Reliance Power — Wrong refund amount

After waiting for 4 months and repeated enquiries to Karvy I finally get a refund from Reliance but lesser by Rs 9000!
Who do I address next to resolve this ?

Reliance Power IPO — Non receipt of shares or payment

Dear Sir/ Mam,

I had applied for reliance power issue in january through Karvy. My application no is[protected] for 225 shares and deposited the cheque of 25895/- Rupees. When the allotment came through there was nothing in my account. nor money nor shares.

After a few days I received a demand draft in the name of some shankh singh. My application was filled in name of sunil gupta. Thats when I contacted Karvy. They checked the details and I was told that the shares and money was alloted to some Sunil Gupta in Darjeeling as the demat account entered in the system was wrong and I was to give them an application with all the documents and my client Id form and I would get my money back in 15-20 days. I gave them the application in febrauray itself. After that I have been regularly following up and atleast visited their office in Delhi at barakhamab road 15 times I am always told it is going to take time. Every time they say that they have send the detail to their headoffice. I have tried to reach their head office at all different office hours and odd hours too and there is always a single message that the line is busy and to call later. I have submitted the documents thrice and yet am awaiting my payment or shares. Now they say that it is my bank's job to recover the money from the person whom they have issued my shares and balance payment. I asked them to give me letter saying the same that the shares and refund was given to the wrong person and so the bank can ask back but yet no result.

Please help me and let me know how do I get my money back.

Reliance Power — REFUND OF RELIANCE IPO

Dear Sir,

I had applied fro 225 reliance power 's shares through IPO;against this I have allocated 17 shares & received the refund cheque number 858127 dated 10/02/08 of amount Rs.18565/- of HDFC BANK.I deposited this cheque in ICICI BANK instead of Maharashtra bank so it got rejected.This cheque was valid upto 30/04/08.

So I request you to release the fresh checque for refund.Also note that my Bank of Maharashtra account number is changed from 778, nagar brach to Account number :[protected]-Deccan Gymkhana branch.

The Amount Of remaning Share Is Rs 18995.

But Still Those Amount is Not recived To Me.

Reliance Power IPO — not received refund order or share yet

I had submitt my all deatils to register karvy i.e photo copy of ipo form, bank statment which you seen my cheque passed in favoure of copmany, bank certificate, copy passed cheque which passed from my bank, copy of client master list, etc.through mail and by post

Dear Sir,
I had applied for 150 shares of Reliance Power IPO through UNICON Investment Solutions gurgaon and Rs.17250/- was debited from my ICICI a/c vide cheque # 871920, application # 51615788, DPId and Client Id:- IN 300066 and 10432466. Further I have been alloted 16 shares and got the refund of Rs.10800/- vide Reference No.3913688 & Refund Order No. 2286941 dated 01/02/08 drawn on HDFC Bank a/c #[protected].I also received CAN ( confirmation of allocation note) but unfortunately the name type written on the refund order and CAN was wrong (it was SANJEEV CHANDRA). to get this corrected I couriered original Refund Order, CAN & Client Master to Karvy computer Share (Hyderabad) as directed by Karvy Regional Office, Gurgaon.Now they emailed me to send the refund order and CAN, How is it possible? When i had already sent. I also spoke to one of their customer care executive in hyderabad and emailed them at reliancepower.[protected]@karvy.com number of times but these people are least bothered to reply back. It is a humble request please help me out as I am sick & tired of these things.
