Reliance Power IPO Allotment Dear sir, I have a big problem on allotment of Reliance Power IPO. With my Bid cum application Form no which is 56293514 it shows that you allot me 17 shares allotted to me. But the allotment name is different which shows PREMSHWARI CHOUDHARY . PREMSHWARI CHOUDHARY , which is wrong name,it should be Parmeshwari choudhary,(PAN NO. AINPC5795M) As a result till date I have not receive any shares at my DP and my excess money also had not been REFUNDED WITH CORRECT NAME ,BANK NAME IS ALSO WORNG(it should be Yes BANK instead of Kotal Mahindra Bank) .The bank account name is correct.now tell me what should I do???? Please rectify the error at your end please inform me about the present status of my application. I had applied for Reliance power IPO via Application Form number 71658484 ,I was allotted 16 shares of the same at the time of allotment , But till date havent recieved the remaining amount which comes out to be 18995 /-Reliance Power IPO refund — NON RECEIPT OF REFUND AND NO ALLOTMENT

I had applied 225 shares online thru dd no 262803 from the guj industrial co-op. bank ltd. of Rs. 25875/- (partly paid up)after listing I was not allotted shares, & yet not received any refund check or direct credit in my saving account.
Please let me know how can I proceed further in this matter and how to get refund from concern authorities.

When I applied for IPO application my bank was ICICI but during allotment process I have changed my bank and now my bank is Syndicate bank, Now my ICICI bank account is not operational.
