today i went to submit cash to the account.i was giving all respect to the bank rules.but the bank worker shouted on me.he made me cry n weep.when i protested then he threatened to stoping the work.
i am suffering from kidney stone problem and cant stand for long hours.but the bank has no place even for sit.there is no drinking water as well.the cash sumitting counter is at second floor.there is no cleanness too.
i have wrriten a complaint letter and gave to the manager.he believed me to forward the complaint ahead.but he did not give me any recieving. the bank officer tourcherd me a lot.and he does mis behaved to the other customers also.he often said'jo karna hai kar lo.mera kuchh bhi nahi hoga.'
now tel me will i get my respect again?
how could i come from the depression and insult feeling.
please take an action and give me the justice.and teach a good lesson to the bank officer.

State Bank of India — misbehave and threatened

i withdrawn 15000 rs. from atm and i got one wrong note imedieatly regarding this i complained to BM of that branch but he misbehave with me and threatened me to give me in police and said go right now here other wise u would be in trouble and gard put me out by forcely wiought any reason and said whatever you want you can do i'll not change your 500rs note at any cost and just get out from here. Please take it very seriously this matter because due to this is i m highly dejected to beheviour of them, i m waiting for your justice thank's

    This is PRABHAKAR ACHRAYA S one of the SBI Home Loan customer bearing Loan Account Number [protected], F.No.3922
    Regret to inform you that an amount of Rs.1,25,000/- (One Lakh Twenty Five Thousand) has been deducted from my sanctioned
    loan amount Rs.19,64,000 (Nineteen Lakhs Sixty Four Thousand) towards SBI Life Insurance Coverage.

    Sorry to inform you that even after fifteen months from the date of sanction loan till date I have not received SBI Life Policy or
    at least any information form RACPC, Bull Temple Road Office.

    On personal inquiry with SBI LIFE, I came to know that proposal for SBI LIFE has been declined by SBI LIFE on medical grounds.
    Hope same information should be available at RACPC.

    I would like to know the present status of Rs.1,25,000/ - deducted towards SBI LIFE immediately through
    e-statement. Hope EMI has been formulated inclusive of SBI LIFE PREMIUM with INTEREST. Consideration of Interest for
    non-utilized portion of Housing Loan is injustice and not acceptable.

    Hereby you are requested to transfer the amount sanctioned towards SBI LIFE to my SBI Savings Bank A/c. No.[protected],
    ISRO Banch, which enables me to clear GOLD LOAN availed from Bangalore City Co-Operative Bank Ltd.,
    Avalahalli Branch towards the completion of my house.Further you are requested to send REVISED EMI with e-statement
    as my EMI payment due on 10th of every month.

      I purchased one camera canon sx 150 vide order no 358246 from WWW.sbicardmegamall.com. I received my camera on 23.04.2012. But as offer shown on website i had not received my freebies such as "1. screen guard 2. table tripod and 3. 4gb
      sandisk pendrive. I have purchased this camera through website only due to this offer but when i
      received my order i shocked that these freebies are not in my packet.I tried to contect the Sbi Card Megamall over phone but no one is picking it. I also mailed to [protected]@sbicardmegamall.com on 24.08.2012 but still i have not received any answer.

      Please solve my problem asap.

        1. With due respect, I beg to submit the following few lines for your kind consideration and favorable actions please.
        2. Please refer my letter No-220854/Pers; dated-02 April 2011, and my Joint Account No-[protected] (Amount deducted on 05/03/2011 & 30/03/2011).
        3. Sir, I had approaching your higher authority in SBI Bihar time to time for an amount Rs 1700/- (Rupees one thousand seven hundred only)as Legal Charges (for a deed Verification) has been taken twice by the SBI, Kankar Bagh, Patna-800020 Branch(Code-1389) with my cheque Nos-776890 & 776891 dt 14 Feb 2011from my Joint Account of said branch; and also for to take correct rate of interest on my Home Loan as per Defence Salary Package Scheme.
        4. I was also approaching to SBI, Kankar Bagh, Patna-800020 Branch personally but the excess amount charged as legal fee (twice times) has not yet been refunded so far.
        5. We such soldier guarding intrusion and evil designs to our Motherland are fully faith upon you like Officers and your honorable office staff
        6. In view of the above, facts and circumstances, May I kindly request your good self to give order to refund an amount Rs 1700/- with Interest, which have been taken twice wrongly by the said Branch. I am also requesting you to kindly look into the matter personally to avoid inconvenience and legal implication at letter stage.
        I am not sure but fully faith upon you that you will do the needful at your end to get me the corrective action.

          I send a money to my friend through Internet Banking using NEFT
          service. But while sending i missed one number of my friend account
          and also money has been debited by showing transaction successful.Till
          now that money didnt reach my friend account and didnt came back to my
          account also.I enquire both the banks regarding this and also i call
          to customer service center.They are telling they dont have any

                Dear Sir,

                This is to inform you that I have lost my ATM card on 14/07/2012 and without more ado submitted the required documents to my branch at SBI, Mukundapur(Complain No-[protected]), but it is very untoward that not yet received the card.

                When ever contacted the branch they are very IMPOLITE in behavior and given the docket details of Post office and ask us to go to Post office to collect the same.

                Again when contacted post office they are saying it has not yet received.

                Now my question is why I should have to follow up with Post office which is another non functioning area, who hardly vexation about customer service.

                Please understand it is one month old and no clear picture is shown to me. I need your urgent attention to resolve my problem.

                  Hi,

                  I had loged a dispute on my credit card with SBI Cards India on 30th of December 2011 but instead of resolving it they are stick to a single guideline of RBI which states the liability of payment will be mine but I have produced various facts that my case is the combination of various other guidelines according to them I am not suppose to pay agains any fraud transactions but they are not ready to respond on these facts.

                  I request you to please pitch into the matter and save me from the harassment by SBI people.

                    I am regular user of SBI credit card from 2007.

                    In the last statement generated on 17-18 AUG 2012. they have charged me late payment fees of INR 700 with service tax.

                    However I regularly pay my outstanding then too If I get late sometime they immediately charge late payment fees without considering me as a old and regular customer.

                    It is my humble request to you to instruct SBI credit card to reverse recently charged LATE PAYMENT FEES.

                    SBI Credit Card — late payment charges

                    i am using SBI IRCTC credit card for the past few months.i couldn't get last month statement till date..but i pay the amount.why should i pay the interest and late fees for your mistake.

                    SBI Credit Cards — late payment charges

                    Last month my credit card was showing a minimum amount due as Rs 4583.33 and total amount due as 4543.28, i made payment for Rs 4550 which was above total amount due inspite that sbi credit card has charged me a fee of Rs 450 as late payment when i have made my payment in time. Now they are not reverting back any charges and asking me to pay the full amount with fine. But since i have made my payment in time there is no chance for late fee and the extra fee they are charging is totally rubbish, in these type of cases they must be peanlised for harrasment of individual and appropriate action must be taken against them.

                      My name is VIKAS SRIVASTAVA,my account no. is [protected]. i have used my ATM card of the state bank of india,Bhauti Branch,Kanpur in SBI ATM card machine situated at Dabauli,Kanpur on 8/8/2012 for withdrawn of 7000/- .Unfortunately ,no cash delivered by ATM,but my accound was debited same amount. I registered my complaint on 9 august 2012 on SBI customer care.But I found an information from customer care that your complaint is closed and 7000/- is debited on your account on 18 august 2012.But still today my amount is not credited to my account.I visit to bank and they suggest to me fill the form again,so i filled the form and I registered complain on customer care ..I am posting my last 3 transaction:

                        My name is SUJA .I Have a common complaint about STATE BANK OF INDIA .I think it is better to change the name of this bank with respective
                        city names.I thought as it is all india based Bank.I could have any bank dealings from any city.But i was wrong today i contacted

                        state bank of india nandancode in thiruvanathapuram for agricultural loan(keeping gold as security) but their problem was MY account of STATE BANK OF INDIA is in ERNAKULAM.so if i should get a loan i should transfer my account from ERNAKULAM to THIRUVANATHAPURAM.Otherwise they can't grant my loan.BUT when i asked about this in Broadway branch they told you will get loan from any of these branches.SO SAME BANK AT DIFFERENT PLACES ARE WORKING WITH DIFFERENT RULES THIS IS REALLY SHAME FUL TO SAY ONE OF THE BIGGEST BANK IN INDIA HAVE THIS WAY OF TREATMENT TOWARDS THEIR CUSTOMERS.THAT BANK MANAGER WAS SAYING HE WILL GRANT LOANS ONLY TO THOSE WHO ARE STAYING IN TRIVANDRUM AND HAVE A ACCOUNT IN THEIR BANK. so why shoul we have a name STATE BANK OF INDIA..I WOULD ADVICE CHANGE IT TO STATE BANK OF NANDHANCODE,STATE BANK OF PATTOM...GOLD LOAN OFFICERS AND MANAGERS OF THESE TWO BANK ..PLEASE DO CHANGE YOUR BANK WITH THESE NAMES

                          Sir i have an S/B account at your Hanuman nagar branch in Belgaum.my account no is [protected] in the name Anandraj.s.wajantri.when ever i visit the branch for cash deposit i have been asked to come tomorrow,when reason asked they say u should come before 12 on all working days.they say i cant deposit more than two or three cheques in my account because its hectic for the staff.always the staff is absent and just one lady working that too with laziness.today i had been to deposit some cash and exchange some cut notes but she didnt accept it.i asked her its written in your branch that cut notes are accepted here,she replied its just written for formality and asked me to go to main branch which is very far from my home.the style of working is very disappointing.In our area we have state of mysore,canara bank,karnataka vikas grameen bank who are providing good services.but im sorry to say that sbi performance is very poor.please take some appropriate steps and provide good and all services written in branch.some of my other friends also have the same comlaints.thanking you.

                              SBI — someone hijacked my sbi account and my password

                              Sir

                              Please help me, My sbi account and password is hijack by some one. I want to know what precausion I shoud take. And what action I take against him?

                              I have given to my sbi account id to a agent of SBI DEMAT. There is any possibility that he can get my password ?

                                  I, ASHOK KUMAR SOLANKI, have an account in SBI bank
                                  (a/c no.[protected]). On 5th may'12, I tried to withdraw Rs. 10000/- from axis bank atm palam near gupta coaching centre ,rajnagar part1, Delhi but the transaction declined. However, money was deducted from my account. my complaint no. is [protected], No one llkes to be serious to sort it out. Reason I donot Know.Earlier heard that SBI Chairman is very serious regarding reply to mails.But no action has yet taken. Kindly go through my trailing mails and help me.

                                    On dated[protected] i go to ATM at Bungal time approximate 09:45 pm to 10:00 pm. I tried to withdrawal a some Rs. 1000/-(Rs. one thousand only) but when i tried to withdrawal the money above said amount then the ATM Machine stop and i cant receive my amount. But statement shown that i withdrawal Rs.1000/-. I the cabin two ATM machine i tried next ATM machine and get Rs.1000/-(Rs. One thousand rupees only)
                                    I complain to Branch Manager of State Bank of India, Dhar Kalan (Pathankot) he was taken from me account number and ATM card No. and said your money will back within a week. After a week I go to SBI Dhar Kalan Branch and meet with Branch Manager he said again please wait more one week. I complain at [protected] from this customer care No. i received a complain No.AT[protected] on dated[protected].
                                    From SBIPSG i received a massage On dated[protected] at 11:49:42am.
                                    "Dear Sir/Madam, your complaint AT [protected] has been attended by the competent authority and hence is closed in the system. To get the detail please contact the branch."
                                    I go to Branch but nothing doing from them for this wrong deduction. They were not received my written application regarding ATM wrong deduction. they was said Its not compulsory we forwarded your complain and your money will back within a week.
                                    On dated[protected] i go to SBI Branch Dhar Kalan, but the staff along with Branch Manager said "what we do, don't waste our time" tell me what i do? If you are not help me where i go ? its not just a lose of Rs. 1000/- but kill the faith. Please help me and return my money Rs. 1000/-(Rs. One thousand only)

                                      Dear sir/Madam,


                                      My daughter (Miss Akanksha Parihar) had use the IDBI ATM(ATM ID-4902) on 18 th Dec 2011 to withdraw of Rs.10000/=00( Rs. Ten thousand only) with using ATM card no[protected] but she did not received the same amount from ATM ,in this regard I made several compliant in customer care and through customer complaint form in this regard, from all of them I got the massage/SMS that complaint attended and hence closed contact to your bank, bank also saying your transaction found successes fully but she dose not found any money from machine and same time she drop the complaint in ATM drop box ,but Transaction no 13521 showing debit from our A/C of Rs.10.000=00 , when she did not get any money then she used the PNB ATM where she got the same amount,

                                      In view of above I request you to take up this matter from your end for early refund in my A/C [protected] in your bank. Your early action will be highly appreciable in this regard. Since last 8 month no action taken by SBI & IDBI

                                      Education deptt. — failure of withdrawl from ATM

                                      Sir, my account no.is[protected] which was there in Bhim distt.rajsamand(Rajasthan).on 7-7-08 i used my atm to withdraw Rs4000/- from the ATM of The Bank Of Rajasthan Ltd. at Madanganj Kishangarh distt. ajmer. I did not get the money due to the ATM machine failure but the same was deducted from my sbbj account(4020 Rs.).In reference to this I send an application along with the ATM receipt to sbbj branch bhim within 10 days.As now I reside at Kishangarh I have transfered my account from Bhim to Kishangarh. In this situation I inquired SBBJ Bhim Branch, SBBJ branch Madanganj-Kishangarh, The Bank Of Rajasthan Ltd. Madanganj-Kishangarh but I did not got any response and till today I have not received my deducted money.
                                      Kindly give a positive response and transfer the money in to the account.
