i bought a TW loan in HDFC bank( loan acc no[protected] i have cleared all my EMI as on date

without any cheque bounce, when i asked for NOC HDFC bank refused and claimed that my

August 5th 2006 EMI is bounced as per the RBI sequence no [protected], when i checked with

my SBI pass book i found that EMI is cleared as i has sufficiend funds in my account, HDFC

issued a letter to SBI and requested reason for the above mentioned RBI sequence, but SBI

branch manager (HVF avadi branch, chennai) refusing to give clarifaction on the RBI this

issue, due to this internal ECS issue mt credit history is negative in CIBIL and am not able

to get the loan in any banks, at the sane time HDFC collection persons are coming to my home

every month and disturbing me a lot and HDFC bank issued a legal notice also against me

they are not solving my issues

SBI-HDFC — RBI sequence number 2012633636

we bought HDFC TW loan, all the EMI are cleared as per my SBOI passbook record, but HDFC claims that Aug 2006 due is still pending, HDFC issued a letter to SBI stating all the reasons with the RBI sequence number [protected] for this ECS transaction, BUT SBI IS AVOIDING TO ISSUE A LETTER ABOUT THIS ISSUE,

i withdrawn amount on 28-oct-2008 through non-atm(sbi and icici bank preeti vihar newdelhi) 4000/-
i got slip that transaction deliened.i checked my account on 29'oct amount has been dedected.
i raised a complaint on 30'oct through phone banking thay said that with in 50 to 55 days i will get back my amount. i called up they said that visa people has given clearence and i will get back my amount on
24-dec-2008.i called up on 24'dec they said that end of the day i wiill get my amount.
i never get that amount.i called up they are saying that amount has been with drawn from my side.

i got irritated and went to hdfc bank sector 62 again they are saying that manuaaly i have to the complaint with complaint number. i lost my complaint number.i called up customer service they are regect me to give complaint number(my case is looking by puja) in customer service.

please consider my complaint and solve my problem as soon as possible

However, the transaction could not be completed and I could not withdraw the cash. However, I got a printed message from the ATM stating “ SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS”, copy of which is attached herewith for your reference.

However, later on that date (around 11:30 PM) I received an SMS from the BZ-SBI stating that a sum of Rs.15, 000/= has been debited to my account. Immediately, I visited your Sanganeri Gate Branch (from which ATM, I tried to withdraw cash), but nobody was present in the Bank to lodge a complaint.

Now, I request you to please verify the matter and credit back the amount Rs.15000 wrongly debited to my account, immediately.

on 04 Aug 2008 when i took a print out of mini statement from ATM of SBI branch located at Palam Colony New Delhi-45, the mini statement shows ATM-WDL of Rs 33000/- of the same time where as i have not made any WDL transaction before taking the print of mini statement. Respectfully I state that I have deposited four cheques on dated 23.09.2011 are 1. 163400 Rs. 110000 2.163390RS23000.3. 163398 RS19373. 4.163396 RS24000.These were uncleared upto 20.12.45 ISTdated 26.09.11
means late night of 26th Sept.2011.these were local cheques it takes only
one day to clear but it taken four days .

in fauour of Rasthan Housing Board Jaipur. This cheque were cleared on 27.09.11

    SBI — Atm Pin Not Recd

    Dear sir,

    Enclosed please find my application for duplicate ATM PIN, which was submitted on 28.09.2010 at Gadchandur Branch. Till date I have not received any password. I have enquired so many times in Bank and also lodge online complaint through net banking but no any positive response received from Bank.

    You are requested to look the matter seriously otherwise we have only option to change the salary account to any other bank.

    First of all I did not wish to rate the services for SBI as the services have become worst. I am trying to issue my pin number for my debit since a year and submitted applications as well as per suggested but did not receive the pin yet. Bank officials behave in a very inhuman way. I had contacted SBI customer care as well and they had asked me to go to the home branch with the ticket number but the concerned officials seems so busy that they do not have time for the account holders.

But unfortunately till now there is no response from the bank and the amount is also not reverse back. It’s really a very bad experience which I m facing now.

        i had paid fees for the exam of clerical post of sbi and after paying the amount i went to internet center to fill the form through online but it was not submiting as it was showing over age so now what to do as we were not having any details of age limit and the my age is 28 so pl suggest how it get back my money which i paid in the bank

          I have taken Insurance Cover of 1 Lac Rs. for monthly EMI of 30 Rs. When this taken they tell me about this 30 rs. reduces from your credit card every month, & this is our policy so even i[censored] do not pay this then no charges, no late payment fees will be taken. & after 3 months I have not paid 90 rs. to card, they charge me 350rs on 90rs. premium.So i called there in Call Centre & they said sorry & 350rs. reversed.But after 2 months they again charged me 350rs.350rs.respectively for two months.Again i called them but now they told me that u have to pay this .we never promise u about this & that.


          So what should I do now???

          Third month insurance premium 49.06
          Every month you deducted Rs. from my credit card. why u are deducted 2.59 RS. every month. please give me reply as early as possible.

            About four days back i applied for internet banking with SBI, Karnal, The mall road branch. They issued me one user ID and password for operation. With the same breath the incharge of such affairs advised me to wait for 48 hours before you try it out . But while following all such details it is not working and showing that invalid user id and password. Please suggest how to go ahead.

            State bank of India, Malegaon Branch — Double debit of my amount...

            I Purchased Bata shoes at Kolhapur city on 8-3-2008 using my ATM/Debit card. The cost of this purschase was 1199/-. This amount has been debited twice from my savings account. Till date[protected] my amount has not been returned by SBI.
            my sb a/c no. is [protected] in sbi central secretariat new delhi. I find that on 19.3.2009 a sum of Rs. 50 has been debited from my account on account of Annual Maint. Fees - Card No[protected]. Another sum of Rs. 50 for the same purpose has been debited from my account in respect of ATM cadre no.[protected] which is mine atm card number. As former card is not mine, i think it has been due to some mistake that Rs. 50 has been deducted from my account. Kindly verify and take appropriate action.

            I am having my SB A/C with SBI IP Estate New Delhi Branch. For making payment of fees to college I applied for a draft of Rs 90000 payable at State Bank Of Bikaner and Jaipur at Laxamangadh Distt Sikar Rajasthan but the IP Estate branch of SBI refused to issue the draft on the pretext that they can issue a draft payable at SBI branches only and not at any other bank whereas the college requires drafts payable at SBBJ only. Under this situation how a person having bank account in SBI can make payment by way of draft. It is not necessary that all places have SBI branches or the payee has bank account in SBI only. If such problem is with the biggest bank of India and that also of Govt bank how they claim customer friendly and appropriate banking system.

            I had purchased petrol for my car of Rs 1500/- through debit card of centurion bank of Punjab (HDFC) on dt. 01/09/2008 my card was swapped three times. I applied a demand draft through internet banking on 7.7.09 for Rs.10000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) payable at Nagercoil branch. I exercised the option to send me the demand draft through courier service to my Namakkal address. The sum of Rs.10000/- has been debited from my SB A/c on 7.7.09 itself and I don't receive my DD so far. In this regard I informed the same to the Consumer Care of internet banking on 14.7.09 and view ticket number is 403116. The consumer care replied me to contact to branch. During contacting the branch over phone I cant receive reply in this regard. I informed the same my inability to contact the section concerned of the branch and status of the Consumer Care for my inquiry is "in discussion" so far. In this regard I already sent an email to the branch and I don't receive any reply. Hence, kindly arrange to send me my DD or else re-credit the debited amount of Rs.10000/- in to my SB account so as to apply DD from any local banks.

            I got my demand draft through "Banking Ombudsman Complaint Tracking Software" of RBI. Kindly make a link with https://secweb.rbi.org.in/BO/compltindex.htm website. It does not work all browser so that use this website through Internet Explorer Browser. You can get compensation amount from bank also. Before use this electronic complaint form, first of all it shall be sent a written complaint letter to the concerned bank and the detail of the same shall be furnished in the "Banking Ombudsman Complaint Tracking Software".

            I got my demand draft for Rs.10000/- from the bank by speed post on yesterday.

I apply for ATM card in three times but I have not received my ATM card till date. Some days ago I talk with consumer care help line on ATM and they say that they have not received any data against my account number, they also said that to contact to branch. But branch officers say that they send all data/ document. In this situation I am totally confused how I can receive the ATM card as early as possible.

            On afternoon of 2nd Jan 2010, I made a transaction in ATM of Indian overseas bank. At that time there was an error i, e.“ your transaction cannot be processed temporarily”.             In the statement withdrawal reflects twice on the same day. i got shocked and went to general manager of IOB and complaint him for the same. then he replied your account would be credited in 2 hours.


            I also called for complaint to SBI helpline and they replied the same will be credited in 2 days. After that I visited at your branch and the result was same.


            My association with your Bank goes back a long way and I regret to inform you that this is the first time I am encountering such a problem.

            I request you to kindly look into the matter and remit the said amount into my account asap. I am enclosing a copy of the latest Account Statement for your action.

              tata sbi credit card — bill not sent by them

              i have used the tata sbi card for last one year but they have not send the bill on time and so many times ringup for payment of bill. i personally contact their help desk as well as there head office at delhi but they do not take any action unless a phone call for payment of bill. i am not understand what is the hidden reason behind for not sending the bill on time.
              Tata card which I have been issued was not used even for one single time.One fine day they sent me a draft for Rs10000 saying that it is express money draft.As iam not wlling to accept i did not encash the same. But quite surprisingly they are charging financial charges other charges to the extent of 600 to 700 every month for the last one year.I have not used the card and I have not taken any amount from them i donot know how iam liable to pay this unethical charges apart from showing dues as 10300..
              i am using sbi tatacredit card since it was changed from sbi card.you people say you have been selected as a potetial coustomer.
              Since that day we have not received the bill from your end.when we call your people say to complain the matter to the tool free no.and according to there records some body is receiving the bill at our end.
              we want to know who is receiving the bill on our behalf.i want to see the scaned copy of the P O D of the courier.
              more over the card is blocked due to some internal policy matter.they say payments are not on time.
              how can a person pay if he is not given the bills.
              pl let me know as how we can proceed on this matter.

I have asked for bills to be sent to me by e mail, PLEASE SEND MONTHLY BILL ON THE ABOVE e mail add regularly, as last month bill yet to receive by me and unable to pay the same, meantime the phone calls coming from your office/agent. if it will happened next time, I shall no other option to pay the balance amount and stop using the card and convey the same to my contacts so that no one should harassed by you.

                State Bank of India — Regarding online registration for the clerical post

                I am trying to register the online application for the past 36 hours. But I don't know whether I have registered or not. Each time I am getting the first two pages. I paid 250 rupees each for me and my brother. Please I need help.
                i am not getting any information regarding forms because site is not opening.i just want to know how minimum percentage in hs and in t.y is required for the post.60% is compulsary for the post and wat is the date of exam

                    Dear Sir,

                    I would like to let you know that an amount of Rs.90, 000 is missing from my father's account. My father's name is T.R. RATNA KUMAR. He was told that the ATM card which he is using would expire in the month of August, hence he submitted the ATM card given to him by the SBI. Unfortunately he wrote his ATM PIN on the back side of the card. The clerk to whom he submitted the card took the card and did not destroy the card in front of father. Later he used the same card and with drew an amount of Rs.90, 000 from the account. It was his pension amount which was withdrawn from the account. The amount was with drawn between the dates of 15th August to 20 August. My father noticed this on 2nd September when he tried to with draw the amount from his account. We need your immediate help on this.

Hyderabad[protected] for which i have not received any statement from last four years and now i am again receiving the statement with very big amount of 24780.50 from last two months with card number [protected]. i have all the details of the settlement.

                        I have applied for a flat under CHB(Chandigarh Housing Board) scheme in sector 63, Chandigarh.The Initial amount was financed by SBI-Sector, 10, Panchkula-Haryana.The amount of interest and documentation charges are paid in advance in cash at the time of filling application.SBI has aslo taken two cheques in favour of SBI, in addition to the other documents to finance the initial application money.
                        My application does not come under the successful applicant.
                        In the month of december'2008 a cheque was presented in my saving account of South India Bank, sector 20, Panchkula Branch charging me Rs.1896/- as interest.
                        We enquired from SBI, sector-10, Panchkula branch and we were told that this amount relates to the interest for the amount financed.When we further enquired they said that their has been delay in getting refund for the initial deposit paid on your behalf to chandigarh Housing board and this is an amount of interest for that period.
                        SBI also informed us that we did not inform applicants about presentation of these cheques as some of the applicants who were informed have intentionally stopped payment of these cheques.
                        We were never told about this hidden interest cost at the time of application.
                        SBI told us to approach CHB for the refund of this interest.I CHB no one has clue about this.
                        we approached many times SBI to help us to get refund of this interest but their is no one to help us.
                        please help us to get the refund of this amount of interest wrongly charged by SBI, Sector-10, panchkula Rs.1896/-.

However, my pension for month ending Nov. 2009 (payable on December 1, 2009), was not paid. On enquiry it was intimated that for state Employee, this life certificate is to be submitted in Pension office/ authorizing Bank (i.e, where Pension is sanctioned) and not the Dr. ASRAO Nagar Branch.

                        On my insistence that life certificate is always submitted in the bank from where pension is being disbursed, they informed they have instructions for not accepting life certificate in case of state Employee from their central pension cell in Hyderabad.

                        Similarly they also intimated that pension arrears ( due to revision of pension, revised PPO, which has been sent to them recently by your bank ) shall also not be dealt for state employee .

                        On my humble request, they informed that they shall sent the case to their Central Pension cell for life certificate and pension arrears and sought their advice, However they asked me to send the copy of LIFE CERTIFICATE to your Branch & get the instructions for release of pension .

                        It is requested to take up the matter and ask SBI Dr. A.S. RAO Nagar Branch, Hyderabad ( Bank details as below ) to release my pension for the month of Nov. 2009 ( payable in December 2009) and Arrears immediately.

                          I am willing to write the SBI Associated Banks Clerical recruitment examination. I have paid an amount of Rs.250-00 through voucher downloaded from SBI web site. From[protected] I have been trying to submit my filled in online application from the SBI Web Site. When I press submit button after filling all the fields in the online application registration form, a fresh empty application form is being opened instead of giving me the status of my application registration .The same has been experienced by me from[protected].                           When i am trying to submit the completely filled in details online, the site throws error stating 'please fill all fields' but, i have already filled all details.The reason for this might be definitely a problem with in SBI's technical system.

                          It's so pathetic that a premier institution like SBI is not maintaining a good systems, but giving deadlines for submission process. I couldn't even find any contact pone number or e-mail for contacting in case of problems.

                            Myself Ekta Shukla, i have given application fees of Rs.250 but now i am having difficulty to fill the form online due to server error at other side. I request SBI officials to look into this matter as it is creating a great problem for the candidates who have already paid the application fees. I request to consider this matter as early as possible as the last date to fill the forms is 31st December 2008 i.e tomorrow. I hope i am able to fill the form till 31st or at least the last date is extended so as to allow the candidates to fill the forms.
                            I have deposited the money and have got the DD for Rs.250 towards this online Associate Banks of SBI - Recruitment Of Clerks. But when I want to apply it online the particular link is not available. Now what am I suppose to do with this Rs.250 DD will the bank remit the money and look to get it in personal. Its frustrating when this bank boast of internet era but cannot fix their errors and least have the courtesy to apprise applicant the status. Some things never change no matter what all you claim,

                              The central government has issued orders to give effect to revised pension to all pensioners in September 2008. In spite of several complaints lodged with the bank orally and in writing the bank authorities have not given effect to the government orders. This is happening in only this branch of State Bank of India. Other branches have complied with central government orders.
                              The orders regarding revision of pre-2006 pension have been issued by the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions, Department of Pension & Pensioners' Welfare vide OM No.38/37/08-P&PW(A) dated 1.9.2008 and detailed instructions have also been issued to the Pension Disbursing Banks about the revision of Pre-2006 pension vide OM dated 14.10.2008. Orders may be downloaded from the website of www.pensionersportal.com or www.persmin.com.

                              I am a pensioner retired from BARC Dep. of Atomic Energy and draw my pension from State Bank of India Market Yard Branch.My revised pension is not yet received.

                                  Hi,

                                  During March 2007, I received a call from SBI (Delhi-Gurgoan number) about the Royal Sundaram health insurance policy. I accepted the offer and the health policy for myself and my parents were credited to the SBI Credit card for which the payments were 6 EMIs. I just received a single page letter from Royal Sundaram about the policy number and no health policy card which can be shown in case of hospitalisation. I was not saisfied about the service. But I paid all the 6EMIs and continued to use the SBI credit card. During March 2008, I recieved the monthly bill statement from SBI in which they charged the renewal fee for the policy. I wrote to them 17th March 2008, that I do not want to renew the policy so revert back the charges. After a week or so a lady from SBI called up and said that I must pay the amount since they have already renewed the policy with Royal Sundaram and that I should have informed them earlier. This is the nexus between SBI and Royal Sundaram. Who in the outside world takes Royal Sundaram health policy so they have tied up and then tie the SBI customer.
                                  SBI or the Royal Sundaram should have contacted me in Feb or March and asked for renewal but neither did so.
                                  I asked the lady to reverse the transaction but she refused. So I told her to hotlist my card. I shredded the card and the bank itseld acknowledges that the card is inactive.
                                  Now for last 2 months I am getting calls from SBI to pay the bill, now they have added penalty and interest charges all these months. I have constantly refused and told them the whole episode.
                                  Today, ie. Sunday, 28th December 2008, at 4.00pm I recieved a call from SBI[protected] and the person Mr. Shinde warned me of dire consequence saying "if i don't pay for the bill, in future I may be in trouble" I particularly asked him if he is calling from SBI or DSA or any recovery acengy, but he adamantly said "SBI Credit Division" and disconnected the call.
                                  I am going to complaint to the Obdusman at RBI and SBI and want to see waht action is taken against these companies.
                                  In future, I may apply to any loan with any bank I may be rejected the loan since SBI will send my name to the CIBIL.
                                  I particularly see more number of complaints against SBI both on this website and also on RBI.

                                  A policy from royal sundaram was made by me for me and my family and while doing this I asked them will it be necessory for the next year the said NO as per there reply it depends on me to continue or to stop but unfortunately they renewed the policy and charged on my sbi card which is not fair.As I have informed to royal sundram as well to sbi card authorities but every day I am receiving the phone from sbi for depositing minimum amout kindly reply as early as possible

                                    Some SBI card agent has aproched me at two-three years ago saying that our bank is giving you free card, so I filled that form and I got card .But I have never useed this card for any purpose.I have never made any purchase or widraww any amount from this card.Even I Yet to open this card and document.
                                    Their first statment of card sent to me two years back showing appx.150 rs.balance.Immeditly I called them and mentioned them about their agents words saying this card is lifetime free.further saying if you are going to carge me better you cancelle my card immeditlyi have no intrest in your card.
                                    But now since last one month their recovery agents are calling me on my cell or land line saying now you have to pay rs 5000/- .They are calling me at any time of the day. if my wife takes call they are using very bad langauge.Even to me they are saying we will do anything to you, will make police case and giving such thereats to me.Further they are saying why you are going to bank, we will come to your place and settel in rs.1000/- only.
                                    But why should I pay for this as I never used this card

                                      As You know SBI has migrated from traditional banking(Counter based) to ATM in recent years. and they have upgraded there core hardware & software to cater the high data trafic. but the ATM machines which have been installed in first phase, their strenght to read the cards have become less so the older cards (looking good as a face of the card ) are not read in these ATMs.
                                      It shows error as "Invalid Card". Bank officials are saying to replace the card at the cost of 225 Rs. this is a failure of the bank to upkeep the card reader in uptodate condition. for banks failure why the cudtomer should pay.
                                      A point In case the Card works in one ATM at SBI main branch at Bistupur(Jamshedpur) while on other ATM(Just besides the other one) it shows the invalid card.
                                      Request you to take up with bank for correcting the card reader rather than making new cards at the cost of the customer.

                                        i was holder of the subjected SBI credit and I have paid my outstanding as a full and final settlement amount Rs.12000/-in the month of june 2007.A copy of the NOC given by the recovery authorities is enclosed herewith for your ready reference. But my SBI card account is still in running statue.
