[Resolved]  Reliance Prepaid Mobile — INTERRUPTED MOBILE SERVICE BY COMPANY

DEAR SIR,
I HAVE PURCHASED PREPAID MOBILE CARD FROM MALKAPUR TALUKA KARAD ON 21.11.2007 BY SUMBITING ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS . MY MOBILE NO.IS [protected] ACTIVATED ON 22.11.2007 .BUT AFTER THREE DAYS IT WAS DE-ACTIVATED BY CO.FOR THE PURPOSE OF DOCUMENTS.I WENT TO THE SHOP ASKED ABOUT THE DE- ACTIVATION THEN THE COMPANY ACTIVATED THE PHONE .ON 2.12.2007 FOR CONFORMATION OF ADDRESS THE ENQUIRY ON PHONE MADE BY CO.FROM PUNE.
ON 9.12.2007 THE MOBILE WAS DE-ACTIVATED AGAIN BY THE COMPANY.AFTER ASKING ABOUT THE DE-ACTIVATION TO THE SHOPKEEPER HE ADVISED TO CONTACT MR.PAMOD BHOSALE ON [protected].AS PER ADVICE I ASKED TO MR.PAMOD ON THE MOBILE ABOUT DE-ACTIVATION HE ACTIVATED MY MOBILE ON 10.12.2007 .ON 11.12.2007 MASSAGE FROM COMPANY WAS "WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR APPLICATION FORM".WHEN I ASKED ABOUT THE MASSAGE TO MR.PRAMOD THEN HE SAID DON'T WORRY OUTGOING WILL NOT BARRED.I ALSO ASKED ABOUT THE MASSAGE TO *333 SHRI PRADIP GAIKWAD ON 11.12.2007 .HE ALSO SAID NO ANY DE-ACTIVATION WILL MADE BY COMPANY.BUT AFTER ALL THIS CONFIRMATION MY MOBILE IS DE-ACTIVATED AGAIN BY CO.ON 13.12.2007 . PLEASE NOTE THAT I PURCHASED THE PREPAID CARD AFTER COMPLETING ALL DOCUMENTS AND CONFERMATION FROM COMPANY .I REQUEST TO THE COMPANY TO GIVE ME UN-INTRUPTTED SERVICE .

Dear Reliance,
I had activated a stv 249(freedom plan) on my mobile number [protected] on dated 20.01.2009 which has a validity of 30 days up to19.02.2009.But it was curtailed yesterday on dated 29.01.2009 without giving me any information regarding this and there is no specific detail given by customer care executive but i had registered a complaint on dated 30.01.2009 having a complaint no.87420439 .I have all the proofs regarding this STV recharge.1-My retailer, 2-Recieved confirmation message on activating this STV.
I am a loyal customer of reliance communication for last 6 years and due to regular use of this specific STV(freedom plan), I am facing a serious probleum and I hope you will look forward regarding this complaint.

I perchase new mobile 21/07/2009 LG-3500 FROM RELIANCE SANT NAGAR NEW DELHI, WEB WORLD.
but it is GIVING problem-autometic on / off. AFTER ONE MONTH on 22/08/2009
I WENT LG SERVICE CENTER, HE TOLD YOU RETURN THIS MOBILE TO WEB WORLD & TAKE NEW MOBILE THIS IS WITH IN WARANTY . He gave also a written paper.

RELIANCE SANT nagar WEB WORLD SAY I WILL GIVE NEW MOBILE AFTER 2-3 DAY . BUT NOW IT IS 20 DAY BUT I COUND NOT FOUND NEW MOBILE.

I COMPLAINT(COMPLAIN NO[protected] IN RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE BUT I COULD NOT FOUND ANY RESPONSE . HE SAY YOUR PROBLEM SOLVE YOU CONTACT MR VIJAY IN RELIANCE WEB WORLD SANT NAGAR .BUT HE ALSO GIVE NOT MY MOBILE .HE ALSO SAY I WILL GIVE NEW MOBILE AFTER 2-3 DAY
