I have been a subscriber of reliance land line wireless phone for last more than 3 years. From last 6 months, I have been facing problem of disconnectivity of phone at first intance for incoming calls. Whnever i picked up the phone to attend the call, it gets disconnected in first intance or if i am able to talk, it gets disconnected after 2-3 minute everytime. I loadged complains for more than 5-6 times for the same but every time either telecaller tries to finish the complain justifying that we are not educated enough to operate that instrument or if it all registered, it is justified by saying it is because of poor net work and they are working on it.

    My prev. SIM card ([protected]) was locked. So I went to the reliance web world and purchased new SIM card @ 225 Rs. for the same number. The rep told dial *228 after 2 hours and the number will be activated. but the number has not been activated after 24 hours. It can not receive or make call. Means it is dead. What is going with reliance. If i call the cust. care no. it do not connect. How to activate it.
    i am buy a new sim and it is not activate and the sim number is [protected]

    I this connection, i want to inform you that right now, i am in delhi, and somehow i lost my mobile with said simcard. I just want to stop the operation of the SIM, I have already made FIR to South Delhi Police Station and after getting north bengal, i will apply for fresh SIM Card of the same no till that date please do the needful and oblige.

      no gprs setting was searching on my handset sony ericsson W200i, i have tried to 4 day

      I purchased Sony Ericson W200i in UNIVERSAL (Marathahalli),
      after 2 days, I could see two lines on the top most of the display screen, I showed this to the UNIVERSAL (Marthahalli), the guy gave me the address of some outlet service centre: Marathalli (It's not acceptable, he was keep on telling me come after a week, two days later, finally he is telling to show in some other service centre, OK thanks u, I went to another service centre, there is was ridiculous, same problem there also,


      I really want to know, what u think of ourselves, what we don't have any work, how much time i have wasted in this matter, frankly to tell u that the Sony Service centre in Bangalore in not good, waste of time. While purchasing the poeples treat good, but after some problem occurs, there is no value..

      Message: Please tell them that we cant waste time.

        at my mobile no([protected]) i don't know how love tips r been subscribed.
        i made it unsubscribed several times but of no use...
        till now my balance is been deducted for 30 rs. per month..
        please help to solve my problem as i want to deactivate love tips from my mobile no.
        at my mobile no.([protected]). i recharged sms pack 49/-. cheack my sms balance but it is not show balance.many days this probleam is created .so pls solve this probleam.
        I Purchased a CDMA Reliance Sim in Feb and submit my all documents copy. After some days my number was showing resume services I talk to customer care and they start the services after one month but not complet.           I faced same problem with prepaid GSM connection.i took connection on 25th jan 2008 and its become active on 26th Jan. I was not abl to recharge the sim with any amount. it was successful on 2 feb. so i am not getting any offer from reliance GSM. I go through Term & condition, but there is such condition like this means if you have recharge the connection in 48 hr to avail the offer.

          plz tell me how can i get the offer. i complained to customer care but the guy told me they will not provide this facility.

            I today recharged my prepaid mobile ([protected]) using online recharge. I used my HDFC account for this (Customer number 5965039) I was deducted 600 Rs from my account, but my mobile was not recharged. Can u please look into this issue and recharge my mobile?

            Rs 30 is got deducted from my accout without any information.When I called customer care they say some Joke service is activated.I never requested for SMS or any rubbish joke services.Also I have requested several times to get DND activated on my number but of no use.
            Please help me to get DND activated on my number and possibly get the amount reimbursed.

              Hi, i am a businesswoman in rourkela, orissa. i have a big problem with my prepaid service provider, Reliance Smart. Most of my incoming calls are getting diverted and the caller listens to a recorded message whhich says "your call is being forwarded to another number" and then the call gets disconnected. however, i dont get any kind of alerts on this.

              This is going on since a month. i cancelled all my diverts to make sure that actually no call is getting diverted, i never use "call Divert" at all. i called reliance customer care at [protected] also many times but they say that this problem will be sorted in an hour or so. PLEASE look into the matter as my clients get a false impression of me being irresponsible and diverting my calls knowingly. this is hampering my public relations and my business as a whole. PLEASE DO SOMETHING.

                I have purchased Data Card almost 7 days, but still I am waiting for activation . Even i have make the paid in advance. I have really very much dissatisfied with their service, even when I complain, no one bothers to listen or contacts. But, yes they are extremely sincere in collecting its charges. I called up several times, but nobody given me proper reply.
                It’s my advice don’t go to deal with Reliance Data Card . I have done a worst mistaken to deal with Reliance, it’s my advice please don’t repeat my mistake.
                In initial stage I faced this type of problems.

                Data Card — no proper service $ bad dealing

                my data card was dead. i go to your service centre. they take me very slow service to replace my data card. when the data card replaced then my data card no work. because dealer say that you no pay your last pay proerly. enfact his employee no guide properly. i pay 500rs. bt my bill is 800rs some thing. his employee say me that when you pay 500rs then your data card not saspended. bt this information is worng. i pay full payment. but my service not activated till now. and dealer not deal properly he say that check your pc. bt my pc is ok. thier service deactivate. bt he say that service is activeted. bt my data card show erroe that remote computer does not access some thing this type error is show. and in these day they disturb me that pay your next bill. bt i can pay bill. because you not take service to me. when i go your dealer centre they not deal me a normal person. and not pick my phone how can i pay your bill now. my data card till now not work for 3months.

                i provided one data card to saraj travels ([protected]) at iit kgp by your relience person. it will stop working within 10 days so i call your service person they told that data card will be damage and they took it. therefore they gave me the card after 20 days. they told me that we will give you free time another one month because you are loss the free one month. till now they could not give any response and card will not working. it shows that the connection will closed.
                so i request you please see the matter and behaviour of you relience world person at kgp.

                  I have recharged my cell with Rs 799 to get the unlimited STD but I am not able to use that facility for even first day. My cell was disconnected in the middle and when I again tried calling "insufficient balance" is what the message I am getting and when I try to contact customer care they are saying our cell is only recharged with Rs 249 and also they did not talk properly. I don't know what services the reliance is providing but I will request you all not to purchase any reliance product as they are cheating with their customers. After recharging the cell you are not getting the proper services. Nikhil

                    on 27th of jan 2009 I bought a reliancse gsm sim. n i gave them the copy of my passport as id proof. after 1 week they terminated my conection, when i asked them abt it, they were telling like its relates with my ID.. when the didnt call me a single time to verify my id...

                    Reliance India Mobile — Delay in identity verification

                    I am Sachin Kumar from noida.I was using one reilance connection from last one week.It got barred due to the wrong details being submitted by the dealer.Thereafter I resubmitted correct details regarding verification to the customer care in Reliance customer care office in noida.Now after two days of submission I am getting calls that the details have not been submitted.Now just beacause of the negligence of the customer care I am getting suffered.
                    So I am requesting you to kindly look into the matter so that my problem can be solved as soon as possible.

                      I am a prepaid user of Reliance. my no. [protected] I hadn't subscribe for 53131 service, which is several pack what is this I don’t know. I never use it. but from the last three month they always cut Rs.30.00 to 50.00 from my balance for the sake of this service. I talked to their customer care many time but I never got any satisfactory response from them. They gave me some number to unsubscribe this service but each time I got null response. I am totally fed up with this.

                        when i shifted my residence i am not recieving my mobile bill properly when i vistied for change my corrospondance address with proof of address attached Zirox of My Ration Card & PAN card ther rejected my application due to reason "Address will not be change Ration Card Not Applicable"
                        and rejected my application for address change
                        Therefore i want to know is Ration Card is Valid proof when I talk in Customer Care of Reliance in Mumbai D A K with (Gurinder) She was telling that Ration Card is a Valid Address Proof i have proof of rejection in Written in my application by employee of Daryaganj Area with Signature of Employee Mr. Vivek Pandey

                        It's making very bad impression in my mind for such a company like reliance communication

                        I am already having tata net connection and reliance also i have taken your new broad band connection in the name of my mother Sudershan Bala Sharma and the no is ([protected])I was been commited that i will get 3.1 MBps speed but it is a false commitment done by reliance web world.What is the use of such a speed which i am getting my net usage is a night SPPED IS SO SLOW I AM NOT able to download any thing. i have complained many times in your web world no action is been taken i have mailed more than 8 times but no responce from any of my communication done till now.

                        Second main problem is billing i am always getting wrong bill every month i am been told that i am using net connection on day time and usage is around 7-8 hours per month but when i ask them about the bill which i am using in day time you are not been able to provide me.

                        Please solve my net speed problem and also wrong bill which you are sending to me, every month i don't want to waste my time regarding my usage and net speed.(if you are not able to solve my problem then refund back my money.

                        Please take appropriate action as needed waiting for you kind reply with correction of wrong usage of net bill in day time.

                          I Priyank Sharma (Qtr. No. 1119, Type -4, Sector-4 R.K Puram New Delhi -110022) have the Reliance Broad Band Internet Connection under unlimited plan @ Rs-999/ per month.

                          The Internet services was barred by official w.e.f 08/01/2009 for want of payment of bill at S No.( Kindly refer the Annexure 1.)

                          Though the regular payment against the each bill at Sl.No. 1 to 4 was collected by person deputed by Profin Management Consultant Pvt. Ltd. as per the details shown in Annexure.I.

                          It is pertinent to mention here that my family members are receiving the calls from your call center (One of the Tel No.[protected] from October 2008 onwards regarding the payment of Bills at (S. No.2). Though the payment thereof was already made. and every time at the time of collection of money by your representative see and verify the payment- receipt of cash payment at S. No.2 mentioned in the Annexure.

                          It is more evident that amount of bill at S. No.2 (already paid) have again and again be added to the amount of bills at S. No. 3, 4, and 5 bills. for Rs. 2273.04, Rs 2302.30 & Rs 2332.20.

                          Instead o[censored]pdating the payment in you’re Accounting system, your office invariably asking the payment for the bill at S.No.2 dated 23-09-08.

                          As a result of failure of Mechanism o[censored]pdating of payment, your representative have started asking for the payment. .From 3rd week of October 2008 onwardsMy family members at Tel No.[protected] have been receiving minimum two/ three calls per day from your office (Call Center) one of the Tel No. is 32033527 regarding non payment of bill.

                          I requested the Reliance Communication concerned unit to which I usually communicating over telephone to re-activate / restore the internet facilities . But it was denied / refused by them till the payment of aforesaid bill at Sl No.2..is made.

                          Beside this they have also asked us to make the payment of bill SL No. 5 .I again requested them to Ist restore the internet and collect the payment aginst the bill at Sl No.5.

                          As me and my family has been harrased umpteen times by the people of your organisation and made our life miserables.
                          In view of above I dont want to continue with Reliance and its Broad Band Connection any more and want final settlement and adjustment
                          of the above pain we have suffered from.

                            My name is Dharmesh Boricha and i reside at Vile Parle, Mumbai as mentioned above. I have been working in "PVAPS" located at Delhi(now transferred to Mumbai as "Reliance HR Services Pvt. Ltd."), an authorized recruiting organisation for "Reliance Comunications". I have resigned from this organisation on February' 08 and completed all the exit formalities including EPF submission at "Reliance HR Services Pvt. Ltd.", which has already been submitted at EPF Office, Delhi on 21 july 2008. Now its been almost 8 months and i have not received my provident fund amount.
                            And the biggest problem is that i stay at mumbai and my PF Account is opened in New Delhi. Because of which its not possible for me to contact the concerned dept. and to get the current status. I am in a great need of this money and i am too much upset and confused.

                              We belongs to Hisar District (Haryana). We have purchased a Reliance GSM Sim last 15 days...
                              but Reliance GSM service is very poor in Hisar (Haryana) many times no signal in city and always busy... and when sent message... messange not received to other mobiles. but Rupee is deducted from the mobile... i tried reliance customer care number *333 but always busy ... continuesly 1 hrs.. i tried.

                              I Recharge my Reliance GSM on STD 250 plane, The pnale is that the call rate will be @25 paisa minute from Reliance to Reliance STD at 11 P.M to 6 A.M and @90 Paisa after 6 A.M, But i can not make any call by using this STD code which is 1802206 and then follow the mobile no with STD code, after 20 to 25 times dialling i got connection after 6 A.M only.But i can't after 11 P.M the Network busy every night, I should not make call after 11 P.M, What can i do now. i alredy two times complain to Reliance customer care and the complain no are[protected] and[protected].                                 I purchased a complete connection (handset with SIM ) from reliance authorised vendor by name Kartik Communications, Pusa Road(contact no. [protected]) in JUNE, 2008.They provided me the complete connection(handset and SIM). In october, 2008, the handset stopped working properly.

                                I went to the same vendor in NOV, 2008 to ask for repair but he said this cannot be done here.There are Reliance authorised shops for the same.Inspite of my insisting again and again, he didnot provide me the address for repair shops.

                                Consequently, I went to other reliance vendor to ask for addresses for repair shops and they were really helpful in providing me the same.After contacting the TVS shop for repair of handset, they asked for the bill. Realizing that I lost my bill somewhere, I again went to Karthik Communications for the same. And after going again and again, he didn't provide me the bill.Only this 29 Jan, 2009, he provided me the bill after 3 months.

                                And the i again went to TVS shop where they provided me DOA letter saying that u can ask for handset exchange from concerned shop(Karthik Communications) as the handset could not be repaired and it was under warranty period.Then i again went to Karthik Comm.and now, to my surprise he is asking for box in which he gave me the handset to issue me a new handset.

                                Now please tell me if that was the case, should it not be mentioned at the time, we purchase the same handset.He just said that if there would be a problem, we would replace the handset.

                                I am working in a big corporate company like Tata Consultancy Services(TCS) and has to provide on call support many times. This irresponsible behaviour from the vendor has forced me to go to other service provider and carry on with my work.

                                These negative market strategies are not going to do any good except churning your image in market.
                                Please look into it at the earliest as it will only tarnish your image in market.

                                  our complaint, the customer care told me that your complaint has solved. We shocked that how is it possible, then the customer care told us that you have to lodge a fresh complaint and they provide us a another no.87475996.
                                  Even after 48 hours passed when we dial customer for the status of our 2nd complaint .at this time cutomer care told us that the complaint has solved whether our telephone is still dead since 27/01/2009.

                                  Sir, we never expected that type of poor services from Reliance Communication. As we know that under Comman Charter of “Telecom Regulatory Authority of India” para No.9 the service provider is agree to repair the fault within 24 hours of receipt of complaint from a subscriber.
                                  Sir, if the problem is not solved within 48 hours we will surrender our telephone without paying any outsandig dues and will go to “ TRAI “ ( Telecome Regulatory Authority of India) and Consumer Court for justice.

                                  Reliance Landline — Poor customer service

                                  I am using reliance broadband and reliance landline services for the last 3 years at various places around India.

                                  I received reliance landlines bill for the last month. I used to pay bills regularly through one of its agent which comes to my house every month, but this month he did not turn up. After that I started getting annoying call from the local office ( from the lady named Jenifer I think). I told her my problem and requested her to send somebody to collect the payment. She told me that she will not and I have to pay the bills at a place which is 10 km away from my place. This continued for some time. I got annoyed and then I said please send somebody for this time and I now want to disconnect my connection as I did not expected such type of service and disrespect for customer from Anil Dhirubhai Ambani's company. She told me that OK disconnect the connection and it doesnt matter to her but first I have to pay the bill, as if I am not going to.                                   I totally agree. Their service is absolutely poor. I hold a land line [protected]. And in September 09 they barred my outgoing calls stating that in July I had issued a cheque of Corporation Bank for 944 which was dishonored. I pleaded with the centre and stated that I have no account with Corporation Bank and had not issued that cheque; and that the following month there was no amount shown as outstanding in my bill . Stupidly, the centre person asked me again to go to that bank and verify my account. I wrote to the Nodal officer, which their site says is one Mr. Tilak Chatterjee along with the bill copies who does not bother even to acknowledge that complaint, let alone look into it.

                                  One of the worst service provider and customer care is Reliance. They never listen to our complaints and never turn up to solve the issue.
                                  We are having a land-line and it is not working for more than 3 months. We are registering it with customer care and getting only complaint no without any solution. Final when i went to the nodal officer he told us that they cannot provide service in that area (actually our office is located in a business area) i was stunned and speech less(they are not ready to give it in writing) and i requested hI'm to offer us a solution because i couldn't change my number as it is office no. But still I'm running behind them for a solution.Kindly advice on this

                                  I am a very old customer of yours and I am using your service since 5years. I am facing a problem with the landline hand set since 1 and a half year . My set is having a battery and charging problem, once or twice the charger has been changed, Twice the battery has been changed, the set has been taken for repair three times and kept for about one month each but even this hasn't solved the problem. I went to reliance world in tollygunge but they did not help either. Finally to inform you that I am paying you from the past 6 months without even being able to use the service. I have even requested to change the instrument but was said that there is no set in stock, which makes me fail to believe that such a big communication company does not have instruments in stock since 1year even when a customer is ready to pay for the same.
                                  I would therefore request you to take an immediate step and oblige.

                                    hi sharanjeet singh bains here from pehowa my rim mobile no was [protected], the uim of my no rejected on 7th of jan 2009 . when i was go to goyel communication of reliance showroom in pehowa he gave me duplicate uim and now today he said me its not open when i asked reason he said me he have no reason and he said me that the reliance service is totally bad so your uim is not working and not swap on other uim and my next complaint is that goyel communication gave me a new connection of reliance in gsm sim and in this sim as i know company scheme is that i ll get 10 rs everyday but i check here is nothing in my servent sim and today when i called to costumer care no [protected] he said me u can call on costumer care *333 but this is a very busy way so tell me what can i do so i can say please give solution to me otherwise i will go to consumer court against goyel communication and against reliance communication both

                                      This is my letter to the customer(un)support at Reliance communications.

                                      Dear,
                                      My phone no. [protected] has been terminated since december 2008 and still my account is deducted for the bill in january 2009 for Rs.113. I had given my first termination request in May 2008 which to my surprise was not carried out which I only found out in December. Now to my amazement, my bill (Rs113) is deducted even after the termination.

                                      I had visited the Vasai webworld many times in this regards where I was assured that bills won't deduct after my termination. Why are you torturing me in this manner. This phone was an employee plan I had. If you treat your employees in this manner, what can a general Indian customer expect from you.

                                      I called the customer care who replied they can't register this complaint as the number is terminated. If you cannot register this complaint, what right you have to bill me for no services. I request the concerned authority to take necessary action and arrange for the refund at the earliest.

                                        I bought a reliance Netconnect from the noida office of Reliance. I paid Rs. 2820 which they came for asking the very next day of my order. It has been 15 days since I paid the money but there is no network in my area (which was not informed to me) and i have not been able to even activate the card, forget using the internet or commenting on the speed. I have made several calls to the office at which I have been speaking with Mr. Prashant ([protected]/[protected]) and one Mr. Jagdish at[protected]. Both seemingly try and help but I do not think they are willing to do so and I am stuck with this card now which is not even picking up the signal for me to dial *228 which is reqired to activate it.
                                        I bought a reliance net connect broad band conncection. I have been given commitments that the activation will be done within 24 hours. It is nore than 7 days, I am following up for activation. Still it has not been activated. Now I dont want to avail the service, and want my amount to be refunded back.
