I was having a SBI credit card till 2007, but on 8/3/2007 I had submitted my final cheque of Rs.5, 388/- towards my total outstanding and I cancelled my card and that too by cutting it in 4 pieces and sent it to SBI

I had been regularly receiving call from SBI for futher payments due and that too for new card which I do not have and I have not taken it.
On 12th.Januavary 2009 I received a call from Mr.Ajay from recovery department from Mahim Branch He had called from[protected] at 10.30am. He had asked for due of Rs.3000/- and also told me that I could settle it Rs.1000/- in full and final. I told him that I do not possess a SBI card and have not taken any card from SBI so any payments due does not arise. He has called me many times before for payment and is harassing me.

It gives me great stress and mental agony when I receive these calls. I immediately write email to SBI also but no response from them as yet. Please note that I had sent emails to SBI on 29/11/08 and again on 9/1/09

Sir please help me and my family so this harassment can stop. I am already a patient of blood pressure and this call gives me great stress.

I am enclosing copies of email dated 29/11/08 and 9/1/09 and also my letter to SBI dated 8/3/2007 and receipt of 9/3/2007

This is with reference to my previous letter dated 16/ 01/ 2009 acknowledged by you on 20/ 01 / 2009 – copy enclosed for ready reference.

Sir on 21 / 01/ 2009 at 1.50 pm I received a call from Ajay from[protected] while I was outstation at Vadodara. I again explained to him my status but he kept on that as the bank has not sent me a settlement letter my account is not closed even though I have paid in full.. I told him that I have logged a complaint at the police station against SBI cards he then told me that he is just doing his job.

Again on 25 / 01/ 2009 at 1.39 pm I received a call from [protected] by Mr. Rahul who he said that he was Mr.Ajay’s officer. Today he added that this RS.3000/- due is for the last bill being not paid in full. So I have told him to send me the complete break up at my office address which they have and Mr. Rahul said that he would send it immediately.

Sir the last payment made to SBI was with interest and all charges due till that date. This is nothing but harassment and mental torture to me and my family by SBI Cards.

My Credit Card number is being given as [protected]. My name is K. Vijay and I working with a Public Sectoe Insurance Company as a Deputy Manager.More than 3 years ago I dispensed with the SBI Card after settling al dues. The reason for my exit was the poor Customer Care shown by SBI Cards. My request for redemption of reward points totalling to more than 500 was neglected. My request for incorporating Change of Address for Correspondence was not complied with.
Further, they levied Charges for renewal of Card despite my protest. I had to destroy my Card and discontinue usage of SBI Card. The irony was that SBICards was blissfully ignorant of my complaints and was mailing unwanted promotion offers.

After a gap, they have started sending me SMS for some imaginative payment. These reminders are repetitive and annoying. Recently I got a SBICard reminder letter dated 02.11.2008 redirected from my previous Office. The letter starts ridiculously with the SBIcards stating that they strive to improve Customer satisfaction and service levels.
Despite my earlier mail warning them of legal action they are still sending Statements to my earlier Office address although I had shifted from that Office 3 years ago.
I lodge my protest for the harassment I am undergoing due to the SBI Card reminders for overdues.
I have nothing to pay towards imaginary bills raised by these business crooks. The foul language used by the CustomerCare Service has to be felt to be described. I learn that SBICards has embarked upon a large scale dacoity through these unscrupulous practice of harassing erstwhile clients.
Do they have sufficient proof of the demands that they make? RBI as the Financial regulator must take drastic measures to curb the unfair trade practice of SBICards.
This is my ultimatum. Any further harassment will be ignored and I register my protest in this On line forum.

    I AM A SAVING A/C HOLDER IN STATE BANK OF INDIA, MULUND -E, MITHAGAR ROAD BRANCH. I HAVE NET BANKING AND DEBIT CARD FACILITY.

    ON 27 TH OCTOBER, 2008 I HAVE PURCHASED A CHAIR WORTH RS. 3360 THROUGH DEBIT CARD. WHEN I VIEWED MY A/C NEXT DAY THERE WAS DOUBLE DEDUCTION FROM MY A/C. ON NOVEMBER 8TH, 2008 I LODGED COMPLAINT WITH THE BRANCH OFFICER IN WRITING GIVING HIM ALL COPIES OF TRANSACTION AND ALSO COPIES OF SUPPLIER BANK RECORD(HDFC BANK).
    TILL TODAY THERE IS NO REPLY. ALL I GET REPLY FROM MY BRACNH IS THAT WE HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY COMMUNICATION FROM BANGLORE BRANCH. MY REPEATED VISITS ARE FAILURES. I TRIED THEIR BANGLORE BRANCH HELPLINE BUT IT COMES ALWAYS BUSY.I HAVE TRIED THEIR GRIEVANCE CELL NOS 26445532, 26445533 BUT GET THE REPLY THAT THIS NUMBER IS WRONG.

    and choose subject complaint against banks. I think SBI people would act fast when they receive the complaint through RBI.

      I forgot my ATM cum Debit card PIN and so that unable to operate my SBI debit card from any ATM machine.

        I observed three POS transactions in my bank statement, which i really couldnt recollect from where
        i did the transaction. I went to my bank and asked their help. Branch manager answer was really pathetic, he say i cant trace the transaction from which shop you did.

        Transactions shows for three amount Rs. 2327, Rs 1279 and again Rs 1279 .

        He just provided the bank statement, which i have already have in my pass book.

        My concern is if they can provide the merchant name i cound have coordinated with merchant and resolve the problem.

        I'm helpless now.

          I am customer of Amravati Main Branch. I hold a savings account in your bank. On 19th January 2009, I gave an application for starting the online banking service on my account. After taking my application, the Internet Banking Manager, Mr. Raghuvanshi gave me a seal packed envolope containing the username and password for the login to my account online. But since last 7 days I am trying to access my account, but when I enter the username and password which I got from bank, it gives the error "Invalid Username or password".
          I met Mr.Raghuvanshi again on 21st January 2009, this time he told me that they have completed their formalities of linking the Internet Banking Kit no. to my Account. I have visited my branch office for 5 times for the sme problem, but still I am facing the same problem in logging in. I had also called on the Customer Helpline number [protected], but they told me to contact the branch people and told that they cannot directly help me.
          Sir/Madam I kindly request you to look into this matter and help me out as soon as possible. The details of my account and Internet Banking Kit are given below.

          I opened a saving account in MIDC branch in andheri east mumbai.             Dear Sir,

            I am going to consumer court regarding unjustified amount levied one me. I have received the call from SBI credit card center and they assure me to reverse the charges for the some amount but as I have seen now nothing has been done regarding my complain and the bank has charged again the these charges as interest and fine within short period. Despite of repetitive request to bank still I am not received my SBI card statement.

            It is really enough, now I am going to take legal help and now onward I will not pay any amount.

            I many times tried to login the site but it not connected showing something SQWL error. We can't able to pay directly to the bankexcept today, which I have seen. I made payment upto October as MAD befor the due dates but Bank Strike it not presented before the due dates.I call to customer care but it playing one tone only our customer executive are busy he will shortly contact you. Thanks for your passion. Once, I requested to enhance my credit availability it is the same from begining. My other cards availibility is near to 50K to 60K, but no action has been taken and now you are asking to pay excess limit fine. How disappointing this! please tell it is our fault to take SBI card. Whenever, the cheque is presented to bank, I always seen it reflect in statment after due date only. Now, I am requesting you kindly, please reverse all the unjustified amount which are charged in the my statement. Secondly, please please cancil this card. I really fedup from this. Thirdly, I will pay the justified amount in single payment, kindly let me know or otherwise I will not pay anything. I am ready to take another options. How one person will pay Rs. 6000 as intrest for 2 or 3 months despite that I have not received any call or reminder notice or statement from the bank.

            I again request you kindly do something otherwise please let me know so I will think what I will do.

            SBI Card — Unjustified late payment charge and other charges related to it.

            Dear Sir,

            I am sorry to inform you that inspite of having paid the due amount of Rs. 777.00 in time against the last statement dated 03 Dec 2008 on my SBI Card No. [protected] ( Payment due date was 23.12.08 and my Cheque bearing No.462214 was cleared on 20.12.08 which is reflected in my pass book), the next statement dated 03 Jan 2009 contains late payment fee as well as total gst debit amounting to Rs.398.94. It is very much unjustified and I am actually afraid of the standard of your services which you are offering to your customers.

            Under the circumstances stated above may I request you to delete the amount which has been charged under the head late payment fee and etc. of Rs. 398.94 on my credit card No. [protected].from my last monthly statement dated 03 Jan 2009. and issue me a fresh monthly statement mentionig the due date of payment.

            Hope you will do the needful and communicate me as early as possible.

            Sir, I would like to inform you that I have deposited Rs.5001.00 vide cheque No.142923 dted 03/10/2009 drawn at Bank of India, HEL Br. Indrapuri, Bhopal and the cheque was drapped im SBI HET Branch, Piplani, Bhopal on teh same day. I had been informed by the SBI card Officeal that Rs.500, 00 only been credirted om account instead of Rs.5001.00. I had had been to BOI on 14/10/2009 and enquied about my cheque and cleance. It was found that Rs.500.00 only debited to my account instaed of Rs.5001.00 against my acheque No.142923. They said the list which sent by SBI was mentioned Rs.500.00 only. However it very clear that mistakes made not by mistake from the both sides. What ever the late fee charges supose to imposse on me I shall be in the court for justification. Please rectify the mistake from SBI as well BOI. Many thanks in advance for going yo get corrected statement on or before the due date i.e. on 01/11/2009.

I have received the SBI credit card statement for the moth of Feburary-2010 where in Rs. 477.11/- has been deducted as fin charges on retail (EXCL GST 49.14) which I am not aware of and also I am noway defulter to SBI ceadit card. Kindly help in this regard and give me some justice.

            On i hv received a bill for Rs.1005.80 with payment due date 06.08.10. I missed to pay the amount with in the due date. Yesterday I received a bill for fine & late fee for the above amount Rs. 443.43, which is tomuch excessive. kindly send me the revised bill or cancelled my credit card.

            Sbi Card people are insensitive and unresponsive. This Fin Charge Retail is not understandable. I too am a victim. web site says 24 hour helpline when I phoned the automated response system says call between 8am and 8 pm. What one can do to have the card blocked inany emergency. - C S sharma
            We agree with the complaints regarding the GST charges. Also we were pressurised to take add on cards and we were told that they would be free of cost but this is not the case, we have been charged for the same. We would not being paying the payment fees.

              I am one of the customers of SBI credit cards and I am using this card since long back without any discrepancy. Along with my monthly statement, I have got one Scratch and win card from AVA MERCHANDISER which is linked with SBI Credit Cards. I have won a LOUIS QUARTZ WRIST WATCH vide code 1032 by scratching the coupon which is a worth of Rs.3, 999/-. I have intimated the same to the concerned team on 27th October 2008 with the product code and during my order vide no. SB6465, they have been sent a confirmation also. Against my order of wrist watch, Rs.699/- had been debited (which is known to me) from my credit card and they had issued a customer id: AVA/08/0008643 on the same day (27th Oct'08). Also they have sent a confirmation of delivering address of mine through sms and informed to me that, the wrist watch will deliver to me within 20 working days.

              On 10th Nov '08, I have received one more sms from them saying regrets for delay in dispatch and they will be dispatching the product on or before 20th Nov'08. But, till even now no product has been reached me. I have called the toll free no.[protected] and enquired about the status of the same. Then the customer service executive was saying that, the winning product (code 1032) stock was already over and asking me to go for another product which seems like my winning product. Then I asked them to send a mail with the features of the product, which they have agreed to send within 2 days. Till now, no mail or no product has been reached me. Then I came to know that, they have cheated me by debiting Rs.699/- from my credit card and not sending the product.

              They have not even felt responsibility to inform when the product was over. Even after me calling them, they have misleaded by giving the wrong information. I was unnecessarily charged with Rs.699/- and loosing faith on these fairless coupons.

              I demand them to send the same product which I won or to pay compensation for cheating me and misleading by giving wrong information.

                  I was trying to apply for SBI Credit Card, in the website they informed, for salaried persons, if they have annual income of Rs.1.2lakh per annum, then they are eligible for SBI Card. But when i contacted sales person, they informing. we need to have our salary account with SBI, then only they can issue for card. Even i am having a savings account with SBI since 2004, still they not agreeing. Then from their team leader i got information that, we can apply for the card through the SBI branch where we have account, and i applied, Even i given the bank statements of my salary account (with another bank) and also my savings account statement of SBI. Then salary certificate, etc. still my application got rejected, saying i am not maintaining my savings account with average balance of Rs. 40, 000/ for last 6 months. If i maintain that, then only they will provide the card. While i call up the customer care, they are telling the normal ways what is updated in the website(www.sbicard.com). Now again i've applied for the card, which i directly send to the head office(New Delhi). But not sure whether that will accept, because, few days back when i call the customer care, they informing they stopped issuing cards at Cochin.and i'm from cochin. So if this time again if my application gets rejected, then i request all people who wishing to go for SBI Card, to get into any other credit cards. Because its been more than a month time, i was running behind the same. Also other banks are ready to get me the card, even they send the hard copy of application forms to my home address while i enquired about their credit cards. They know how to deal with customers.

                    I am a sbi credit card customer and i have earned more and more reward points with my purchases made out of hard earned money. To my surprise nearly 3000 reward points were reduced from my total reward points without any prior intimation either phonic or through monthly statements. But in jan'09 statement it is clearly stated that points earned and not utilised before 24 months will be lapsed. As on jan'09 nearly 3000 points were lapsed. Intimating the fact after deducting the points is not just and fair. It should be informed in advance as and when the situation arises. No where it is mentioned in the terms and conditions supplied to me and it was not mentioned in any statement except jan'09, from which statement only i came to know the details. had it been informed to me as and when it happens i would have utilised the points. There i request to kindly consider my request and see that the lapsed points upto jan'09 statement may please be added since i have saved the points with lot of purchases made with hard earned money. thanq

                    my opinion regarding the lapse of reward point after 24 months is unfair. The card holder should be allowed to redeem any time that he wishes.
                    ONE HAS TO USE THE CARD EXTENSIVELY TO ACCUMULATE THE REWARD POINTS.
                    AFTER EARNING THE POINTS IF WE LEARN THAT THE POINTS ARE LAPSED ONE FEELS VERY MUCH.

                    AS AN INCENTIVE THE CARD AUTHORITIES MAY CONSIDER REINSTATING THE LAPSED POINTS TO WIN THE CONFIDENCE OF THE CUSTOMER, WHICH WILL REINFORCE THE RELATIONSHIP AND RESULT IN MUTUALLY BENEFICIAL RELATION SHIP.

                    IN A SIMILAR CASE I HAD A REGRETABLE EXPERIENCE. I SENT A RS. 250/- REWARDS POINTS WILLS COUPON FOR REVALIDATION. IT IS SURPRISING THAT EVEN THE HEAD CARDS DEPT DO NOT HAVE THE DISCRETION TO REVALIDATE THE COUPON FOR RS. 250/-

                    HENCE WHERE IS THE QUESTION OF REINSTATION 6000 POINTS !!!
                    i too lost 2000 points and my complaint is the same. even after calling sbi it was useless. now a days with ge as mediator the link between the customer and the bank is lost.

                      Dear Sir,
                      I have a saving account in SBI (Gannaur Branh) a/c no:[protected]. By 1st Jan2009, I tried to withdraw Rs.15000/- through ATM, but due to delay in tranction neither money nor any statement slip was dispensed by the ATM machine installed at Gannaur Branch. After that I went in to the branch withdraw the amt using withdrawl slip, but when i saw my statement in the evening, it was showing me Rs.15000/- ATM WDL. I complaint to the bank same time, they asked me to wait for 24 hrs, but nothing happned then I submitted a written complaint letter to the branch manager. But till date no action was taken by them, neither they forwarded my complaint to the coresponding dept. When communicated to the branch manager, he replied that such cases takes time and he can not assure by when it can be done.

                      Kindly look in to the issue ASAP.

                        Dear Sir /Madam,


                        I am harrashed by SBI Credit Card, They had promissed me for Balance Transfer to another Crdit card absolutely interest free 90days, unfortunately thereafet they have charged the interest onthe BT amount. I have already paid the principal amount. I am not entitle to pay interest. I have spoken to therir service center to rectify the wrong calculation of interest
                        but no result. Instead every time new new persons are calling from their call centers.

                        Now they are harrashing me calling 10 times daily during office hour even when I am busy in important meetings etc.


                        I will let know the details with credit card statements etc soon.

                            My friend has thrown his ATM along with Sealed PIN in dust bin by mistake. He has not used his ATM card at a single time. When he aproached bank for withdrawl of money by withdrawal form bank stated that Rs. 300/- only is balance in his account. He quaried the matter and it came to know that somebody who get the ATM card has withdrawl Rs 90000/- from his account contiously three day from the same ATM. First day Rs. 40000/- ( Rs. 5000 X 8 = 40000) Second day Rs. 30000 and third day Rs. 20000/- only have been withdrawn. Can he claim the money from bank. he himself not withdrawl the money. What is the legal formalities and legal procedure to know about who withdrawl the money and what is the leagal procedure to claim his money from bank for getting his money back .

                            Well somehow your friend's mistake since he has not complained in SBI abt ATM lost or theft...bank immidately block the Transactions through the card in case of theft or lost...and issue you the another card on the same account...and now when the money is lost..less chances of gettting it back

                              Sir, I had requested on 15.7.2009 that I may be issued the PIN for my ATM card, which I happened to forget. In the meanwhile I contacted SBI Thrissur and came to know that since I had not used the ATM even once, the card cannot be operated. As advised by them I have furnished a fresh application for a new ATM, and this has been intimated on the toll free No.the same day .In return I am informed that a new ATM will be issued to me, which I shall collect from my branch. In the circumstances my letter referred to be treated as withdraw. thanking you,

                                I applied atm card[protected] on Oct 11 2008 in your renown bank in vaniyambadi branch, vellore district-635751 and received my card on March 04 2009.My shopping card card no is[protected]. But I have not yet received the pin no for my atm card so far.So.I could not be able to transact any dealing with your bank. I humbly request you to rectify my problem as soon as possible and take my request into your kind consideration.

                                  This is the copy of the complaint I sent many months ago to the sbicard complaints division. I was promised (through email) to be contacted by their representative “very soon”. As I received no call even after few weeks (as is always the case with them) I sent another copy of the complaint asking for postal or email solution for the same. Following is the copy of that complaint which I sent them so long ago.

                                  Sub: Complaint no.1 Change of credit limit-reg.
                                  Complaint no.2 The SBI credit card agents’ failure in Bill collection resulting in my
                                  paying penalty.
                                  and non receipt of statements at my new address despite innumerable
                                  requests.

                                  I have been a customer of SBI credit card for a very long time and I was even given a loan of Rs.25, 000 as a reward for my prompt payment of dues. From this position of an honest customer I have been deliberately relegated to the position of a defaulter by a self serving agent of the bank.

                                  I was time and again penalized for a default which I was forcibly dragged into, to serve somebody’s most undeserving reward for having ‘traced’ me at the very address where I had been paying my dues for more than ten months from February 2007 to November 2007.

                                  The details of the unfortunate situation I give hereunder; the latest blow dealt to me, my reputation and my middleclass financial situation in Complaint no.1 from a list of other previous ones dealt to me in Complaint no.2

                                  Complaint no.1: Change of credit limit

                                  • My name is N David Joseph, SBI card no: [protected].

                                  • My credit limit according to 6 July 2008 statement and till the same date was Rs.53, 700.00.

                                  • Minimum amount due according to 6 July 2008 statement was Rs. 2, 425.10

                                  • But suddenly according to 6th August 2008 statement my credit limit was
                                  brought down to
                                  Rs.18, 200.00

                                  • Because of the above sudden change the minimum amount due has shot up to Rs.28, 896.57

                                  • I noticed the discrepancy by opening the statement only after dropping a cheque for an amount of Rs.3000 before 26th August, 2008.

                                  • When I tried SBI card helpline 39020202, I received a message saying Rs.3, 000 has been received but as only a part of the minimum amount due i.e., Rs.28, 896.57

                                  Complaint no.2: The agents’ failure in Bill collection resulting in my paying penalty

                                  • I changed my address from Himayatnagar, Hyderabad, in January 2007, and informed the people calling from Chennai about the change of address and requested for the statements to be sent to my new address. Flat no.109, Partani towers, Golconda cross roads, Musheerabad, HYDERABAD-500020

                                  • They offered to take cash payments at the doorstep and told me I need not drop cheques when I told them on a few occasions, even though I dropped my cheques well within time the statements were showing late payment and penalty deducted!

                                  • They noted my new address and from January, 2007, till November 2007, the collection agents have collected my payments at my new address


                                  • From that time onwards I regularly received calls from Chennai and Hyderabad asking me to make the payments. I promptly made whatever payment they asked. All the while whenever I received a call I pleaded with them to send the statements to my new address. They would politely note down the address and assure me it would be done. This pleading and assurances went on for more than a year and even though they were taking the payment, the statements never reached my new address.

                                  • And since December 2007, the agents stopped coming despite my repeated requests to collect my payment, till February 2008. Thus I could not pay for the two months as I did not have the statements and I could only call the agents who came earlier to take the payments. They would promise to come but never came during these two months.

                                  • Then suddenly in February an agent ( I remember his name to have been given as Mr.Vamsi Krishna ) sends a man to my place blaming me to have absconded to a new address without informing them and patting himself for having ‘traced me after a great deal of Sherlock Holmes like hunt for me’. On phone he showered choicest of abuses on me.

                                  • This claim he continued making despite my reminding him that I had made my payments at the very new address from February 2007, to November 2007.

                                  • I am sure he must have got a pat and promotion for assassinating my reputation by deliberately avoiding responding to my requests to collect the payment and send statements to my new address.

                                  • I was asked to cough up absurdly high amounts of money to pay the penalty for no mistake of mine.

                                  • I am sure this man was rewarded from my pocket and over my assassinated reputation in addition to the penalties I was awarded for nonpayment.

                                  • To counter his claim and prove him wrong I give hereunder the receipt nos. of my payments at the new address

                                  The following and the above details show the payments I made without knowing what the statements were showing and just by the information given by Chennai callers and local agents.

                                  To make the below payments after the December 2007- February 2008 fiasco, I took a loan from a private lender at exorbitant interest.

What sort of punishment and penalty is this?

                                  I am a middleclass God fearing private employee struggling to make my both ends meet without any savings staying in a rented portion. I have four family members to look after including two small children of 3yrs and 5yrs of age.

                                  I cannot afford to shell down unjustified sums of money as demanded by some employer favour craving agent’s strategy to further its author’s ambitions over my assassinated reputation.

                                  I did not know how else to respond to the kind of abuses I was showered with and the kind of agony I have been put through despite my best effort to keep my slate clean.


                                  I am a small man and I cannot fight a system where all the above transactions can be shown as following rules by a well established largest bank and their credit card division.

                                  Sub: My full payment and your continues irritating calls

                                  From last one year I am not using the card because of your irregular communication.
                                  I had deposited the Cheque for the due amount on date( 25th of the month) but till 10th it was not debited to your account from my account. So I called the local SBI office and told about the problem. They in tern sent your collection boy to my office and I made the payment. I have the receipt for the same . Once the NEW Cheque given, I gave stop payment to the old Cheque deposited. After 10 days I received a letter from your Mumbai office – why stop payment?!

                                  After 5 more days I got a statement of late FEE and interest….etc
                                  After all this I called your telephone number and gave my grievance ….
                                  I got at least 10 phone calls from SBI on payment due. But my only question was ….please talk to me with full clarity and statement in your hand. I also got threatening calls from your recovery agents. I said come on & do all the BEST you can and said that both have all documents/record
                                  With all this-
                                  Then I decided to stop communicating to you and stop transacting from your card. I have not used your card from last 12-13 months and will not use till we settle the issue. I am in the media and let me also have some kind of HONEST customer satisfaction level issues within me.

                                  Finally - I would like to state that you have been unfair to me and my long term transaction with your bank. Please communicate back or let the card be withdrawn from me
                                  Please do one of this within 7 days of this letter.
                                  I am not getting any communication from you for last 3 months except SMS saying the due

                                  I have faxed this letter on 18th June 09 to[protected] and also emailed to feedback.[protected]@ge.com. Apart from this I have spoken to a lady in your customer center- Swathi many a times on this.

I regularly enquired in branch but they told me that you will get net banking kit to your address directly, but till now I have not recd. any kit or any letter from bank.

                                      I had joined sbi bank as a clerk/cashier in january1989.I was posted at sbi hazaribag main branch.I worked till september 1992.then i availed study leave for a year which was not sanctioned.as soon as i came to know of it i came back to join but was not allowed to do so.within three months of taking leave i was told that my job has been terminated.i was even told to write a letter of apology for taking leave without sanction, but even after repeated requests i was not allowed to join.then in the year in 2005 when i lost all hopes of getting my job back, i asked for my pf/da with the due interest till date via letter rm/iv/gen/38..for which i was given a form to be filled and sent regarding the refund of the funds.i did so but again after that there was no response from the bank even after repeated letters and phone calls.
                                      kindly help.i shall be obliged for this.
