I had made an application for 225 shares @115 each totalling Rs.25875/- which I had sent through D.D. No.179254, dt.17.01.08 drawn on The Mahesana Urban Co-Op Bank Ltd, Branch- C.G.Road, Ahmedabad.

No allotment of any Relinace Power IPO. So as i want my refundable amount 25875/- Rupees has to be refunded by Karvy to me.

Since last Two month days I am in continous correspondence with karvy customer care. I am waiting my money.

Dear Sir,

I had applied for Reliance Power IPO, i am not alloted any share. I have also received refund cheque vide cheque no.143629 of HDFC Bank ltd, but the problem is it is drawn on Axis Bank account no - [protected], which has been closed now. I had deposited the amount vide ICICI Bank cheque and mentioned all refund details for ICICI account only.

Request you to advise what should I do now? How can I get replacement cheque.

Reliance Power IPO — Non receipt of refund order - Reliance power ipo

My application No.71956983, Dated: 16/01/2008
Applied for 225 shares vide The Karur vysya bank Ltd., DD.No.943906, Dt.16/01/2008 for Rs.25875/-.
My Demat Account No.10276347 with Steel City Securities Ltd.,
I was allotted 17 shares of reliance power ltd.,
But the balance amount of Rs.18565/- is not received till date.
Of late I came to know that the registrars have despatched the said refund order to my old address(as per Demat A/c) vide their refund order No.1265240 for Rs.18565/- and the said regd.letter was returned undelivered due to change in my postal address.
In the application form, I have correctly mentioned my present postal address but could not modify the same with our DP - Demat A/c.
In this connection, I have requested M/s Karvy computer share Pvt.ltd - Registrars to the issue about these facts and requested for the re-despatch of the undelivered said refund order to the following new address. But there is no use. Hence, kindly do the needful for the immediate re-despatch of the refund order.

I had applied for 225shares of Reliance Power on 15.01.2008 vide application no. 2 6147106 vide cheque no. 442340 dtd. 15.01.2008 drawn on HDFC Bank Ltd, Express towers branch for Rs. 25, 875. On 25.01.2008 the cheques was debited to my account, but i have not received any shares. When i called up Karvy, Andheri Mumbai they told me that my cheques was bounced that is why i have not alloted any shares. But the cheque was got cleared from account on 25.01.2008. When i sent a email to Karvy Hyderbad attaching scanned copy of my bank account and application they dont even bother to check the account and straight away written to me that my cheque was returned that is why i have not got any allotment of shares.
I have written a letter to karvy attaching my bank account and the application on 14.02.2008 they are still telling me to give me 2 days every time whenever i called. Till today neither i have received my money nor i got any shares.
