    Hi Sir/Madam,

    I deposited a cheque of Indian Bank, Jugsalai Branch, Jamshedpur ,cheque number 786590 to be credited to my SBI A/c no [protected], IIM Joka Branch , Kolkata. The cheque was deposited in SBI, Chandil branch on 09/04/2012. Whenevr I asked The branch mangaer of chandil SBI he says in a day or two you will be getting the money credited. Its been more than a month but so far nothing has happened.The amount is 59000+.
    I called up SBI customer care but they said they cannot help on this regard and the branch manager has to be contacted to get information on this issue.
    Please let me know what shall I do. Please help me on this regard

      Sir,i had applied for SBI credit Card in 2010 which I did not received till date.I had endorsed the detail of my SBI saving account number[protected] in the form while I was applying for credit card.Now I am not having any Credit Card linked with this account number and I am not using any Credit Card.But 551.50 rupees is being debited from my saving account every month. I am also getting sms on my mobile ( [protected] ) about the outstanding bill of sbi credit card and subsequently after few more days one more sms that the same amount debited from my account .Presently I have no detail about this sbi credit card as the card number is not displayed in the sms. My saving account is as follows:_

      State Bank of India — credit card charge

      Respected Sir

      I had purchased 2 tickets, bangalore to hyderabad online on jetairways. I had chosen the option of payment by 6 monthly instalments via SBI card. It was accepted and the tickets were issued.

      After getting the statement of SBI, I was shocked to see the amount to be paid as Rs.6000/-.

      I emailed to the SBI saying that i will not pay the amount as i had availed of the instalment scheme online and that a rectified bill to be sent to me as s oon as possible. I have emailed them atlest 5 times but only a system generated message comes up that i will be replied in 5 working days. Its already a week that i emailed to them. But still there is no response from any of them.

      I haerby request the SBI again to rectify tteh bill and send to me so that i can pauy in 6 monthly instalments.

        Respected Sir/Madam,

        I have a SB A/c. No. [protected] in State Bank of India/Sonarpur Branch(10095), Sonarpur, Kolkata700 150. On 20th March 2012 at 12-07 hrs I made a withdrawal of Rs.2000/- from Kolkata Main/Fairlie Place ATM Counter(ATM ID S10B[protected] but no money comes out. The transaction slip TXR No. 8221 showing "SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS". On that day at the time of 2nd withdrawal of Rs.2000/-, I found that the amount of Rs.2000/- was also debited for the previous transaction. I have requested the Bank Branch through application dated[protected] with the ATM Slip. I also made a complaint through e-mail on[protected] &[protected] to the Branch and also to SBI/H.Q. on[protected]. Personally I met with the concerned Bank staff several times and he assured that the amount of Rs.2000/- would be credited to my Savings Accounts very soon.

        But till date the above amount has not been credited to my account. I am very much disappointed with the services of SBI.

        I would, therefore, request your goodself to kindly take appropriate measures so that the sum of Rs.2000/- is credited to my SB A/c. No. [protected] as early as possible.

          I got call from SBI marketing team few days back and after hearing that I am working in Fidelity Information services they told as you are a privileged customer
          We are offering you CREDIT CARD with below offerings.

          1. SBI GOLD and More card
          2. 499 RS first year annual fee for this you will receive 500 RS worth gift voucher.
          3. From 2nd year onwards NO ANNUAL FEES.
          4. And other benefits …

          But after receiving the card I saw it is 100 RS gift voucher and 499 annual fees every year.

          If this is the case I want you to cancel my card with immediate effect,
          I will not pay annual fees in this case.

          I have already placed complaint in the customer care please revert back ASAP.

              I made a withdrawal request of rs. 16,500 on 8th may,2012 [19:38] at sector 40, gurgaon sbi ATM (ATM ID:s10a[protected], transaction ID for the same was 6914. The amount dispensed was only rs. 9500. When I checked the balance, rs. 16,500 were deducted from my account. I logged a complaint and got ticket number as at[protected]. According to this ticket number, the amount was reversed into my account on 11th may @ 10:45 am. I checked the account statement and no money was received. When I contacted the branch manager, he confirmed that only rs 500 were received on 9th may,2012 and no transaction was there on 11th may. I again called up the customer care and requested to re-open the case, to which they said that they can't re-open the case, however can take another fresh complaint. Hopelessly, I again got a ticket number which is at[protected]. I am still waiting for reply to my mails to sbi and whenever, I contact customer care or branch manager they simply put up the same answer that you will have to wait for another one week, if you still don't get the money log another complaint. No-one is trying to help or work out the things and I am being repeatedly asked to keep on waiting and logging complaints. This is sheer mental harassment that I am facing.

                My Salary is being deposited through ECS from SBI Rasayani Branch, Dist: Raigad to Kanjur Marg Mumbai Branch A/C No: [protected] from last 5 years.
                But it is observed that,

                Inter City Charges Debited on

                The salaries are generally credited by file upload.
                But on these occasions may be due to some tech. prob the disbursing br has posted the salary manually.

                Regarding this I have visited to times at Rasayani Branch & handed over to Request letter to refund deducted amount.
                When I intimated on phone no amount is deducted.
                Officials promised to refund debited amount but as on today no action is taken.
                You are requested to look in this matter & refund.

                  This is the second time i am facing the problem.While doing transaction i get error "You do not have transaction rights"Last month i faced the same problem but from today[protected] onwards i am facing the same problems.I already have been doing lots of transaction and i already had the rights but i don't know what is the problem of SBI i am facing lot of problems due to this.I cant contact HOME branch as i live out of Station.I want solution for this as i have a lot of transactions to do.Last time i faced lot of problems because of this and i am not satisfied by Home branch efforts.

                  My name is Mutyala karuna Prasad and my mother name is Durga. We have a joint account in SBI Sakhinetipalli branch. A/c number is [protected]. I am working in Dubai. From three years I use net banking. Last three months back my account is showing “you are in viewing rights, if you want transactions rights please contact home branch” message. Then I sent my mother with transaction rights form. They gave to me transaction rights in 15 days. From that time everything fine. My last transaction is 15 July 2012.
                  I sent money to my account from Dubai. It deposited on 06 august 2012 in my account. From that time my account is showing “you are in viewing rights, if you want transaction rights please contact home branch”
                  I don’t change profile passwords are any others. Why this message come again. This is big problem in mine for online payments and transfers. I call my SBI home branch they told me give complaint again.
                  How many times my account like this happens?
                  Why my A/c every time showing like this without any changes?
                  What I am wrong?
                  Please replay me as soon as possible... I am waiting for your replay...what I am doing wrong…

                      I, Birendra Kumar having saving Account ([protected]) with State Bank of India, 233, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-III, New Delhi-110020.
                      On 3 rd April,2012 I have withdraw Rs.10000/-(Ten Thousand) with PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK ATM (C-LAL Chowk,Govindpuri,Delhi), but only amount have been debited to my account but money has not withdraw due to failure transition. I have complained on 16.04.2012 vide complain No is AT[protected], but My problem has not been solved then again complain with branch, Complain No - AT[protected] Here Complain Not Solved then Again Complain in Branch on Dated 15.05.2012, Complain No is - AT[protected].
                      As per RBI guidelines, if there is any failure in the ATM transactions and your account got wrongly debited the amount,bank will have to credit such wrongly debited amounts within a period of 7 working days from the date of the complaint. The Bank will pay Rs.100/- per day beyond 7 working days only if the complaint is lodged within 30 days of the date of the transaction.

                      I am having S/B a/c with ICICI bank.I withdraw some amount at SBI ATM Panvel.
                      I did not received money The SBI ATM message was" transaction timed out"But the amount was debited to my A/c with ICICI
                      As I did not received money, I tried once again,
                      .the message was
                      " Daily trannsaction limit was exceeded.

                      Means the transaction which was uncomplete was taken into consieration for daily trasaction
                      limit for ATM and debited amount was not crdited my account
                      As MY newly received PIN OF ATM CARD (CARD NO[protected] was not working and same way I was suggested by Bank to apply for duplicate pin. This exercise has been done 03 times within last 03 months but till now I am waiting for DUPLICATE PIN .

                      on 29th of sep 2011 i tried to withdraw a sum of Rs 3000 from SBI ATM but couldnt recieve the same ,but after a while when i ebquired it debited the account with Rs 3000 ,provided the ATM I used was of IOB when i enquired on toll free number they told thet the amount will be credited within 24Hrs.
                      I WITHDRAWAL A RUPPEES 15000/- FROM KHASPA STREET ATM WITH TXN NO 7438 ON 22/03/2012 EVENING TIME I.E 8.00 PM BUT I GOT OUT SERVICE FROM THE ATM & I DIDN'T GET ANY MONEY & RECEIPT I LODGE A COMPLAIN ON THE SBI INDL BRANCH 7498 ON 23/03/2012 & I GOT A COMPLAIN TICKET NO I.E- AT[protected] BUT STILL I AM NOT GETTING THIS MONEY & IT'S IMPORTANT TO ME TODAY'S DATE BECAUSE I HAVE TO BE OPERATION FOR DNS .                       Today morning during Rs.10000/- withdraw from ICICI bank ATM, Solapur, Maharashtra I am not getting cash from machine due some problem of ATM.

                      But automatically Rs. 10000/- has been debit from my A/c. After that from other ICICI ATM I have withdraw Rs 20000/- in three step and transactions are success.

                      But first time Rs 10000/- till not credit in my A/c

                        on 12/05/2012 i was to travel from Bhubaneswar to New Delhi by train no. 12815 Nandan Kanan Exp. and the scheduled departure of the train was 12:30. at about 12:00 hrs i went to the ATM situated near to the railway station Bhubaneswar which was of Corp. Bank to withdraw a sum of Rs. 300/- for my travel expense. i placed my ATM card no. [protected] and processed for withdraw Rs.300/-. But the transaction was rejected with a response code# 0070. i thought the ATM not carrying money and when the ATM asked for another transaction i cancelled it with an intense to withdraw money from any other ATM. But i didn't get my card back and it was blocked inside the ATM Kiosk. Fortunately a person reached the ATM conversing with some one in mobile phone. i asked him about the guard so he asked me what happened? i briefed him about the transaction and about the blocked card, then he said that he is the maintenance staff of the ATM Kiosk. i request him to get my card back but he denied my saying that action is out of his limits. so i asked him about the another option as i was to board a train departing at 12:30 hrs. he immediately make a phone call to a bank staff and the staff reached the ATM within 2 to 3 minutes. he opened the kiosk and told that yes there is card blocked inside. i bagged them to give my card back as i have to board a train but they denied me and direct me to go to the bank and to get it back we are sending the to the bank. i asked them about the address of the bank so they told me that bank is adjacent to the ATM (about 15 to 20 yards away). at about 12:10 hrs i rushed to the bank immediately and meet the dealing officer of ATMs. i briefed them all about the incident occurred with me and also i make him aware about my travel. they told me when the card will reach we will see. again i make him aware about my boarding the train at about 12:30. i was quite relaxed the still there is 15 minutes in hand. but i waited till 12:30 hrs but my blocked card didn't reach the bank which is not far then 15 yards after i bagged before them and my compelling situation and i produced my identity. not even they made any efforts to help me to get my card back. they were having 20 minutes within in which i could have completed all the formalities if they have to get my card back. i was not having any cash with me but any how i have was to board the train. they didn't respected my request and after being the ATM kiosk in the close vicinity why did the bank staff neglected me due to which i have to travel without money and in hunger. the staff of CorpBank bank situated near to the railway station Bhubaneswar may be directed to send my ATM card no. [protected] to my registered home address and suitable action may also be taken against the irresponsible bank staffs please.

                        SBI — Staff is very casual

                        i am vaibhav. i have visited many branches of SBI in Lucknow and i found same thing : - staff is very casual.
                        CASE 1 I went transport nagar branch to get made a draft i requested an authorized person to make a draft. his reponse was to go to another person when i went to other he said to go back. i again go there this time i saw he is making the same draft of his knowing person when i asked him about this he abused me.

                        CASE 2 same branch of transport nagar . i went there to submit a fees of NABARD Asst manager exam the person told me that the account of nabard is not accepting the amount and the account no. is not valid.

                              My name Rashid Iqbal i belong to dhanbad jharkhand and my bank brach is katrasgarh and my A/C no is [protected].i was lost my atm debit card on 20Feb 2011 after lost my atm debit card i immediatly blocked atm debit card on the date of 21 Feb 2011 1:41:20.after that i went to sbi branch for fill reissue form and submited form but still i didn't get .i also mailed of customer care service but he said to me ur atm debit card will be shortly despatched.i use to regular consult my post man but he
                              only say there is no any post o[censored]r postel address.what i do suggest me now i'm facing a lot of problem of transaction.

                                sir on dated 16.05.2012 i went to sbi bank at het piplani bhopal branch.. basic no[protected] to open a saving account.. at 10.40 am pm ..there was a lady sitting on account opening counter.. but till 1.30 pm she had not taken/received my application form although i have completed it with all necessary documents like...electricity bill,pan card , voters id card copy,photographs etc, finally when i said to receive the application form... she refused to take the form & said to me.. to bring the merriage certificate..although i am bonafide resident of bhopal city (said address).. she misbehaved with me... i am a pgt at kedriya vidyalaya sangathan ib bhopal kindly take the necessary action..

                                  My mother applied for the mortgage loan before 3 month ago and bank employee told to my mother your loan is approve and disbursed the amount ASAP but sir after 3 month bank says your loan is decline .sir my mother is every week go to bank and every time bank employee told my mother your loan is approve .sir my mother Reg. is amount but 3 month my mother is not applied the loan any other bank due to state bank of India approve my loan my mother is very mentally disturbed on this time.so sir please action on this matter if my mother is mentally disturbed than who are responsible of this accident.

                                    sir I want to take personal loan from sbi katakipukhuri branch , jorhat , Assam sir I am customer of this bank from last 3yrs
                                    sir , when I approach for loan form to the branch manager on 12/2/2012 then he told me that form of loan can be avail only after 15/3/12. after this date, I try for same then again he call me after 31/3/12.
                                    sir on 1/4/12 I went for loan form to the branch manager then he indirectly asked for money in respect of loan sanctioning.
                                    sir, still i am not getting loan form ,i am suffering a lot because of need of loan amount. sir what i do?

                                      I got an SBI Card against FD of Rs 55000/- (card no [protected]) for which six instalments (out of 11) have already been paid. Initially the billing was such that the last dt for payment would be 6th or 4th of every month, but suddenly it has been changed to 1st day of every month without any intimation to me.l need to know the reason for such change and reschedule it to the earlier 4 or 6th of every month, otherwise I am not in a position to continue with the scheme. Is it a newer method of cheating the faithful customer? Someone must clarify.

                                        Why don’t you try writing to their customer care team at [protected]@idbi.co.in? I’ve had a good experience with them in the past. They are usually very prompt at replying to complaints received on that id.
