Reliance Power IPO — Non refund of ipo amount

I have applied the above IPO vide Appln no. 5 8244561 for 225 shares vid ch no 463963 dt 16-1-08 for Rs.25875 and the amout was withdrawn from my bank i.e Andhra bank Green park new delhi on 22/1/2008. Till today I have neither received any share allotment nor the refund amount . Please look into the matter and refund the amount at the earliest.

Reliance Power IPO — non receipt of refund order

Dear Sir

Good Evening, I am manoj kumar yadav one among the millions of people who had applied for Reliance Power IPO which happened in January 2008. I had applied for 45 shares for which I had made an advance payment of Rs.19350, surprisingly because of company policy I was not allotted any shares.

One of which being that the refund instrument has been sent on 2nd feb 2008 to my address in ludhiana, surprisingly again that it did not reach me and neither do they have any details of the instrument being returned back to them for non delivery.

I had asked my father to visit the post office to enquire regarding the same, the reply he received was shocking- they haven't received anything from Karvy in my Name.

It is well over 1 month now, request you to please cancel the Instrument which was supposedly sent through post and do an electronic transfer in my name to the attached bank account which is (ICICI Bank LTd).

I am a salaried man and in need of money, I request you to please treat this issue as your own and bail me out of trouble.

Hoping that you would give me an opportunity to thank you very soon.

Reliance Power - IPO — refund credited to 3rd party account

I applied for 750 shares-fully paid-up. DP A/c has been wrongly mentioned in the application form, and the refund has been made to the concerned WRONGLY mentioned account. Despite several mails - hard copies and soft copies, registered posts, and phone calls, not received any responsible answer from KARVY COMPUTERSHARE. Even, I, found the wrong entry made at Karvy.
Almost over a month now, nobody is there to make a REPLY. Above all, the person whose account, my refund has been credited too applied for the issue, and got the allotment.

What is suspicious here is, how an allotment can be made to multiple application forms? On enquiry, I was told that people may use different pan card for multiple application forms by KARVY'S respectable officers. I went speechless and surprised, that having a DUPLICATE (?) PANCARD is so easy and posible in the eyes of Karvy. How these people will render good service to the public, when they themselves does not have any idea about what is what?

At my risk, I spent my money and time to identify the person in whose favour the refund has been made by Karvy and came to know an another interesting fact. Even that gentleman has written to Karvy that an anonymous credit and a second refund has been made to his account which is not related to him. For his query too the good officials at Karvy failed to respond.

While contacting over phone the officials seemed to be understanding, and by rotation, every time I communicate with them the officers keep on changing. So by wasting my time and money I have to explain the problem from the beginning to the end to reach a deadend, where our query will go in vain.

Do you expect me to write 100 e mails to you to get my money back. What kind of service are you talking about? his has been one of my worst experiences as a 1st time investor. Do hell with your system and pathetic service to reply customers back. I would be sending a copy of this email to Reliance Power company itself. You people have made it a point to play around with innocent Retail investors money. I will see to it you are penalised for this Delay on your part. Do hell with your system. Dont you have a responsible Public Relations professional with you to clarify my Query. You say you have sent my refund but God damn why you dont understand i have not received it. Can you clarify how you have sent it to me? By Ordinary post? By regd post? by ECS? Dont you have any sense when i write these many e Mails to you saying i have not yet received my Refund. Will you pay it back to me with Interest? You and your 3rd class service. Shame on you

Reliance Power IPO — Non Allotment & non refund of Reliance Power shares

I had applied for 225 shares in the above-mentioned IPO through application # 82742958 and the part payment of Rs.25875.00 @ Rs. 115 per share, was made by Demand Draft # 548410,dated 16/01/2008 from Corporation Bank Founder’s Branch Udupi. And Drawn on Corporation Bank Mangalore.
Upon my visit to Karvy Computershare Private Limited in Udupi, I came to know that 17 shares were allotted to me and so far I have neither received the Share allotment letter nor the shares have been allotted to my DMAT account (CDSL) # [protected] with India Infoline Limited Udupi Branch.
I have also not received any refund amount for the unalloted shares till date even after furnishing all the necessary details to the above said Registrar for this IPO M/s Karvy Computershare Private Limited.

Reliance Power IPO — Non reciept of refund check and share

Myself Alok M. Nitnaware, had applied for Reliance Power IPO and made a payment of Rs. 25785/- through ICICI Bank account and I have been alloted 17 shares and due to the wrong DP number it has not been credited to my account. On 8th of Feb 2008, I have submitted an application regarding the correction of DP number, and Karvy Computers Pvt Ltd pune executive told, It will take 15 days to execute the request.
Since now almost one month has passed, but still the request is pending as it is. And there is no transfer of Reliance Power share to my Indiabulls DMAT account and no refund of balance amount has been made so. Please do the needfull.
