Sir, I went to Karhal,Mainpuri[up] for withdrawal of money from sbi atm on 13.5.2012 on sunday but sbi atm was found closed. On asking from nearby personnel it was knows that this atm closed permanently on the day of Sunday. Perhaps, sbi atm are being open & run 24 hours , kindly take action suitably and direct concerned to open atm on the every Sunday. A closed photo of atm taken on 13,5,12 is enclosed with this complaint.

sir what's ur motto????to make customer happy...but in karhal no one care about customer..first they do their own work then listen to customer...to open an account they take min 20-25 days...pls take serious action against this..

    Last year in April my loan of 39.48 lakhs was sanctioned and accordingly agreement was made with fixed base rate 8.25% etc but it is found that it is increasing at regular intervals.
    For 1st year the EMI was 50,250 and from this monthit is 51,770 etc with change of rate of interest in between the year also.
    Kindly look into the matter . Hoping for an early action.

      I am B. Seetharam babu , PPO No.[protected] and Pension Account No. [protected] was retired on VRS from CISF wef. 01.12.2011. During last month, I have been received Payment Authorisation SSA from Pay & Accounts Officer Central Pension Accounting Office, Delhi bearing Special Seal authority :[protected]/802557 for release and payment of my Pension. Accordingly on 03.05.2011, I have approached SBI, Central Pension Processing Centre, 112/4, Kaliamman Koil Stree, Virugambakkam , Chennai -92 and inquired regarding my pension as I haven't received my pension since Dec'12( since I Got retired on VRS). The Bank authorities suggested me that, I will get one letter from the SBI ,CPPC, Virugambakkam on or before 10.05.2012 and after getting the said letter only I had to appreach SBI Annasalai Branch ( at where my pension account at present held) to sign the life certificate for releasing the pension. Moreover they had given me one Land Line Phone Number[protected], On dialing this number no reply been received and always getting reply that the number ia busy.
      After getting VRS, I am working in a private firm and frequent leave could not be possible. Being a Private firm it is very much to ake for Leave. Now, I am facing some financial crises and I had to submit the fees for my son. Hence, it is requested that, my case for regularisation of Pension may pelase be considered at the earliest.

      1. You have received my corr PPO No.08/14/B/Corr/74448/2011 dated 23.12.2011 vide RO/2801/672333/10/09/PW/SP dated 12 Apr 2012 in respect of my revision of pension/revised rate of DCRG element.

      2. On account of this no arrears have been credited in my a/c no. [protected] at AFS Tambaram, Chennai. Request credit the amount at the earliest. I am EX 672333 JWO Satish Kumar Sinha. DOD 31.10.2009.
      Respected Sir,

      I retired on Superannuation on[protected] from Central Government Service, worked as Binder in Govt. of India Press, Coimbatore 19. My Pension payment Order no is[protected] received from Central Pension Accounting office, Ministry of Finance, New Delhi 66 on[protected]. So far I have not received my pension in my bank Account No. [protected], SBI, SRKV Br[protected] Coimbatore 641 020. I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the necessary action so that I may receive my pension.

      I being a Heart Patient, underwent a Surgery and all my DCRG & Commutation amount have been vanished. I am badly in need of money. Hope you will do the needful please.

I contacted the concerned branch for clarification, but i was told to contact your office. The reason for deduction is not known.Being a senior citizen i cannot run from pillar to post.       I am retired central civil pensioner A.G.Swamy drwing my pension Rs 21749/ by every month from my SB Acct No [protected] from SBI Virudhunagar against PPO No[protected].Now a sum of Rs263/, Rs442/ and Rs555/ have been deducted on the month of Sept, Oct, and Nov2012 respectively by CPPC who is the Authority holder to deduct Tax amount from my pension.As my total yearly pension is around Rs260988/(21749x12=260988)and as I am a senior citizen there is tax exemption upto Rs250000/.I want to know why excess tax amount deducted from pension.

        My SBI A/C no is [protected], on 23rd Sep, 2011, I was withdrawing money from my SBI ATM card(FROM SBI ATM of Patna secretriat) but I could not get the money and the amount was deducted from my main balance regarding this I was lodge so many complain in SBI custmour care as well as in my parent SBI branch but I could not get my money back yet. my transction no was 631of 20000 rupees and transction no 632 of 12500 rupees.pls do the needful sir so that my money will be back soon

          I submitted one local self A/c payee cheque(no.-713161 o[censored]CO bank Balaramprasad) o[censored]CO bank ,amounting Rs.120000 on 3/5/2012. The same was debited from my UCO BANK A/c on 05/05/2012 . I am attaching herewith the cyber receipt of this transaction generated from UCO bank official e -banking site.

          5 days were elapsed , but same was not credited to my SBI a/c- [protected] of branch Kandasar state Odisha. how long will it take to reflect a local cheque . I am not only losing interest of 5 days but also suffering heavy financial loses due to very poor service and callousness of the local SBI branch.This same thing was happened some days back also. This type of very poor and callous service can not be expected from a behemoth bank like SBI.

          Not only that nobody from local SBI branch turned up to attain a phone call, they are reluctant to help it shows their attitude towards the customer in general.

          I am very much disappointed and frustrated by the service and customer relation of the local branch. This is not the one off case, I was suffering from same problem earlier also.

          Even a simple amount of 2000 rupees has taken more than 4 days for me in sbi.. I have very little money left in my hand. really irritated by their customer response too.. officers are so casual in response.

            SRM UNIVERSITY,DATED ON 09TH MAY,AROUND 8:35 AMOUNT OF 1500
            yesterday that is on 9th of may,I went to SRM university ATM no.1,KATTANKULATHUR,CHENNAI,and entered a withdrawl amount of 1500..
            it showed that 'your transaction is being processed' on the display monitor...
            after about one minute i didnt receive any cash,the atm showed that the last transaction is timed out
            .i thought that no amount is debited and i throwed the slip...
            later on the next day i.e., on 10th may morning at 08.20 when i took a mini statement...
            i observed that an amount of 1500 is debited from my account...i was shocked....
            so please resolve it with in 24 hours...as i am a student and this is my father's atm card...i need of money...
            so please resolve it by 24 hours..kindly send me a reply....

              I Ritesh Jaiswal had bought a flat in Faridabad with RPS builder. The project is approved by State Bank of India for home loan. I applied for a home loan with application number 325432 in the month of November 2011. The SBI took four month and finally rejected the application. Every month the bank manager and it employee used to ask me for some additional documents like the salary slip, bank statement etc which i provided every time. On first review they rejected saying there was no document from the builder which I then showed was already in the file i.e. the file transferred my my name. Then again they said that the property papers are not there which I had already provided the buyer's agreement. Finally they rejected the case.

              Now my loan was delayed and the builer will demand interest for delayed payment. Please provide justice. My email address is [protected]@yahoo.com and phone number is [protected]. Please let me know if you need any other information from me.

When I was trying to transfer Rs. 10,000.00 from SBI A/c to ICICI Bank a/c using mobile banking application via IMPS service the same amount got debited but yet not credited. Details of the transaction provided below and the message received for this transaction is "Your fund transfer for Rs. 10000.00 on 04-05-12 is timed out.                     Complain for non- refund of DD amount Rs 17850 after cancelling the DD w.e.f.[protected]regarding

                    A demand draft was made on[protected]. It was lost somewhere during in postal correspondence. After that I lodged complain in the branch and requested for cancelation of the DD and reimbursement of money in my account ([protected]) from where the amount was deducted at the time DD was made.

                        This is to inform you that I was a Sbi,Hsbc & Citi Banks Credit Cards holder.On the month mar'08,I took money honestly from the respective Atms for my mother cancer treatment.On 22nd mar'10 we lost our mother by sudden cardiac falior.After my mother's death we all got in a big financial problem.But in this period I collect money by so problem,and settled both 3 Banks,because I didnot want to be a defaulter.But alas,they collect money from me by sending their representative and agreed to give settlement paper quickly,as after I get lone from other side.But they didnot keep their promise,and didnot withdrals my name from civil also.So that now I an not able to get any lone.Please si take care this issue that after those organigation in fure can not cheat to like me any general people.

                        SBI Cards — settlement done against the card but have not received any NOC

                        Dear sir,
                        Ihad gone through a settlement with SBI Cards on 30/01/2007 for an amount of Rs. 20, 000/- paid against receipt no 7140209, but have not received any NOC from their side till date . However some executives come across at times demanding for payements.
                        Kindly look into the matter.

                        SBI Credit Cards — Non Issuance of NOC against settlement offer from SBI

                        SBI CC sent me a settlement letter for Rs 1200/- against which my card would be closed in year 2002. As per their offer, I made a payment of Rs 1200/- which was debited from my account in 2002

                        However, SBI CC has not closed down my account, and have I been receiving calls asking to settle once again by Paying Rs. 12000/-. I received a letter from their lawyer as well, which I replied and sent them copies of the SBI offer letter of settlement and my payment made to them.

                        I am being asked if i have received the NOC from the Bank, and i have not received the same. To which i am being asked to settle all over again.

                          Hi,

                          This is Debajay G. my account is with SBI (Industrial Estate, Branch - Visakahpatnam) Account #[protected]. On 8the May, 2012 I deposited 20, 000/- in to my account with Seetamdhara Branch. But SBI has deducted Rs. 40 as inter branch fee for the transaction.

                          Being such a standard organization in Banking industry, I don't understand why SBI deal with such cheap tricks. I want to remind once again that "I am depositing for the same Bank with different branch in same city" I think it will hardly cost your employees for doing all this transaction through Internet service.

                          You guys are forgetting that your customer is your back bone for your banking industry, if there is no customer - no business...!!!

                          Concentrate regarding to this (inter branch fee) issue and bring your focus on it ASAP and let your customers get satisfied with all your given services.

                            Sir,Last Sep.11 we have taken loan from sbi Rs.32000/-finally discuss total outstanding before loan(charges) Rs.1188.66 reversed by sbi but reverse only Rs.1077.66 in the month of stmt 19/09/11 to 09/10/11.bal.Rs.111/-not reversed.so i call to customer care please reversed Rs.111/-he says i am not reversed amt.when i told when you are not reversed amt i am not pay in any payment like installment,and any amt like late fees, charges,interest ets debit by you & showing in future statement we have not paid. 55 times talk with customer care sbi & 15 times talk with sbi payment department and time to time inform sbi customer care & payment dept.please clear my dues but no body give satisfied answer so please i inform to you i have payable amt in future only our basic installment Rs.1606..67 & GST Only

                            Kindly advice to me what can i do.

                            I availed SBI Credit Card from Sept. 2005 (Card No. [protected]) and subsequently used to pay by cheque(Axis Bank - Kharagpur). I issued a cheque of Rs. 2, 000/- dt. 07.01.2006 while their bill was Rs. 2, 536/-(Bill dt. 19.12.2005). It was cleared from my bank on 12.01.2006 but till date the amount did not enter in my account. So I ignored to pay any more bill as those were false, absurd and un-justified. On 14.04.06 their Local Collection Agent came to my house with some muscleman to collect a large amount. But seeing my all documents(Bank statement etc.) they decided that my actual due was Rs. 536/-. I paid Rs. 536/- by cheque to them and they gave a receipt. They said all dues are clear. But instead of rectify their mistake, they are giving me continuous threatening over my phone with filthy languages for last one and half year and gave me pressure to pay the un-justified amount. Several times I informed them about my full case by letter and through E-mail but they never responded. Recently I got a legal notice from Mr. Rajeev Agarwal (Advocate) address :- Y-57 & 58 Civil Wing. Tis Hazari Court, Delhi-110054 where he blamed me for not re-payment after use of SBI Credit Card. And the amount he claimed is Rs. 11, 364/-. Why should I pay such fallse and un-justified amount? Here it is to be mentioned that, I surrendered my SBI Card on 07.01.2006 over telephone. In support, I have Bank Certificate which I can not attach now here and the receipt which was given by the Local Collection Agent. I HAVE NO DUES SO FAR. So, please Sir, do something needful to save me from un-necessary harrashment.

                            S.B.I CREDIT CARDS — DUES SHOWING ON MY SURRENDERED CARD

                            sir/madam,

                            After a gap of so many days again the same problem started from your side.Again i am informing you that since last year I have already cancelled my sbi card no [protected].I have informed about this through letters, but unfortunately since last few months I am recieving statements showing a due of Rs 1, 646.53, whereas while cancelling the card I cleared up all the dues & I was having no dues in it . But after your mail dated 12/07/2008 it stopped for few month but again it started this month when a sms came to my mobile stating that i have a due of 2653.42 on my credi card account.

                            This is my earnest request to you to solve this matter as soon as possible, because this is a due that has been burdened on me forcefully.

                            i have come to know now that their is a credit card dues outsanding on my name for which i have no information of the same. As you can see my past account also there is no outstanding amount left unpaid in with any financial institutes.
                            Please give me the detatils of Credit Card Company showing outstanding in my account. How can the Company say their is outstanding amount in my account without any information given to me. please reply for the same & reverse the outstanding amount show in the CBIL Report.

                            I hold a SBI credit card No.[protected]. The statement for 23 Nov 2010 shows an outstanding amount of Rs.3,686.71 I have not used my cerdit card for any purchase for this amount.

                            I have no idea why this amount is showing as outstanding against thid card. I have cleared all pending amounts in the past.

                            Please stop ALL TRANSACTIONS for this card with IMMEDIATE EFFECT. I also want to return this card as I do not want to be burdened with such False Statements in future.

My ATM pin no. missing then I give the application for re-issue PIN NO. 2-march 2012 branch manager. But no any possitive response.

                                I am SAKHAWAT ANSARI a/c no: SBI branch FARIDABAD at Sarai Khawaja, State Bank of India. Actually, i was withdrawn Rs.2500 (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred only) dated 05.05.2012, from SBI ATM in Faridabad Neelam Branch, (It is near my Office) branch ie,[protected]. But i didn't taken my money from ATM. why because, the money will be strucked in the withdraw section. then i tried to take my money from the ATM.Then I show the mini statement then i found to withdrew amount of Rs 2500 /- but it is not received to me. Out of Rs. 2500 (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred only). My complaint no is "AT[protected]". So, please kindly request you to sir add my money to in my account as soon as possible...

                                  I had paid Rs. 3400/- online through credit card to www.sbicardmegamall.com on 2.5.12 (order no- 153275) and on 23.5.12 their partner M/s Mart Jack Exchange had notified me that my parcel had been dispatched vide Overnite
                                  Express courier with AWB No- [protected].
                                  But that pacel had not reached my address yet on 7.5.12.
                                  I had maid complain to SBICARDMEGAMALL on 1.5.12 but they had not responded (attached file).
                                  While tracking with Overnite it was seen that the parcel had attended so many destinations except mine at Kharagpur ( pls see the attached files). Had addresses of all those destinations were there on the parcel?
                                  On 7.5.12 Overnite called me by phone and told that the parcel could not tressed out because the AWB No and
                                  my address given by the dispatch notice had not matched. Earlier the Kolkata Office had called me over phone
                                  on 3.5.12 to know my exact location as they got the packet bearing the same AWB No and promissed me to send it to my Kharagpu address within 7.5.12 and they had not mentioned at that time that the AWB No & my address (as I sent the despatch notice to overnite vide E-Mail) on the despatch notice were not mathing.
                                  However I had locged my complain again to SBI CARD MEGA MaLL.
                                  Pls. be kind enough to solve my problem.

                                    I have being trying to make online payment for IRCTC and other sites,
                                    however I m not able to make payment and the reason for this is showing as the Bankers are not allowing the transaction. I have complaint about the same many times but 1) it takes lot of time to reach Executives 2)after telling them all the details of problem the phone gets disconnected, and the same is happening since many days. now i want to cancel the card

The application is logging in and asks for the options, but no options like balance enquiry, mobile topup, fund transfer etc works it simply replies to synchronize the application stating the code 904. I tried synchronize also by going to settings > synchronize > get key and entering it but it does not work. Kindly clarify what to do please.

                                      Hi guys, i have faced the same problem and solved it by reseting the application.
                                      you can just enter into options and deregister the application as the application is not synchronized with the SBI it will not deregister your
                                      application it will simply reset it. After reseting synchronize the application by settings > synchronize > get key and input the received sync number with + or -.

                                      Hope this solution will help you people also.. :)
                                      i have got the solution, just do what i have did to myself... just put 0 in (settings, synchronize, enter key, ) and press + in (select difference key and press options, and press ok...you will be happy to use it again.

                                      Recently I changed my mobile. Hence when I installed the sbi freedom app it didnt work and showed me to synchronise the app. I proceeded by get key and then by putting the key and followed by ok option. But still it is not synchronised. Please help...

                                      i have de registered the account as i was getting the same problem, but after de registering i am getting option to enter the user id and after that i am getting the option for MPIN and after that i am getting the same error and again it is going to same page to enter the user id again.

                                      Guys i too got the synchronization problem. But i solved it. These problems has two reasons first one is . because of your mobile time . check your date time and format are correct or not. If not correct them the problem will be solved. If not solved it will be because of server is receving multiple msgs at a time from your app. So got settings and then synchronization and their use option get key. You will get a key so type that key at enter key and your problem will be solved

                                      PLEASE DELETE AND REINSTALL THE APPLICATION.
                                      GO TO 'Settings > Manage Payee > Fetch All Details' after installing the application.

                                        Dear Sir/madam,
                                        There is a pension acccount ( A/c no.-) in the name of Mrs. Kalavati Devi in State Bank Of India, Chandpur Distt.- Bijnor,U.P. 246725. Today on date 7th of May 2012 she was visited to branch to withdraw money, but on counter the clerk Mr Ashok Kumar Berthvay urge to sign on withdraw form in front of him. the attendant with her requested to him first match the sign with bank record. he denied and insisted to sign in front of him. then the attendant requested to the clerk to leave the counter and come near to her, because she was suffering high blood pressure and cerebral ischemia from 3rd of may 2012 and she urgently needed money for her medicines and for Doctors bills etc.
                                        she is 78 years old and due to sickness feeling very uncomfortable and was laying on the bench.
                                        the attendant and other persons present there requested to clerk to help her but the clerk behaved brutally and denied to pass the withdrawal form to cashier so she can not get money.
                                        please look after this matter.
