Every year it becomes a regular duty to us to remind about the deduction of annual maintenance fee Rs.50 debited from our account and give letters about the same and explain to the Manager about the same.
Kindly see the attached documents of the letters produced to the bank.


I and my husband are having the account in SBI Avadi Branch and the account no is Savings Bank AC/no is [protected]. We are using only two ATM cards for operating our accounts[protected] in my husband name Mr. K. Ganesh Babu and[protected] in my name.The card no.[protected] and[protected] is not operated by us but the amount Rs 50 each is deducted from our account for the unused cards.

In the year 2009 the same problem has happened and we have brought into notice of the branch manager and the deducted amount was reverted to the account. In the year 2010 it wasagain repeated and the amount Rs. 100 was reverted back to our account. In the year 2011 again it happened the same and the branch manager told to call a toll free number and report about the complaint but nobody is lifting the phone. This is for the fourth successive year we are facing the same problem, the amount Rs. 100 is deducted for each unused card.

For your reference I have here by attached the scan copy of the letter produced to the branch manager every year from the year 2009 to 2011.
Kindly revert the amount in our account and do the needful as early as possible.

Respected sir/madam,
my grievance/complaint dated 22 mar 2015 (for grant of sbi clerk post to my son d sendhil kumar vide the goi ministry of home letter no 2011/12/2010-coord ii dated 29 apr 2011, the goi ministry of finance letter no f10/21/1g/2011-ir dated 28 june 2011(ser no 9 in nominal roll) and as per the sbi reply to the ministry finance for their letter above) sent to the justice national lok adalat, tamilnadu state legal service authority, high court chennai. The justice sent the complaint vide their letter no tnslsa no 1814/g/2015 dated 24 apr 2015, to the chairman taluk legal services committee, tiruttani, tiruvallure dist, t.N. The chairman vide their letter no d.No 45/2015 dated 30 june 2015 sent the complaint to the general manager sbi head office circletop no 16 collage lane chennai for for taking necessary action and action taken in this regard a report may be sent to their office at an early date.

Till date also my repeated requests to the justice, the chairman and to the general manager for grant of sbi clerk appointment order and the compensation for delay the appointment order since july 2011 about rs 20 lacs have not been received so for. I request to the forum for most urgent action for solve the issues most urgent.

    Below is the mail which i have sent as complain to SBI : no revert yet. What i would suggest is never to go for a current account with state bank of india. Worst customer service.

    I have an Current Account with State Bank Of India, under the name ArteeCraftee. Its an online shopping site, i am just a startup and needed a written confirmation from bank on its letter head that i have a registered current account with State bank of india. i needed that document so as to start my payment gateway services. Its been 15 days since i am running after getting this small document printed form bank. firstly they told me they dont have letter head so we can just give you stamp and sign on, and then when i am in bank with written content on my companys letter head, the bank members are telling me that they wont give it on my letter head, they would cut an additional charge of 100 rs from my account and give the document on their letter head. now i dont know why am i charged 100 rs for this. i am even ready to pay this additional charge. but now they told me to come on next day. its 16th day now and if i wont receive the document tomorrow even, next 2 days are gonna be bank holiday for you guys, so its like my whole week is going to be wasted, and its because of SBI that my site's launch is delayed by 20 straight days. If i dont get the document tomorrow itself, i am gonna shift my account to other private bank, and gonna sue the manager of that branch. just because of such few odd persons in this world all government employes are getting abuses. and its like now i dont trust SBI at all, if in start only i am getting such huje hurdles, what would happen once my site is live and i would get a daily transactions of a million rupees. I am sure now SBI is not at all good enough to handle such online website busiiness and would shift to private sector bank. As customer service is the most desirable thing. despites if i dont receive the document tomorrow. i am going to sue Darbargadh branch, as because of them, my sites launch is delayed by 20 days and i have incurred a huge loss plus i have lost my lot of customers. SBI is worst and i have a good contact / name in e-commerce world in India, with all top 15 ecommerce sites developed by me and my company, and i have only one thing to do now. suggest all of them, and all the other new comers in ecommerce business, for not to ever opt for SBI. you are worst. also i am going to blog about this particualr incident on my Blog. And also i have my other account of my dads business running with darbargadh davarkundla since more than 10 years, am going to shut that too down.

    Hi,
    I am A Antoselva Nathan having an SBI account . I tryed to withdraw 6000 rupees from ANDHRA BANK ATM(Gachi Bowli) but the transcation was timmed out so i went to SMI ATM(Gachi Bowli) and tryed to withdraw 6000 rupees again however i received an pop up saying "sorry unable to process" .so i checked my balance in SBI ATM and i found that 6000 rupees was deducted from my account.I called customer service and spoke to rep and also the manager and they asked me to wait for 24 hrs and they were not able to assure me that 6000 will be refunded to me.They also told me that if 6000 rupees is not refunded then i have to log a complaint and it will take 12 working days for refund.So i waited for 24 hours and called back the customer service.I spoke to a rep name Niti.I explained her my issue and requested her to raise a complaint.She asked me to verify my address and i did so however she says its not the complete address.
    I verified my H No,Colony name,street name,land mark,dist ,Zip code,state and country.What else can an address have ?
    Rep said she will not be able to help me as i am unable to verify my complete address.
    I told rep that i can verify my last few transcations,DOB however she said she either need my complete address or Bank branch Name or Branch code.I did not had bank name and code. I asked rep as to how can i get branch name and address.She had no answers.

    6000 rupees is a very big amount for me and from customer service i did not get any help.
    I think SBI is running a big scam.Also one of my friend had the same issues and he was never refunded.
    All my friends acknowledge that SBI has a worst customer service. I want my issue to be resolved.

    SIR, YESTERDAY I WENT TO YOUR MUSIRI BRANCH REGARDS TO OPEN NEW ACCOUNTS., WITH INTRODUCERS AND REQUIRED DOCUMENTS. PATICULARLY, FOR ID PROOF I HAVE GIVEN V.A.O CERTIFIED. BUT YOUR BRANCH OFFICERS TOLD ABOUT THIS ONE, AND THEN I BOUGHT IT. YET, BRANCH MANAGER AND ADDED THAT HE IS NOT AN GEZETTED RANK, SO I SAY GET OUT WITH YOUR ID. I HAVE FULLY AFFECTED BY THAT PLACE. AFTER SOME TIMES, I ASKED TO GIVE ANOTHER SUGGESTIONS FROM YOUR OFFICE ASSISTANTS. THEY ARE ALSO NOT GIVE ANY REPOSIBLE REPLY. SO, INQUIRED AND TAKE NECESSARY ACTION INCLUDING BRANCH MANAGER.       Background- I had paid to one of my friend through sbi credit card her plane ticket from pune to calcutta and back...unfortunately one of her journey got cancelled as the flight was cancelled so the concerned airlines reverted the amount of that ticket to my credit card account..Now i have to pay that amount back to my friend. so accordingly i had given a request to one of your customer care executive and the request number is[protected] . Accordingly they said with very confidence that the amount will be credited to my friends account SBI a.c no. [protected]. bakultala branch kolkata...IFS code - SBIN0001489. in the name of Ruma Das...then after few days i got a call for the confirmation and they said again that the amount will be credited to the above said account within 72 hrs...For this conversation had happened in the month of Feb ..and till date the money is not being credited . Kindly look in to this matter seriously or i will be compailed to go to consumer court against SBI credit card...
      i had requested to transfer the amount of some thing 9000( dosent remember the exact figure) to the account of my friend given to your customer service executive.

          I had used my SBI Debit card ([protected]) to withdraw money from HDFC ATM, Sithalapakkam, Chennai -600126 on 03-Mar-2012.

          I made three transaction at around 8.00 PM and all of which failed(Error- Transaction Timed out).

          But, today(05-Mar-2012) i was surprised to see my bank statements indicating money(Rs.16000.00) has been deducted for the failed transactions.

          Pl. remit the cash wrongly deducted from my account as soon as possible.

              Subject : Unavailability of pension in my SBI Account

              Dear Sir,

              I am a retired principal from an higher secondary school & having my pension account at state bank of India, Annapurna branch, indore. Bank asked me to provide certificate of living. The same was provided to the bank on time. Because of careless behaviour of bank employee's, it was not reached up to the required pension disbursement department. I didn't received the pension since last three months. After regular follow up and daily visiting to the branch also, I didn't got any positive response.

              Now after three months, I am not having any money to go there also and not able to live my retired life.

              With this application I request the forum to not only regularise my pension deliveries but to provide me the last three months pension with interest in to my account.

              I request the forum to penalize the bank and respective responsibly of state pension department by an amount of Rs 1000000, for the mental stress given to me and my wife. As being a paralytic patient, it is next to impossible for me to daily visit the bank branch. In such adverse conditions also, they troubled me a lot and till date didn't deliver the pension payment also.

              Please consider this request as complaint against Managing Director/ Regional Manager/ Branch manager of State Bank of India, Annapurna Branch, Indore AND Treasurer Pension Department, State Government of Madhya Pradesh.

                in previous 2 days the s.b.i atm is not working properly here in chikmagalur,i entered the amount 2500 twice thrice but it showd trancation time out but it debited 1000 rs from my account on 4th march but i dun get the money...it will be 2900 in my account but here itz shown only 1900 ...so please take appropriate action and deposit my money back in my account...

                  Please note that I've suffered False debit of Total Rs-32,000/= from my State Bank of India (Branch Code-0183) Saving Bank Account while I tried to withdraw cash from SBI ATM on 01/03/2012, for which I met the concerned ATM Manager (CMP Cell-SBI, Branch Code-0183) on 01/03/2012 & he gave me a Toll free Customer Care Number, where I booked my complain on 02/03/2012 at 1pm, after several tries.

                  But even after 24 hours of the matter on 02/03/2012, once again I met the concerned ATM Manager and asked why State Bank of India has not credited the Total amount Rs-32,000/= till today to my Account, but he could not give any solution to that.
                  So, I request your interference to resolve the matter at the earliest.

But Bank charges of Rs. 25/- as intercity charges 38976288 @ date of 08th December 2011.... before that Bank Charge of Rs. 75/- MCC Issue Charges 38976288.... i do not understand ki "PAYABLE PAR THROUGH CLEARING / TRANSFER AT ALL BRANCHES OF HDFC BANK LIMITED" par bhi inter cityh charges lagate hai....aur MCC Issue??????????

                    So, i want known to ki who is responsible for that....

                      I am a SBI customer. I went to withdraw cash from SBI branch in Chandanagar. As the Server was down we were advised to go to the branches at Madinaguda or , RC puram .They told us that they have sent instructions to these branches So I went to Madinaguda branch at 12.30 pm. But the branch officials refused to take the cheque or receive cash. Reason they say is that they close transactions at 12.30 on Saturdays.But as per Banking rules the business transactions are upto 1.30.pm/.We(There were at least 10 o[censored]s) requested the bank officials and explained to them why we have come all the way.But they simply closed the counter.

                      Is this way to treat the customers?

                      State Bank of India — Denied from using the service

                      I went to the State Bank of India, JNU branch, New complex, New Delhi to deposit the registration fee of Rs 500 for applying for the ET posts in BHEL, India. I have used the challan given by the BHEL and it was correct in all respect.

                      But, I was denied from depositing the money saying that I am not from the campus of the JNU (Jawaharlal Nehru University). He told me to go to other branch. I asked the clerk why I cannot use the service, he plainly denied me.

                      I have deposited money to any account before from any branch of State Bank of India. This is the first time that I came across incident like this and I think this is unfair enough. I also checked the bank's notice board to see if there is any notification about this, but, i didn't find any.

                      I want to know if there is any rule that says a person can be denied from using the service for he does not live within the campus where the SBI branch is. If there is please let me know.

                      And if there is nothing like this, I want to take up action against the branch.

                        I WENT TO ATM TO WITHDARW MONEY ON 1ST OF MARCH BETWEEN 6.30 TO 7.40 I WENT TO FOUR ATM AND ALL OF THEM SHOWED NOT PROCEED (TRANSACTION ) NEXT DAY WHEN I CHECK MY BALANCE WAS REDUCEED BY 1500 EACH TWICE.                           Dear Concerns,

                          I had taken SBI-CC last month. Today when i done online transaction and surprise to see that transaction has been done with without 3D Secure password, it is not supposed to be as per RBI Guideline.
                          I had done transaction for following three merchant sites.
                          (1) MSBI
                          (2) FlipCart

                          All four above transaction has been successfully done without 3D secure password, with only CC No-Name-Expirty date and CVV number.

                          Note : MY SBI CC is already registered with Visa Verification Secure at SBI Site. Eventough it was not asking for 3D Secure password during online transaction.

                          When called up with SBI CC Call centre as per then its merchant site issue, but with same site i am doing same payments through HDFC CC from last five years - Every month and it was successfully done with only 3D Secure Password.

                          I have SBI Gold and More visa credit card and I am also facing the same issue. Earlier I was doing transactions through other bank credit cards and the transaction was carried out through 3D secure ( Verified By Visa) password. But for SBI card the transaction is done successfully without asking 3D Secure ( Verified By Visa) Password., though I am registered the card for Verified By Visa.

                          I contacted the customer care and they said it is issue with merchants.

                          I can't believe how can they give such an excuse for a major security concern like this? If the merchant site has issue, then it should be for all cards not for SBI Card only.

                          Note: All the sites I did transaction, start with https:// and are secured sites.

ON 25MAY,THROUGH OVERSIGHT I SOLD 100 SHARES OF SANGHVI FORGINGOF WHICH I COULD NOT ARRANGE DELIVERYAND SBICAP SEC WAS TO BUY THESE 100SHARES FROM THE MARKET TO MAKE UP SHORTFALL AT CURRENT RATES ON[protected].ON[protected] MAX. RATE OF THIS SHARE WAS 127/ BUT SBI CAP DEBITED MY A/C WITH SHARE PRICE OF RS. 141. THISIS CLEAR CUT FRAUD BY SBICAP IAM WRITTING TO SBI ALSO TO HIGHLIGHT FRAUDULANT INTENTIONS OF SBICAP.
                            THIS IS TRUE SBICAP IS CHEAT. SEBI SHOULD ENQUIRE

                            This is not a fraud. The shares have been bought bak thru auction and auction price is always higher compared to market price. You cant blame sbi for this.

                              Reference to my earlier emails and Hard copy signed complaint letters sent to the bank , I would like to draw your kind attention in the matter that The undersigned is having a savings account at Anrer Branch of Dist. Madhubani,Bihar.Where withdrawal facility are availed only through Cheque till date ( Savings Account No. [protected] )

                              Recently I come to know that there is a shortage/difference of Rs.15,000 between our record and the Banks record. When we carried out entry in our passbook, we find that there are three transaction of Rs. 15,000 (1 deposit and 2 withdrawals) which was actually not made by me. In total there is a shortage of Rs.15, 000 in our balance.

                              Therefore, I am continuously requesting the Bank to re-check all the entries made by them and confirm the actual deposit and withdrawal so that I can get my balance Amount.So Many reminder emails with copy to all mentioned email sent but not getting at least a reply in this regard.                                 Dear sir/madam,
                                I DHIRENDRA KUMAR SINGH, a SBI ATM user will like to bring to you that on 1st march 2012 at about 7 pm when to a HDFC atm to withdraw a sum of 4000/- rupees from my account. But there was a problem and i could not get the same from the atm nor the receipt was printed. Then i went to SBI atm and withdrew Rs 4000/- and then i found that there was a deduction of Rs 8000/- i.e 4000 from HDFC and 4000 from SBI. sir i will be very grateful to you if you do the needful action.

                                    I am Rinky Haldar. I have an SBI a/c at salt lake sector V branch kolkata. On 1st Mar 2012, i tried to withdraw money at HDFC sector 3 Bank ATM. The transaction errored out but 4000 Rs were debited from my a/c

                                    Then on the same day after some time I tried to withdraw 4500 Rs from AXIS bank ATM - Sector 2. This time also the transaction was not completed but 4500 Rs were debited from my a/c.

                                      This mail is in regards to bring you a notice in front of SBI Bank, that makes promise to their customer about godd and comfortable banking,
                                      but the stuffs which is going on is not tolerable.
                                      On 1st March,2012 i received a credit amount of 25,000 at 4pm in my SBI Bank Saving Account which is.- [protected].
                                      Due to link failure and slow server i tried to withdraw the amount from Axix Bank and HDFC Bank ATM's.
                                      I tried to withdraw 3,000/- from each ATM's but it was showing "sorry your transaction cannot be completed" till 10pm, at 11pm i again tried
                                      withdrawing from other state that is Jharkhand,3,000 i got the amount, but when i show the mini statement i was shocked that without getting the amount 3,000 twice has been deducted from my account, i dont know what the hell is this bank is?
                                      I just want to know what the is going on with this bank, no proper services, no proper customer services and no proper administration, if this happen no one is going to open there account with this foolish bank,
                                      I want my monry back through this Forum.

That time i got a statment i shocked there deducted 2000/- twice in my a/c [protected]. What the hell is going on. I am losing 4000/- and its realy harden hard money.
