Dear Sir,
I have purchased one Demand draft No. 066633 date[protected] in favour of Bihar State Health Society Patna.
Payable at patna for Rs. 500 From State bank of India, Elephant Gate Branch , Chennai.

Due to cancellation of application i have presented to branch for cancellation of this demand draft but branch manager some time told no staff and some time told issuing document not found so come after one week . they call every time come after one week this has been repeated from three month(march to May).


Please help me.

    SBI recovery agents are harrassing me for recovering a loan! They are using abusive language and threatening me with downgrading my CIBIL rating, I dont even have an account with SBI and I have never take a loan from them. For some reason they have my name and number as a reference for my ex-colleague who according to their records have defaulted on a loan.

      I m Vivek R Patil, I am very Disappoint with SBI, I want to open new PPF A/c. at my home branch but here is no facility for PPF, for that i have to go
      Varangaon Ordnance Factory SBI Branch, Branch code is - SBIN00004819 But wen i go that bank Bank manager told me " here you can't open PPF A/c. Go to your Home branch". As per Manager said but In my home branch Muktainagar(Ruikheda) branch, Branch code is SBIN0007776 there is no Facility for Opening PPF new A/c. after that again i told varagoan branch at my home branch (Muktainagar) there is no PPF facility what should i do?, Then Branch manager said then Open new A/c Here after that you can open PPF A/c here.

        Respected Sir/Madam,
        I am Vinod Jos. I had a SBI credit Card no. [protected]. In last week of Jan 2012 I requested for closure of the card as I had no use of it. On speaking to the call centre executive I was informed that there were reward points of about 2300 points, which could be redeemed. I okayed for the same. On asking what were the products available within the points in the account, I was informed of some products from the catalogue. As per the information given by them I selected one of products which was a citizen carry bag with an alarm clock. At the same time when I was on the line with the executive, my wife was viewing on the net the same catalogue. My wife informed me that the product code mentioned was a watch on the net and not a carry bag. I reconfirmed with executive and repeatedly asked her what the product was. She confirmed and reconfirmed that it was a carry bag. I accepted her version and asked her to deliver the product. In the first week of-Feb the product was delivered to my residence. On opening I found that the product is as my wife mentioned at that time, a watch and not a carry bag as the executive informed. Anyways, I accepted the product and used it.
        On 25 Feb 2012 the card statement out and was reflecting that an amt of some Rs.22000 /- was outstanding against the account. On again calling up the call centre through the IVR I came to know that the outstanding amt is for the pay element of the product. This product was actually a redeem plus pay product. The actual cost of the watch was Rs. 22000/-. I was shocked. First of all I cannot afford that kind of money upfront and neither did I want a costly product like this on payment. Originally, it was just a case of card closure which snowballed into this.
        To cut the long story short, I many times called the call centre and complained regarding this. After making innumerable calls and speaking to numerous executives and also the floor manager Mr Rajneesh, they had checked the voice recordings , it was accepted the the error lay with them.
        In the meantime I have not paid the outstanding amt which has increased to Rs28000 due to interest over the last four months.
        Between the time of the product being delivered and the statement coming out that was a duration of some 20 odd days during which I used the product only once. This I have clearly informed the SBI people. I have also informed that I am willing to return the product, provided all outstanding amt is cleared. This I have told many times to them. I have laid down that, ask your marketing people to collect the product from me and revert the outstanding amount.
        Now in the last call that I made to the executive I was informed that in the database it is updated and it shows that the product cannot be taken back as it has been used once and that the amount of Rs 28000/- has to be paid in full.
        This is unacceptable. I have been through a lot of anxiety and have been troubled a lot over this. I‘ve made innumerable calls to the SBI call centre and wasted a lot of my time over it.
        My argument is if the fault is with the SBI executive in the first place of not informing me completely about the product and its details why should I be made a sufferer for it and pay for it. I am not claiming any damages which, I can rightfully claim. Only want that, this is settled to my complete satisfaction.

          Hi Sir/Madam,

          I am having an account in SBI branch, Galiveedu in YSR district, Andhrapradesh. my Acc no: [protected]. While withdrawing amount from ATM i lost total 2100 rupees(one time 1200 rupees on 23-Jan-2009 and another time 900 rupees on 24-Apr-2011 ). I gave three times written statement/complaint in my home branch and also more times i sent mails to the appropriate branch. But, They didn't take any action.

          Total description:
          On 23-Jan-2009, i lost 1200 rupees while withdrawing amount from SBI ATM. I didn't receive money , but it is updated in withdrawal money. As per my home branch manager suggestion, I gave written compliant in my home branch which were located in Galiveedu, regarding 23-Jan-2009 transaction. But, they did some changes in my account like "reverse withdrawal" after that "CSH WDL" after that again "cash withdrawl" some thing something. But, finally they didn't add amount to my account. For this, after that I gave 3 times written complaints in my Galiveedu Branch. But, They didn't take any action.


          On 24 th April'2011, In the same way i lost 900 rupees and I gave 3 times written compliant in my home branch which were located in Galiveedu, regarding 24 th April'2011 transaction. After that, they made that 900 rupees money in lien amount. But, still they didn't make that amount as my savings amount. Again, 2 times i gave written compliant, still they didn't made that lien amount to my savings amount. they didn't respond for this compliant also.

          Please respond back for my complaint
          i have recharge of rs50/- through paytm.com on 01-july-12, but some reason it can be failed. the paytm has been refunded money and transferred to SBI Bank, but sbi cannot be shown or refunded money in my account. so SBI bank please refund my money as earliest as possible. the paytm refunded order number is 41671283 on 01-july-12.
          please immediately amount will return back in my account.
          I have applied for SBI PO online registration on 18.02.2013.
          After fill all the information i made payment thru online mode.
          i got the confirmation from my bank for successful payment but the SBI site mentioned that the payment not recd.
          neither i recd any mail from SBI on my email id regarding registration..

            SIR,I v an SB A/C ([protected]) at SBI kamarhati.I visited New Delhi on last march and made ATM transaction(ATM 6182 BOB NEW DELH) 0n 3/03/2012 of rs. 4,000/-. on that time my last balance was rs. 1,949/- after withdraw of the above(rs.4,000/-).But they created another 2 transaction of SET HOLD Rs.4,000/- each on 5/3/2012 and made 2 transaction of DELETE HOLD Rs.4,000/- each on 22/03/2012. After that my last balance shown - 000/- and SBI KAMARHATI made ATM OD ADJ. Rs.1,949/- on 22/03/2012. Immediately I made two complains through SBI KAMARHATI(AT[protected] DT.17/4/2012 and AT[protected] DT.04/05/2012).But all complains did not make any positive reply.I am paying a lic premium of rs. 356/(pm).At present A/C is bearing a OD balance and can not operate my A/c. So, pl. take the necessary step against the above.thanks.My mob no is [protected]

              I am senduran account holder in your bank (Union BANK of India) branch ramanathapuram Town, viz ramanathapuram account number [protected] debit cum ATM card no.[protected], state tamilnadu
              I used dated (10 march, 2010 evening 4:30-5pm) SBI Atm machine in yellanalli & i went to take money from the ATM machine,and i enter the amount of 3000
              but the amount was not transferred the machine displayed the statement unable to process ultimately next I went to ATM Canera Bank & ATMa SBI at aruvangadu in OOTY district the amount is displayed with reduced amount (the cost of reduced amount is 3000)


              it was shockingly found the amount has been debited of Rs. 3000/- from my account.

              I request you to kindly credit of Rs. 3000/- in my Account as mentioned above & obliged.

              I had submitted internet banking form for activating transaction right on 3rd may 2013.2 month and 20 days over but transaction right has not been allowed to my a/c.I had send several mail but i did not receoive any reply.I had send SMS (UNHAPPY) to [protected] they had tried to help me but from branch they did not get any help.they raised and assigned ticket to branch but branch employees close ticket mentioning that right has given .When I visits branch the told that they dont have enough man power to do the same...

                  Subject: - Complaint against State Bank of India , DDA Building , INA, Vikas Sadan, New Delhi for damaged currency note received from ATM DDA Building , INA, Vikas Sadan.
                  Sir,

                  1. I am presently working in NL-1 Branch of DDA, INA, Vikas Sadan, 3rd Floor 'A' Block. I, the undersigned withdrew a sum of Rs 10,000/- from the ATM Machine DDA Building on 27.1.2012 at 13:10 vide TXN No. 1134. My bad habit was, I hardly count the cash withdrawn from the ATM and never got less amount to the amount so required from the ATM as such question for checking of quality of notes does not arise because it never happened with me for last eight years (since the day I am using SBI ATM) or so. But hereafter I have started counting as well as checking the quality of notes soon after withdrawal from the ATMs.

                  2. I handed over the cash to my wife as it is, and she proceeded to Jammu in the evening of 27.1.2012 only. On 28.1.2012 when my wife went for shopping and found that one of the Rs 500/- note bearing No 2EQ 461424 was damaged and cello tape pasted on the back of the note. She immediately informed me on telephone of the same. She returned from Jammu to Delhi only on 03.02.2012 (evening).

                  3. I visited bank on 06.02.2012 and met Deputy Manager, Mr Maidan and Mr Kashmiri Lal who told me “not a problem, wait for the cash officer he will exchange it”. I kept waiting for few minutes but the cash officer did not turn up. I went the following day and happen to see Mr Kashyap, narrated the whole story who in turn informed me, “it is not possible as we check the notes before keeping in the ATM, and moreover ATM throws such notes in rejection tray”. I told him that I was not aware of all that technical things but I got the note through your Branch ATM only. He however asked me to show the ATM receipt and further referred to Cash officer. The cash officer, Mr Bharat Suri behaved rudely saying that the question does not arise of getting such notes from the ATM machines as we do not keep such notes in the ATM.

                  4. Mr Kashyap advised me to go to RBI for getting the note exchanged, as they have to make a bundle of such notes and it would take time to make a bundle and submit to RBI or so. I replied him that it was not fair as I got the note from their ATM and requested him to do needful instead sending me to the RBI. I also informed Mr Kashyap to lodge complaint with the bank higher authorities for their dealings with a customer as such.

                  5. On this I met the AGM, Mr Sharma who tried to contact Mr Kashyap on intercom. Being Mr Kashyap not in chair, Mr Sharma told me to visit the following day or so. I told him that I had been roaming around for a week. I went next day and met Mr Kashyap if AGM had told him to exchange the note, who in turn informed that he had not been told anything. Mr Sharma, AGM gave me his visiting card and also told to give him a ring before visiting to Bank. I rang him several times but no one answered the phone. I went to Bank and met Mr Sharma who told that Mr Kashyap had been hospitalized and currency note could only be exchanged on his return who has not come back till date and Mr ND Sharma got transferred to some other Bank by the time.

                  6. Finally, I met the new AGM, Mr Jay Shankar on 22.2.2012 who asked me to see Mr Bharat Suri once again but Mr Suri refused once again on the plea mentioned in para 3 above.

                  7. Keeping in view the harassment so caused by SBI, INA, Vikas Sadan, New Delhi , I would request the authorities concerned to initiate necessary action in this regard immediately.

                  8. On my complaint, SBI helpline is continuously writing to SBI, INA Vikas Sadan for early resolution but Bank is not bothered.

                  9. May I request your kind honour to kindly help me in this regard and also take necessary action against Mr AGM, Kashyap and Bharat Suri of State Babnk of India, INA, Vikas Sadan, New Delhi as I am not the first and last victim. Two more people Mr Pawan & Mr Subash are in my notice; (i) Mr Pawan got fake Rs 500.00 currency note and however managed to spent same in the market somehow without complaining to any one, (ii) Mr Subash got Rs 1000.00 fake currency note from the cash counter itself while encashing a cheque for Rs. 30,000.00. On complaining in the Bank at the same time even, the above mentioned team flatly refused to accept/ change the fake note. I don't know how many have suffered/victimized so far and how many will suffer in future. Sir, there is a need to nip evil in the bud and put the culprits (whoever is/are) behind the bars if deemed fit.

                  10. I shall be ever grateful for this of act of kindness.

                  Indian Currency — Rs 500/- Note Currency

                  The RTO -Ahmedabad Cashier Mr.G K.Mahida , window no 12 ,hardly accepts Rs 500 note.He makes people run to pay in multiples of Rs 100/- only. The reason is not due to lack of change but he feels that it may be duplicate. Can a Govt. Servant return Rs 500 INR like this ? Isnt his responsiility to check ? What should be done in such cases as he at times throws the 500 INR not back to us ?Isnt it dishonour of INR ?

                    I would like to inform you that , dated 04.12.2009 , I was was with drawn some amount from ATM (Burdwan Rly. Stn. ATM , WB) at the time of 7:20 AM but no amount is not recd. from ATM and also txn slip by me. But two TXN Rs. 20000x2=40000 was debited my account. I have already submit my complain to Bank Manager on 08.12.2009 but till date I have not recd,any positive result from SBI.

                      I have come to know from SBI-PPG-dept. that,I have to submit my investment details from my own id.But,just 3-days back I have got updated information from SBI-PPG Dept. that,this will be submitted by branch only.So,I have send my investment form by Speed post(EU[protected]IN) on date 11/06/2012.And after that,I have tried to contact with the Branch Manager,Waltergunj,Basti(Mo.no-[protected]).But,he have not responded me properly,neither he have confirmed about receiving and updation of the same.
                      Here,for your kind notice,I would like to inform you that,from last 2-years I am submitting my investment plan to bank,but even after TDS have debited from my pension A/C.And till date,the same amount have not received back to my A/c.Here,I have attached my investment details along with speed post receipt copy which,I have send to bank.
                      Dear Sir,Please look into the matter and take corrective action at the earliest.I will be heartily thankful to you.

                            Card NO.[protected] HAS ELAPSED AND UNABLE TO USE AS THE CARD HAS EXPIRED ON 31/05/2012. More than 4 or 5 times I have tried I have got the reply, the information provided by me not matching with records available with yourselves. As such I request you to cancel the card and thank you for your prompt services.

                              I have taken a home loan from SBI Bank for the re-construction of my house in Mysore city. It is unfortunate to say that I am having a very bad customer experience with the bank.

                              An amount of Rs.22,390/- was deducted from my SBI Savings Bank account on 03/09/2011 towards interest for home loan without any prior intimation. But the same has not been reflected in the home loan statement for the financial year Apr.2011 – Mar.2012.

                              When contacted with the branch manager (RASMECC MYSORE, IFSC Code: SBIN0005213, Branch Code: 005213) and after 5 visits to the bank requesting to correct the mistake made by the bank; without any apologizes regretting the mistake, the above mentioned amount has be credit to my account, but with the different date i.e., 26/05/2012.

                              This is unacceptable for obvious reasons, as I am loosing on interest charges for the above mentioned amount.

                              I am also puzzled with surprise and shock for the below:
                              • Is the bank authorized to deduct money from my SB account without any notice?
                              • How would the money from my SB account be deducted and deposited to someone else Home loan account?
                              • I was made to wait for more than a month for the error to be corrected, is it such a long process?
                              • Customer is asked to visit the bank 5 times for no mistake of his, is this a new customer satisfaction drive?
                              • And above all, no apologizes from the bank regretting the mistake?

                                I submitted an application to SBI shalimar bagh brance Delihi to get transfer mine savings account no [protected] from Gwalior Lashkar branch to their branch on[protected]. After around 15 days of waiting I see that the account has been transferred to Dantewara some place in Madhya Pradesh. I immediately contacted the shalimar bagh branch in reference to the matter. The accountant in the branch tried to help me and gave me the contact no of Lashkar branch Gwalior after looking from his system to talk with them as they have transferred the account wrongly to some other place. When I called that number it was of Indore not Gwalior. The bank was having incorrect number in their system. Then he tried to find the number of Dantewara branch where the account was transferred but once again the correct number of the branch was not updated in their system. So this the service provided by the no.1 bank of India which even doesn't have the correct contact number of their other branches and have not been able to tarnsfer mine account since last 2 months. I really want to take some legal action against SBI so please help me.

                                Yeasterday I received a mail from mail id - [protected]@sbi.co.in.

                                Details as follows

                                "Kindly locate the attached file for important security of your
                                NetBanking."

                                for your information I have attached screen shot of mail i have received.
                                There was an url given on that mail to resolve the net banking
                                security problems. I followed the procedure given in that mail.

                                Today(22.01.2011) i got an SMS from TD SBINB saying that our on line
                                customer care executive will call you to resolve the third party money
                                transfer.
                                Finally i got a call from the following number [protected] asking me
                                to give the security no which i will receive as an SMS from SBI Bank.
                                I did asper the instruction given by the fraud customer care.

                                Some one credited rs 20000 from the following account details"
                                IT18978008 TRANSFER FROM [protected] Ms. REVATHY P"

                                Finally they debited rs 40000 from my account to the following account
                                details " IT18978142 TRANSFER TO [protected] Mr. ASHOK GHOSH"

                                Then i got an SMS saying that rs 40000 has been debited from my
                                account. Now only i am aware that i have been cheated.

                                I have also contacted my branch manager and informed the same. His
                                name is sudhakar and his contact no is +[protected].
                                Kindly help me out to recover the stolen money from my account.
                                Also please take action against the people involved the above fraud.
                                Let me know if you need any details from my end.

                                I, (Mohan Singh Bisht PPF Account Number [protected]) am a customer of your esteemed Bank since 2001,I started my PPF account at Rajkot, Gajarat ,consequent to my transfer I transferred my account to Kashipur (US Nagar)Uttarakhand, During the year 2003. I requested to transfer my PPF account from Kashipur to Lalkuan (Nainital) Uttarakhand.
                                In the year 2010 and I had given a written request to the Branch Manager SBI Lalkuan regarding the same. I asked the SBI Lalkuan Branch to know the transfer status of my account over telephone so many times, since I am posted at Varanasi, but they could not able to respond me properly, Mean while I deposited Rs. 20000/ in my account number of Kashipur ([protected]).
                                During the May 2011, I personally visited the Lalkuan Branch and collected the information regarding account transfer and status of my deposit. The account has been transferred to Lalkuan branch but I found the following discrepancies

                                And now I shifted to New Delhi and I want to transfer my account from Bareilly to new Delhi (Siddhartha exention ).                                 To get the account transfer from existing branch to desired branch, I have submitted the first application online on 30/07/013. Afterwards series of communication started which was limited to one side communication from me to bank branch for status of account transfer. So far I have submitted the application thrice, numerous visited to bank branch, still the status is 'account not transfer'. Today I again was asked to fill the application form which I did again. May I know why the account is not transferred?

                                  I harshal kadam having Axis Bank debit card made a cash transaction into a SBI ATM at khadki on 2/02/2012 of Rs.1000 but due to some problem of machine (atm) ,i was able to remove 3 notes of Rs.100 and the transaction completed with 1000 RS.
                                  when i approached axis bank with the case initially i was told that since it is another bank atm i should wait for 10 days but after 10 days i was told that sbi says i have got all the money which i had not got.
                                  after many visits to Axis bank i was told to go to police ststion and lodge compliant against Sbi but my compliant was not registered and Axis bank says they need FIR for further action.
                                  so please guide me for same.

                                        I, Sajayan Gangadharan, have a saving bank account in State Bank of India, Karunagappally branch, Kollam District, Kerala State. My acct No is [protected]. On 31 May 2012, my pay accounting office crediten an amount of more than one lakh rupees. But the Bank same have not been credited by the Bankers. On enquiry from my accont office, it is found that the Bankers have rejected the payment without any reason. I am trying to traceout the reason from my bank telephonically as well as through my wife. I am away from my native place as a seving person. As per the statement of bankers they are not responsible for the creding the payment.

                                        My wife again enquired about problems of my account if any? but they are denied to give any details.
                                        Now a days Govt Oriented Banks have no interest in their dealings and customers. Because they will get their payment in time whout having any risk as a Govt bonafied establishment.

                                        Now I am facing difficulties in crediting my salary.
