When I recharged my father bsnl no. through mobile banking, I got a message that transaction is successful and money deducted from my sbi a/c.but there is no recharge in his bsnl no.

When i recharged my airtel no. Via mobile banking, i got a message that the amount u gave of rs 30 is invalid so recharge was unsuccessful. But the amount of rs30 was deducted from my sbi account. So please help me that how can i get back my money. [protected]@gmail.com

i have waited these many days for the reversal of my amount. still it is not done. so please look forward to reverse my amount soon.
