Myself Sadanand Gangadhar Mugave age:20 years R/O. Ganesh Nagar,Vetal Galli,Chakur Dist.Latur-413513 (M.S.), I have ATM from SBI Chakur Branch dist.Latur my saving Account No.[protected]. I was drawing Money Rs.5000.00/ at SBI Chakur ATM at 11:20 A.M. on date:01/06/2012 that time I had Balance in my account Rs.9717.00 but not getting the same. Slip of Rs.5000.00/ getting but not getting Cash.The loss happened with me .
Please do the help me.

    one day my father received call form SBI Credit Card Call center that they were offering a Holiday Package for family detail as mention below. He is SBI Credit Card holder since 5 years +.

    Amount Debited : 6300/-
    Date :19/05/2012
    Customer Care Executive : Mr Anup Sinh ( Id No : 3046)
    Holiday offer Received form : Dining Plus, 909, Raheja Centre, Nariman Point, Mumbai 400021

    Offered by SBI Credit Card:

    => Holiday Package for a Family within India and Outside India
    => They will offer us Health card for all body checkup. (64 Type of Test, any Hospital within City)
    => Gift Voucher worth rs 2500/-, The product which they have offered, is not worth of Rs 2500/-

    None of the offers were as per there commitment, that's why we have requested them to cancel our deal and don't charge it on our Credit card Account, but no one is taking our complain and not resolving our problem.

      In the month of Nov-2011..without my knowledge Rs;6000 was drawn and
      for that i given complaint by calling your customer care within 7
      working days i got that amount....and again in the month 1st Dec 2011
      Rs;5000 Drawn this time also i given complaint for that
      because of your executive mistake i mean he registered complaint like
      ....customer tried with his ATM card but he didn't got amount and
      all...But the fact is that both the time i didn't used anything either
      card or anything even that amount was drawn from my A/c....from 3-4
      months i was been mailing you but still now i am getting a proper
      resolution..i checked out with my main branch person they are telling
      that " It was drawn at Catholic Syrin Bank ATM....But i didn't used a
      single time in that ATM..And there is no chance to miss use my card
      ...and also bank person told me that if i want to know details about
      that amount drawn (videos and all) i need to pay for it Rs;1700 Plus
      ..but my question is that why should i pay for that..i lost Rs;5000
      and you are asking me to pay 2000 more.......
      Pls its my humble Request you sir pls help me out .....

      i cant able to pay that much..my request is that show me the amount
      drawn video details...or else credit back to my amount to my
      account...or else pls dont mistake tell me directly..that don't use
      your service..because i am really scared to use your
      service.........

      This is my whole story of the problem...I HOPE THIS TIME YOU GO
      THROUGH ALL MY DETAILS AND WILL GIVE ME A PROPER RESOLUTION.......

        don't apply for SBI credit card....once they get your contact no. then almost daily somebody from their call center will give a sales call requesting to apply for one or to give any reference, even if you have one.

              hello sir/ma,
              I got a call from SBI creditcard executive 2 days back and he said that I got a credit card in August'2007 and I have to pay the activation charges of 10500 INR now! I did not apply for any of the SBI credit card nor did I get any and its shocking to hear that I have to pay a huge amount for this authorized credit card. I requested for the credit card statment and he has forwarded it on a Microsoft word file which confirms that its unauthorized! Pls help handling this.

                  I haad a SBI Credit card and along with the card i was given the SBI Fixed Deposit having amount 10000/-. I was told that after maturity of the FD, I can claim the amount on canceling the credit card. Few months back i called the customer care to know about the process of getting the FD money as it was matured. As communicated by the person I had to send a mail to to the customer care with my savings account details and they will transfer the amount to my account. Its been 2 months almost since I have cleared all the dues on the my SBI credit card and cancelled the same. Although as of now i didnt receive the FD amount in my account neither an reply on the mail i have sent. Initially they said I need to go to gurgaon to claim the FD.
                  I dont know why the FD address is gurgaon when i received the credit card in bangalore.
                  Please suggest what I should do now as after several calls and mails also I didnt get any confirmatio from SBI Card.

                    MY SBI CARD NO [protected].
                    Today march 19th of 2009, i received call from the land-line no.[protected]. at 10.11am. The person name is Mr.Ragavan has spokes regarding the payment that i have to made for SBI. He started as such he knows meverywell like (hey what man you are trying to cheat all the banks and making good revenue outof it).slowly he start to temp me like (how you get digest by banks money and cheating others). suddenly he started speaking vulgar words like mother and to the core he used the words. Just i disconnect the call.
                    Then he call to my land-line and started bad words, i disconnect it. i call him back 12.44 pm. and i asked him from where you are talking and i asked his address.He refuse to give it and try to create a new sense like (i was used some vulgar words to his staff, i asked him to prove because i am not such kind of person)
                    Then i ask him to come directly to meet, he refuse to come then i asked i am willing to come to your place tell me the address.but still he refuse doing some mimicked like Actor rajini and kamal.
                    i went to the nearby Madipakkam police station and i have given a compliant regarding the call. Mr.kanniappan(police) Contact no.[protected]. has taken the compliant and he try to contact the same no. to SBI person.His speech was keep on changing time to time.He ask me to come by next day to show him in direct.
                    Then i went to SBI bank (Madipakkam Branch) to arise a compliant to the branch manager Mr. V.S. Ravi, he was so kindly to help out. He tried to the same no and find his name then we know his name is ragavan and his reporting manger is Mr. Srinivasan.
                    I am not trying to cheat or fraud any one, i want to respect the customer and i am loosing my pressure because of this incident, So i bring the situation to the bank notice, since whoever is responsible for this matter i am willing to talk to him.
                    Don`t be proud of managing the representative actually you are encourging the worst situations.
                    I had request for the settlement to SBI Card, Since last 8 months i am not in the job so i could not make the payment last month i made the settlement to the citibank i have attached the proof with this.
                    I am eager to make my payment but they should settle the issue first and help me by relieving me from this mental trauma.And these person should appoligse for his behaviour.

                      Your employees working at cash counters are too lazy while taking cash. there is no fixed lunch time in your bank. The employees working treat customers in unmannered way even weather the customer is senior citizen. The cash counters are not quite enough to handle the rush of customers. still your bank in going on opening new accounts although you are not capable to attend the existing customers. when the customers talk to manager he doesn't take any action & the other staff of your bank advise us to "close your account if you are not satisfied". I am working in Northern railways & we have a number of accounts in your branch and now number of employees with me now planning to follow your concerned staff advice to close our accounts.

                            i have account sbi main branch in budaun. i used HDFC ATM for withdrow 1000/- rupees on 2 may at Kidgang Allahabad around 11 to 11:30 am but money not received by me due to some machine problem. plz do something sir and refund my money as soon as possible in my Sbi account i will heighly obliged to you.

                            I have purchase shoes on12/03/11 in evening from pandri area of Rs 1624. Shop owner swap my card but amount recieving fail . But on 13th march when I checked my account Rs 1624 is debited from my account. I had checked the shop owner details but money is not credit in his account from machine.
                            So, I request the amount to be credit back in my account.

                            I had purchase of Rs 1624 on 12/03/11. Shop owner swap my card but money did recieved to shop owner but that amount is deducted from my account when I checked on another day.
                            Today i.e on 15/03/11 I had checked the shop owner account he also didnt get the amount from my card.So, I request you to revert the amount back in my account No. [protected]

I am seeking for a new card in Mar'12 and repeatatively 2-3 times in further months but after so many follow ups I didn't get any revert from the bank or any Credit card authority. kindly look into the matter and try to resolve it ASAP as i am facing some issues without my card.

                              My SBI Credit Card with airway bill no SB[protected] despatched on 02/08/2009 has not yet been delivered. I myself personally was not at home when the courier guy came to deliver the parcel.My Uncle attended the call and was asked to bring some ID.He went inside the house to get some ID proof and when he came back right afterwards the courier fellow had ran off.So much for service at your doorstep.
                              Please arrange for early delivery of the same.
                              I HAVE APPLYED CREDIT CARD IN 2007 BUT TILL TODAY NOT YET RECEIVED ANY CREDIT CARD FROM YOU, AND FOUR KIND INFORMATION I DID NOT APPLYFOR ANY POLICY OR MEDICLAIM FROM YOUR SIDE. BUT YOU ARE SENDING OUTSTANDING AMTS. BILLS TO ME.

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  I submitted a Cheque for Rs. 250,000/- ( Rs. Two Lacs Fifty Thousand Only ) alongwith the DD preparation form for issuing a DD for Rs. 250,000/- to the counter clerk. I hold an account in SBI, Seetamdhara branch in Visakhapatnam. The clerk at the counter told me that he won't accept the Cheque issued by me in favour of the Bank ( BHPV Branch ) and asked to get the form endorsed by the Accountant. The accountant directed me to Dy. Manager who in turn directed me to go to the Chief Manager, Shri K. Vijaya Bhaskar Reddy. During the entire dealing at the staff level, every official told me that they won't accept At Par Cheque.
                                  2. I put up my problem to the Chief Manager, after duly introducing myself, and requested him to help. The Chief Manager also told me that he wouldn't entertain the At Par Cheque as it involves a lot of 'Paper Work" for his bank. Upon this, I told him that how can he refuse to accept my cheque as it can be encashed by the bearer at any bank of SBI, to which he stated that he wouldn't do it. I asked him to give the same in writing. To this, he kept quiet, saw my account details, and then told me that my signatures don't tally. At this point I asked him confirm regarding my account and myself from the bank manager of SBI, Seetamdhara, Visakhapatnam. He said he doesn't require to and asked me to leave. When I told him that if my signatures are not tallying then why the dealing clerk say so at the counter itself or the accountant, he said that he is not bound to reply to me. Then I told him to give me the complaint book to write a complaint. The chief Manager told me to write the complaint on a plain paper and he would write that the Signatures don't match. I said it's the most lame excuse a bank can give to deny a service to which he said that's the way the banks run.
                                  3. When I told him about the customer Service, he laughed and said what service we are doing is the Service only. I requested him to give me the details of complaining against him and the procedure to which he replied that Get the Details Yourself.
                                  4. Sir, I want to complain against the non acceptance of the At Par cheque by the Chief Manager , Shri K. Vijaya Bhaskar Reddy and his behaviour with a customer as the Branch Head. If the Branch Manager can be so callous and lazy to entertain a Par Cheque because it involves additional ' Work' that shows his attitude to his work and respect for customers. I would like to see some action being taken against such senior officials who spoil the name of an organisation. Also its shortchanging a customer by not entertaining a Par Value Cheque and deficiency of service.

                                  State Bank of India — AGAINST CHIEF MANAGER

                                  I had gone to meet the chief manager of SBI, Telesingha Branch with a request whitch was denied by the Chief Manager. No matter for the request. But matter of regret that He behaved me in a rude and arrogant manner and threatened me to close my savings A/c from SBI, Telesingha. I answered him the bank is not the personal property of the CM. I am the consumer of the said bank since so many years. But the CM is joined here since few days. Now a days CM is not the hitler. The SBI seniors may go through the matter and do the needful.

                                    I am Ashwani Kumar Srivastava, i submit my check in ghaziabad vaishali sector-4 branch on date 22-may-12, but my check is not credit in my A/C.( [protected] ), when i inquire for my check he sead your a/c. KYC is not update.
                                    Then i call in my home branch and enquiry about KYC then he says your all a/c. needs are full-fill no any KYC problem.

                                    As a normal view ghaziabad vaishali sector-4 branch is always creating the problem for other SBI branch customer please solved this problem because many people trust on SBI.

                                      Hi, i am M. Ahmed from Dhubri, Assam. Today i went to a SBI branch, GOLAKGANJ to open an account but accountant of Golakganj SBI Branch denyed to provide a/c opening form. Its jst b'coz my address doesn't come to their service area. As per my knowledge their is no such type of rule for any bank in india and i want to say u that Golakganj SBI Branch is nearest SBI Branch from my place then how its possible tht my place doesn't come in their service area.

                                      Even its not a rule. Every citizen of india can open bank account anywhere in india by providing valid id & address proof.

                                      Kindly do something and help me to open a SBI a/c at Golakganj branch.

                                        SBI Saving A/C — 25000 fake wuthdrawal from my A/C

                                        Rs. 25000/- withraw from my State Bank Of India saving A/C fraudently, but the bank official are not responding well. They are just giving me dates.
                                        go to ur bank branch where u have opened the account and give them ur mobile number and account details and ask them to assign sms alerts o[censored]r account to ur mobile number given...

                                        It's very easy man... you must visit the branch and no one will add sms alerts for justing posting on this website.
