I, ASHOK KUMAR SOLANKI, have an account in SBI bank
(a/c no.[protected]). On 5th may'12, I tried to withdraw Rs. 10000/- from axis bank atm palam near gupta coaching centre ,rajnagar part1, Delhi but the transaction declined. However, money was deducted from my account. my complaint no. is [protected], No one llkes to be serious to sort it out. Reason I donot Know.Earlier heard that SBI Chairman is very serious regarding reply to mails.But no action has yet taken. Kindly go through my trailing mails and help me.

    Respected Sir

    On dated[protected] i go to ATM at Bungal time approximate 09:45 pm to 10:00 pm. I tried to withdrawal a some Rs. 1000/-(Rs. one thousand only) but when i tried to withdrawal the money above said amount then the ATM Machine stop and i cant receive my amount. But statement shown that i withdrawal Rs.1000/-. I the cabin two ATM machine i tried next ATM machine and get Rs.1000/-(Rs. One thousand rupees only)
    I complain to Branch Manager of State Bank of India, Dhar Kalan (Pathankot) he was taken from me account number and ATM card No. and said your money will back within a week. After a week I go to SBI Dhar Kalan Branch and meet with Branch Manager he said again please wait more one week. I complain at [protected] from this customer care No. i received a complain No.AT[protected] on dated[protected].
    From SBIPSG i received a massage On dated[protected] at 11:49:42am.
    "Dear Sir/Madam, your complaint AT [protected] has been attended by the competent authority and hence is closed in the system. To get the detail please contact the branch."
    I go to Branch but nothing doing from them for this wrong deduction. They were not received my written application regarding ATM wrong deduction. they was said Its not compulsory we forwarded your complain and your money will back within a week.
    On dated[protected] i go to SBI Branch Dhar Kalan, but the staff along with Branch Manager said "what we do, don't waste our time" tell me what i do? If you are not help me where i go ? its not just a lose of Rs. 1000/- but kill the faith. Please help me and return my money Rs. 1000/-(Rs. One thousand only)

      Sub:-ATM Withdrawal failure


      Dear sir/Madam,


      My daughter (Miss Akanksha Parihar) had use the IDBI ATM(ATM ID-4902) on 18 th Dec 2011 to withdraw of Rs.10000/=00( Rs. Ten thousand only) with using ATM card no[protected] but she did not received the same amount from ATM ,in this regard I made several compliant in customer care and through customer complaint form in this regard, from all of them I got the massage/SMS that complaint attended and hence closed contact to your bank, bank also saying your transaction found successes fully but she dose not found any money from machine and same time she drop the complaint in ATM drop box ,but Transaction no 13521 showing debit from our A/C of Rs.10.000=00 , when she did not get any money then she used the PNB ATM where she got the same amount,

      In view of above I request you to take up this matter from your end for early refund in my A/C [protected] in your bank. Your early action will be highly appreciable in this regard. Since last 8 month no action taken by SBI & IDBI

      Education deptt. — failure of withdrawl from ATM

      Sir, my account no.is[protected] which was there in Bhim distt.rajsamand(Rajasthan).on 7-7-08 i used my atm to withdraw Rs4000/- from the ATM of The Bank Of Rajasthan Ltd. at Madanganj Kishangarh distt. ajmer. I did not get the money due to the ATM machine failure but the same was deducted from my sbbj account(4020 Rs.).In reference to this I send an application along with the ATM receipt to sbbj branch bhim within 10 days.As now I reside at Kishangarh I have transfered my account from Bhim to Kishangarh. In this situation I inquired SBBJ Bhim Branch, SBBJ branch Madanganj-Kishangarh, The Bank Of Rajasthan Ltd. Madanganj-Kishangarh but I did not got any response and till today I have not received my deducted money.
      Kindly give a positive response and transfer the money in to the account.

              Hello,

              I am highly disappointed with SBICARD service. You people are charging me unnecessary money. I am your old and valuable customer and always have paid on time and have made transactions of multiple lakhs till now.

              This time I got Fin Charges on my statement, Dishonor fees, and other charges which I want you to remove from my account otherwise I will have to make a legal case against you with R.B.I.

              Please waive off those charges and charge me the correct amount and finish this matter ASAP. Don't make me take this to RBI. that way I will not be paying a single rupee to you.

              There are many fraud people, defaulters who just steals your money and runs away. you don't do anything with them, but you people just always take advantage of our innocence and harass us. Why do you do this ? This kind of service should be banned in India. My Son is a Media person and works with IndiaTV and AAJTak. If my issue doesn't get solved within 72 hours I will be showing all this created by sbi to all India and will request every single person in India via TV Channels not to use SBI Services.

              SBI Card — SBI card peoples are fraud

              one day the SBI card sales executive comes in my office and told SBI card is free chargeable. There is no any rental for SBI card. I filled the form and SBI card also received to me. I have not used SBI card till 3 months but those peopels were calling me everyday and told me that you scrap your called atleast once. otherwise it will not be activated. I scrapped and buyed 1000 Rs. items one day through SBI Card and paid within 15 days by cheque also (I have number of that cheque). But i got the statement of more than 2500 from SBI Card. I called them but nobody responded. One executive has called me to collect the payment then he told me that you have taken insurance in SBI Card and you will have to pay for that. (Really i have not taken any insurance on SBI card even i have not signed for insurance). Every month they send me the statement and everytime the bill increased by 1500 Rs. They send me the legal notice also. I really frustated to SBI Card. Now they have added my name in blacklist. Can anybody help me?
              As per the telephone call received from SBI people in January 2007 that your Credit Card renewed and you will be getting the same within 15 days at your residence. I say that I am not interested to use SBI card because it is very costly for me that is Annual Fee plus Addon crd fee. I say that I want to pay only Transaction fee and interest of the card as ans when I am using. Then they say that you don't worry only you pay transaction charge and interest. So I request you to please withdraw the Annual Fee charged 842.70 D and Addon Crd Fee 280.90 D at the earliest otherwise I am not in a position to continue the credit card further. I request you to please cancel the second card no. 3795 this card is useless for me. I want only one card i.e. 3787. Please send a line of reply at the earliest. Lastly I would like to say that Annul Fee charged 842.70 and Addon CRD Fee 280.90 debited by you, may please be cancelled from my a/c. otherwise I am not in a position to continue the card.

                Dear Sir,
                Sub: Excess deduction of ATM Annual Fees from my SB account.
                Ref: SB Account No [protected].

                I am a Senior Citizen and a State Bank Account holder for over three decades right from Tiruchi BHEL Kailasapuram Branch. On my move to Chennai during 2008 I transferred my SB Account to your Branch. While transfer from Tiruchi to Madipackam I had problem in using the ATM card since it was issued by Tiruchi and finally I was issued fresh ATM card against the old one issued by Tiruchi from your branch and I have been operating that ATM card only.

                During 2010 March 14th I found that an amount of Rs 50 was deducted twise from my SB account towards ATM Fees ( all Along I am under the impression that the card is issued free but I find a separate fee ( Hidden ) is collected towards that every year. Other banks are not collecting this amount from the customer) On my request letter to SBI dated[protected] the excess amount of Rs 50 was credited to my account on[protected]. I was told that by mistake they have deducted the excess amount towards the ATM card issued by Tiruchi also which is no longer used by me.

                During 2011 I was surprised to note that again an amount of Rs 50 has been deducted twice from my SB account on[protected]towards ATM fees and when I approached I was asked to give a letter again for which till date there is no action and the excess amount deducted was not credited to my account till date.

                Again in 2012 on[protected] an amount of Rs 100 was deducted twice from my SB account towards ATM fees for the Card which is not used by me. I am surprised that the ATM fee has been enhanced to Rs 100 with informing the customers.

                I do not understand how the operation is done for the transactions made at your end for the letters issued by customer. Once a refund is made for the excess amount deducted in 2010 you could have rectified the flaw in your system to avoid future mistakes. This has not been done at your end. Now at least I expect you to correct the system and you will not ask me to give every year a letter to get me the excess deduction made from SB account

                  SBI — not crediting of amount

                  I have saving account on SBI Bhanjanagar branch (code no 0038) A/C No [protected]. the bank receive a govt PPO on 24 0ct 2009 regarding my graduati and commutation about Rs 3,75,000/- but the bank did not credting the amount .

                  i booked a rail ticket through sbi net banking,the amount has been debited from sbi but not credited in IRCTC,so how to get back my money and how to lodge a complaint through online to bank

On checking of my Mobile SMS Rs 26, 000/- transferred to TDR/STDR No XXXXX883928 dated 13/02/2020 has been opened to your bank and apprise that self is eligible for a loan against it. It is requested that Rs. 26, 000/- may please be credited my account forthwith so that my wife is prolonged illness, routine to daily check up medical assistance and purchase medicine.                     I hold a Savings Bank Acc. No. [protected] with SBI NSIT Dwarka branch. Since the past three years, I have been successfully able to withdraw/deposit money into this account from the SBI branch at Delhi college of Engineering. A few days back I went to withdraw money but was rudely refused. I am deeply confused by this double standard shown by the bank's authorities. I would've really appreciated it if the bank staff, instead of mocking me, had listened to my problem and suggested a solution.

                      My self Parveen Gupta having salary saving account no. is [protected] with SBI from last 5 years. The account is going on smoothly without any problem during this tenure.

                      But now I am facing a very serious problem.

                      I have tried to withdraw the money from SBI ATM (ID S10A[protected], NTPC Badarpur (onsite) ) on 20/04/2012, the history of transactions is as follows:

                      I have registered complaint at customer care (no. [protected] (20/04/2012) and [protected] (28/04/2012)) and also given written complaint to the Mr. Sanjeev Kumar – Branch Manager - NTPC, BTPS (Badarpur) Branch (mobile no. [protected], land line[protected].

                      But after passing of more than 4 months there is no any solution provided to me, they are just saying we have not found extra money in ATM. I have got CCTV footage which are of very poor quality, but you can judge that there was some problem in the ATM machine.

                      I request you to help me out in this as I suspect that fraud is done by some employee of the bank.

                      I have all the papers with me and copy of mails written to bank officials.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I had applied for an education loan (File No. 78809) for Rs.7,50,000/- from SBI, M.G.Road branch, Secunderabad (Branch Code 3032) on 18th July, 2012. After submitting the file, the branch manager had called me for resubmitting the form because the loan application form (Booklet) was old and RACPC, R.P.Road, Secunderabad asked for filling out the new form. I re-filled the form and submitted the revised set of documents within an hour.

                        I had been following up with the manager of the M.G.Road branch consistently, and he said that he was looking into the matter himself and will intimate me once any update was available.

                        I am leaving for my studies to UK on 19th August, 2012 and still there was no update from SBI. I personally went to the branch to check for updates, but the manager had left for vacation and his colleagues reported he would arrive on 27th August, 2012. They even asked me to go visit RACPC center and enquire there. I did the same, but upon enquiring I found that the file itself was not received by the RACPC dept. It was shocking! They searched every possible place for the file, but never found it. When asked them for a solution, they blatantly replied that it is not their responsibility to track the files. It is the responsibility of the branch to make sure they drop the file in a drop box. I called up the manager from there itself and asked him for explanation, but even he replied that once he dropped the file in the drop box, it is none of his responsibility.

                        It is shocking to know that such a big national bank cannot even track a file and show irresponsibility in their behaviour.

                        Education loan on Bank of India — Delaying Education loan on Bank of India

                        Dear reader,

                        I am in Tamilnadu. My brother is studying in B.E Civil in a college.
                        For that he applied for a loan by september first week. The manager said to us to come after one month. then somehow we got application . upto now 18.11.09 we didnt even give the application. they are going on saying many proofs like gaurantee, etc etc.....
                        My brother cant pay his sem fees nw... so pls help me in this case.....I dont know how to solve this pbm.......

                        This is in reference to the delay by your bank SBI branch HARIDWAR. I had applied an education loan on 18 JULY 2011 at SBI LJ Road Rishikesh and completed all related documents by 24 july 2011. But due to some clerical mistakes by your staff, the valuation of property kept for security was delayed and now it has been one and a half months passed .Later I came to know that 1 week ago, the AGM SBI HARIDWAR has signed it and it is all ready.But still my education loan is not senctioned and the file is pending.When I asked them for loan they said that it is underprocess and the file is in the line and we will be called when our number comes.
                        They are not responding to our calls.There is no hearing to our requests.
                        MAY I KNOW WHEN WILL OUR NUMBER COME AND HOW MUCH TIME WILL IT TAKE MORE. IS THE BANK INTERESTED IN PASSING LOAN OR NOT PLEASE REPLY SOON.

                          cheque amounting Rs. 17,000/- (Seventeen Thousand only) at UCO Bank
                          Panihati Branch (Xerox Copy of the UCO Bank Pass Book statement
                          Enclosed) which duly returned by your esteemed bank with OTHER REASON.

                          When I personally meet your bank official regarding that issue they
                          explain that my SIGNATURE SCAN not attached with my account profile.
                          But strange thing is that I am also en - cashed a cheque on 25th
                          July, 2012 on the same account without facing any difficulties. Is it
                          possible to that are you not checking the same thing in the earlier
                          one ???
                          Moreover I am not getting a phone call from your Bank.

                          This is noting but extreme callousness and negligence which cost a
                          financial loss of Rs. 153/- (One Hundred Fifty Three Only). PLEASE
                          ARRANGE TO COMPENSATE MY FINANCIAL LOSS AND RETURN THE SAME AMOUNT AT

                            I have been chasing SBI Credit Card CSR team for the last 12 days.

                            I'm the regular user of SBI Platinum card and while i was making 'Online-payment' on 04th Aug'12, their website was showing error. I tried it paying it after sometime and it was successful transaction. However payment got debited from my SB account for twice. There is a complaint registered with them and sent mail to their Grievances team as well. No action/progress seen far. Below is my latest(today 17th Aug'12) conversation/email with them .

                            Dear SBI Team/Divya(Grievances Cell),

                            As per last conversation with your representatives, i was
                            suppose to get my credit of INR 90413.21 in 4 working days time.
                            This communication was given to me by Lavanya on 07th Aug'12 and
                            i still don't see any progress on this.

                            Today i was speaking M.Ranjith to know the status. He confirms
                            that no action is being taken so far and it will take another
                            4-5 working days to do the reverse credit to my account.

                            What's happening and why there is false committment from SBI so
                            far?

                            I'm sending mails for almost 10days and don't get any positive
                            responses from 'Feedback' and 'Divya'. Your representatives are
                            not interested in sharing 'Grievances Cell' phone number as
                            well.

                            It looks to me that SBI is not caring about customer's voice ans
                            playing around with their money. I'm incurring financial losses
                            due to SBI's confusion.

                                  Sir, this is to inform u that i am a sbi credit card holder since a long time. I am not using my credit card since few years still i get a statement showing several amount used by the credit card which i had never used. Unknowingly i am being paying this amount every month without utilizing the card. I request you to go through my complaint and repay the charges i have paid unknowingly and close my account. If you do not do so i would have to take legal actions against you. Hope for your cooperation.

                                  This is to inform you that I had my SBI credit card as showing total amount due as 1,782.15 for March month .previous month I had outstanding RS 13,652 which I had cleared it already on 8th feb cheque number:04113. Then I did not use my credit card for any transaction on any day till today and my card is showing about RS 1782.15 without usage of my card through out last month.

                                  I sincerely request that by noting this complaint try to rectify these mistakes otherwise Seriously I would cancel my credit card for sure. I don’t want pay for Fraud transaction committed by SBI card and NOT by me..

                                    Sir,
                                    I tried to withdraw cash from ATM – Dasarathapuram - Chennai for Rs 5K on 31.07.2102 for the 1st time the transaction is declined & 2nd time I got the cash for Rs 5K. But the statement shows that 2 times debit of Rs 5K + 5K for the same date.

                                    I already registered my complaints with SBI 3 times & the 1st complaint # is AT[protected] dt : 2AUG12. This is closed without solving my issue. The 2nd complaint # is AT[protected] dt : 9AUG12, which is still pending. The customer care states that both the complaints are closed.

                                    Today, 16AUG12 again i launched another complaint, the complaint # is AT[protected], dt : 16AUG12. Now the customer care is informing to me that this will take another 10 working days to close this issue.

                                    Still i didn't got my money back, none of the SBI officials are cared about this. Am loosing interest from 31JULY12 for Rs 5K. Requesting your help on getting my money back to my account with interest. Thanks.

                                    State Bank of India — wrong debit

                                    on 18th Aug 2008 I used SBI ATM, located in Vikaspuri C -block for withdrawal of money from my saving account . this a/c is in sbi vikaspuri branch .due to ATM technical problem I couldnot withdrew the money but surprisingly an amount of Rs 1000/-debeted to my account when I contacted sbi vikaspuri bank manager Smt V. Shanti, not only she talked in displeasent manner but shown unability to help.till date this amount of Rs 1000/-is not crdeted to my account despite of so many meeting with sbi personall

                                      Please note, I face the following problem with SBI Card. I need it to be redressed as soon as possible.

                                      I have an SBI Credit card and I make moderate transactions with that. I am not a profuse buyer and I like to pay off the dues in time. The credit card was made auto debit linked with my SBI account no - [protected] (Kolkata, Lake Twon Branch). Now, as I have never used SBI card beforehand, I am being cheated with the following manner.

                                      1. One person suddenly called up to provide me with information regarding CCPP (card protection !!) facility and despite declaring himself not as pushy as a slaesperson, when I denied that I did not require the said service, he kept on insisting me and finally wooed me with ready deduction of Rs. 1500.00 for a year!!

                                      2. My billing cycle is 15th of each month and the payment is scheduled for auto-debit on 4th of next month. In my June, 2012 statement, I received one SMS indicating (I still have the sms in my mobile) that auto debit has been successful and I have no dues left. After one week (in between there has been no mail or SMS communication whatsoever), a person from Delhi called me up and advised that I did not have sufficient balance in my bank account and therefore, i have to manually pay off the dues and a late payment charge Rs. 500 will be applicable!!! I immediately called up customer care and promised to pay off the dues, but also reasoned them that there should not be any late fine as it is because of their fault. I was not intimated. They revised the Rs. 500.00 and I was releived. But, when the statement came, I saw, Rs. 492.33 has been charged for Finance Charge,. Rs. 104.11 has been charged for GST (god knows!!) and Rs. 350 for dis honour of payment. Please note, this is all on the Rs. 500.00. So, I got Rs. 500.00 late fee charge credited but Rs. 946.44 debited unauthorised!!!

                                      3. When contatced SBI CC, they were yelling at me as if I was asking money from their own pocket!!! As if Rs. 500.00 was given as a gift to me and Rs. 946.44 deduction is very justified and I can not get it back.

                                      Through this esteemed forum, I would claim the money immediately and ask the SBI card authority to immediate cancel out Auto Debit facility within a week's time. All of SBI card people reiterate that it is not possible to cancle auto debit. But, at this era of technology, I know this is frivolous and lame excuse.

                                      Finally, I must say, SBI card has disappointed me and I wish to withdraw the service. Request all of you SBI card guys, please stop harrashing people who trust on you and please educate your CC personnel so that they can talk to customer.
