Reliance Power IPO — Non Refund of Reliance Power IPO

Hi,

I had applied for the IPO and was alloted shares but the refund order/check that was supposed to be credited in my account has the account number mentioned wrong. Hence it was returned back to me. I contacted Karvy and got a new check with the correct details but even that was returned by the bank with comments as "Refer to Registrar". After that i again requested them for a new check but the one i got again has the wrong account number. I was told by them that this time i would be getting the correct check but i have not recieved it till now and it has been about 2 weeks.

This kind of careless behaviour is not at all expected by a firm like Karvy.

I earnestly request you to please look into the matter and do the needfull as it is high time now.

received a cheque of Rs 18995/-, but the cheque could not be
encashed due to a spelling mistake,
as per cheque the spelling is DEBAIS SETH, but it is supposed to
be DEBASIS SETH, SENDING THE CHEQUE BACK FOR CORRECTION.

But no result. Again they send me letter date 17/03/208 Again I do same process. and now they send me same reminder

I talk at call center through toll free no.[protected], after litening to the problem he just said to you mail the problem on [protected]@karvy.com.
Please help me to get my money back, on my right name. Should I approach to consumer forum for the same. I am badly in need of my money.

I have already lodged the complain in Karvy raigarh office for not receiving the refund order but till date no action. Sometimes they say that your cheque has been returned to the Hyderabad office. Sometimes, they say that you will get the refund cheque within 10-20 days. No result came out even after my rigorous follow-up, I am very much frustrated with the service of karvy

I have already mailed to karvy customer support [protected]@karvy.com, reliancepower.ipo @karvy.com, [protected]@relianceada.com, [protected]@karvy.com, [protected]@karvy.com but no reply came from there too. In spite of my repetitive e-mail, Still nothing satisfactory was done.
