Reliance Power IPO — Non refund & non allotment of Shares

I have applied for allotment of shares in Reliance Power' IPO vide application NO 52679259 with Rs. 96750/- bearing CH. NO 119666 (PNB) of dated[protected]. Till date I have neither alloted any share nor received my refund of money. You please refund my application amount along with interest as early as possible. At first this refund was very very late than expected.

The cheque was bounced with note, STOP PAYMENT.

Please escalate the matter and let me know how can I get my refund without any more delay.

Dear official,

This is a complaint I am writing in addition to several mails I wrote to reliance power. I had been trying to track my refund order but nobody seems to be interested to respond to any of my queries. I hope this time my problem would be heard & i will get some positive acknowledgement.

I applied for 225 shares in reliance power ipo with application number[protected] in the name of Parikshit Pradhan & as of today I have 16 shares credited my account, but I have still not received the refund amount of Rs 18995.
I talked to the concerned officials at karvy hyderabad & they told me that they had re-dispatched my refund order (previously undelivered) on 15th march which still stands undelivered, this has happened because my correspondence address has changed.

I request you to kindly generate a duplicate refund order & credit the amount electronically into my bank account, details are given as under -

I have already Sent a letter through Speed Post vide Speed Post Letter No-SPEE[protected]IN dated 14/03/2008 and again sent a Speed Post vide Speed Post letter No- SPEE[protected]IN on dated 22/04/2008. I have also sent E-mail many times to Karvy computershare Office at Hyderabad .

After that I talked to Mr. Kartik and Next time I talked to Miss Kalpana as well as Mr. Subhankar who is working in Karvy Computershare office at Hyderabad on telephone regarding this Issue. But I am sorry to say that till date neither I’ve received any allotment conformation nor I recieved my Refund order . So I am very disappointed with this and I am facinig lot of problems due to shortage of money.

You are requested to kindly look into this matter on priority basis & Credit the shares if allotted AND send the Refund Order to my above mentioned DP detail & Address respectively.

appended below is the email sent on 30.4.08. Not getting ur Hyderabad telephone, even trying throughout day.

Please refer to telediscussion reg. refund of Rel.Power IPO Appl.No. 84901242 which has not been received so far. First the address was marked wrongly as Sector-ii instead of 11; therefore the refund didnot reach me. Second the a/c no. was wrongly mentioned as [protected] (11 digit) instead of correct icici a/c no.[protected].
Anyhow, as suggested i am sending the bank statement in attached file for the for the period 2.2.08 to 24.4.08 in respect of this bank a/c reflecting non-receipt of refund. Request early action under intimation. Pl acknowledge.
