Dear Sir/Madam,

My A/c no [protected] named as Aamir Shaikh i was trying to withdraw cash from SBI atm for Rs.2000/- dt 19/03/2012 time 07:02am. There was error in the system and no amount received & got receipt contains message that SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS, but customers a/c has been debited for the same amount on same date & same time We have lodge complaint, iD[protected].We got revert from the CCRS dept as SBI has been rejected the same complaint as the same transaction is successful.

As per my concern, i had not received money. It can be clear in CCTV Footage

And SBI Bank rejects the complaint they dont entertained to other banks complaint. Many followups done by me and Axis bank employees. I have been followup to bank several times but they on entertained that no officer is available or officer is on leave. They decline to give CCTV Footage after filing an FIR and the Manager of Axis Bank also been to the SBI Bank.

So plz help me in this regards to get my money back.

If SBI Bank can give clear CCTV footage or they are responsible for the debit they have to pay for it

    Iam having SBI a/c no- [protected] at Azadpur Branch , problem is i tried to withdraw Rs 7000/- through ATM on 1/8/12 at around 7.PM but amount debited Rs 7000/- but cash not recived actually. Pls take necessary step.I have already convey to branch through hard copy aplication form.
    I have also attached scan copy of ATM recipt

      As I am holding my above account in Rajkot SBI Main branch and would like to inform you that while trying to withdraw the money from SBI ATM Haridas Road, Wankaner, on 31-July-2012 around 18.00, the transaction was ( Trxn no. 4658). However, I withdrew a sum of Rs. 2000 from the ATM ( Trxn no. 4658). However, after getting the mini statement , I was shocked that it reflected that amount of Rs. 2000/- (ie twice the amount) has been withdrawn from my account with same ( Trxn no. 4658). My transaction for your reference and kindly reverse the amount of Rs. 2000/- in my account.

      I need your help for resolving the same Urgently.

      The amount Rs.2000/- was not credited into my A/C. Kindly help to resolve the same on V V Urgent basis.

        This is Vishal patel from Surat Gujarat. I am holding Sbi Platinum Card No:4377-xxxx-xxxx-9611. In the recent time I called Customer care no:[protected] on 15-Jun-12. As I was interested purchase the electronics item from Croma Centre Surat. Before my purchase I called to customer care to know about the latest offers on my SBICARD. As per the customer care executive the offer is available of 10 % discount on my SBICARD then also I asked him to confirm that weather I can avail this offer at Croma Centre in my city (Surat). He reconfirmed the same & gave me the assurance that yes this offer is valid in Croma Centre Surat. After the assurance given by Customer executive I purchased my goods. I paid the bill as well. On 1st August 2012 I called to customer care[protected] to know about the status of the cash back offer? I was shocked to know from them there is/was no offer of 10% cash back. I asked them It was confirmed by your executive on 15.06.12. They said that they will check & revert for that they asked me to put on hold. I Agreed for that but surprisingly they cut the my phone on both the times. Firstly I thought it may be network problem but 2 times it was beyond my understanding.

        hence I request you to help me get back my money and actions against the executive who failed to provide the service & disconnecting the calls.

        SBI Credit Card — Fraud done by SBI team

        Hi ladies & gentlemen,

        This is new victim of SBI credit card. I had never I repeat I had never used(To that matter it is not activated at all) the credit card till now. Initially I was promised for a card with out any annually charges. Receiving the card I was surprised that they mentioned that I will need to pay annual charge. When I called customer care, they said don't worry about the letter and they mentioned that my card is LIFE TIME Free credit card. After 1 year I got a mail stating that I need to pay some RS 800/- as annual charges. I really got sacred about the service they did and kept it without using. They used call me and tell me that I need to pay money for them. The calls are also very irregular and they don't even follow up properly. I never saw such kind of service.

        Now they are asking to pay 1250/- rupees for cancellation of my account in black mailing manner telling that they will issue an arrest warrant against me and all my accounts will be blocked in every bank.

        The intelligent lady who called me says that she is calling from Delhi the actual number being bangalore. Is this not fraud Friends?
        I think very soon their will be a web site for SBI victims
        sbicreditcardvictims.com. That is level of their fraud.
        I have applied for SBI credit card. but it was not delivered to me, I don't even know my SBI Credit card number. after a month SBI started pestering me that u have used os much of amount and need to pay the amount which I have no clue. after a year they started asking for annual fee and also threatened that I cannot apply for any CC or loan. what to do? can some one please mail me how to resolve this issue.

        Till Date not received any feedback from SBICARD. Even though I tried to use their service by sending the message on [protected]. I got replied via SMS as well that SBI will call me withing 2 business days. Message was sent on 01.08.12 & today it is 08.08.12 I think SBI is on leave may be for a month or what ?

        Dear SBI team,

        Thank you for calling me regarding my concern but I am very sad to share my feelings regarding the solution offered to me for my concern. SBI card representative conveyed to me that in no case they can revert the amount. I feel something like somebody commites the mistake & other people have to suffer for one's mistake.

        Customer care is the authorized place where people can updated themselves regarding the latest offers.If these people start misguiding the customers then who will save us?

        Hence once again I request you to look into the matter & get me the solution upto my satisfaction. If required the conversation I had to sbi executive shall be rechecked.

        Dear Sir,

        The query has been responded in such a way that it is not simply acceptable to me.
        What your nodel officer tried to convenience me to accept the mistake made by your executive & bare the charges. Is it the way to provide the services? I m giving you open invitation to discuss what ever may be your proposal on the open forum so that people of this country can know what you SBI team is doing in order to resolve the customer's problem.

        I have already taken up this issue to RBI & my complain has been forwarded to Mr. Amit Karla, Nodel Officer SBI Cards and payments Services Pvt LTd, 10th floor DLF cyber city, Phase -II Guragaon 122002 by RBI.

        Waiting for the resolution to come to my satisfaction.

        This is simply not tolerable.

          I retired from INDIAN NAVY on 31 Jan 2012. My PPO NO is : 09/97/B/5/003071/2011 dated 16 Dec 2011.
          Presently I am residing in Jamnagar as my last working unit was in Jamnagar. My permanent Address is
          Near UCO bank, vill+ PO : Krishnadaspur, PS : Buddhachak, Dist Bhagalpur (Bihar) - 813222.
          I submitted all required proforma( life certificate and all) to bank on 26 May 2012 But my pension has not been started.

          On enquiry I came to know that my life certificate has not been punched by my home branch. I contacted the branch manager as well as service manager on telephone they said that this is the job of Patna branch. on my request to punch my life certificate they asked for another life certificate. I told them it is very difficult for me to come to Bihar now then they asked that send it by speed post. I took the sign of manager of valsura SBI branch and send it by speed post which has been received by them on 24 Jul 12. still they have not punched it to my account.

          Now they are saying that it is our job we will do it at our own, whatever you wish to do you may do. They are not cooperating and behaving strangely.please look into the matter and do the needful.

          My PPO No.[protected] was issued on[protected]. My Account No. is [protected], SBI Branch Jaipur House Agra Code No. -6532. Central Pension Accounting Office, Trikoot-2, Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi issued an order to release pension & commuted vide order No. PN[protected]R Accordingly, commuted value had been credited on my account to till date as per entry made in the pass book, but my pension has still not been released/credited in my said account even time & again pursuance with the paying bank. The bank did informe me about release of pension order after receipt of order from CPAO. I personally met to dealing hand of the Bank and on this day I filled-up all required documents/papers in the Bank. Even repeated visits to the bank, I could not understand as to why my pension has not been released so far. I am facing problem in getting my pension. Request to kindly enquire into the matter & issue necessary order to credit my penion in my accout at the earliest as I am facing acute financial hardship please.

            I have the honour to inform you that I have deposited a SBI a/c payee cheque bearing no.-428007 of amount; Rs.96060/-(Rupees Ninety Six Thousand) only dated-12/07/2012, on13/07/2012 at SBI Namrup Br. (Code-0223),which till today not deposited in my SBI savings A/C No- [protected]. During this period, I have enquired 3-4 times to our SBI Accountant,all the times he told me that the cheque is not yet returned from collecting branch i.e. SBI Dibrugarh,which is situated at distance of 69 Kms. only from Namrup.
            On doubt on 31/07/2012, I enquire at SBI dispatch section of deposited br. I astronished to see the cheque till lying at Namrup Br.without sending it to Collecting Branch.The same cheque, which was sent from Dibrugarh Post Office on 12/07/2012 and was recieved by me on 13/07/2012,i.e. only one day is required.
            Now my question is "Why should I loss the interest on Rs. 96060/- for around 19one0 month? Who is responsible for not getting my money at my urgent needs ?"
            My request is to collect and deposit the cheque amount along with full interest for those days at the earliest to pay Engineering college fees of my daughter, now I have to pay fine for her late payment. WHO will bear IT?

            SBI — Return of cheque due to negligency of Bank

            Sir, I have SBI Polytechnic Branch Ahmedabad A/C No [protected].
            I hve deposited Chequ No 319397 on 7/8/09 for Rs 70000=00 inspite of having Rs 93000=00 in my Bank A/c, bank have returned the cheque
            I have to give 110 Rs to my ICICI bank A/c[protected]
            So Bank has done nigligency in clearing my cheque

                This is regarding a cheque number : 76247 for the name of Himanshu Tripathi ; Dated 21/07/2012 and deposited in SBI--dehri-on-sone Branch, Bihar issued by SBI Sasaram Branch, of amount Rs. 10000, but it is 1st August but still it is not reflecting in the account in which it was supposed to be deposited.

                A normal cheque should take maximum of 4 days to clear but I am not sure why a such reputed bank is taking so much time to perform such a routine action.
                Please let me know if any actions can be taken against SBI as this was very urgent activity for me and I have incurred loss because of this.

                  My name is amit kumar, I am in financial crunch now and
                  hence I applied for project loan from a private finance company in New Delhi called
                  "JAI LAKSHMI ENTERPRISE". They had published their loan offering advertisement in Dainik Jagran. . When I applied they asked for all my details and documents which I
                  provided.They asked me 900/- as file charge & stamp duties, which I deposited in
                  the ICICI Bank A./c:[protected]Name: Rohan Kapoor) -New Delhi.Then
                  they sanctioned a loan of Rs. 30 lacs from SBI BANK, i recieved a call from SBI bank to confirmation of my details. After that they asked me 30000/- more as the agreement charges. So after lots of conversation/explaination by them I deposited again
                  30000/- in the same ICICI Bank A./c: . After this i got a SMS from SBI Loan department "Your Loan has been sectioned of Rs. 30 lacs". than they asked me more 60500/- as advanced loan EMI, So the total amount of 90,500 rupees I have given
                  them.after this they said my Loan will be transfer to my A/c but they didn't, when i ask them then again they ask rs. 15000/- as a commison. ]

                  Please advice how can I get my money back.I have all the bank receipts,and SMS communication with me which I can provide immediately

                    Even after writing the mail these people are calling again and again dont know they are working.

                    everyday i m getting more than 10 calls from SBI CREDIT CARD for the name of Mr. Qumaruddin.

                    This is humble request to the cutomer care of SBI credit card company that please update the data base and dont disturb me again otherwise i wil take a serious action against them.

                    I am getting calls from SBI Credit Card Company for the name of Qumaruddin as there is no updation of contact details in their database.

                    I Siddharth Jindal, using the mobile number +[protected] since April 2011.

                    Thousands of calls i receive and everytime i told that i am using this mobile number politely but they didn't update their database and call again and again mentally disturbing me a lot.

                    I don't know how these customer people work and maintain their database as on every call i told that i am using this number since April 2011.

                    Kindly take the action on the same.

                    SBI Card — unwanted mails

                    Even after Inspite of repeated warnings, I am still receiving un wanted mails from SBI credit cards, from

                    offers.[protected]@ge.com to my mail id [protected]@gmail.com. Please stop them.

                    SBI Credit Card — unwanted wrong calls

                    I am recieving calls from SBI credit card, Gurgaon Branch for some Vicky Ahuja from past 6 months. I have told them thosands of time that this is not his number. . He has done some default and he might have chnaged the contact number. I purchased a brand new sim. I dont know how do they get this number. They called at 8 in the morning disturbing my sleep, during afternoon hours while I am busy. Daily I receive atleast 5 calls and I keep disconnecting it. I have tried to make them understand a lot and even talk to their manager but no results. I want them to stop these calls and remmuneration for the inconvinience i faced.

                            Sir I have applied for a loan in khadi gram udyog under a u.p govt employment loan scheme for opening a bakery. My documents file has been refered to S.B.I Chandauli on 22nd june for further loaning process. But the bank ( sbi chandauli) after postponing it for several days finally refused to sanction the following loan and my file has been sent back to khadi gram udyog. Earlier I was not told about the file which they already had recieved but after keeping it for a long time and due to my continuous inquiry to the bank, the bank employee committed that they have got the file . I don't know why i'm refused from the following loan service. Earlier when I was asked by khadi gram udyog to propose a bank then I went to S.B.I Chandauli that if they are ready to sanction me the following loan. By the time they agreed but know they are refusing to do the same. Kindly help me.

                                BEWARE OF SBI CREDIT CARDS
                                This is a true life incident where an honest human being was forced to pay an amount even without seeing the bill
                                Dear all,
                                This is what SBI credit card division can do to you.
                                I had made a purchase of some 70,000 and odd in December 2011. Since I was sick and out of town for about 2 months I was unable to pay the same immediately. By January it had become 80,459.
                                Until then I had never paid in installments. I had been clearing the total bill amount every month, month on month.
                                Then I paid Rs 50,000 in January 2012 and on 21/2/2012 I volunteered to clear the entire outstanding and requested for waiver of late fee payment, Total GST debit and the financial charges in retail. There was absolutely no response from the local office. I wrote to the higher authorities and a waiver was promised. Seen below is the operative portion of their mail dated February 23, 2012
                                “ ….. However, as service gesture we have credited Rs.1400.00 towards late fee plus government service tax @10.30% on your account and the credit for the same will reflect on your statement dated March 15,2012.”
                                In the March statement nothing reflected. In fact no bill was sent. In the meanwhile I made a purchase for about 4000 rupees. Then when I attempted to make a payment in a hotel using the SBI credit card the response which I got was "not approved". I was subjected to shame and I had to walk to the nearest ATM and withdraw money from my Debit card and make the payment. So I broke the card into pieces and threw it into a gutter. I intimated this also to the Vice President - Customer Service, one Divya Dhody. All along this was the only person responding to my mails. At least this person responded. There was no response from any other mail ID’s.
                                The bill’s which were sent to me did not open when I entered my card number. I begged this person to send me a bill which I could view. I just wanted to see whether the waiver, as promised, had been given. Don’t I have the right to see what is mentioned in the bill? Even this request was not conceded. No reply was forthcoming for this request.
                                I represented that the SBI cards was not at all justified in asking me to pay service charges when they provided bad service. No one cared for anything but some people kept calling me almost 5 to 10 times a day asking me to effect the payment. These phone calls were made from phones which did not have incoming call facility so whenever we called we will only get a reply that the service to this connection has been suspended. But they will call and harass us from the same line. While the correspondences were being exchanged the bill of Rs 4000 grew to 8000. The correspondences did not get me any relief. The only thing which happened during the period of correspondence was that the bill amount kept on growing and irritating calls for payment kept flowing in ten times a day.
                                Ultimately I was forced/ compelled to pay the sum of Rs 8338.83 without even seeing the bill.
                                This is the service which SBI credit cards division gives to a person who clears the entire outstanding month on month
                                When these beggars come to sell their credit cards they come begging on their knees. These are thieves who get our phone numbers and salary details from websites and approach us like sheep. These are wolves in sheep skin.
                                Let what happened to me be a learning experience for others that is why I am sending this mail to you my dear classmates, Advocate colleagues & Colleagues in my factory. Send this to all whom you know. If any question arises as to proof. I am having all the mails as proof. So don’t be afraid to send this awareness mail to anyone.
                                Lesson learnt – If you volunteer to pay and be honest .. you will be in trouble. If you change your residence and throw away your SIM card you can go scot-free

                                  I am B.Lakshmi Rajyam, there is a problem during my ATM money transaction at Guntur. I have not received money during transaction but Rs.20000/ was debited from my account.Full details are given below.
                                  On 28 June 2012, I need to withdraw amount of Rs20000 so myself and my husband went to the ATM at Jinna-tower center-GUNTUR and there are two ATM s in that room. Then we went to one ATM (S10O[protected] and checked for mini statement (Txn No: 9409). After that he punched for Rs.20000, then no amount, no slip has come from this ATM. Then we went to next ATM (S10A[protected] in that same room and punched for Rs.20000. Here also no amount and no slip has come and one lady (who did transaction before us) told me that in this particular ATM, at a time Rs.20000 will not come so you try for Rs.10000 or 15000 in single transaction. Then my husband punched for Rs.10000 then there is a comment on display that this much amount is not there in my account and no slip came this time also. we kept on tried for 2 more times and same display came. I checked during my next person transaction and he punched some amount and got the same, no excess amount has come to him. After 5min there is power cut inside ATM room. We were standing there only, then one SBI official came to ATM with empty hands and went inside ATM room. Security person has closed the shutter asking all o[censored]s to come out. This that official was there inside for 10min and came out with free hands (during this time there is no power in ATM room). We told him about our problem, then he replied that if your amount is debited mistakenly then it will be credited in one hour time and he suggested to go and check our balance at other ATM where power is available and give a complaint at Nagaram palem SBI Branch GUNTUR. Then based on the ATM security person & official suggestion I went to some other center ATM and checked for balance and found that Rs.20000 is debited from my Account. After that complained at GUNTUR Nagaram palem branch & REPUDI bank(home branch) also. After 10days we met Guntur –Nagaram palem branch people and they said that no error code is seen in transaction, so 20000/- was withdrawn from ATM and we are closing the complaint. But I have not received any amount &slip from ATM. Please help me.
                                  Later Repudi branch manager also told that reply has come and no error in transaction and amount was withdrawn from ATM (second ATM ID: S10A[protected] in that same room with transaction No.1870, (here only I was told after my first unsuccessful transaction that more than Rs.15000 will not come in this ATM. Then as explained above I tried two times for Rs10000 but display came saying try for less amount)). It is impossible as we are waiting at that ATM for around 15min after transaction and no malpractice has happened. I am using the Debit cards from long period, never happened this kind of problem. I have not withdrawn amount from ATM IDs. S10A[protected] or S10O[protected] available in that same room. But I have been given a reply from SBI home branch REPUDI that amount is withdrawn. Kindly help me in this regard.
                                  I am sincere and Faithfull by nature and There is no need for me to give any false complaint about ATM transaction. There are two evidence I have are, 1. One lady who took money before my transaction in ATM (S10A[protected] is also present and witnessed my unsuccessful transactions (I don’t know that lady, you may trace her and enquire).
                                  2. You may confirm through the CC camera footage available in that ATM.
                                  I sincerely request you to check the CC camera footage in ATM ID: S10A[protected] on 28th June-2012 around 12.20Hrs in our presence. If it is proved that I am wrong, then I am ready to pay for the expenses spent for study of CC camera footage. We don’t know how that ATM software works and how that error code comes but my case is beyond any doubt. So kindly help me in this regard and do justice to me and credit my amount as early as possible. Kindly take necessary action to get back my amount sir.

                                  SBI Transection error — Wrong transection

                                  Dear,
                                  Sir
                                  my self Prem Swaroop Yadav, a Research Scholar in National Botanical Research Institute, Lucknow. I have my bank account in SBI NBRI Lucknow branch and also availing ATM searvice.
                                  I used my ATM card on 13th of june 09 when i was in banagalore near about 09:00 pm in an ICICI ATM at Kormangalam area in Bangalore. I withdrawn Rs. 800 but didn't get cash/money and reciept and I found message transection failed. At the same place I visited next ICICI Bank ATM and I collected cash but not the reciept again.
                                  When i came back Lucknow and get my passbook updated I found there is double transection of same amount(Rs 800).
                                  I complained to branch manager but unfotunately he told me nothing can be done in this matter as you used ICICI Bank ATM meschine. And hence you will not get your money back.
                                  you just give me an complaint letter i will forward tihs to Head office but many people have already done this but no response they get yet.
