I would like to informe you that, I am not geting my bills at my door steps or on e mail, I have allready paid my bill bu still waitig for itemised bill, which is allredy acteveted.
As ahave clled me to your custemer care, but becomes surprisd to know that I am paying for cller tune per month 30 /= withiut using or sellecting the cller tune. sir there is nither any cllertune sellected by me nor it is in use, but why i am paying for that ?
Sir You are kindly requested to find out yor technical foult & manage this ammount in my up comong bills.and also requested to provide me itemissed bill every month.
sir after repitation of request & comlain i am not geting bill from last four monts, why?

    COMPLAINT



    1. It is intimated that Rs 200 was paid to Majumdar Telecom (recharge phone no. [protected]) to recharge Reliance Mobile no. [protected] (belonging to my father Lt Col RN Unnithan (retd)) on 11 Feb 09. However, it was seen that the phone was NOT recharged with the said amount.

    2. On enquiry, Majumdar Telecom said that e recharge for the said amount of Rs 200 has been done on the above mentioned mobile number and the amount is deducted from his account. He suggested contacting *333 for details.

    3. Since the phone was actually not recharged, Complaint No 89298906 on date 17 Feb 09 was lodged with Reliance Customer Care on *333. They intimated officially through SMS that the phone has NOT been recharged for Rs 200.

    4. It is requested that the matter be kindly investigated as there is presently a loss of Rs 200 to my family and nobody is taking responsibility for it.

    My full name darshna ranchhodbhai pitroda.my address:S.B.S staff colony.near m.p.shah collage, behind cricket banglows.i have alrady paid Rs.100 to MADHAV MOBILE JAMNAGAR (DEMO RECHARGE NUMBER : [protected]) to recharge my number [protected] on 25th feb, 2010 at 8:15pm.however, it was seen that the mobile was NOT recharged with the said amount. The local agent([protected]) is refusing and avoiding ME to take any responsibility related to recharge that was not done yet.i have complain twice but no satisfied result yet. so i aspect a strong action against the agent([protected]). hope for the positive reply from RELIANCE COMMUNICATION LTD.

      On dated 20.02.09, I got a promotional call from reliance India customer services that my present plan of Rs 799(Reliance to reliance free all over india) will expire today at 12.00 pm in night and If I will recharge with Rs 799 before this time my services will not be hampered and I will got Rs 100 also in my main account.I recharged my mobile with Rs 799 plan at 8:40 pm on same date i.e 20.02.09 which is confirmed as I have received a message for the same . But on dated 21.02.09 at 8:00 am when I dialled a reliance number from my phone the call could not connect and the information was please recharge your mobile as the account balance is insufficient to make a call to this destination number.Then I called the customer care for the information of my account balance . The first executive was telling me that there is no recharge in my account for Rs 799 on dated 20.02.09. In same way I talked to around 4 executives and all were telling to me that there is no such recharge in my account .At last one executive told me that he has saw in his data base that there is a recharge of Rs 799 in my account on dated 20.02.09.Then the executive told me that as my main balance is in negative value If I will recharge my mobile to make my mobile main balance positive then I can enjoy my services of Rs 799.I recharge with Rs 50 but still my services not activatedStill they told me that It will took two days to rectify the problem I want to know that who will compensate for my two days delay in activation of plan as it will cost around Rs 50 and the money deducted from my account after Rs 50 Recharge due to non activation of my 799 plan and the mentall harrasment due to non availability of information from the customer care.Now I want to know what should I to do.(Compl No.1142959)

      Reliance — unable to make calls from 11 to 6 to a particular RIm number.

      This is to inform you with a frustration that sice one and half year I am using reliance mobile . But for the last 6 days after I am unable to make calls to a specific RIM [protected]@bangalore after night 11.i am using STD calling card of amount Rs 875/ which has a facility of night time free. But what is the use of this free scheme if one is failing to call. I am highly dissapointed and I sincerely request to look into this matter. I have been calling customer care but they are asking me tim eand again abt the problem and saying it as congestion. But I am surprised that if its congestion then how am I able to connect to other Rim numbers at the same time. And secondly I am able to call the same rim number after morning 6. that clearly indicates that I am unable to utilize this free scheme for this particular number. Kindly help me to come out of this problem as its heights of my patience. At worst case I would be bound to dump this connection and there by suggest others to dump their connections too.
      I would look forward to get solution asap.

      i've recharged for 799 but still i couldn't maske any reliance STD call and it say's insufficient balance to make a call from this number.

      Reliance system is one of the worst telecommunication and i suggest everybody to go for any other CDMA or Better go for GSM provider, even if the provide 50 Paise per minute they will keep up the word and they wont steal money implicitly, like this cheat org.
      It happened with me also.I talked with 3 excutives and all of them told me new things.These people dont know the policies of their company.RUBBISH
      i have recieved reliance addvirtizment call even if i am in roaming!!! It costs me as per roaming charges!!! Why to pay for an addvertzment calls from my pocket? I raise my voice against RIMs frauding policy to get money from customer's main account. You have to stop making add calls if the person is in roamig. My no is [protected].

      I have also been cheated by Reliance by the same 599 plan, I recharged with rs 599 as I have been using the same plan for past 6 months, but today on 25th December I am unable to make any calls to reliance number as my balance is zero, when I told the customer care about this they said the plan has been changed to 799, I said ok I will recharge with rs 799 now, they said I cant, I can only change to a new plan after the current 599 plan expires i.e. after 11th january 2012.

      I feel betrayed and cheated as I feel reliance should have informed me about the change in plan or atleast let me change my plan now.I hope serious action is taken by the consumer court about this, my number is [protected]
      I am not given that extra 30 min talk time to non-reliance numbers while recharging my number +[protected] ...
      I am not been given that extra 30 mins to non reliance number on the recharge of Rs 799 /-

          My Name is Mr Santosh Kumar Biswal. I had a word with Reliance Customer care over email. Request you to please look into this and can you please let me confirm is this right way to collect a small amount of money through legal notice.



          As per our conversation over phone, I have not received any statement form Reliance. I know you all are not able to send a single statement, then how can you provide better service to the customer.

          Without my mistake I have received a legal notice for Rs 1364. This is a very very poor and 3rd class communication from reliance. And please dont this to the other customer, else no body will happy with your service

            I HAVE RELIANCE SMART SIM E.S [protected].MANY TIMES I REQUESTED COMPANY DISTT DEALER, COMPANY SERVICE CENTER TO DEACTIVATE THIS SERVICE. BUT EVERY TIME THEY SAY THAT WHICH NUMBER YOU DIALED TO ACTIVATE THIS SERVICE YOU HAVE TO DIAL THAT NO. WHEN I DIALED THAT NO.NO ANSWER GIVES. EVERY TIMES I SAY TO CO THAT WHY R U NOT DEACTIVATE IT. ONCE HE SAID THAT NOW THIS SERVICE DEACTIVATE YOUR MOBILE. WHEN I CHARGE SIM AGAIN THEY CUT CRICKET CHARGE. I DIALED CO AGAIN THEY SAY BY MISTAKE I FORGET IT .I WILL DEACTIVATE IT. ABOUT 300 RS CO HAS CUT BUT THEY DO NOT DEACTIVATE THIS SERVICE. BECAUSE OF NOT DOCUMENTARY PROOF I HAVE, I AM NOT USING THIS SIM.

              I have taken a data card from relaince communication outlet. This was activated and I could use services for 2 to 3 days. Thenafter suddenly service was deactivated without intimating me due to negative address verification. Though required documents were submitted properly and there was a address verfication also.

              I do not understand I have take a pain or some service from Relaince.

              Rude & Irresponsible behavior of customer service is bringing Bad Name to Relaince comm.


              My company is a regular reliance customer we are using netconnect cards of relaice bearing Nos.[protected] &[protected] for the last 2 years I Just wanted to change the tariff plan After repeatedly bringing it to notice of the customer support @ [protected] To Ms. Anju at Chandigarh, my genuine problem is not solved and ultimately i had to decide shifting to some other service provider. Because of irresponsible behavior of the customer care person Ms. Anju & Mr Krishna at[protected]. and a person at[protected] all my efforts went futile.

              I am seriously thinking of going to costumer protection court for claiming for compensation for my financial losses due to irresponsible behavior from reliance.
              MY COMPANY IS A REGULAR RELIANCE CUSTOMER. WE ARE USING RELIANCE NET CONNECT CARD BEARING NUMBER: [protected] SINCE FROM NOVEMBER-2007. I RECEIVED THIS FROM RELIANCE
              JHARSUGUDA( ORISSA). AFTER THAT MY SERVICE TRANSFERED TO ANGUL(ORISSA) ON DECEMBER 2007.

              AS PER ADVICE OF ANGUL RELIANCE OFFICE I HAVE APPLIED FOR MY CHANGE OF ADDRESS WITH PROPER DOCUMENTS. LIKE THAT I HVE 3 TIMES I APPLIED IN ANGUL OFFICE.

              BUT TILL DATE MY CHANGE OF ADDRESS NOT RECEIVED. AND I AM NOT GETTING MY BILL.
              TO DAY I WENT TO YOUR RELIANCE OFFICE FOR PAYMENT. BUT HE REFUSED TO GIVE BILL AND NOT ATALL GIVEN ANY RESPONSE. MR.BIRAN KUMAR DAS(THE ONLY PERSON AVILABLE THAT TIME AT 6.45 PM) TOLD THAT IF YOU WANT TO GIVE COMPLAINT YOU CAN GIVE I DONT CARE. LIKE THAT IRRESPOSIBLE REPLY ONLY I RECEIVED.WITH OUT BILL HOW CAN I WILL GIVE ACCOUNTS TO MY COMPANY.

              Reliance Net Connect — change of tariff

              On 27th of aug i requested for a broadband in internet same day i got a call from reliance he told that i[censored] buy today itsel[censored] r plan will be 900 per month for 10gb, same day he sent a person to collect the money i paid 3500/- he told that it will be activated by towmore and gave a receipt of 3500/- on behalf of VRITI INFOCOM PVT.LTD., next day i waited in the house for the verification no one came i called the person who deliveried the moudem he dint recived the call, then i called this VRITI i came to know that there office is in (U.P) NOIDA, i called them they told the same thing today it will be activated i called couple of times this is a STD CALL for me, on 31th on person came to verfication to my house, this guy has no balance in his mobile he gave a miss call, i called him he verfied and went same day i called this VRITI told that it will be activated today i will call u back, till then no one called from VRITI INFOCOM PVT., LTD., then i gave a call for call center they told it has been avtivated i asked them on what plan i am, they replyed it 15gb 1700/- they r telling there is no plan of 900/-pm 10gb, so please suggest what should i do?

                  I had bought a reliance data card in the month of May (end) 2008 for Rs 2650 on a plan of 2 months subscription free and renatls charged according to the plan then finalised at the end of 2 months.I had updated the Customer Service with the plan i would want on july 2008.Inspite of the same they had updated the default plan and sent me a invoice billof the same.I had again made it clear to the customer service saying that this was not the plan updated for, this cycle continued for 3 to4 times.Finally i had to visit the nearest reliance Communication outlet to give a complain & request to terminate the connection.It was heights that even after that i had been recieving bills for the same.With the Customer Service turning deaf to all teh complaints.Now after 2 months i.e on feb 2009 i have received a Legal notice for petetion to present before teh permanenet lok adalat!!!...This is heights of irresponsibility from the company's side...How can they simply sent a legal notice with no mistake of the consumer at all ...Is this some new way of drawing money from people...???...i would want this to be taken on priority and resolved at the earliest...

                  I had bought a reliance data card, first two month it is working properly, after that it is not working .I gave so many complaint in saidapat reliance office but no response from them, again made it clear to the customer service saying that you contact near by office for other clarifications. Any how for last 3 months paying my bill without using internet. Finally i had to visit the nearest reliance Communication outlet to give a complain & request to terminate the connection. Till no respone from the company side they are playing with me(if call customer care they asking to contact near reliance office but when i went to office they are saying to contact customer care). this is too bad...

                  I had a reliance data card and I have a plan of 10 GB day and 10 GB night for 1200/- Rental

                  My Data Card No. is [protected]. I am watching regularly Reliance Web site where his option is available "My DATA USES" . I received Data Card bill and I see you are telling me my Data uses is 25 GB as per Reliance Bill but If I see your site and upload my data uses 08 May to 9 June 2010 as per Reliance Web site my total download is 8 GB.

                  Regularly see the reliance web site my data uses i have allready hour wise my uses "Provided by Reliance Web Site" and I have all record of this same. and i have allready done complain in Customer card but they are not responding me. I had given many reminders but they are not responding me. i had send all the documents and proofs of my data uses as per his site.

                  I received Data Card bill and I see you are telling me my Data uses is 25 GB as per Reliance Bill but If I see your site and upload my data uses 08 May to 9 June 2010 as per Reliance Web site my total download is 8 GB. I don't know how is possible. and Before 10 days i regularly see your site and check my uses but you are giving me a bill o[censored]ses is 25 GB I don't know how is possible.

                  I am also enclosed Screen Print of your site page "total Uses".

                    I haven't heard anything about the complaint I made against the Customer Service Rep.

                    Your Collections Rep LIED to me by stating that the credit I have been asking for has been applied.

                    I have asked your Reps to cancel the [censored]ing Service.

                    I care a [censored] about your service.

                    Cancel my service.

                    I have thrown your box and phone in the Garbage dump. Please send your Reps to search it over there they are fit to be seen only there!

                    DO NOT SEND or CALL ME EVER or I WILL REPORT YOU TO THE POLICE AND TRAI !

                    1. As per my emails below I had been without service for approx 5 days for which I am asking for credit which your depts state was resolved within 72 hours.

                    2. I faced a rude and obnoxious Agent and Supervisor which as per your Reps is part of your business plan and will be resolved every 72 hours. This has been going on for 10 days.

                    3. I have requested for the email to be read and understood by literate people however I fail to reach that level.

                    a. Credit of Rs 155 for 4 +1 days
                    b. Credit for inconvenience of having to explain again and again why I deserve the credit – not less than Rs 100
                    c. Credit for having to speak to your RUBBISH Customer Service Reps as explained in detail earlier
                    d. Credit for speaking with your obnoxious and arrogant resolution team who cannot understand ENGLISH!
                    3. If you cannot do so because you want to hide behind the stupidity of “it was resolved within SLA” then cancel my services
                    4. If you cannot resolve the issue then I WILL NOT be paying the bill … Shove the bill and the amount up yours…..
                    5. If you cannot resolve the issue then you can cancel the services and hope till eternity to get the amount from me!
                    6. If you cannot credit, then give me the email address of the Manager of the Billing Dept, I will email all this conversation and ask him.

                    You need to have a considerably good command in ENGLISH to understand the following –

                    I hope you actually read before responding.

                    I have not denied that the issue was not resolved. My concern was the loss of service for those number of days which I have outlined below.

                    If this is the attitude you carry and then you need to think again.

                    I am now adding the brunt of the complaint with my actual source of irritation –

                    I am disgusted with the level of service provided to me during that week. My landline has not been working since Friday. I had called and registered a complaint regarding the landline and Broadband service on the same day. My Broadband was resolved on Tuesday after following up twice with your customer service.

                    My landline was still dead!

                    I spoke with Abdul who has registered the complaint once again because he cannot see the previous complaint logged for the landline (I am not surprised). He then rudely told me that the complaint number I gave him was for a reliance mobile – I don’t have one. I don’t want your mobile service. Please do not introduce the IVR system when your agents are unaware on which department do they work for. For 2 mins when I had given him my landline number which he could not get from me in 30 seconds. I used various permutations and combinations to get this through him. Then when I gave him the Reference # 81111434 he took it down as 811434. And then told me that all complaint numbers are of 8 digits. I repeated it as 811 114 34 which he luckily understood and proclaimed it to be a mobile number fault because I did not give him the preceding zero. I did not get the preceding zero and I am not interested. I think you need to listen to the call if your center believes in Quality Control. If not then I am sorry for you.

                    I asked to be transferred to a Manager or Supervisor and he first refused and then cold transferred my call to Lalit who is another of that center in Mumbai.

                    I have been working in BPOs for the past 6 yrs and I am currently a Team Manager. I am aware about Transfer processes and when to ask what kind of question but the first and foremost we are taught is “The customer is always right”. Lalit was patronizing to the fact that I knew the transfer procedure.

                    I was advised by many to avoid Reliance at all costs and now I feel that I will join the brigade of “I hate Reliance”!

                    I was not interested initially with the credit of Rs 155 that’s peanuts for me however the customer service representative attitude along with the Supervisor’s and now yours I believe I deserve more.

                    If you cannot provide me a resolution then provide me the email address of the person who can!

                    If you cannot read this email then I believe you have to resign from this position and work at a Paan-wala!

                    would be applied on the bill however that was not done.

                    My current bill is Rs. 980

                    Monthly charges - Rs. 849
                    Tax (12.50%) - 106 (approx)
                    Total - 955

                    Per day charge - 955 / 30 = 31 (approx)

                    Credit for 4 days + 1 for the inconvenience - 155 (Rs 30 X 5 days)

                    Total outstanding - Rs. 821

                    Amount of Rs. 830 has been paid through my Debit Card.

                    Expecting the rest to be credited of as per my calculation.

                      Hi There,

                      I am really feed up with the worst ever service from reliance mobile. 2 months back I availed the service of Jaadu 550 pack(Its a life time package). Which will cut down my tariff to half. I was enjoying the service for couple of weeks then suddenly I realized that I am no more under this scheme . They were charging me what they use to charge me earlier. The biggest challenge in RIM is to speak to Customer Executives. You need to take couple of hours time to speak with them. For the first 30-45 mins you`ll be on waiting for your turn to come up. (no : *333). Then a complete illiterate of product CSR comes on the line who don`t even have basic soft skills in English. But anyhow we can at least manage to speak with them. Finally I was lucky to speak to a CSR and said the whole problem I am facing. He was not able to point it out, he transferred the call to his senior . He lodged the complain and promised to fix the issue in 48 hours. After 2 days I received a SMS stating " You are not eligible for the class of service".
                      God know how one can degrade from one service ? No explanation et all. This is just once incident I am mentioning over here. There are n Number of times I face issues with reliance now and then. Now I am planning to opt for AirTel instead of this crap box.

                      I am damn sure none of the Reliance authorities cares about this complaint. So my over all suggestion for everyone here is please please please never ever opt for any of the products (what so ever ) of Reliance. This is the biggest cheating company in India.

                        even after termination of my telephone nos.[protected] wide complaint no.80311719, tel. no.[protected] wide complaint no.80311587, tel.no.[protected] wide complaint no.80311290 and tel. no.[protected] wide complaint no.80310999 and then making final payment of above nos. on dated[protected] and taken in written form from reliance web world,[protected]ST CENTURY MARKET, man darwaja, ring road surat. on dated[protected], i am getting the bills of above nos. along with other six nos. in the same billing.
                        even after complaining so many times i did not get any response from any of the officer or person of reliance.
                        they tells that you have to re terminate it.
                        they do not want to mention the payment date[protected] in any of their complaint neither they do not give any of the receipt of any written complaint.
                        i have been very much puzzled and irritated due to the behavior and have bear so much loss due to wastage of so many time

                                I am a reliance postpaid customer. I am getting lot o[censored]nnecessary promotion calls from reliance. So i requested them to activate DO NOT DISTURB SERVICE in my mobile. They told that it will take 45 days to get it activated. Now they are disturbing me continuosly all through the day by calling and sending promotional sms'es(Automated calling for promotions). I am really fed up with these calls as it starts from morning 8'o clock till evening 8'o clock. During roaming also they used to call and disturb. I dont know whom do i need to contact to get rid of these junk calls. I have sent some 2-3 complaints to reliance regarding this but in vain.

                                I bought new relance cell phone yesterday.Phone is a very neccesary requirement frome due to the nature of my work.
                                The service provider confirmed yesterday that the phone will be activated in half an hour and the validity will be for 7 days.
                                I have recharged the phone 5 hours back.The balance is still not updated.
                                On calling customer care they say they do not have any information about the number and have no idea about the balance and validity.

Whenever I'm called by them, I'm informing them that I'm the member of DND and requesting them not to contact/send SMSs to my mobile. But they're least bothered about this and are still continuing.


                                Please advise how this can be stopped since they send SMS using TEXT ADDRESS instead of telephone number (may be through internet sms).

                                Do not disturb is not working on reliance. But, even after 45 days i am being much disturbed by their promo calls/SMS.

                                Reliance Mobile — Not stopping the service

                                Hi,

                                I requsted and logged a call to stop my service on 11th November'2009 and confirmed that I do not want to use the service. After that also I called many times to stop my service yet it is not stopped and they are asking me to pay the rent till today as the connection is active.

                                It is R Coms fault as they did not stop to earn monthly rent when I raised to stop it.

                                I agree with the complaint. It is with Reliance Mobile who are not bothered about misuse of DND. You can not SMS them about DND . If at all you are lucky to send SMS for DND they will bombard your number with more ferrocity as if to teach you a lesson. Is there no one to stop them. Have they become so big that they do not care about law? It is high time TRAI should come heavily them.

                                i had registered my mobile no.[protected] in "do not disturb" directory of reliance mobile on 17 jan 2010. stll i get a call related to their "news pack" service on 18 march 2010. they have activated this service and deducted rs 30/ from my balance witout my concent.

                                despite my registration for DND, I'm frequently receiving calls from Insurance Co's and banks . Recently I'm daily receiving a message from TA-CAMSesms regarding some investment which I do not hold .

                                I want to inform u that I m using both reliance cdma and gsm no and i have problem in my both numbers because unwanted services are activated and reduce my balance in both no.

                                on 2nd march i have recharged my A/c with rs 99 to activate GPRS service but till now on thw 12 march it was not activated.
                                i also complaint in reliance office 6-7 times but they not respond properly...
                                & i have also got a msg from a company of recherge of my A/c.....

                                So plz take action against them as soon as possible....

                                  I have been charged Rs.30 every fortnight from December 2008 for a ringtone pack which I have never subscribed .On 13th Jan I wrote a sms to 51234 &51234863, but then also Iwas charged Then I lodged a complain through *333 Complain No:[protected]n 28th Jan 2009 when Igot asms saying that y0u will charged Rs 30 .
                                  On 31st Jan 2009 at 15:56 I received a sms from [protected] stating that requested pack is deactivated as per complain no:87333682, but when I checked my balance at 22:30 the same day the amount was already charged.
                                  On 11Feb 2009 I again received a sms Subscription to Ringtone Pack is due for renewal .You will charged Rs 30 on[protected].
                                  I again made acomplain through *333 Complain No:88948234 on[protected] at 14:50.Next day I checked that Rs 30 were cut down again .I am harassed .

                                  i have purchaged new prepaid Fixed Wireless Phone no.[protected] on
                                  that i recharged with 999 rcv on 3 january by which i can make free
                                  call on any reliance no. in india.
                                  Now I can make free call to whole india except BIHAR.My calls to bihar
                                  are charegable for which i have called *333 many times but still my
                                  call are charegeble
                                  Relaince is a non-sense company. They dont bother customer who are existing with the company. Once you become a reliance customer they will forget you. But if you are a new customer they will run after you to grab you. I applied for reliance broadband 2 months ago but they are hardly bothered to provide. They keep calling to take the wireless netconnect broadband as the investment is more and so is the profit for the company. I feel like kicking Anil Ambani on his face for maintaining such reputation and service of the company.
