The same number was entered in my internet banking account and now i have to change that number. I know for every transactions a security password msg will be forwarded to that number, but i am not possessing that number. Now may i please request you to change my mob number to [protected].

    Just go the nearest branch with your Pass book and ask them to change the number. Ive done the same and its alright now.

        Respected Sir,
        This is to be informing you that I Mr Om Prakash Jaiswal was a Credit Card Holder of S.B.I Credit service and my credit no and a/c no which is mentioned is above.
        On 9/9/03 a S.B.I card statement was send by me through courier.
        In statement it was showing that my total amt due is 14155.76 till DT: 27.8.03.
        On 19/09/03 a phone call was made by the S.B.I cards service which they have inform me that I have a due in my credit card & I tell them that at present I cannot make the payment to you because in my business I had a huge loss and then tell me that they will exempt all the additional charge except the due. Then I make the payment to them. The details are given below:

        When I made the 3rd payment on 14.01.04 along with the cheque I attached a cancel application of credit , destroyed my credit card into pieces in envelop and drop into the S.B.I credit card drop box.

        After that I call in S.B.I cards helpline and inform them that I have clear my all dues which you have raised against me.

        Again on 26/08/05 a letter was send by S.B.I credit card service through a court notice Ref no: SBI/CAL/ CASH CARD/ CONC/LOT-12/236 issued by Kholi & Sobti Address :A-59A, FIRST FLOOR,LAJPAT NAGAR-II NEW DELHI-110024 (Advocates & Solicitors) claim by their agent Mr Rajesh Prasad ADDRESS ( SBI CARDS AND PAYMENTS SERVICES PVT LTD, STATE BANK HOUSE,11 PARLIAMENT STREET, NEW DELHI-110001 as a conciliator for an amicable settlement.

        In the notice they have mentioned that sir in you’re a/c there is over due a sum of Rs 16560.80 dt 26/08/05 and you have to come on 11/09/05 between 10am to 5.00pm near 33 Tollygung Circular Road Sitel Sadan Building ground Floor Near Rain barati Service station (petrol Pump) Cal-53.
        There was a huge crowd and long line along with them they were standing with local police and gunda.
        When our number came then the agent look into the system and inform that by mistakenly we have issue this notice and we are extremely sorry to interrupting to you and you have no due to paid your all due over dues all are clear.

        Again on 10/02/12 a letter is issued by Leagum associates ADDRESS ( 457, WESTERN WING TISHAZARI COURTS DELHI-54 for settlement through S.B.I Cards officer Mr. Asim Sinha HEAD OFFICE ADDRESS ( SBI CARDS AND PAYMENTS SERVICES PVT LTD, STATE BANK HOUSE,11 PARLIAMENT STREET, NEW DELHI-110001) AND BRANCH OFFICE ADDRESS (234/3A, AJC BOSE ROAD, S.M.C FORTUNA BUILDING 3RD ,KOLKATA, WEST BENGAL LAND MARK:CAMAC STREET & AJC BOSE ROAD CROSSING) LAND LINE NO:[protected] MOBILE NO: [protected] that your total over due is Rs 1,22,733.39/-

        First of all I cannot understand that what is the purpose for sending me this letter because when my credit limit is Rs.25000 how the due would be Rs.1,22,733.39/-

        Secondly, their staff and employee are not permanent they all work here for short period because if they work actively then you wouldn’t issue the notice by Leagum Associates.

        Thirdly when I have destroyed my credit card then how can the amount would be Rs.1,22,733.39/-

        Fourthly, when my dues and over dues all are cleared then why won’t they issue me a declaration and surrender certificate mentioning that my all dues and overdues all are clear and you have surrender your credit card.

        Fifthly, they are not sending me my credit card statement.

        I hope that by reading this application you will do the need full and considered my application.

        S.B.I. Credit Card — Fradulant & Excessive Demand

        Dear Sir,

        Despite of my repeated complaints to you, I am being harrassed &humiliated by your Subordinates/Recovery Team. Of recent, ur team have once again started calling over my Cell and demand huge amount as 'dues' amounting more than 1.22 Lakhs.

        I am surprised, even after filing a complaint before you, no investigation has been carried out so far to solve this problem once for all. Instead, the Recovery Team from S.B.I. Credit Card Division; keep disturbing me again and again by calling over my mobile demanding huge amount as dues from me.

        Recently, one person had come to my Nursing Home and had introduced himself that he is from the S.B.I. Credit Card Division, Chennai. He asked me to pay him Rs 30, 000/-(Rupees Thirty Thousand) towards full and final settlement against my Credit Card. When I asked him to show his Identity Card, he refused to furnish the same.Again, when I asked him to give me in writing, he refused to do so. I demanded him to give me my Statement of Account, he left my place; saying he shall post it when he reaches his office.

        It is more than 3 months, I have not heard anything from him. All of a sudden, for the past 20 days, I am again getting repeated calls from the S.B.I. Credit Card Division; demanding huge amounts as 'DUES' now to the extent of more than 1.22 Lakhs. The only difference is that they have become more aggressive and have started using filthy words, foul languages and bad words over my cell. It is important to note that I have stopped using my credit card very long back even before filing my first complaint to you.

        As such, I file this complaint before you for the last time thinking you shall initiate appropriate steps. If not I shall be compelled to take this matter to Higher Ups and even take legal steps against all concerned. I hope you would not let me down this time.

        I anticipate an early and positive action from your end.

        SBI Credit Card — frauds in credit cards

        I am an employee of the state bank group and amazingly if it can happen with me , then what is the position of others. I never applied for SBI credit card and one day during August 2009 suddenly I received a call from the SBI credit card employee that u have to pay Rs.12000/- towards credit card outstandings and I told them that I never applied for any SBI credit card. They said that u had applied for credit card in the year 2001 and when I asked for the credit card No., they gave me 20 digits number when the actual number is of 16 digits. I told them since that time I was out of Delhi and was in Ludhiana and then in Hyderabad since 2004. He told me that u had made a payment in the year 2005, then I told them that I never went to Delhi after the year 2001 and where is the question of paying any amount in Delhi. But despite that they were continuously troubling me. I even told them that u check up from the cheque the name of the depositor, the bank name etc. to know about that person but all in vain as the SBI representatives do not want to do anything positively. Instead of resolving the issue they reported to other credit card issuers that I am a defaulter to them while the fact might be that they (SBI) 's some employee must be using this credit card as I was not there at Delhi. And it came to the notice of SBI only after 9 years to remind me about the payment. Moreover, different employees of SBI had been giving me different and false information. Some one tells that the card was issued in the year 1990 and other one tells 2001 and the fact is that SBI credit Card never came into existence during this period. This is the fate of this organisation.

        Not only this ,many people have suffered due to ATM problems where the amount actually was not disbursed through ATM but the accounts of the cardholders were debited who never received their money back and ultimately such people had to close the accounts with the Bank. This is an instance of one case at Shahabad Markanda, Haryana where one fellow lost Rs.20,000/- and neither SBI branch, Regional Office, LHO nor RBI could help him in getting his money back.

            Hi All,

            This is Prasada Rao staying in Bangalore, I am using sbi cards from August 2007. As I requested for blocking of my cards including add-on card on 14th of October 2011. But they blocked only my primary card and they have not blocked my wife card(add-on card). On 17th i received 2 SMS's saying that 40,000 and 20,000 spend at patna. Immediately i called to customer care and they are saying how you know these transactions, I told i got the sms's. Still we are not seeing full information wait for 48 hours. One of my friend told please raise a dispute form regarding this. I sent the dispute form. I am keep on calling and sending mails. for every time they are saying wait for 60 days. on 9th of december i called to customer care and asked about my complaint. They said investigation over you have to the pay the amount. i shocked. I asked what investiagation you people done.. i need all the details. they are saying charge slip we sent that is the only proof. so based on that you have to pay the amout.

            I told that the sign is not matching with my and i sent my wife signature and also we are staying in bangalore how we will go do the physical transaction at Patna.I disconnected the call and i sent id proof of my wife, pass port size photo. I met Layer and they suggested me dn't pay any amout and also they sent one legal notice. Still they have not responded to my notice. But they are calling me to pay the amount.


            I sent different mails to payments & Services department,
            I physically i met these department people at Bangalore
            I sent mail to SBI chairman, Divya Dhody , MD and also different people
            For that 60,000/- now it is 94,000.

            Please help me in this how to move further.

            SBI Credit Cards — No response

            To
            SBI. I had applied for sbi credit card two or three times but still no response anywhere. If this type of services will continue noboby would like to get sbi services. So please make your services better & get in touch to customer earliy as soon as possible.

            SBI Credit Cards — SBI-GE Fradualent acts - don't agree to pay by cash for settlements

            DEAR SIR,

            Absolutely agree & concur to the above views. SBI Credit Card is the worst performing card & has been harassing customers so much that they don’t even have any right to continue in the business. I have not met a single person / customer (including SBI Bank officials) who have been satisfied with the service. Everybody using SBI Credit card are being harassed to death. I have been no exception.

            sbi credit catd — excess claim of interest

            I had used SBI credit card (issued at Bangalore) during the period from 29/7/2006 to 5/11/2006 the day I left India and did not use the card further. I was receiving statements and made few payments when I was in India.
            All the other transactions except one debit about the teledraft are ok. After being pointed out that the teledraft claimed to have been sent did not reach, the debit on that account was reversed in March 2007. However all the statements between August 2006 and March 2007 carried the interest and penalty for the entire amount. My prayer for reversal of the interest was accepted (by the customer relations officer) in August 2007. The customer relations officer calculated the amount payable as on 17th August 2007 after waiver the interest and penalty charged on the tele draft, and I was asked to pay 18628/- which was paid by my father on my behalf as I am out of India. Even though we did not receive any communication on the final settlement, we were not much bothered about it as no further calls were there from the Bank. I am sure that I donot owe any money to the bank now.
            But again it had started now and we are asked to pay another Rs.28000 or so. The person who is calling for this purpose is very rude and she has been calling intermittently using all the tactics and is not prepared to listen our side at all. She has been threatening us about legal action etc etc.,
            Please advise me about the further course of action.

            Credit Card — about unfair charges

            I have a cradit card of axis bank which no is 4718, 6300, 0236, 2225,
            problem is that, few month back i purchased some merhendise from this card worth rs. 839 n i deliverd a chaque in axis bank drop box before the due date.but next month i recieved a statement with late fee then i called the custmer care n inform about my payment, they said to me ur chaqe missed but no problem n pay cash in any axis bank than i paid 850rs in axis bank in favour of my card...

            Today i recived a statement u mationed 671rs for late payment what is this, i[censored] people missed my chaqe then i m not responsible for it, i'll nt give a single panny for it and i mean it...this is ur services...

            i m requsting to u plz remove my late payment otherwise i'll take a legal action against u ...

            SBI Credit Cards — stolen and misappropriated credit cards

            My credit card got stolen and misappropriated before I could get it locked or lodge an FIR. My credit card limit was 30000 which were breached by the credit card thief.

            When I came to know I blocked it and lodged FIR and went all the way to get them caught. The articles purchased and the credit card was recovered by the police which they say is no more my property. They say it is the property of the card company.

            I later sent all the case details and FIR copy to the card company. But they are claiming the amount from me and continuously levying interest and other charges in spite of my correspondence to them for not doing so. The vendors also did not match my signature on the reverse of card.



            Please suggest as what is the measure for me. How can I save myself from not paying?

            I find that SBI Cards charged me for a Royal Sunara Insurance which was cancelled. Later when the charge was reversed, the software system has not reduced the amount and hence the excess claim continues from April 2008 till date despite continuous reminders and explanations.

            I have now served a final notice to the Card department and want to seek a Court direction to get the software used for billing audited by an independent firm for bugs and suspension of the Card activity until this is satisfatorily completed.

            I would like to have the feedback from others on this.

            I have cancelled my Credit Card due to some unfair charges on my coount. I was an old customer (Since 2005) of this bank and took an EMD facility from them. Even after the payment of the whole money, everymonth I am finding some penalty in my statements and paying that out. Now when they refuse to do anything about it and are not ready to pay me back the wrong financial charges, I want to make a complaint in consumer forum against the aforesaid company.

            sir i am having SBI credit card worth rs.25, 000/= i got settlement for rs.22, 000/= 8 months back.i paid 3 installments on time (5500*3) and i missed the final one due to financial problems . now they are asking rs.10, 000/= sir which i could not afford . what is lowest amount we can ask for.. or please tell me about further course of action

            SbI provide me a life time free Credit card and then add two Policies without intimating me and charging from my card. After i getting the first statement, I call to their customer care and told them to cancel the policies as I didnot need them. But in the next statement I again found that the policies are still their and the bill amount is increased. After that I had call their Customer care so many times but I didn't find any solution. Then on mid of March I received a call from their settlement dept. and giving me a offer that my total amount will be settled, if I paid Rs 580, which I agreed and paid imediately. But I Surprised when I get the statement for the April that my balance is still the same and they deducted only Rs 580from the total due amount. Now they are harrasing me again by calling me anytime everyday and forcing me to pay the full amount. Iam not using the card for single time and unable to understand the dues of arount Rs. 9000 in the April, 2009 billing statement. I need support from the conumer court now.

            Dear SIr,

            I Ketan D Sardesai, unfortunately own a SBI credit card, & most unfortunately have used it.

            Primarily, I have never applied for the C.C. from SBI, SBI people sold me a card after heavy follow up with me. While selling it they committed that there won't be any surcharges or interests other than late fees if applicable. While taking documents they committed me a card of Credit limit of 1, 00, 000/- but when I recd. a card I found it is only worth of 30000/-. the telecaller girl was namely rachna. After few days I wanted to purchase few things hence I called on tollfree no given on back side of my card & asked that If I convert my amount of approx. 23, 500/- in ECS for 12 mnths, what will be my EMI? MR. suresh was the person. He confirmed me that it will be 2193 p.m. for 12mnths. & 170 rs will be surcharge. Here it self they broke their first 2 committments. But I needed the purchase hence I neglected it. I asked that customer care executive that what should I do for auto deduction of my payments on monthly basis from my sal account, he confirmed me that I should call on same no & inform to do so, & they will take care of it.( THis is how my other service provider does) I did the same & was careless about the payment. After 2 months theys suddenly started calling me for payments. I told the caller that I have permitted SBI to cut my payment from my account. Even on that day they didn't responded. All your telecallers are worst in customer communication they even can't speak like gentleman. After so many calls they told me that there is a different procedure. I work for around 16 hrs a day & work for some nationally important jobs. I am not allowed to use phones at works & can't spare time to go to banks or atms. hence I made SBI to deduct payments from my account. Then I paid 3 payments in cash 2600/- 2600/- 2400/-. DUring this period some body Lakshaman & kavita started speaking with me. Lakshman was quiet Ok but lady kavita she speaks in very abusive language & threatened to come to my office & TAMSHA KHADA KAR DUNGI were her words. Bieng a lady I can't shout on her beacause I am indian. Every time she calls she speaks in similar way only. After 1st & 2nd payment I again requested them to cut the payment through a/c that time I came to know the exact procedure. Your person came & took my ECS form along with 3rd payment. Kavita & lakshman both committed me that now I was not supposed to bother about payment & even they committed to cancel all late fees charged as the whole mistake was created by SBI people due to their useless communication & customer handling skills. She even told me that they will reduce the amount I paid from my balance. Then again after few months she started calling me for money, I told that you have committed my that payment will be cut from my a/c, I was on out door that day. She said my form is been declined, she was not ready to give me the reasons for the same further she said that she didn't want to tell. I asked her when my form was rejected she said on 15th of this month, & she was calling me on 22nd, I asked her simple question that If SBI people sat on paper for 7 days I should get atleast 2 days to come back to mumbai. She was not ready. She said she will send a person where I was. & threatened me to send a person to my home. That day I made my friend to pay 2500/- & she said that ECS will never be converted. & immediately after 2 days other executive started calling for payment. & gave me a shock that after payment of 10000/- my balance is reduced by only 5000/- He told me that it was interest. Which will not be there, was the committment from SBI. This is the whole story till the date. Suddenly your other executive calls & says I can convert my payments into ECS, no matters my form was rejected previously, though there was no reason for rejection. Conclusively,
            1) SBI cards salesman compell customer to buy card. They have half knowldge about ther own systems. They give fals committments to sell cards.
            2) SBI Customer care is not bothered to care the customer. they don't know the procedures & requirements for usefriendly payment options.
            3) Your tele callers are simply useless, as you must be recording major data for customer, I have told them many times that I work with defence people hence please don't call me frequesntly. Still they keep on calling. They don't pass on customer data to each other.They even are not bothered about informing customer for his/her account progress.
            4) Your people deny their committments & try to rule the customer, which will not let SBI survive for longer time in this field.
            5) Your people kick customer for their own mistake, if customer shows their mistakes they try to threaten customer & use very bad abusive language which customer can't use for any lady. They take benifit of the same.
            6) They straight away deny to disclose & prove calculations & try to dectate to customer that he must do as they say.
            I want resolution for all these matters, & I am not ready to pay any more interest, surcharges or late fees as whole blunder is been created by SBI own people. No callers should call me for payment before resolving the whole matter.

            SBI Credit Cards — got cheated with SBI cards

            After taking SBI card , I was told that it had an outstanding of Rs 261.00 as insurance fee , w/o paying which the card cannot be activated.

            I paid that amount via cheque , my account was debited with that amount but then customer care person told me that we are sorry we can't activate your card.

            I had written to feedback.[protected]@ge.com and head.[protected]@ge.com as well but neither my money got refunded nor card got activated.

            Its not about Rs 261 /= , its about what practices are being followed by such a big national bank.
            I am fully agree with Mr. Ketan S. Sardesai...Customer care executives has same attitude as he described. I haven't seen such attitude by any other c.c. executives...
            people plz do think before getting Credit card from SBI..
            on going through the content of your letter i fully agree with you as iam also passing with the same situation by owning an unfortunate sbi creditcard.
            the staf[censored]nder this creditcard division are totally irresponsible in discharging their duties subjecting customers to unnecessary confusions and uncalledfor tensions.

            SBI Credit Cards — Harresssing calls for a Credit Card never owned or possesed by me.

            Hi,

            In 2006 I had received a call from SBI gurgaon office stating that I owed money to them. I dont clearly remember the amount but it was very high.

            I spoke to a gentleman named Ashish who claimed to be from the legal department of SBI. He asked me for some details of mine like DOB, mothers name , etc... and when I shared my information I was told that the details do not match and maybe they were contacting the wrong guy.

            But on my requests we tried to verify some more details. Surprisingly information like my cell number, name, company were correct.

            I am very sure that I have not applied for a credit card from SBI. Now after i got to know this I was not sure if we should ever give any documents to these agency Sales reps as they may use this wherever they want.

            Whatever...based on my discussion with Ashish he thanked me for being supportive in answering all information asked. he promised me that SBI cards would not bother me further and he would file this as a identity theft case which they will have to be careful about.

            I also asked him if there is anything I should do from my end as this is very unnerving and could land me in toruble later some time. He assured mt that this was completely internal and I do not need to worry as I was not the person in question. All this happened in 2005 or 2006. I dont remember comepletely.

            Today after 3 to 4 years later I get a call from the Pune office of SBI cards and they ask me to pay up Rs. 3,50,000/-

            I was horrified listening to the amount and the fact that they called me again for this.

            How can i see notations on the account if they have called me and noted all the conversation whenever they called me. Because I dont have a clue about what this is all about and If i have to aske them for all the forms and documents which I am sure should have my signature I dont even know anything like, card number, when it was issued, when the transaction was made, when did they call me and where did they send the card. (I have been a bachelor in those times and was moving residences as a tenant) I cant remember the addresses completely after so many years.

            Anyways as a consumer I want to know how I can get the details of all that is there on that account?
            How do I get an assurance from SBI that I am not the person who has defaulted, What are my options to understand this fraud as it impacts my name and also may impact my credit history. Fortunately this has not happened as I have availed 4 loans in the last 5 years and never have defaulted on any payment whatsoever.

            How can I protect myself in the future too from such frauds?

            SBI Credit Cards — Fraudulent joining fees

            I recently got SBI gold card, and when I received my first month's statement, within 3 days of getting the card, there was a joining fees of Rs 500/-. While offering the card, there was no mention of any such fees. I registered a complaint with SBI customer care, but to no avail. They have plainly refused to rollback the fraudulent charge. Never expected this kind of cheapness from SBI. Can I do anything about it? Someone please advice.

            around 5 years back 2 people came to me at my home at varanasi and told me that i have won a special chance of winning a SBI CREDIT CARD.it was something new to me so i asked them to tell me more abt this.they told me that u have to spent money by using this credit card and u have to pay the amount in 45 days.i did so but after a year and a half i got a bill with 4000.00 rs as my bill.then i talked to customer care of SBI CREDIT CARDS,this time they told me about my billing cycle.i immidiatly asked them to block my card.next day SBI CUSTOMER CARE called me and asked me about my problem.i told them everything.they told me that i m a renewed customer for them so they are weiveing the extra charges and the amount payable is around 1200 RS.i paid them RS 1200 through cheque.i wrote a application for the closure of my credit card account and submitted that application with credit card (torn into 2 pieces)to bank.
            after that day i didn't recieved any bills from SBI.now i m transferred from varanasi.
            after 3 years 1 people called me up and told me that we tracked you and u have a bill of RS. 24000.00 on you from SBI CREDIT CARD.they are harresing me unnecessarily.today on 8th june 2010 some new person called me and told me that i will get u arrested i[censored] not paid us RS. 10000.00.pay RS 10000.00 and all ur debits will be cleared.

            SBI Credit Cards — SBI CREDIT CARDS: Receipt of free ticket

            I took SBI Spice jet credit card in june 2010. I was told that within the month of payment of entry fee, i can get a free flight ticket by which i can travel anywhere in India. I have paid the entry fee in June 2010 itself. But till now i didnt get the free ticket. Its been nearly 3 months. Im behind them asking for the ticket but all efforts in vain. Im tired of falling behind them

            Is there anyway of making the process fast? Whom shld we complain about this so that it can be made fast?

            SBI Credit Cards — Credit Card Sent to the residence without any request from my side and also posted the arbitrary charges of the credit card.

            The SBI Credit people have forcibly sent the SBI credit card to my residence and that too without any request from my side or Knowledge. Moreover they have also sent some charges.
            No any facility of credit card was requested from my side. I also went to the local bank i.e at Kabir Chowk, Sabarmati. but they were reluctant to our complaint and were also not attending me properly.

            SBI Credit Cards — Statement even after cancellation of card

            I am being harassed by the SBI credit card personal by sending me e statements three to four years after cancelation of cards. The cancellation of the credit card was confirmed by their personal. About three years after (from last two to three months) I am again receiving e statements on my mail. I am unable to open these statements as after such a long period, I don’t remember even my card number which was destroyed three years back.

            This is regarding SBI card no [protected] supposedly issued to me in January 2008.

            I had applied for a platinum card at the time of application, and when I recd. a gold card I refused to accept it. For almost two years there was no usage on the card, but I recd a statement in September 2009 saying that I had used it for Rs 859. When I called the helpline I was told that the total outstanding on the card as on 22 Sep 2010 was Rs. 2593, which was obviously misused. The card has now been blocked.

            Dear Sir,

            I am a subscriber of TATA Indicom CDMA Mobile with a number [protected] and would like to complaint against SBI Credit Cards for calling again and again for offering credit card even though I am not interested in taking the card. Sometimes I am getting more than three call a day and they are calling again and again even after I requested them not to call again. I am really fed up with the call centre people of SBI Credit Cards. I don't know why they do not make a note of the number and delete from their list.

            SBI Credit Cards — Fraudulent Information

            Went to SBI local branch for a Credit Card application. Spoke to the Branch Mananger about our options and we were told the best way is to open a FD linked secured credit card as this has good credit limit without annual fees. Recieved the card a few days later and shocker-----Rs 500 annual fees per card agreement.
            Is this right or wrong. Would we have applied for the credit card knowing there are these annual fees?
            How do I get redress.

            I had a Credit Card for SBI and i have a NOC from the bank that there is no dues in my name still my name is present in the CIBIL.
            Has any body faced this and know the procedure to clear the name. I have been running around the bank and even have a mail form them stating that it has been has been updated in the CIBIL. but that is not the correct information.

            I have applied for credit card through sbi maduban. A epresentative of the bank came to me to collect the required informations and i was assured that the card will be delivered tome within 21 days. On 19th of this month only i have received a SMS that my application is under process and the card will be deliverd very shortly. The application no alotted to me is[protected]. I WAS ADVISED TO TRACK THE STATUS OF THE APPLICATION ONLINE . Now today i am surprised to receive a message online that my application is rejected as it is not matching to BANK,s policy whereas i am senior officer in a govt. concern and falling into the income band of 5 to 10 lacs.             Thank you for responding to my complaint. At least here i am seeing your response. So many mails i sent for that you people are giving automated reply. I am happy to see your response here. Please dn't cheat the people like this.In written you people are saying "we have noted your concern" But by phone calls you people are asking to pay the money. Is this fair? As a nationalized bank we are not excepted these type of tricks.

            From last 6 months what you people investigated? u are investigating the issue mean time you people are asking to pay the money and adding interestes and late payment charges. This is not at all good.

            I am sure SBI bank people only done this fraud and you people has one more duplicate card with you.
            Why i am telling this is " I blocked the cards on 14th and again i recieved new cards on 17th @ 2 PM through blue dart courier AT BANGALORE

            on 17th @ 1:50 I recieved 2 sms regarding fruad transaction was done at PATNA. How come this. Please think as human being.
            Here are my concerns.

            1. We are in bangalore and the cards are with me and it was not stolen or lost. How was the transaction was done in patna.
            Till now there is no answer from your end.
            2. I requested you to block the cards (including add on card) on 14th of october, but you people has not blocked add- on card
            3. With out my permission how you people allowed that much amount on add-on card.
            4. We never done that much shoping in the past 5 years span. Pls check the past history of my card
            5. You people only given charge slip. For that I already conformed charge slip signature is not matching with my wife's signature.
            6. I called to customer care people within 5 mints of the transaction, but customer care people said wait for 48 hours to come to the transaction. Why u are not able to stop the payment
            7. Generally for more than 20k rupees transactions, every where asking for ID proof, Pls check what is the id proof they submitted at the time of shopping?

            Now you are asking me to pay the amount. How I am responsible for this?
            Once again I am tellingI have not used the card. So I am not responsbile for this.

She asked me wait for some days as we are looking into your issue and i asked the question as " if you are investigating the issue why you people are asking me to pay the amount.             My concern is i can wait " But dn't come to me without investigating from your end, upto now you people time passed. Without investigation you people troubled me and mentally torched like any thing. Add on card is on my wife name and we never used that card in past 5 years and more over we are staying in bangalore.             I received a mail from Divya,
            Same as 6 months back. They are saying physical transaction was done at patna and transactions are EDC online transactions, which means that the card was present at the time of the transactions. This is not good at all.I am saying same thing the cards are with me and i have not done and not travelled the patna at any time in my life. I am requesting for further investigation where is problem? and who had done this? But they are coming with same solution.. I have asked what id proof they submitted at the time of transaction ? and it is 60, 000 trasaction . Marchant has some CC cameras facility. I am asking for to verify the CC camaras to verify who has done this. But SBI is not going in that way.

              We are manufacturing unit, having ESI Facility and remitting ESI collection thro SBI around 30,000/- per month. Our Mfg.unit is in Pudukkottai district and registered with ESI . Our admin.office in Tiruchirapalli and we are remitting the payment at Trichy SBI Main office. They direct us to remit at Palakkarai branch. But Palakkarai SBI Branch has no in-charge to open the drop box every day and refuse to accept our cheque due to ESI REMITTANCE not covered in their area. Whenever they open the drop box the cheque being taken for clearance.

              We have dropped the cheque on 10th of every month whereas we have collected the challan after 23rd of the month with seal that our payment has credited to ESI A/c.

              As the payment has entered beyond the due date, all our payments are not accounted under expenditure.
              Shall we appoint any body to clear the drop box cheques?
              Or what is the other way to get our challans within 3/4 days from the date of remittance
              If any one officers in SBI take care of our problem and advice us we will follow up and avoid the delay in remittance of ESI Payment.

                I am a saving account holder of STATE BANK OF INDIA Main Branch Rewa ( 0468) with account No. [protected] in the name of Om Prakash Shrivastav . When I went to Bank for entries of transaction, during the entry it is printed that on dated 5 Jan. 2012 Rs. 24100.00 is withdrawal taken from ATM of CANRA BANK Banglore. While during the mean time I have never visited outside of Rewa. I have lodged the claim at main branch Rewa on dated 19.01.2012, but till to date neither refund the same in my saving account nor any satisfactory reply received from them. I have also registered my Mobile no. [protected] with my bank for alert SMS but the same transaction alert is not conveyed in my mobile till to date.
                It is therefore requested to please instruct authorized authority of SBI for return my amount along with penalty payment in my saving account at the earliest because of presently we have facing too much financial hardship

                    I am Sudhir Sutradhar from sishu bari hat, my a/c number at sishu bari SBI branch is [protected] and CIF number is [protected]. I have deposited a chque o[censored]nited bank birpara branch in sishubari SBI branch on 27.01.2012. After few days I got information from bank that the cheque has cleared and balance credited in my a/c . But from 5th of february till today Sishubari SBI branch unable to pay my baloance. when ever I go to bank the bank staffs says your a/c has freeze please wait few days. The same is going on from one month.
                    So please do needfull. I have told many times to SBI Sishubari staffs that I need my money badly but result is nil. I hope I will be helped.

                      AS THESE WAS NO OTHERGO, I HAD DRAWN MY MULTYCITY CHEQUE AND APPROACHED S.B.I ULAVAPADU BRANCH. THE ULAVAPADU BRANCH MANEGER FIRST SIGNED THE CHEQUE FOR PAYMENT AND IMMIDIATELY CANCELLED IT. HE TOLD SBI SINGARAYAKONDA BRANCH MANEGER ASKED ME TO CANCELED THE PAYMENT BECAUSE IT IS THE MONTH ENDING.


                      BECAUSE OF THE REFUCED OF THE PAYMENT I COULD NOT PURCHASE THE LORRY, IN TURN THE ADVANCE GIVEN WAS ALSO NOT GIVEN TO ME AS THE STIPULTED DATE FOR THW AGREEMENT WAS OVER.



                      NOW I REQUEST YOU TO DO ME JUSTICE IN THIS MATTER AS I LOST RS 450000/- AGAIN MY DONIT ON LINE TRANSACTION ARE NOT TRANSACTED FOR 6DAYS I.E FROM 24.02.2010 TO 29.02.2010.

                        Reg Unsucessful transaction from SBI debit card
                        Dear Sir,

                        On 19th nov 2011 I did a transaction in axis bank ATM-408 indore using my SBI Debit card but that transaction was unsuccessful. i withdrawn amount of Rs7000 then 5000 but I didn’t got the amount. I gave Complaint to SBI branch, basnt vihar colony indore on 19 th nov 2011, cash officer told that the money will get credited in your account within 7 working days but till now money was not credited and i received sms from BX-SBIPSG stating that “Dear Sir/Madam, your complaint AT[protected] has been attended by the competent authority and hence is closed in the system. To get details please contact the branch”. But when i was contacting the branch no one responding properly.
                        Please do the needful.

                          Hi.I Have my account on SBI Freedom Rewards.I Redeemed my points In January 2012 against the SBI Gift card worth RS 500.I received on 2nd of Feb 2012.I Called them on 4th of Feb 2012 for activation of card as instructed on the letter received by them.Till now as on 16th march 2012 ,they are telling that give them 48 more hours.I have called them almost 5 times since 1 month.I m fed up of all these and lodging this complain.Kindly take necessary action

                          State Bank of India — Defective reward gift

                          I received gift of POLO WRIST watch from SBI based on fulfillment of the condition o[censored]tilisisation of the card for certain amount within the specific period.

                          No one is there to listen the complaint. Even if email the complaint to escalation id , it bounces back.

                          I am not sure to whom we can trust now and resolve such issues.

                            My name is Anirban Chowdhury having SBI a/c no. [protected] at Nehru Market brach(branch code: 5154), Shyamnagar, 24 PGS(N), West Bnegal.

                            I had made a transaction of Rs. 10,000 on 18th Jan’12 from my home branch ATM. The money was not dispensed I got an ATM slip writing some error message written on it. Thinking that a normal failure transaction with no other implication I tore that receipt apart. Next day when I was doing a transaction from the same branch then I notices after seeing my account balance that in my previous transaction the money was debited.
                            The transaction detail is given below:

                            I have made several visits to my home branch and called customer care few times regarding this. They were also saying the transaction went successful and the money might have come which I forgot to receive.

                            When I challenged their theory I demanded for the ATM receipt which should be archived or would be stored in database. Because I am sure that I got receipt with error message, so, it can’t be a successful transaction.
                            I have send sms in unhappy customers’ forum by SBI itself. The person told me that he can’t help as in the system its showing successful forum. He also suggested that if I want to get my money back then I have to follow legal steps. I don’t know how to go about it as I am not staying in my hometown. I am at loss, please somebody suggest me ways to rid of the situation.

                              I have a Salaried Savings A/c for 13 yrs in SBI Alipur Branch. The A/c No is [protected]. On[protected] at about 7:49am my husband has withdrawn from a SBI ATM counter Rs. 4000/- as I was carrying a high risk pregnancy and doctor had advised me to take rest. My Delivery date was due on Nov'11. He came back and handed over the cash, the ATM Slip where I had a balance of Rs. 15840/- (As per the slip).

                              On[protected] at about 10pm when my husband wanted to withdraw money, I was given "Insufficient Balance". When took out the mini statement, I found that I had only Rs. 840/- as balance and the statement showed that on[protected], Rs. 15000/- is being withdrawn which I am totally unaware as the SBI ATM Card is lying with me for last 8 days. As I was ill and as the doctor had advised me to take rest, I did not go out of my house.

                              I have given a written complain to the Chief Manager, SBI, Alipore Branch, Kolkata - 27, as well as the bank of SBI where the ATM is located - SBI, Southern Avenue Branch but no positive or substantiate answer was given to me.

                              This was a terrible shock to me and gradually I became very ill and got admitted on the hospital on[protected] and gave birth to a pre-mature baby boy with less weight on the same night. The doctor had no other alternative but to go into a surgery of get me and my baby alive. Since then I had to take care of myself and my baby and therefore now I would like to bring into your kind notice to do something so that I can get back my money.

                                its been almost 45 days that i m struggling to find an update from SBI regarding the payments i have made towards my SBI credit card.

                                I made the payment on 4th Feb of Rs. 4800 (Txn Ref no - [protected]) and of Rs. 16017.02(Txn Ref no - [protected]) towards my feb and march o/s credit card payment which they are claiming that they havent receive yet. i also provided them the ARN no but they are still not able to provide any confirmation.

                                M chasing them since last 30 days and neither i have received any pro-active call from their end and on top of it, every day morning their collection agents call up asking me about the payment details.

                                M fed up and feel completely harassed by them

                                How on earth its possible that such a large, sophisticated and so-called-technology driven organisation is still not able to track the payments.

                                Request you to pls intervene and support in closing the issue else it might affect my CIBIL record.
