Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your notice that i had applied for
225 no. of Reliance power IPO shares vide application
number 11200448 on part payment basis through
ICICIdirect.com on 16.01.08. I was alloted 17 shares
of Reliance power Limited but i am yet to get my
refund order.
After Contacting Karvy computershare Limited, i was
told that it has been despacthed via registered post
which was never received by me.

After the subsequent followup, i was asked to
execute an Indemnity bond and to send it across to
them. The same was executed by me and sent to Karvy
computershare vide consignment no. B42867117 through
DTDC courier on 29.02.08 .
The same was acknowledged by Ms. Vimala of Karvy
computershare Ltd, Hyderabad in the subsequent email
exchange.

It has been more than Fifteen days since then and i am
still waiting for the refund of my hard earned money
which is lying with Karvy computershare for Two
months.

So, I request you to please look in to the matter and
help me in getting my money(Rs.18, 565/)refunded.
I shall be highly grateful fot this help.

Reliance Power IPO — shares and refund

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had applied for 225 Shares of Reliance Power Ltd through their IPO vide the application no.91482484 vide ICICI demat account (DPID : 302902, CLIENTID :[protected]. An amount of Rs.96, 750 was debited to my ICICI account dt.16.01.2008.

After several emails, on 8.2.08 finally got a message stating 17 shares were allotted. Since then several email reminders were sent to Karvy for crediting the shares (17 ) and the refund amount of Rs.89, 440.

Please note that It is not possible to contact them by teelphone nor any response is received to the message sent by Fax, regardless to say email is never responded to any further.

Could you kindly help getting the shares and refund.

I would also appreciate information from any body having experience about the following:

a) What is the pressure on Karvy about this complaint vide consumer forum.
b) Is there any better or more forceful way to impress upon Karvy and get back refund and shares.
c) Is there any way for all applicants suffering to hire a legal service and jontly fight against the outraggeous bevior of the Karvy.
d) Is there any way to publicallly blacklist a copany which does not respond to the complaints.
