SBI Bank — not response of my net banking

dear sir,
i tried to draw a amount of Rs.5000 only by sbi atm bahraich (u.p) atm card no.is[protected] on 5th march 2009.but i could not receive money.although my a/c balace was reduce to Rs 5000.it is reqested money should be credited to my a/c.i have given application to chief manager system.thanks

I had withdrawn Rs.7000 /- from the ATM Centre attached to SBI, Cherthala south branch on[protected] at 8.15 p.m. and did not get cash and the balance receipt as the machine totally blocked the notes. Next day I checked the balance and found the amount deducted from my account. I did complain to the manager SBT Muhamma and gave an explanatory notice and requesting the credit of amount back to my account. But not yet credited. So please do the needful.

MY ACCOUNT IS FROM CHERTHALA SOUTH SBI BRANCH, ALLEPPEY KERALA. ON 6/10/2009 I HAD WITHDRAWN 4000RS FROM MY CURRENT ACCOUNT. BUT I DIDNT GET THE AMOUNT. BEFORE WITHDRAWING, IN MY ACCOUNT THERE IS 4925RS IS THERE. BUT NOW WHEN I CHECK THE BALANCE THERE IS ONLY 925RS IS ONLY IN MY ACCOUNT. SO SIR PLEASE GIVE ME ADVICE WHAT SHOUD I DO.
