Some one had used my sbi atm card while the card was with me which is called hacking robbery stealing or whatever and which is quite common now a days..I have lost quite an amount of money and have been running to the bank regularly to get my problem solved being a service man.The bank managers only kept delaying and promising me that your problem will be solved and not to worry.Now after about waisting time for about seven months they say...

I have appealed to sbi card several times for canceling my card as well as the additional one as i don't want to hold it anymore but to my utter disappointment the advice was not carried out although I received verbal confirmation on phone. As far as I remember I sent my last email on 14th October 2008 and received a subsequent reply on 18th October 2008 and aftermath the call on mobile with the assurance of closing the card. I observed three POS transactions in my bank statement, which i really couldnt recollect from where
i did the transaction. I went to my bank and asked their help. Branch manager answer was really pathetic, he say i cant trace the transaction from which shop you did.
