[Resolved]  Sands Shopping Hub — non delivery of goods

on 25/06/2011, i have received a phone call from mr. rohan of M/s sands shopping hub for purchase of american diamond set at a total cost of rs.6999/-. imake the payment through IVR and they advised me that i have won a holiday voucher, real pearl set, bp controller and a wrist watch. till date i.e. upto 05/07/2011 i have not received any item from them. i have tried them to contact them on phone no. [protected] but no body is responding.

I also had a word with one of the executive in sands shopping hub . and till now i have receaved so many products as well as i am dealing with this company from last 8 months, But i think they deleavered their products in15-20 working days, because i received all my product in the given time period . so according to me everything is fine .And i really want to make a future relationship with the company ...

yesterday, mr pawan of shopping hub rang me and told that the item will be delivered upto 1/07/2011.

Kindly answer when called for any need after an order is placed and paid for. or call back

i received the consignment but the american diamond set in broken condition and the real pearl set along with its accessories were completely missing.i complained the incident and in turn Mr sharma of M/s sands shopping hub advised me to return the broken american diamond set and he also promised me to send the real pearl set along with its accessories separately. i returned back the american diamond set immediately by DTDC courier but till date i have not received any item so far.

I made a transaction of INR 9750/- against a call received from Sands Shopping Hub Representative Name : Mr. Anurag Sharma, the Representative committed for sending Branded Mobile, Cordless Iron, Pearl Set, Health Card, Pooja Thali. I got all these but TOTAL MARKET PRICE IS 1000+500+200+100+900 = 2700/- MAXIMUM against payment of 9750.

I personally suggest everyone to avoid calls from Sands Shopping Hub. This company is making false representation and delivery of non-standard products. NEVER GO WITH SANDS SHOPPING HUB...



THERE IS NO NANO. No KARIZMA, no CASH PRIZE on SANDS SHOPPING HUB. There is only Fraud….

SAND SHOPPING HUB OR SAND INFOSYSTEM IS A FRAUD COMPANY. THEY ARE LURING PEOPLE WITH THE PROMISE OF COSTLY GIFTS AND COLLECTING MONEY. I AM ALSO A VICTIM OF THIS FRAUD. I HAVE BEEN FOOLED BY THESE PEOPLE AND I DO NOT HOW TO GET MY MONEY BACK.
ATLEAST I CAN WARN PEOPLE TO STAY AWAY FROM THEIR CALL AND DO NOT GET LURED BY THEIR CALL.

Friends, please for your own sake, how can you believe that someone is going to give you prize and gifts for no reason at all. Please believe in reason, and dont be fooled by such who are aplenty looking to make a fast buck. Indian legal system is not proactive enough to protect you, so you better protect yourself.
If you get fooled, you have to blame your own greed and stupidity for the same...
thanks to such forums, at least people who want to confirm such frauds have some information

I RECEIVE A CALL FROM SAME SANDS SHOPPING HUB LTD, SAYS BLALAL & ATLAST THEY SAY THAT...PAY 32500/- FOR SOME TAX & SOME COURIER CHARGES FOR DELIVERED GOODS FOR SOME 110000/- (THIS GIFT AS IN HARD CASH, LED TV, OR CASH BACK ON PURCHASE SOMETHING...STILL I HOLD THEM. BY SAYING...I AM THINKING FOR SUCH DEAL ...THEY DAY I AM SELECTED FROM 10K OF CUSTOMER FOR BIENG SUCH MORE DEALS ONLINE..BUT I ONLY PURCHASE 1 TIME ONLINE THAT FROM BAG IT TODAY...SO WHY I SELECTED I DON'T KNOW...

Sandsshoppinghub is a Fraud and fake company Don;t take intrest in fake calling. I am also victim of these guide.They were delevering un wanted product.Plz. don;t go with sandshoppinghub.There is no any cash prizes, no karizma, no any car.

As per you guess are saying that u think its a fraud company i don't know how u think like this but i have made two deals with this company sands shoping first time i spent Rs.7999/- i have got approx 18 thousands ruppees of products in this amount and they have given me one jewellery set for my wife as a free gift second time they have called up me and said we are giving u some kind of benefit that if you will purchase one offer from our company right then we will give u one prize on same call...I have made a transaction Rs.28, 500/ in that amount they have give me some products which he has told that you will get these products in this amount and one prize/free gift and i have got one dell netbook as a free gift on same call so whatever they said they have done..and i m satisfy with this company i got one problem from this company that was he has taken one more day from delivery time period...i told them also for the same after that they assured me i will not happen in future...i am happy with this company.

Total Cost of product is Rs. 7989 how I say these guide are not frauder, cheater . On telephonic call from Mr. Amresh Kumar who is customer executive from Sandsshoppinghub he tell me that the above products are cost of Rs. 65000/- I have made a transaction of Rs. 20500/ through my visa debit card. This company not delivered cash memo or any bill regarding product. In my view Sandsshoppinghub is cheater, frauder.

At last i was satisfied with the material sent by sands shopping hub.Mr Raj malhotra follow up my case and sent a pair of watches which quality is very good.

Sandsshoppinghub is a Fraud company Don't take interest in fake calling from this company. i also make payment of rs 7999/ in the month of march, and today in 14 th may, till now i did't receive any product from them. i called them 100 times for that but they are not delivered the products yet.
please do not purchase products from this company

i jaya behera is victim of this company, i received call from Mr.Sameer, Mr.Arun Dixit saying that i am the lucky customer who was selected No.1 in the Promo list and i will be giffted with products worth Rs.30, 000 - Rs.60, 000 or cash immdly on paying Rs.22, 500/- towards govt., tax which i made thru debit card and i was also informed that i will receive 3 more free gifts first one on 5th july'12, second in the month of oct'12 and third in the monthof Nov'12 . but regret to say that i did not receive any SMS regarding dispatch of products promised by them or neither received any call from them, when i tried to contact them all me efforts in getting them on line gone waste, i dont understand how they can paly with customers feelings. i will complaint against them in consumer cort and claim the amt paid and more. if i am not going to get any response by today evening...

They wanted to make me another scapegoat... and before they transfer the call to IVR i said that as my Hindi is poor so better send me an email (anyway, with all bog promises i would never buy any product from some unknown seller... but the email is appended for your reference... and the funniest part is the seller mentioned Samsung Galaxy Tab et. al. over phone and within minutes when they sent the email the range of product changed, so i suggest, please never buy anything from any tele-marketer without a written document... one email is good enough if it is a domain mail or digitally signed mail):

Sands shopping hub is third class cheater online shopping web site,i have been cheated 2 times.Mr Arun devadi used to call me and they supply damage goods and some goods which they commit they do not send. they r cheater.or any further clari my cell no [protected].
