I went to buy a mobile phone Samsung model Handset in the range of Rs 5000 they said no phone available in touch screen and said starting price is 6500 for single sim and above that for double sim and as i went through the models i decided to go for Samsung young duos which is released in 2013 Samsung S 6312 on the stand and asked the sales man for that model mean while as we wanted to exchange the old mobile we were concentrating on that too my wife wanted a white color that was an another contravercy that only one piece was available that too it was an seal broken piece in this confusion the sales man after my repeated asking is it Samsung Young duos he told yes it is Young Duos but i forgot to check the model No I purchased by paying Rs 7800 and bought the phone. I live at Kalpakkam Department Of Atomic Energy Qtrs it is 75 kms from chennai we reached late night the next day morning i checked the model it was Samsung S 6102 the discontinued model released in 2012 i even did not check the bill in the shop to check the model No because i trusted the sales man but next day morning i came to know that i was cheated by the salesman.I contacted the salesperson by phone is is denying that he has cheated thats natural human tendency now i want the full refund or a replacement of the Samsung S 6312 suggest me what i can do with these type of cheaters to get a replacement Note Samsung S 6312 and Samsung S 6102 handsets look alike that is how they cheated me I Suggest buyers please be aware about Kodambakkam branch as i went through the review some people have commented about fraud in this same branch please don't buy

I bought samsung X650 on 16th jan 2007...within one year i gave it for servicing for 6 times as the cell gets hang, battery heated up no sound could be heard.Everytime they assured its done & the problem wouldnot re-occur, but it happens after every 2 months.Last time the customer service center of esplanade told directly that they neither can chnge the set nor can do anything & asked me to do whatever i could.
In my Samsung Mobile (E250) display is coming white. I need to switch off my Mobile everytime. Please reply me ASAP.
I purchased a samsung 1410 a month ago and there is no battery back up. Gave it to Samsung Service Center in Nehru Place got it back a few days later and the problem still persists. Tried calling the center but no one seems to be bothered in picking up the phone, they want you to miss your work and be there. They need to get their act together.
I have bought Samsung Pixon mobile 2 months ago. I cannot synchronize it with PC. There is some problem. I have made several calls to their Customer Care and have also written emails but no action taken. Now a days they have stopped even acknowledging receipt of my mails. Is there a way for me to get my complaint redressed or am I supposed to suffer in silence? I want to know whom I should contact when their Customer Care is not caring!

We people paid the sum of amount Rs. 4000 and above. It is not a merely an amount but it is our blood and life and more than that.....?????

But as a customer, I don't know why it is happening and for what lodging the complaint to the company?

i asked the question to the service center regarding HOW TO INSTALL GAMES (.JAR) & mobile APPLICATION in SAMSUNG C5212 ?????????
but the mobile needs (.Jad) type of file to install game and other application. Please tell me clear instruction or you can close your company at all… you people come to me I will give guide you people how to live well and lead moral life.

Finally, I expect the company would help us to do the same..

Dear sir/mam,

I am sending u this e-mail to make you aware what is happening with customers like me who had purchased your products by trusting on the name and reputation of SAMSUNG. Few months back on April (09/04/2010) i purchased a Touchscreen mobile handset Samsung {Superb S 5560}. It was working perfectly fine till last month i faced some problem in it on[protected] straight away i went to your service centre in sec - 22 B - Chandigarh. I told them i am facing some problem in it and it is not working properly,they taken the handset and said they will call me back in the evening . In the evening i received a call from them they told me we are unable to repair your mobile it will take atleast 5 days to repair it ,i had to say Ok because i don't had any other choice. After 5 days i went to the service centre again in a hope that i will get my mobile today,but those said sir we dont have the parts of your mobile we are unable to repair it but we had sent your mobile to another service centre it will take 5 more days to repair it again i said Ok. Again after 5 more days means Yesterday i went there then they said sir still we are unable to repair your handset because we dont have the parts so we sent your mobile to another service centre now even they dont have the parts to repair your handset ,there is another service centre in chandigarh in sec 44 you can give your mobile to them . I got so frustrated finally i said please give me mobile back then they said we dont have your handset at the moment u can come on (17/08/2010) and take it back and it will be unrepaired or otherwise you can talk to our senior {Mr. AMARJIT SINGH - [protected]}.

Now, i am 110% sure your service centre people had taken out some of key parts out of my mobile thats why they are not repaing it .I just need my handset repaired or otherwise i need a new handset ..
And to make you Aware that i am not lying to you i have attached the copy of the slip which your service centre people provided me & the copy of the bill from where i had purchased the mobile.

SAMSUNG SHOWROOM — Handset Repair Cheating

Hi,
I have given my Samsung mobile for small repairing at samsung showroom pune initially they said repair cost would be 500/- also they have been charged immediately,
its working fine again i found there is a new problem infront of them same time after they repaird.
They agreed to solve that problem within 2days without charges. I also agreed their commitment.
After 2days they told me mobile COMPLETELY NOT WORKING even there is no display nothing is there.
I SHOCKED and argue with them this is the problem with samsung,you have to solve my problem without charges.
You know they replied me these are all electronic goods if you openonce it could be a anyproblem we are not responsible if you want to can put a case. I SHOCKED
Please guide me what can i do.

Dear sir/madam,
We have purchased three Samsung Mobile Phone handsets on 23/08/10 the bill invoice no. is UAP: 461814,461815 and 461816 the model name-Samsung C5212 by Univer Cell branch- Kachiguda, Hyderabad .
Now we want to inform you that as the above said dealer had brought the above said same hand sets from company which were outdated version software’s mobile phones and as when we are using this handset were facing lot of problems like when we are sending sms mobile getting hang and getting switch off. Please note a reputed branded company is doing cheap activities, as when we send the same hand sets to the company service center M/s. Ratna Electricals, Shop No. 12, ground floor, city center Abids, Hyderabad. Bearing work order no’s 10H3021 to 23. Dated[protected]. As the company authorized center agreeing the Mobile phone software is old version one but refusing to refund money or replacing it by new one’s.
As we object that as we were got cheated by world branded company Samsung by giving us old version phones as we had purchase new seal pack branded phones and with in one week only it has given us lot of problems, Therefore we request for strict action on above said companies and please provide us replacement or our money back immediately as we facing lot of problems with out phone handsets.

I'm a fully dissatisfied customer of your product GT-S5560LKAINU,IMEI no[protected], as since i have purchased it on[protected] it has been with your service center for almost 2 months, in 6 months duration the phone has been in service center for for 60 days ,that's really very disgusting......initially the problem was with the display for which it took more than a month to replace the screen in the month of July-Aug.. and 2 days before it stopped working as it stopped being switched on..I've approached your service center in which says it will check the problem and report it to me tomorrow the problem could be with the battery or some internal chips....the battery warranty which you provide is of 6 months which has expired on 5th of this month..such a dirty product I've never seen in my life I'll never replace the battery on my expenses if there is a problem with it. I'm hell disturbed with the performance of this phone. and looking forward to go to the consumer court if you do not compensate me by either giving me back my money or changing the phone within a week.

on dated 04.02.11 somebody has made the call from ph. no.[protected] saying that you have won the prize to dwounload the song on mobile free of cost for one year. As soon as i give the consent caller said that your balance has been reduced by Rs 200 and cut the phone.
I request you finally take action such type of cheating and refund my money.

I have samsung MUZK 219 Mobile, Purchased on 18.05.10 I had problem with my mobile on 12.02.11 I went to your service centre METRO TELECARE Opp Pinky Tolkies, Andheri East.
They said problem with board it will take time at 6 days, when I asked them for stand by mobile they said we are not giving ok any how I managed six days after 6 days I called, they said you will get with in two days then again I called up on 26.02.11 Saturday at 12.30pm they said your mobile is ready you can come and collect, I told them I will come on Monday 28.0211.
But when I was reached they said your mobile is not ready, because of your confirmation on phone I came from 450KM, I don’t have any other option to contact with people and business again I request them for stand by mobile they don’t have, such bad experience I have with this service centre . The way that person spoke that was ridicules I never ever recommended samsung to any other person. You people liar you cheated me & I Ioss my business if will not get any response what should I do ? please guide.

I HAVE SOME PROBLEM IN MY CELL HAND FREE SO I SUBMIT MY HANDS FREE TO SERVICE CENTER ON 14/7/10.(HANDS FREE) AFTER 14- 15 DAYS MY CELL ALSO START TO HANG. SO I SUMMIT MY CELL WITH BATTREY TO SERVICE CENTER. I GOT CALL FORM SERVICE CENTER ON 10/6/10 FOR COLLECTING CELL. WHEN I CHECK MY CELL I FOUND IT WAS NOT STARTING. THEN I AGAIN SUBMIT MY CELL FOR SERVICING. MEAN WILE WHEN I ASK FOR HANDS FREE THEY SAY WARRANTY OF HANDS IS OVER SO THEY CAN'T REPAIR OR REPLACE HANDS FREE BUT WHEN I SUBMITTED HANDS FREE IT WAS IN WARRANTY PERIOD. I DON'T ACCEPT TO TAKE SAME NOT WORKING HANDS FREE.

REGARDING MY CELL I AGAIN SUBMITTED CELL WITH BATTERY FOR REPAIR. AFTER TOW MONTHS WHEN I CALL CUSTOMER CARE THEY SAY CELL IS UNABLE TO REPAIR THE AMOUNT OF PHONE WILL BE REFUND. THEN I BUY NEW SAMSUNG CELL. NOW IN MONTH OF FEB 2011 I GOT CALL FORM SERVICE CENTER THAT MY CELL IS REPAIRED AND I HAVE TO COLLECT MY REPAIRED CELL AFTER 8 MONTHS.

CAN YOU GUYS SAY WHY MY CELL IS IN SERVICE CENTER SINCE LAST 8 MONTHS. WHY IT TOOK SO LONG TO REPAIR A SIMPLE CELL. WHEN I GOT CONFORMATIONAL FOR REFUNDING THE PRICE OF CELL WHY THEY AGAIN REPAIR MY CELL WHO WILL PAY CHARGE FOR THIS 8 MONTH FOR SERVICING AND DELIVERING CELL SO LATE.

NOW I DON'T NEED MY OLD CELL BECAUSE I ALREADY PURCHASE MY NEW SAMSUNG CELL. KINDLY ARRANGE THE REFUND OF PHONE PRICE FOR ME.
OTHER WISE ARRANGE COMPENSATION FOR CELL FOR REPAIRING MY CELL SO LATE.

I AM ATTACHING MY SERVICE CENTER BILL COPY FOR THE UR REFERENCE.
