1. I am an account holder at SBI Chhota Andulia Branch and my account number is [protected].

2. I had withdrawn a sum of rupees 10000 from my atm card at Axis Bank Atm at Chapra.

3. The money did't come out but it has been deducted from my account.

4. I had also filed an application/Complaint at SBI Chhota Andulia Branch on 17 April 2012 submitted by Abdul Khalek.

5. I didn't receive any response from SBI Chhota Andulia.

6. I also approched the Branch Manager but he refused to give any help.

7. I would be very great ful to you if you could do the help.

      Dear Sir,

      I Deepak Upadhyay put my house papers as guarantee for my business friend Mr gaurav Sharma for his firm Ganpati Batteries 4 years before. At that time the bank manager Mr Manav Agarwal said to me that when gaurav will build make his own house than my house papers will be released against his house papers as guarantee for his firm. He assure me to sort out this matter but suddenly he got transferred. I personally meet new manager Mr B. L. Yadav to that concern, he ask me to concern first gaurav because bank wants any other property against my property. I gave him four times written application after concern from gaurav but still I am unable to release my property while Mr B. L. Yadav also got transferred. I write again a letter to the new manager on 02nd june but still till date 19th june he didn’t any response via letter or telephone. I am unable to understand that why any guarantor can’t release his property while he has been submitted application signed by borrower. Is it guarantor’s responsibility to put another property to release his property? Why can’t bank recover his money from borrower through sale his property? I want to know if there is any rules in bank history to stop withdraw guarantor’s property. I have all letters and receipts of registry copies. My complaint branch code is 07492 and it is town area branch established in Sawai Madhopur District.
      Banak manager’s uncooperativeness is putting my life as well as my future in dark. I am getting mentally, socially, familiar & economically harassment.
      Sir Please Guide me how can I withdraw my house papers through withdraw my guarantee against any firm. I am suffering since last more than 18 months.

          Sir, on 31-05-12 when I used ATM machine at Panchkula Sector-25 at Haryana amount Rs.5000/- has been deducted from my a/c but I did no get any money.

          My saving A/c is in branch SBI, Sector-30, Chandigarh where I have given a written complaint on 4-6-12 also.

          I am saving account holder with SBI hospet, my account no is [protected], I have tried to withdraw money from kenra bank ATM on 2.04.09 and got the message that request can not be done, than on fourth I found that Rs 10000 have been deducted from my account, I have given complain on 4 april itself at Hospet Branch, but still no action have been taken
          Sir,

          I tried to withdraw an amount 1000/- from SBI account from ANDHRA BANK ATM at Kapra (Circle) in Hyderabad. There are 2 machines. I tried in one machine, but i have not received any cash and receipt with that machine. So I tried in second machine for 1000/- and i received the 1000/-. After two minutes I got 2 sms on Mobile shows 2000/- deducted from account. The excess amount still not credited to my account. I am attaching the file.

            sir, i am holding defence salary package acct no [protected] at lohegaon SBI branch in pune. With two atm . It is brought to the notice that on 03 jun 12 i had not made any transaction other than Rs. 1000-/.which was drawn from viman nagar(pune) atm. But i was apprised that on 03 jun 12 and 04 jun 12 .Rs 39,000 and 40,000 respectually hasbeen withdrawn through atm in karnal( haryana) area. But i was possession of both the atm with me in pune. And i was on duty place in pune defence perimeter. I had the sms facility but i had not received any sms from sbi i have received only credit balance sms not of debit transaction . I already have given an application to bank to inquire my money but till date i have not received any solution over my problem . Please solve my issue and do the needful.                   Dear Sir,
                  Reference to the above, I wish to bring to your kind attention that one of my tenants, outside chennai, is depositing RS. 7000 regularly (on monthly basis) into my savings account number above mentioned and your branch in Mugappair is charging RS 25 for every transaction.

                  Please refer my statement of account for the current fiscal:

                  For example:
                  Transaction ID 38976288 Cash (RS,7000) was deposited on 02 March 2012 and a debit advise of RS 25 was received on 2 march 2012 itself.

                  Kindly let me know on core banking services for a cash deposit of RS 7000, are there any bank charges applicable?? No bank is charging bank fees for a cash deposit amounting to less than 25,000 per Transaction.... Kindly clarify please.....

                  If it is there only in your bank, kindly produce evidence or else, we may have to approach other banks to know the exact facts, then we will not only be recovering the collected-charges with interest but with compensation to our mental agonies as well.

                  We have sent complaints to SBI/ GM- HEAD Office-Delhi and DGM-Helpline but no one responded.

                        I link this Profile ---> Mange A/c display -------> Unhide account ------->

                        then it is Displaying like "" no accounts available"

                        Please suggest me what i have to do.

                          Rupees 17 has been deducted from my salary account ([protected]) maintained by Batamaloo, . Srinagar branch (J&K) for providing SMS alerts for every transaction through this account. I may bring to your kind notice of service providers that SMS alerts are not being provided to me for every transaction, however, it has been/is being received only in case of credit of my salary. So deduction of Rs 17 on this account is unjustified. it is requested either to refund the same or provide SMS alerts for every transation of my account henceforth .

                            SBI — credit card application rejected without any reason

                            Applied for credit card with application number s[protected].
                            I am having an FD with SBI account number is [protected].
                            I must be issued credit card because I am eligible candidate for that.
                            I called call centre and It is told that application rejected.
                            Call centre is unable to tell me the reason of rejection.
                            Call centre is also unable to tell me any concerning body from SBI who can help me.

                            In Deutsche Bank i applied for credit card their representative came and taken all documents they have done all verification but without any reason they send message that we can not process your applicatoin, if they are not able to proces then atleast they have to give genune reason and they have to return my documents but they don not.
                            It is very unsecure about our documents where it is and later what they will do with that.
                            i have mastrocard. my card no is[protected].i was used to secure purchase webcam.com.the epoche.com was my card no. asked i was submit my card no.buy it said that is invalid no please search&give me orrect no.cv v2 no also.my acount no is[protected].please search &give me correct no&cv v2 no
                            Even i had the same issue with HDFC bank coimbatore. They do all the formalities and do not tell the reason for rejecting it. If we ask for reason in customer care, they just tell that they would not disclose it.

                                  I have purchased one Demand draft No. 066633 date[protected] in favour of Bihar State Health Society Patna.
                                  Payable at patna for Rs. 500 From State bank of India, Elephant Gate Branch , Chennai.

                                  Due to cancellation of application i have presented to branch for cancellation of this demand draft but branch manager some time told no staff and some time told issuing document not found so come after one week . they call every time come after one week this has been repeated from three month(march to May).

                                    SBI recovery agents are harrassing me for recovering a loan! They are using abusive language and threatening me with downgrading my CIBIL rating, I dont even have an account with SBI and I have never take a loan from them. For some reason they have my name and number as a reference for my ex-colleague who according to their records have defaulted on a loan.

                                      I m Vivek R Patil, I am very Disappoint with SBI, I want to open new PPF A/c. at my home branch but here is no facility for PPF, for that i have to go
                                      Varangaon Ordnance Factory SBI Branch, Branch code is - SBIN00004819 But wen i go that bank Bank manager told me " here you can't open PPF A/c. Go to your Home branch". As per Manager said but In my home branch Muktainagar(Ruikheda) branch, Branch code is SBIN0007776 there is no Facility for Opening PPF new A/c. after that again i told varagoan branch at my home branch (Muktainagar) there is no PPF facility what should i do?, Then Branch manager said then Open new A/c Here after that you can open PPF A/c here.

                                        I am Vinod Jos. I had a SBI credit Card no. [protected]. In last week of Jan 2012 I requested for closure of the card as I had no use of it. On speaking to the call centre executive I was informed that there were reward points of about 2300 points, which could be redeemed. I okayed for the same. On asking what were the products available within the points in the account, I was informed of some products from the catalogue. As per the information given by them I selected one of products which was a citizen carry bag with an alarm clock. At the same time when I was on the line with the executive, my wife was viewing on the net the same catalogue. My wife informed me that the product code mentioned was a watch on the net and not a carry bag. I reconfirmed with executive and repeatedly asked her what the product was. She confirmed and reconfirmed that it was a carry bag. I accepted her version and asked her to deliver the product. In the first week of-Feb the product was delivered to my residence. On opening I found that the product is as my wife mentioned at that time, a watch and not a carry bag as the executive informed. Anyways, I accepted the product and used it.
                                        On 25 Feb 2012 the card statement out and was reflecting that an amt of some Rs.22000 /- was outstanding against the account. On again calling up the call centre through the IVR I came to know that the outstanding amt is for the pay element of the product. This product was actually a redeem plus pay product. The actual cost of the watch was Rs. 22000/-. I was shocked. First of all I cannot afford that kind of money upfront and neither did I want a costly product like this on payment. Originally, it was just a case of card closure which snowballed into this.
                                        To cut the long story short, I many times called the call centre and complained regarding this. After making innumerable calls and speaking to numerous executives and also the floor manager Mr Rajneesh, they had checked the voice recordings , it was accepted the the error lay with them.
                                        In the meantime I have not paid the outstanding amt which has increased to Rs28000 due to interest over the last four months.
                                        Between the time of the product being delivered and the statement coming out that was a duration of some 20 odd days during which I used the product only once. This I have clearly informed the SBI people. I have also informed that I am willing to return the product, provided all outstanding amt is cleared. This I have told many times to them. I have laid down that, ask your marketing people to collect the product from me and revert the outstanding amount.
                                        Now in the last call that I made to the executive I was informed that in the database it is updated and it shows that the product cannot be taken back as it has been used once and that the amount of Rs 28000/- has to be paid in full.
                                        This is unacceptable. I have been through a lot of anxiety and have been troubled a lot over this. I‘ve made innumerable calls to the SBI call centre and wasted a lot of my time over it.
                                        My argument is if the fault is with the SBI executive in the first place of not informing me completely about the product and its details why should I be made a sufferer for it and pay for it. I am not claiming any damages which, I can rightfully claim. Only want that, this is settled to my complete satisfaction.
