Dear Sir,

Iam Komal Khare, on 11november 08 evening arround 3.45 p.m. i was booking My online E-Ticket from website: www.irctc.co.in, from Surat to Bandra Terminus from Train Dehradun Express (Train NO. 9020), i've gone through all the formalities while booking my E-Ticket I've chosen SBI ATM Cum Debit Card for making Payment of the Ticket, After filling all the entries in the particular payment page i.e. ATM Cards no., Validity Period, Card holders name & Pin No., I've clicked the PAY option and suddenly the next page was ERRORED.

So, i was unabled to get my ticket & to know the PNR no. And the amount of that E-Ticket which i've payed through my SBI ATM i.e. 160 Rs. is also debited from my SBI Account.

Kindly check on this matter and send me the scan copy or screen shot of the bank statement to pursue the matter.

Or Credit the full E-Ticket amuont i.e. Rs. 160 to my a/c at the earliest.

      It is submitted to you that, I am the holder of SBI card number [protected] . I had purchased of Rs. 999/- and paid Rs 1100/- against that purchasing. But your message on my mobile shows remaining amount is Rs 1317.39.
      Sir, it is brought into your notice that. I have not received your bill, E –mail message or SMS for minimum installment to paid in time. Hence I have paid Rs 1100/- in two installment ( Rs 600/- & Rs 500/-) within three months. After all your message dated 13/11/2008 shows the remaining amount is Rs 1317/-, I think, this is the high level cheating. Private money lenders also take the 2% interest monthly.(Flatly Rs 60/- for three month on Rs 1000/-) In such situation your SBI card is not affordable for low budget salary holder.
      It is request to you that please look into this matter and give me the justice as I will continue to use the SBI card. Otherwise it is request to you that please discontinue my SBI card.

        with due respect, I ms.lucky gogoi, account holder in SBI, GMC branch, guwahati-781005, assam, would like to state that on 04/10/2008, i have withdrawn Rs.20, 000/- using my ATM card[protected].My savings a/c no-[protected].

        My account shows debit of Rs.45, 000/- instead of Rs.20, 000/- on date 04/10/2008.My ATM Card being cash plus, allows a maximum withdrawal of Rs.40, 000/- per day.Moreover, I have not withdrawn the rest amount of Rs.25, 000/-.Though my account statement shows it, I am confident that it is false withdrawal.

        I, therefore, request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.

        what else can u expect from banks when the banking system is gonna flop very soon?
        hope u get some solutions
        during durga pooja time, many of my frens and relatives complaint the same thing.only a few fortunate guys are getting their issue solved.

        Same thing happened with me also. I used my ATM for the first time. My son was with me inside the ATM with me to show how to withgraw money from the ATM. First he withdrew Rs.1000 rupees to show the process. Then I withdrew Rs.100 to check if I am able to withdraw. We collected the money and left the ATM. After 3/4 month when I updated my passbook, I was astonished realizing that Rs 20000 was missing and the the transaction was made just after 1minute of the withdrawal of Rs. 100. How is this possible ?? We have given an application but the bank authority says that we have withdrew the money, otherwise it is impossible.

        This happened to me today (18.06.09 between 8.0-8.05 PM) with SBI ATM sector 17 near estate office . I am yet to lodge complaint tomorrow. Let us see what happens.
        my name is shobha and i had opened the account in sbi on 15 - jan - 2009 at doorvani nagar branch in bangalore i got my account set up, atm card, cheque book, but until now i have not received my atm pin no every 15 days once i am checking and i am getting the same reply. and the officers there dont have patience to check wether it is come or not also they keep saying come after 10days 15days. As i am working in the 12 hours job i dont get time to come and stand in the queue and withdraw the amount, hence there is no transaction in the account from 4 months.

        Plz let me know what is the next step i have to take in order to get the atm pin no. or i need to take a decision to cancel the account.plz contact me on my email. Waiting for your reply.

        I m Aravind holding accout with SBT MG Road Kochi having problem wihile transacting thru branch's own ATM which fails to made a reverse entry for the transaction which was unsuccess by nature. On complaining with this bank authorities after two days there is no movement from their part, since the concerned clerk was on leave for 2 or 3 days. They people are not meant for servicing infact, they came there for their own earinings only which is a secured one...

          My SBI Account No. is [protected] in EAST STREET BRANCH PUNE. I deposited Rs. 40000/- amount Demand Draft No. 071699 dated 05/09/2008 in East Street Branch Pune for collection on 07 Oct. 2008 as the same was in my name but payable at Dhule. (I transferred my above account from Dhule to Pune as i was transferred from Dhule to Pune). Till date i.e. 11Nov. 2008, the amount is not yet credited in my account. Bank officials of Pune (Mrs. Vidya) are giving lame excuses. Dhule officials are not ready to talk. As i was in URGRNT need of money, i had to borrow at high interest rates duee to default by SBI in crediting my account. I want interest for delayed credit and action and compensation for the mental agony faced by me.

          SBI — delay in draft making

          ashoknagar (kalyangargh municipality)north 24 parganas sbi branch is over populated by customer .if one needs to make a draft ,the entire day he /she has to stay in the bank upto 5 o,clock .In the morning you give money for the draft and you would receive the draft ay 5 pm .In the era of cbs banking why this thing can happen I don,t understand.

                dishonour charges

                I am Employee of State bank of Inida Fatehgunj, vadodara branch I have droped cheque no.318924 dated 07/10/08 for Rs -3, 0000/- in my branch"s drop box but till to day it is note presented in my branch. SBI CARD HAS CHARGED ME RS 300 /- As cheque dishonour fee on 15/10/08 as per statement. Please refund me as I have already paid Rs 4, 000/-

                Respected Sir,

                I am S.Richard Prabhu Gnanakan from Karaikudi-Sivaganaga (DT), I am doing Ph.D in Alagappa University. My native is Poondi (PO)-Ariyalur (Dt), Tamil nadu. Actually my problem is...


                I have the SBI account in the Ariyalur Branch-Tamilnadu. I have taken 20, 000 (Twenty Thousand) only from my account on 5.10.2008 (Sunday) at Ariyalur Branch ATM service. I used the transaction two times by ten thousand in each transaction, in the first transaction the balance voucher showed me correctly. After the second transaction the amount debited twice in times from my account. So that i filed a complaint on 6.10.2008 (Monday) to the ATM incharge in the same Branch, he told me that within 15 days the amount will be added to your account, no problem and now you can go like that he told me. Yesterday i verified my balance, still there was not added the money 10, 000 (Ten Thousand) in my account. Now I am in so mentally stressed about this problem. Kindly give me the solution to this problem.

                  State Bank of India is one of the largest Commercial Banks in India. A few years back, I had notified the Bank that there was an indication of a software bug in their “Senior Citizen Account Software” and it was resulting in an excess of 16% being charged on the expenses account in the Bank compared to whatever interest was due to be paid to a customer. ie. For every RS 100 paid to the customer, RS 116/- was debited to the charges account. This was based on the observation of two accounts in one of the branches which was stated to have similar problems in 70 more cases. I had then notified the Bank that this was indicative of a possible fraud amounting to nearly R 8000 crores. I had also suggested that there was a need for software audit to eliminate the problem.

                  To the best of my knowledge nothing has been done in this regard though there was a public statement at that time from a DGM that it was due to a software error and would be corrected from the following accounting year.

                  Since last April, I have been indicating to SBI Cards division that there is a likelihood of a malicious software code in their Credit Card processing system which is claiming excess amount from the Card holder. I am enclosing an extract of a statement (Please see the statement here http://www.naavi.org/cl_editorial_08/sbi_card_april_17.jpg) from a Card account which shows a simple one month statement of expenses including transactions booked internally by the Bank. According to simple arithmetic, the statement adds up to indicate a net amount payable by the client to the extent of Rs 4678.02. However, the Bank indicates an amount payable of Rs 9453.42.

                  Unfortunately, over the last 6 to seven months, the Bank authorities have not been able to sort out the issue of how the statement shows an amount of RS 9453.42 payable instead of RS 4678.02.

                  The matter has been reported to the Chairman as well as the Banking Ombudsman. Their intervention has also been ignored by the Card division which is acutually subcontracted to the GE. The software engineers who are managing the division are not able to accept the manual arithmetical calculations and have been maintaining “What is shown as the amount payable in the top right corner of the statement is what is payable”.

                  They seem to think that if their Computer says 2+2 is 5, then it must be correct.

                  If this is the level of intelligence of the staff members, if the customer’s money in the Bank safe? Can the shareholders of the Bank trust the management of the Bank for safeguarding the investor’s interest?

                  As an Information Security observer, it appears that the software of the card division has been fraudulently manipulated and at certain conditional fulfillment, it charges customers an amount higher than what is payable. We need to know the other end of this transaction whether the money is being dumped within the Bank as additional profit or is being siphoned off by any individuals. There is a distinct possibility of a fraud of large proportion involved in the incident.

                  This being the second incident in which a potential fraud in SBI has been brought to the notice of the public, I hope that the top management of the Bank would realise that they may be liable for negligence in not taking appropriate action.

                  This matter is being brought to the public notice since scores of e-mails and several registered letters to the card division have had no impact.

                  In the interest of public, it is necessary for a CBI enquiry to be ordered to conduct an audit of the software used for card processing. Until then the card division should suspend its activities.

                  I urge all customers of SBI cards to check their accounts regularly, add up the card usage and check if the amount shown as payable in the statement is correct.

                    Dear Madam / Sir,

                    I am holder of SBI credit card no [protected], a policy was issued me in feb.08 without my permission on behalf of my credit card.
                    After 03 month, in may 08 I got a statement & surprissed to see the billing amount.
                    I given a ring to sbi customer care regarding the cancellation of such policy, a lady told me it is okay we will cancel it then I ask her complent no, she told me don't worry we are recording your voice.
                    after 02 month I got another statement, the amount was around Rs.13000 while i have not made any purchase.
                    I called again customer care then I got a reply now time has been over, policy can not be cancel.
                    Then I send a e-mail to gesbi regarding cancellation the policy.
                    In next statement they cancelled 01 policy out of 02, the total amount was around Rs.7000.
                    I send again a mail to gesbi, but not getting any satisfactory reply from them.
                    today I got a call from SBI & she was telling me that total outstanding is around 15000/.
                    I could not understand how it can increase ( from 7000 to 15000) in 2 months.
                    Daily I am getting call from sbi & they r talking me in very rough language.
                    So I request you please take necessary action.

                    Dear Responser,

                    my mom and dad had been with the SBI credit card for a period of 2 years and had taken credits from the card since 2003 and had made many payments till 2005 and we beleive the final amount would have been only 3000 or 5000 rs/- since the business was totally in loss and we had to face a critical financial crunch we were in a position to sell even our property too. Suddently by 2009 there is a statement levied that we are inturn liable to pay a sum of 93000/- and when we started arguing with the bank on the same they reduced down to 45000 and then to 25000 and then to 18000. We really want to pay back the amount but inturn my parents went to the bank and asked them to reduce the amount to 13000 as we have only 13000 in our bank which is inturn borrowed for interest. there were filthy words arousing from the bank customer care executives which made my mom to be ill and hospitalize. What should be done by us now. Requesting you to immediately look down to the same and guide us ASAP.

                      This is to inform you that my wife Mrs.. Bhavna Bhatt alias Bhavna Bhatt holds an SBI card. The card no is
                      [protected]. Now coming to the issue, this card along with other six different banks card had been issued to her long before our marriage. In June 2005, we got married and she changed the billing address of all the cards including SBI card. All other cards took 6 to 7 days to change the address, this included the time for address verification. But till date SBI card address is not changed. We made around 78 to 80 calls in 2005 to the call center but every time I was given assurance, but the result would be same. Some of that call was made from STD of which the bill is still filed with me. Then I called up your Delhi Office, they told me to contact Mumbai Office at MIDC, Andheri East, and submit a formal application with a guy named Rajesh. Did that, even have acknowledgement of that letter, but the result was same again. Cutting it short, submitted around 13 application in that office but the result was same as expected. In between these time our payment history became pathetic because we would not receive any statement. Even tried changing address from this website but...same result. The service standard is really pathetic (Sorry to say u but thats the truth). I have made file of all these and even showed it to collection boys to let them tell it to their boss. The bill used to reach at my In-laws house of which sometime I used to get the details but most of the time, it never reached me. The real problem started when in the early 2006, my in-laws changed their residence. After that, I never ever received any statement. I only made payments in between when someone called me for payment. I used to request them to change the address like a beggar does for a penny. But I was given only assurance. So no payments were made from side. I always intended to pay the amount but was really helpless. You can check the difference of payment status before and after June 2005. I didn't receive any call or anything from SBI but since last few months, Me and my wife are receiving calls from SBI as they are trying to convince me to settle down. The caller name is Ajit, Ajay and Arif. All the three guys are same, I mean he is the guy who is changing his name and calling up. One can easily make it from the voice. First they convinced me to settle the account for which i insisted to change the address and then will do so. But as my wife was fed up of these nonsense, she told me to settle the account. That guy told me to pay Rs.3000 in cash of which I will receive the receipt from Delhi court since the matter was under legal dept. I was unaware of the truth and didnt knew the settlement rule, so I had no option other than to give him the cash to the collection boy named Mithilesh Yadav. He even made me talk to his senior. But I laid one condition that only if I get the receipt, I'll clear the cheque of Rs.10000 which was the first instalment of the settled amount (Rs. 20000 was the settled amount in two instalment of Rs.10000 each). Much to my amazement, I didnt receive the receipt, so I didn't clear the receipt. This happened to me for the second time. Once in the November 2007, a guy called up asked for the minimum amount of Rs.1700 to be paid for which he gave me the receipt as well. After two days of paying the amount of Rs. 1700, I received a call from SBI Mumbai asking me to make a payment of Rs. 1700, when I told them that i've already done that and told the name of the collection boy, their answer was that the guy had left the job on the same day and took sbi receipt with him and collected couple of payments and absconded. They were not ready to take the blame and pressurised me to make the payment but i didnt succumb to their pressurisation. Altogether till date Rs. 4700 has been duped by SBI. Nowadays, couple of rowdies (I'm using this term after hearing the way they talk) are calling me and my wife and using foul languages and asking me to make the payment otherwise they are going to sell my wife and recover the amount. Is this the way an employee or an outsourced employee of your company talks. Could you please let me know where is our fault? If you want I can send you the photocopies of all the relevent document of address change procedure through which I went. Its has got everything to prove myself right. If you at any point feel that I am saying all these because I want to avoid payment, then for your kind consideration, I can even send you the payment history (statement) of my 9 cards and my wife's 7 cards. I was thinking of clearing the dues but now I'm only going to make the payment as per the statement of June 2005.I dont even need any instalment, I'm capable enough to pay lumpsum. I dont want any settlement. All those interest levied on me was not because of my mistake. It was SBI's mistake. Due to these sevice standard, all my and my wife's friends cancelled their SBI card. I wonder, how your company can take this negative publicity. Please do me one favour, Kindly take my matter to the court of law, where i'll be in a position to represent myself. I am seriously considering to opt for Banking Ombudsmen or Consumer court since at SBI no one is competent enough to come up with the solution and as far as abuses from your employee are concerned, have already made a police complaint of that. I didnt wanted to go this far because I dont have time to do all this but now after this mental torcher, I am determine to take up this issue until there is some concrete solution. I was proud of the fact that I dont get angry and no one has the ability to make me angry, whatever the situation may be. But this proudness of mine was shattered by SBI. I'm really angry. The height of patience of mine has been crossed by SBI.

                      Please reply back with what you think I should do. I seriously don't need any solution, just want to know, what you would have done if you would have been at my place.

                      Awaiting your reply at the earliest, though I know I wont get any reply from your side but still there is still some hope left

I have transferred Rs.10, 000/- from my a/c to PNB a/c. through NEFT on monday dtd.03/11/08 at 6:00 p.m. But yet not received this amount in my PNB branch.                         A have excatly identical case as mentioned above by Alok Kumar, I too have made online payment of Rs 5000/- to my ABN Amro Credit card from My HDFC online banking using NEFT Mode on 30 April 2009. And till date I have given inumerous calls to ABN Amro customer care, they kept telling we are investigating & you will receive a call from us in next 2 days but no has called yet on this resolution though on other side their collection agent keep disturbing every now & then very often.

                        I have provided every single detail i.e. RBI reference no, HDFC Bank Account No, date of payment and every other information which ABN Amro customer support asked for yet this bank is such a crap that they keep troubling customer even after taking their money.

                        Can I get any help in this regard.

                        My last advice - PLEASE BEWARE OF ABN AMRO CREDIT CARDS DIVISION, THEY ARE BIG TIME FRAUD. THERE ARE MANY VICTIMS LIKE ME.

                            0n 9 oct 2008 i was withdrawing money (RS 10000/=) fron sbi atm id-S1AN00121301 but due to transaction time out money was not dinpensed . when i checked my balance above amount was debited from my account. my account no is [protected]. i have been in regular contact of my home branch manager but they people are not taking it seriously.i canot understand what i should do. i am in need of that money.

                            I purchased dress materials from Nalli Silks, T.Nagar Branch, Madras on 11.10.08. I paid Rs. 893 through my ATM cum DEBIT card (No.[protected]. But the said amount was deducted twice. My SBI, Thingalnagar branch, Kanyakumari Dist, Tamilnadu did not answer properly. I approached Nalli silks and confirmed that they were credited Rs. 893 only once. I am having statement of accounts from Nalli silks. My email to sbi feedback went berserk. I am going to approach consumer forum if I am not replied within 24 hrs.

                            while using my SBI ATM card to withdraw an amount of Rs.10, 000/ from the ICICI ATM machine at Patel Petrol Bunk, Pondicherry, the transaction failed and I got the message " Sorry, Unable to Process" and no money was delivered.                               In spite of friends warning that State bank of India (SBI & onlinesbi/gls) SUCKS, I still trusted India’s largest bank for transferring funds from US to India beneficiary. I completed the transaction on amount on Oct 23rd of 2008 and even after 5 working days (yes five working days) nothing happened. I had to spend $33/- (thirty three dollars) to send fax to[protected]Kind attention of Sri. AJAY SHARMA Chief Manager (Express Projects)) then were-in I could see some activity that the debit was successful. O.k. the amount was debited and now after another 5 working days, the party has not yet received it. Website says “in process”. I cannot keep spending money on FAX. This is pathetic service. Even the branch office numbers provided SBI EXPRESS REMIT-US[protected], Sri. AJAY SHARMA Tel:[protected] and Sri. Anil Maroli[protected] has no voice mail and the timings are worst. It says 10.00 to 17.00 hrs (IST). Currently being in US, and making a call around 6.00 am (EST on Nov 6th which is around 4.30 pm IST) NO ONE ON THE ABOVE NUMBERS PICKS THE LINE. Do they work? I guess not but do take fat salaries.

                              BTW have opened atleast 5 tickets and sent 3 mails and have neither received any reply.

                              Be-aware friends. Don’t waste your valuable time in this. Stay away from this.

                                Am trying to access onlinesbi.com for last 4 days without any success. This site is down and the bank people says there is no problem at their end.
                                If so, then why is it not available on internet ?
                                The bank people (customer care, branch manager and internet banking technical expertise (so called) are dumbs and dont know abcd of internet banking. They are expert in giving all type of excuses.
                                Pls be careful if you are planning to go for SBI internet banking facility.

                                I need some help . My online transaction in not working ? What to do . pls guidde
                                Dear Sir,
                                I am a customer of SBI at SSPL, Timarpur, Delhi-110054 branch of SBI. I want to avail Online banking services. The staff at the branch informed me that I cannot avail online banking as there was no such facility available at that branch. How do I proceed to get registered for online banking service?
                                Yes I also have Complaint from Kingdom Of Bahrain about Online log in I tried two time and change the Password after that if I try to login my Account I could not open but Bran ch Manager of Bahrain, Mr. Das is very helpful Man and Nice behavioral to me

                                    I have transferred usd 1000 from INternational commercial bank of China, Taiwan to SBI industrail finance Branch, Patna, Bihar on 27 oct in my father's account .Its been almost 10 days and money from SBI industrial finace bank has not been transferred to my my father's account...
                                    Due to mass absentism, There is no one who can give proper response...
                                    THis is very disturbing for me and my father.

                                      India, s largest bank is now collecting cash deposite charges minimum Rs. 25 if the amount is not deposit in the home branch.

                                      Then what is the benefit of the core banking and one bank account.

                                      Every time I move to any city I have to open a new a/c.

                                      What is the postion of the other bank if SBI is collecting such type of charegs without inform to the customers .

                                      yes, this is so pathetic, even it was a shock for me.
                                      I dont know why SBI is downgrading its stature by introducing such stupid policies.
                                      Now you have to pay Rs. 10/- every time you need to update your passbook if you are not in your home branch city.
                                      It can't get worse than this.
                                      Yes, It was a shock even for me. They are charging Rs. 2 per Rs. 1000, if we deposit from other than home branch. But I don't know about netbanking, as I don't have netbanking account. Deducting the charges with out informing account holder is rediculus. I came to know about this when I saw mini statement of the account.

                                      I have SBI saving account number[protected]. i am facing a problem of deduction of money from my account.two times some amount of money has been deducted from my account with reference of MIN BAL CHGS.please clarify me.i shall be very thankful to u for this.

                                      Yes it is really pathetic .What is the use of net banking and the core banking features if one have to pay for it every time .SBI should take the charges yearly and avail these features to the required customer those who are travelling frequently and can not visit their home branch. if they wld charges nominal value then it is good. if they cant provide that much interest then why do they deduct large amount from us.
                                      Yes it is really shocking for me also, before depositing cash from other that home branch, I was asked 2-3 officer of the same branch, what they said is no charges for deposit upto Rs. 25000 and other said no sharges for Upto Rs.-20000, it is really rediculous, even SBI officers do'nt know the what are the actual charges. when I saw my mini statement it is Rs.2 for every Rs. 1000. they have deducted. If they gave me actual information I could not deposit cash and use some other way.

                                      i have applied for a car loan for 7 years with sbi through maruti showroom in guwahati. there was a lady from sbi who informed me that my EMI will be calculated at 11.25% instead of 8% for 1st year and she also told me that whatever extra will be paid by me will be adjusted later on and i will get refund towards the end of the loan period. i am at dismay that SBI is fooling customers as i have to pay more upfront and later on riding on my money they will adjust with even paying interest for the extra money they have taken from me.

                                      Chennai is biggest city, we are moving from one place to another place for our work, if we need to deposit cash, they will be charging 25 rupees for each deposits without any information, this is very bad activity which is sbi has. pls stop this kinds of non sense charges then why there is name called centralized banking and core banking at all.
                                      It is very shocking to know that SBI is charging for deposit cash other than home branch. SBI is one of the premier bank of India and it has to set example by bringing consumer friendly system and not to collect such a stupid charges.
                                      The bank has grown in stature but its mentality remains the same. Staff have been provided good offices, computers, modern techniques and excellent pay package, but their attitude is still like “Babu” of old age. It’s employee’s are most rude of all banks, and i m not saying just because of one or two odd experiences. I had sour experiences number of times and in its various branches. Most of its employee’s are not at all client friendly and majority of people will agree with me...
                                      This is Rediculous. If a person belongs to other state and he / she is residing at another state and if they deposit amount in cash where the customer is presently residing then why the SBI charges for depositing where as the customer BANK A/C was same.

                                      I has a SBI A/c at orissa and if i deposti cash from other state to my A/c then which RBI rule says that charges can be applicable if the CUstomer Bank is same.

                                      If i am not wrong then suppose A have a Bank A/c at Delhi from ICICI and presently he/she residing at some other state and he with drawl some cash from his ICICI A/c and deposite at SBI then the charges can Applicable.

                                      Only for this charges i go through many RBI rules and I reffred Many RBI books which says the Banking Rules...But I wont find at any books which was aggreable regards the charges of deposit.

                                      According to RBI Circular 9th Dec 2010, no bank shouls charge moere than Rs 5 for non-home branch cash deposits.SBI is violating the rules.

                                      Bank of Maharashtra doesn't charge anything upto Rs 25000/- IDBI doesn't charge at all.

                                      But one deposit SBI to SBI interstate transaction they have collecting Rs.105/-

                                      Details:-

                                      Way of transaction:- SBI TINY
                                      Deposited -Rs . 4000/-
                                      Service charges -Rs . 25/-
                                      Bank charges -Rs . 80/-

                                      Total -Rs .4105/-

                                      Note:- one deposit below Rs.5000 they have collecting Rs .105/-. this is not a reasonable charges.

                                      i want know one thing what are the bank charges, why they have collecting each and every deposit

                                      I have SBI a/c in lajpatnagar, now i shifted to patel nagar and i went to the west patel nagar SBI branch where they refuse to deposit my money. Really SBI bank is good for nothing. I feel like planning to open a/c in private bank in which they serve better. Thinking about the benefit of govt..is resulting difficulties for oneself. Better govt.. take some necessary steps to improve the facilities and better serve for the customer.
                                      i dont know why they charging Rs 125 for every non home transfer in Marthahalli branch, Bangalore.According to them non home transfers are done manually above 1st floor.And every one is bound to give that charge because every one have to transfer their money to home any way.Please any body having any solution or do u have authority to stop it please kindly stop it.they are taking one day income of a labourer in one minute...
                                      SBI is even charging for statement. They charge me 100 Rs for 40 entries. Total they charged me 250 Rs for my 6 month bank statement.

                                      Suppose if need to pay urgent EMI for example 10, 000 means if we or out and deposit form other branch than it they cut 50rs than what the use?                                       I have account with SBI for past one yr in Ambattur, Chennai. I opened this account to just have an account in nationalised bank. However, I use to do some transactions with this account in case o[censored]rgent need.

                                      First time, I noticed they have charged Rs.50 for intercity charges where my friend deposited only Rs.2000 from coimbatore.I thought it might be due to different city.

                                      Recently I noticed that another friend of mine from same Chennai city deposited Rs.2000 and same Rs.50 was charged in my account.

                                      I got fed up and went to my home branch to enquire on the same.I met the chief manager R. Mohan, (in any annoying manner) this is rule for the entire India and because of you one person we cannot change these rules.

                                      I also asked, if so, charges are applied, why are the bankers not collecting it from the depositer(stating: how it's done while doing online transfer Rs.2.50 charges from the depositer) and not even informing the depositers about this. he replied, "if you want, you must come to home branch for deposit or tell your friend to deposit extra Rs.50.

                                      I'm totally disappointed with his words, he didn't even consider my words as customer suggestion or so.

                                      When the government says, Rs.20-25 is enough for a citizen's per day expense. Then it seems SBI is collecting 2 days expense of a Indian citizen as cash deposit charges.

                                      Someone from RBI should have control on this.There should be no charges for deposit in same state or at least for a minimum amount. No where in the world a commercial bank for common people does Horrible things like this.

                                      Fyi, now SBI is charging even if we deposit amount in our own branch deposit machine.
                                      But they are not charging when we do counter. But 99% counter person ask to deposit in machine.
                                      Sbis cdm's are programmed in such a way they dont recognize our debit card while trying to deposit cash in our account, but will readily accept cash using cardless transaction and charge Rs25 for the same. Make in India programmed machines i suppose.

                                      What is excess cash deposit charge? last two time when I have deposited money by normal cash deposit in the counter SBI charged Rs. 57/- each time. I can not understand what is this.

                                      What about big business units, it becomes 12500/- on deposit of 50lakhs in a month.

                                      Same Branch Cash Deposit Rs. 2700/- in CDM being rush inside the branch Transaction on 1st March'2017 and SBI Charged Rs. 25/- for the cdm deposit even being same branch cdm machine, as other RS. 100/- notes were not accepted in CDM and next day i brough higher denomination of new Rs. 2000/- and rs. 500/- notes to deposit remaining amount which was accepted on 1st march i did deposit in same base branch in cdm through my account number and mobile number cash accepted next day i came to know i was charged for both days Rs. 25/- on 1st march and again Rs. 25/- on 2nd march.

                                      So why bank is putting on burden for middle class people are they collecting or settling their NPA through common middle class peoples pocket, they pay loans to bussiness class and not collect the same which results in loss to the bank and NPA grows to bring down the their loss on NPA are theY targeting middle class people pocket by apply such unjustified charges.

                                      Is this a ache din, now days no one wants to visit before the banker thereby their services has been reduced due to technology banking tools most of them do their banking on self reliant only for software assist they will charge such rediculas charges for small transactions which is not worth of charging as banking service charge.

                                      Does our FM AND PM would like poor people get away from banking earlier the same banks never brought such charges when they had to put on personal attention to customers to provide services now after workload and manpower is reduced by apps and net banking why they do charge for petty transactions.

                                      need to pay serious attention on such practice by banks which will lead to loss of faith and trust in govt and banking will be like money making machine as private sector concern.

                                      I have also wrote to PM/FM on the issue whether they want to encourage banking for inclusive development or discourage by charging unnecessary charges for simple banking transaction, which had never happened in past where banking man power was used and now even being technology updated where has banking staff work has been reduced people less depend on banking staff to assist which has saved lots of man hour, and can cut short the manpower to save the banking expenses on salaries and to cover up the NPA which why a customer to pay for there non performance and loss through NPA.

                                      Banks should not charge from lower middle class for petty transactions, they should review there charges and revert all those un justified charges levid on petty transaction.
                                      Dear SBI go to hell. I don't understand why to pay you if its deposits to my account. It is better to close account than being cheated every time. HDFC is far better than this.. I never paid for any deposited amount or withdrawal with HDFC.

                                      I deposited in home branch sbi and bank charges called EXCESS CASH DEPOSIT CHARGE of 58 Rs. I am going find out what is the issue.
                                      First three cash deposit transactions will be free in a month, beyond three transactions the bank will charge Rs 50 plus service tax for each transaction
                                      i cant agree with this charges, because i have deposit money. they are tack a charges so this is totally wrong policy plz give me my money with a charges, they will never give us money with charge so i suggest people never open account in sbi bank they are earning money in this charges some day later he tack charges on put money
                                      and upi transaction .
