Hi Sir
I have bought a reliance gsm no from kanpur
and due to some tech problems no not activated in mean while i lost the cover of sim card (so the mobile number)
now when the shopkeeper want the mobile no. to activate the number but u have not the number
but have only sim no

Wrong billing,bad service & Harrassment

Hi

I had bought a reliance data card in the month of May (end) 2008 for Rs 2650 on a plan of 2 months subscription free and renatls charged according to the plan then finalised at the end of 2 months.I had updated the Customer Service with the plan i would want on july 2008.Inspite of the same they had updated the default plan and sent me a invoice billof the same.I had again made it clear to the customer service saying that...

Worst Service , Automatically unsubscribed from Jaadu 550 pack,

Hi There,

I am really feed up with the worst ever service from reliance mobile. 2 months back I availed the service of Jaadu 550 pack(Its a life time package). Which will cut down my tariff to half. I was enjoying the service for couple of weeks then suddenly I realized that I am no more under this scheme . They were charging me what they use to charge me earlier. The biggest challenge in RIM is to speak to Customer Executives....

mobe convert postpaid to prepaid without any information

Dear Sir,
I have taking a post paid connection from reliance in 199 plan, we have paid bill two times.but with out any request they convert my connection to prepaid dt 11.02.09 we have complaint two or three times localy web world but they not behave properly after that i talk to nodal officer (Miss Megha sethi) they say problem will be solved upto dt 13.02.09 but there is no sollution of my problem.
Please solve my problem...

stopping all Commercial Calls and sms

I am costomer of your said service since last 5 years in sambalpur, orissa . My number is [protected]. I am thorougly disturbed by numerous commercial smses and calls. Even with out my consent a sum of Rs 10 is deducted every 10 day in the name of moibile radio or what I do not know. Kindly stop all these nuisances other wise i will have no option but to shift to other operators. My complain to your costomer care number did not yeild any result....

Sir,

I am a reliance postpaid customer. I am getting lot o[censored]nnecessary promotion calls from reliance. So i requested them to activate DO NOT DISTURB SERVICE in my mobile. They told that it will take 45 days to get it activated. Now they are disturbing me continuosly all through the day by calling and sending promotional sms'es(Automated calling for promotions). I am really fed up with these calls as it starts from morning...

activation of ringtone pack without request +no hearing to complain

Dear Sir,
I have been charged Rs.30 every fortnight from December 2008 for a ringtone pack which I have never subscribed .On 13th Jan I wrote a sms to 51234 &51234863, but then also Iwas charged Then I lodged a complain through *333 Complain No:[protected]n 28th Jan 2009 when Igot asms saying that y0u will charged Rs 30 .
On 31st Jan 2009 at 15:56 I received a sms from [protected] stating that requested pack is deactivated...

GPRS NOT WORKING

Respected Sir/Madam,
I had recharged my smart connection number ([protected]), with Rs.303, recharge coupon on 25th jan 2009. Till now i am unable to surf internet. I had complained for to smart customer care on 6th feb, but still i am unable to even connect my handset to internet. It is a 30 days package and already i had lost my 20 days free of cost.

No network in house and many areas

From last 20 days there is very poor network or no network problem with RELIANCE GSM
While in mobile it display full network, but at moment during dialing neither net- work appear nor communication done. An also no network in house and some part of city...

Due to this neither incoming nor out going call is possible. If any ways it gets connect call is disconnect during call due to no network. Sometimes caller say something...

land line disconected still bills are coming

Dear sir

i am regularly paying the bills, but reliance has got regularly practicing every 3 months they dont send
bills and they add in the next bill which shows suddenly twice the amount, your customer service persons
after taking complaints they dont honour the your clients problem . recently during the month october
somebody came to my house when i am leaving to station and demanding to pay the money...

worst network and xtra bill cut.

Hi friends.
i m a postpaid customer of reliance gsm in assam region...and i feel reliance give a worst network in this region...even in guwahati..they gives poor quality service, ...
i hv a 440 plan of reliance...but they cut my charges to call to reliance gsm number...
i complaints several times but no action has been taken by the company..
i think reliance is very bad in assam and NE....

wrong deduction of balance
