Hi

The amount of Rs.9000/- had been debited from my A/C using SBI ATM Card but the amount was not despensed out of ATM that to without Transaction Receipt, the transaction I was trying to make was at SBH-Darussalam. It has happened on 16th of this month. I have an A/c in SBI Agapura, Hyderabad, A.P and I've approached them regarding this on the very next day of this incident had happened, I was told by my bank SBI that they would check with the SBH Darussalaam but to my surprise SBI didn't have any response/reply form SBH regarding this matter till now. I am really going to hard time following up with SBI as they dont have any updates from SBH.

I just want my money to be credited back to my account, as I am really in need of the money. I am really going thru pathetic situation.
Please Help Me on this !

Dear Sir/Mam,

I tried to open an account with sbi, lajpat an year back. But I was asked to go back and come with Address and ID proof.I want not at all aware of the Financial Inclusion Act at that time. I made my passport and again I went their with the old filled form to get a new form and to apply for a new account recently.Say 2 weeks back from now. Staffs their used misbehavioural language and then I walked up to the branch manager (Mr. Dhawan). He also behaved in the same manner. This is really pathetic. They insulted me infront of everyone and in the chamber because I was fighting for my right.Please help.

I have applied SBI credit card through your sales executive my application no. is[protected] .He has taken my all documents along with my application after that i received sms from TA-SBI Card that "your appliaction is under process, please give us 15 days to process your application" .but still i am not received my credit card or satus.Please give me a feed back as early as possible.

I went to a SBI ATM on 16th Feb 2009 near Forum, Bangalore having ATM ID: S1AN01050802in order to withdraw a sum of Rs.1000. The screen showed that the transaction was timed out and I didn't get any receipt. After 2 days while checking my account balance through net banking I found out that the transaction was actually processed having TXN NO.: 8549 and Rs.1, 000/- had been debited from my account without my knowledge. I was really upset because I don't earn that much and walk to my office in order to save money. Then next day I went to my home branch, SBI Banashankari 3rd stage and I came to know that the ATM officer was on leave and they asked me to come on 24th Feb.
I met him on 24th he took my complaint letter and said that he would forward it to the other bank because everything would be done by the other branch. And he also asked me to submit a complaint there. I went to the other branch and the Branch Relations Manager was least interested to listen to me. He told me the same thing like the ATM officer of the other branch - "It will be forwarded it to your home branch."! When I asked him that if it happens again with a bigger amount, then ? He laughed at me and said that in that case anything can happen.
This is the behaviour of these SBI officers. They don't treat the customers in the proper way. And now I believe that its a scam. They are total cheats, cheating on the common peoples' income. I've decided to close my account.

I have applied for new Sbi Credit Card Application No. S[protected], dt, 25.11.008 for Sbi Credit Card and obtained from Bank my Card Application No.[protected]. Your Sbi authorised person Mr. Yogesh, Mob.No. [protected] collect all my document. But I have not got till date credit card or not inform me by Sbi Bank or not given any reason why should not get credit card to me in writing. So I have applied a application under The Right to Information Act 2005 (No.22 of 2005) dt. 19.1.2009. and send by courier to The Manager, SBI Cards & Payments Services Pvt. Ltd., Gurgaon-122002, Haryana. But not given any reply or response to this letter within 30 days as per this The Right to Information Act.2005. So I have applied Appeal to Higher Authority i.e. Appeal Officer, Or Main Chief Manager, SBI Cards & Payments Services Ltd., Gurgaon-122002, Haryana in prescribed Form "B" under rule 5 (1) of this said Act on 24.2.2009 and send by courier. This above said information or my said above complaints are sending to you for further information and necessary action .

Kindly do the needful according to law at the earliest and obliged. I am awaitng an early reply from you.

I have opened an account in SBI.KARAIKUDI branch(my hometown) in Nov 2008. Now i am working in chennai.
i received ATM card in december od 2008. Still i am waiting for PIN number. I enquired about PIN in SBI Karaikudi branch. They replied that PIN number is not yet received from there head office.
Now the month is Feb. I dont know how many time i have to go to KARAIKUDI BRANCH SBI to get my PIN number.

Hello,

I swiped my ATM/Debit card at Brand Factory, Hyderabad on 18-Oct-08. Due to some network issues, the transaction failed, and I made a cash payment of Rs 299.00, but the same amount is deducted from my saving account.
I wrote to SBI HAL, Bangalore and even spoke to some representative there, they accepted that this is due to some technical error and told that it normally takes 3 months to refund the money, but since then I haven't heared anything from their side.

I hold SBI credit card. On 24th september, 2008 I observed that there were some 8 transactions of 34660 which were not done by me. I immediately raised dispute regarding the same. In Oct month, they reversed one of the transaction, but rest of those are still not reversed and they are levying financial charges and late payments. Now there is an outstanding of 40000 . I am not sure why rest of the transactions were not reversed till now when they were on the same date and same kind of transactions.

I have been a customer of State Bank of India since last 10 years. Recently I applied for Net banking Id and password and I was asked to come in THREE days between 10:30 am and 12 noon. I was surprised by the efficiency of the bank and thanked them. But even after THREE months I have not received my id and password. As the case is, the officer who gives id and password to net banking customers is never present at his seat during this time frame. And if one meets him after 12 noon he just flatly refuses to give id/passwords and rudely asks to come between 10:30 am and 12 noon.

I am a customer of SBI, Ranipet-2262.I am working in ONE OF THE PRIVATE CONCERN IN Ranipet . I have a salary account in the above said branch .My Acc No.is [protected].I have applied for ATM card before 8 months .I have paid Rs.220 for this process .But I didn't receive any feed back from bank .They didn't respond properly .How should I believe that SBI is customer friendly bank .I have registered an online customer complaint .The cc no is[protected].kindly FORWARD my compliant and do the needful.

I have sumbited my old damaged ATM card in November ' 08 to the branch, and have not received the new card yet. When enquired several times at the branch each time they reply saying that they have no idea why its taking time and are not responsible for the delay. Its been 4 months that I am getting the same reply.

My bank branch is Panjim-Goa, near hotel Mandovi.

Please help me out with this issue.

on 30 jul 2008 i had done some shopping at united colours of benetton phase 7 mohali worth Rs 825/-.
my card no is[protected]. the crad was swiped twice and the machine gave errorand the bill didnot come out. the money was paid in cash to the shopkeeper.the amount got deducted from my saving a/c no[protected] home br at jalandhar cantt. i had approached the bankers and sent the letter also but no action has been taken till date. thhe shop owner has also given aletter from his bankers stating that amt of Rs 825 has not been credited into their a/c. request pl help or guide necy action to be taken.thanking in anticipation. kushal dev singh
