cannot be in contact with my relatives, some body help me out of this problem.

                I paid my bill on a prticular day, which was much later than the due date. My outgoing calls were barred. Then that very day (morning) i paid my bill through my bank account (debit card) online. the transaction was successful. Since i was making such a transaction for the first time, i did not know that i would need to note the transaction ID, as my bank account statemnt does not mention that. The next evening, my calls were still not activated. So i call up the customer care.. or whateva you would want to call that. The so called supervisor asked me for a transaction ID, i say i dont have it but i have my account statement, which says the the money has been debited from my bank account, and i can fwd it to you. The supervisor then said that they would need a proof of the transaction, which acc to them was only the transaction ID. As if i would fake the account statement!!! I told the person that i did not note the txn ID that time and she was like mam this is not my problem that you did not note the txn ID but without it they are not ready to help me.
                I just have one question now, Are the executives and the supervisors there for only arguing, without worrying at all about solving our problems because thats exactly what i felt.

                  I have the honor to state that I am customer of R com. Of Karnataka state, Bangalore .district. For office purpose I have to be make visits to almost all the state of India. but it very sad to say that I am not getting roaming services as presently I am in kanpur (eastern up). I started my journey from Bangalore on 21 feb 09.but as soon as I left the karnataka my network has been gone off. I have done all the option-switch off/on, changed the sets even visited to the web world at kanpur also at JS COMMUNICATION LAN BANGA, run by Mr manoj, miss ishika etc. they have given me compl no[protected] which has been resolved in their computer but practically it hasn’t, then they have given me another comp no[protected]. I have also given compl at *333 (customer care ) on 23 feb they have given me 72 hrs to resolve my prob and the compl no is 8992857 . I have contacted to mr priybrat (supervisor), Mr. santosh kumar and so many which I don’t know their name at *333. but they have unable to resolve my prob .when I have tried to contact *333 yesterday then after picking my call some body told me, sir u wait I m transferring u r call to supervisor then he make me on hold, can u believe me up to what time it was amazing 49 min 32 sec after that I had to cut the phone as my battery got discharged(it was from my alternate no-[protected]). And one thing more I would like to bring in u r notice I have tried to contact to u also at [protected]. but unable to connect.

                  So this was the story, now tell me, are u providing this type of service ? u know I may be expelled out from company as I am not in touch since last 06 days, can u believe, u will not. But it true, shall I go to consumer court? Is it the solution.

                  Sir its my humble request to resolve my problem soon so that i will be in touch .As I am losing my validity, daily 5 rs talk time, and the use of my reliance India calling card facility 650 rs card (night calling free) . for that I m paying to much money to talk to my family as I am not able to avail night calling free facility.
                  So either resolve my prob or give me any local Sim with extended- validity, talk time and night calling facility.

                  And one thing more –I have network problem but it is not due to location as I m residing in heart of the city .certified by JS COMMUNICATION, run by Mr manoj, miss ishika webworld at lalbanga, kanpur(eastern up).

                      Even i heard about this change but i dont have written communication from reliance for this as yet. This is not done. You cannot take the consumer for granted.

                      I also took the DAPO 1 Plan, I send 6000 Sms's then they are complaining that its only 3000 sms are free rest we have to pay. And which makes me to pay lot of money. This is absolutely wrong, when I took the connection, Roaming and Sms are good things. Now, Roaming the New Rates are applicable and regarding Sms's they said its not totally free. This is very bad, we have send mails to TRAI about the change in plan regarding SMS then only we can get some justice, I think so friends keep sending mails to TRAI about this change of plan with out notification as well as it has no write to change the plan. May be TRAI will help us out.
                      airtel swaped my number to another guy. It was a premium number. No consent from my part was given. The guy used my number for 5 days. After the complaint they barred my no. wht are the legal formalities? Is it a breach of contract by the provider? Can i claim any damage? Is tht an invasion into my privacy? Where should i give a complaint?

I had applied on behalf of my componey for reliance broadband connection, i give all document to reliance employee( Name Mukesh Shrama Mobile no. [protected]). My Company not give approval to install broad band services, so at that time i stop payment of my check worth Rs 750/-. after that before his installation of cable i refuse the man and tell to company i don't want connection, so take back your items. then after his sales employee call me and say these word " sir, please install the cable after install the cable i take back. it's my effect my job problem, they are release of my job. now i don't have any job". then i say ok. after install he take 300 Rs. from me for stop broadband services. now till date he is not pickup my any phone and not stop services. after that i many times call customer care and register complaint for surrender. then they not do any thing. i attach receipt from for 300 Rs. Plase see it and help me.

                            Last december we tried out wireless netconnection and found out that it was too slow and internet did not work properly, skype ( net phone) did not work at all. Reliance company worker gave us addwise to get ourselves a landline. Reliance could not provide us with one, so we got it from Airtel.
                            We agreed to disconnect Reliance netconnect at once. How ewer bills keep comming and the customer service of this company is a joke! I´ve spend more than 4 hours trying to call their "customer service numbers", non of them answers or are non existing. I tried to send email to their "customer service mail", but address was non existing, I tried to call both their local nodal offisers and send them email, no answer. So am I supposed to pay something that is not there...no connection, no service...way to go Reliance! In Finland you would not operate anymore, but I guess indian people are used to deal with this kind of "service".

                            dear sir i have a postpaid connection of reliance cdma([protected]) in up east, kanpur . it was a prepaid connection before 3 months & i have converted it now in postpaid.after conversion, i have taken plan for for rs.199 for free unlimited calls in all over up. we have already selected an another plan of free sms for rs.60 per 1000sms... and they have given us an another plan of rs100 for 300mins. free for other phones in east up...& i have diposted rs 500/-security money and last three month my bill is never cross the limit of rs500/-.but after activation of postpaid connection, the co. (reliance) is always warning me that my billing is exceeding the limit & it will be suspended if i could not deposit Rs.500?400 Extra...
                            before a week they always de-activate my connection when i ask for billl then they said that my bill will be generated after 5 th day of every month...and further they added that till i not deposit some amount to them, , they will continue the de-activation of out-going on my phone...
                            i requeted them that our billing amount is not so high, , so plz do not de- activate your services...
                            every time when generate our bill, , , , , it is proved that our biling amount is not exceeding the credit limit of rs.500/-
                            Instead of all that we are facing the deactivation every month without any failure for near about 10 daysss... so plz tell us what next step to take...

                            The worst service I have ever experinced in my life. Trust me if this is Reliance I will never suggest any one
                            i got myself a Reliance Netconnect. I plan was always Rs. 1099/- i.e. Unlimited for 30 days. but it wasn't activated. i called up the customer care service and i was told to go to the nearest reliance web world.
                            so, i went to a reliance web world (near swimming pool, sector 1, salt lake, kolkata). but again, the manager himself gave me the customer care number and he asked me to call up. he even asked me to keep my Netconnect to the service center for repairing, before knowing what my problem was. he didn't even think of touching my laptop to find out the problem. if i could have solved my problems just by calling customer care, why should i go to that shop??
                            i was HELPLESS!!!

                            I am requesting the officers of Reliance company to take care of that shop!!
                            The manager can't treat his customers like that!!!

                            by the way, i bought the netconnect from that very same shop. there was the previous manager at that time. he was 100 times better.

                              Dear sir,
                              Reliance mobile classic-632, RSN no.RRTHSK[protected], MDN NO.[protected] WAS PURCHASED FROM M/S SIMPLE ELECTRONICA, UGF-14, Udai Plaza, sector- H, LDA Colony, Lucknow on 14/03/2007.
                              the same mobile set along with battery was deposited at the authorized service center Adonis electronics pvt ltd/ Digital customer care, Aliganj Extension, Lucknow. Vide job no. [protected] on 25/02/2008 within warranty period for rectification of the problem because of some defects.
                              Inspite of several reminder and visit, the same mobile set was not rectified and is still lying with the service center

                                I have submitted a request to Reliance Customer Care to disconnect my Number [protected] way back in Aug 2008, Still i received a bill in Jan for some 743, which i paid and said gave a written application to disconnect my Number. Again I kept getting calls from the Reliance people stating that i needed to pay a minimum amount of bill as the number is not disconnected.

                                I have not got any call from them from 7 days now. But I am not sure I wouldn't receive any in the near future. This is a very disgusting ploy from the ADAG group of reliance. I hope it doesn't happen with any other customer.

                                  My mobile number is [protected]. I recharged unlimited relinace to reliance plan 799 .Recharge was sucessfull but the day after three they started charge on reliance STD also saying that you have shifted plan to 388 . However this is a top up not a tariff. by this way they are doing more and more fraud.They start a scheme and exploit the customer by there ignorance.

                                  dear sir,
                                  i am using the reliance gsm connection since last one year and during this period the reliance service providers has deducted my balance on number of occasions unnecessarily. sometimes th refund was mde but many a times they just refused to refund imposing the entire blame on customer that u have opted for the service as caller tone, mantra pack etc.
                                  It is disgraceful to see such cheap thing by reliance of duping people by deducting their balance on thier own. the company may make profits for short term by this, but is harming the image of the reliance in the long run, moreover i will allways advice everyone to discontinue the services of reliance if they want to be protected from thier fraud.

                                  Reliance engaged in falsehood game :

                                  Reliance is sending fraud sms and says you are subscribed to this plan and please send SMS to unsubscribe[protected]Toll Free). As you know you have not subscribed at all-- even any plan yet, but if you try to unsubscribe it to make sure or in surprise they will suddenly cut subscription amount from your balance account without your prior notice. They will never shows subscribing plan details [hidden plans] just try to cheat on-and-on ... sending multiple SMS and fooling customer that they are giving better service.
                                  Reliance is a fraud company. They are playing game. They activate sevice in bulk of mobile without knowledge of consumer. Thats how they make extra money. I also got this news from their employee.

                                  Reliance — unnecessary game plan

                                  some kind of game plane activated to my mobile no-[protected] and it costing Rs 5 everyday, i called reliance customer care but they are not helping me. if you please deactivated this plan to this no, so i very thank full.

                                      i am a reliance GSM user from M.P. Indore...and i want to share few techy things which gives us a lots of problems...

                                      smart GPRS does not support socket connection...it can be checked by the fact that operamini connects by http link and not by socket type...
                                      secondly slick software (in beta stage) used as online IM client for many protocols like yahoo MSN gtalk etc does not work as it also uses socket type. i tried it with airtel gprs and it worked smoothly in the same cell.

                                      the network often drops to zero and remains like that for many hrs in many cities of M.P. at the same time and this has become a regular issue...

                                      the speed of GPRS varies a lot from city to city...i have checked it for eg in Indore it is usually around 15KBps but in Ujjain or Dewas which r 60 and 35 Kms it is below 6KBps

                                      please if some1 is listening then please do something about these issues...there r many more but i think these r of much more importance
                                      Yes the network is really poor ..even in national capital RELIANCE n/w connection is very bad i m staying in Delhi near IGNOU Maidangarhi here reliance n/w is very bad ...its n/w keeps on going...maximum times no or zero coverage...and if it continue goes like that then i m thinking to switch over to another service provider which provide better service then RELIANCE ...Hope you will kindly look into this matter and resolve that area network problem (coverage)...

                                        I didn't activate reliance shayaari pack, but it autometically activated and I recieve a sms on 20/02/2009 at 8:34am of renewal i.e Subscription for shayaari pack has been renewed and valid for 10 days.To Un Subcribe sms UNSUB SHA to 56060.
                                        and Rs.10 cut off from my mobile a/c balance .
                                        if I activate that service why didn't I get any shayaari sms still now(21/02/2009, 5:12pm).
                                        its simply cheating customer for money.

                                        Well i feel reliance is using such means to force such packs to its consumers.
                                        In my case I did not suscribe to any packs but one fine day.. i receive an sms saying that my renewal for voice chat is due.I called customer care only to find i have have another Bhakti geet pack running to my account, whose suscription was due 3 days back, but in this case i did not receive any sms alert for it. In both the occasions i did not get any sms alert confirming my suscription to the packs (at the time of suscription), but i surely get an alert for renewal. Their customer support dont have any information on how the packs were suscribed all they know is the suscription date and the amount deducted.

                                        I have serious doubt on Reliance credibility. All that i can say is suscribe for Do Not Disturb ASAP. It will benefit you from the hassels of automatic suscriptions.

                                        But there has to be a way to take these people to task. In a Year this has been my 5th or 6th pack that automatically suscribed to my account. Just think how much they could earn by suscribing to such people who claim to not have suscribed to such packs but end up paying for it.

                                        I just wish the Gov.India's plan to use the same number across providers work out. These providers then will stand no chance.

                                        they started mtv without my permission also sub scribe health tip without my permission now they dont unsubscribe both so what to do
                                        i recently recharged my mobile with 50 bucks and just sent 1 message...after 2-3 mins a message came and it said monbalance...please look into the matter where my money was gone...thanx

                                        Reliance Communication (CDMA) — Deduction of balance by unfair means

                                        Hi my name is Abhishek Rajan...I use a Reliance CDMA connection..no. is [protected].I can’t mention what kind of mental trauma Reliance communication is giving to me.At first it started with activation of some “LOVE tips” service i called the customer care service.He told me it must have been activated by you..he was stubborn and din’t hear any thing,when i told him to transfer the call to someone senior to him,he ended the call and the argument ended without any conclusion leaving me in loss . I unsuscribed the service anyhow.But agn after few days another “Sports updates” service was activated and money was deducted from my main balance . I again unsuscribed the service.But u will be shocked to know for the 3rd consecutive time in a month..”Joke Service” was activated and money was deducted.I called the customer care..he advised me to activate DND service else..it will happen again.It left me in shock that this is the way Reliance give value to its customers.I have been a CDMA user for last 6 years…and this is how Reliance treats its old customers.Seriously,this is a matter of grave concern..there will be thousands or lakhs of customers who will be suffering from this pain.The company do not give a damn to the hard-earned money of customers.Shame on RELIANCE.Strict actions should be taken against service providers for torturing their customers.
