[Resolved]  SBI Bank ATM — money was deducted

mymoney has been deducted from my account but i have not received the amount. your system is not working properly

I Sri.Chandan Roy being as a Student.an account holder in SBI, New Bongaigaon, Bongaigaon, assam, would like to state that on 29/04/200, i have withdrawn Rs.4, 000/- using my ATM card[protected] from UCO Bank ATM Bongaigaon.My savings a/c no-[protected].

My account shows debit of Rs.4, 000/- but i have not taken any money From ATM Machine.on date 29/4/2009..Though my account statement shows it that my A/c is debited worth Rs.4000, I am confident that it is false withdrawal.i also given complain to our Local Head office.but i can't take any respose.they will only say to me Only ATM & ATM Related excuses...

On 31.12.2008 at 10.15 PM, i withdraw an amount of 5000 from SBT ATM at SALEM, NEAR NEW BUS STAND, TAMILNADU. ONLY I am TAKEN Rs. 5000/- but in my pass book entry was made twice and debited Rs 10, 0000 from my account. A written complaint was given at SBI DHARMAPURI, AND REGIONAL MANAGER, SALEM, TAMILNADU AND RBI CHENNAI, along with the atm slips. till date no resolution request you to resolve the issue and make my amount credited back in my account.
Sir its been a long time sincen i have not got any results or atleast a feedback from your side so i am planning to take this complaint to human rights commision if any action is not attemptesd from your side within two days.

so i kindly request you to kindly do the need.

Sir, I Sandesh S gaikwad serving in Indian Army, Corps of EME POSTING IN lrw 59 Fd Regt in Tenga Valley I am holding a account No[protected]in SBI Tenga Valley, Arunachal Pradesh. Currently i am in leave i say in dombivali EAST in Maharastra and also holding account no[protected] in SBI Dombivali East (07124). Yesterday on 26 Oct 2009 at 11.53am i swiped my ATM card No[protected] a/c nO[protected] at SBI Dombivali ATM Centre for transaction a sum of Rs 15000/- as per copy of print TXN no 8727 dt 26/10/2009 at 11.53am and massage is sorry unabble to process, I tried again althrough the amount was debited my account but dident received cash Rs 15000/-. I also gave a complant in SBI Dombivali ATM Officer Mr Sunil Nimje and Custmar Care Service No [protected], [protected], I have called many times But they dident gave any response. I therfore request u to kindly look into the matter and do needful as soon as possible.

A COMPLAINT REGARDING ATM TRANSACTION
Sir, I Amit kumar Rai pursuing computer application in bangalore.I am a SBI card holder card no:[protected] A/c no:-[protected] Tinsukia Sbi Bazar Branch ASSAM.I made a withdrawl of Rs 13000 from AXIS BANK ATM, kumarswamy layout, Bangalore-78 on 9 feburary 2009.But the widthwral amount was not recived and the amount was debited from my account.I submitted a complaint letter letter no:- B.M.L.NO.35/308 DT.17.09.09 to my sbi home branch with transaction slips in this regard for refunding my debited amount.But after nine months also the amount is not refunded.In the middle i submitted no of reminders to the bank even i send a letter to the SBI general manager DISPUR and AGM officer BELAPUR but after all this the debited amount is not refunded.I contacted the branch in this regard but they ask more time to refund.
So, i request you to look in this problem and help me in this matter as soon as poossible.
