I, Birendra Kumar having saving Account ([protected]) with State Bank of India, 233, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-III, New Delhi-110020.
On 3 rd April,2012 I have withdraw Rs.10000/-(Ten Thousand) with PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK ATM (C-LAL Chowk,Govindpuri,Delhi), but only amount have been debited to my account but money has not withdraw due to failure transition. I have complained on 16.04.2012 vide complain No is AT[protected], but My problem has not been solved then again complain with branch, Complain No - AT[protected] Here Complain Not Solved then Again Complain in Branch on Dated 15.05.2012, Complain No is - AT[protected].
As per RBI guidelines, if there is any failure in the ATM transactions and your account got wrongly debited the amount,bank will have to credit such wrongly debited amounts within a period of 7 working days from the date of the complaint. The Bank will pay Rs.100/- per day beyond 7 working days only if the complaint is lodged within 30 days of the date of the transaction.
