everytime i try to make payment via my SBI debit card online sbi it says this "pg.onlinesbi.com took too long to respond." but i am still making payment with IRCTC to book my reservation but with everything else it just does not open..please suggest something..this had been happening for the last 10 days.. please suggest something anyone.. i'll be more than obliged.. all my work have come to a halt coz of this.

    Dear sir, SUBJECT- MISGUIDING AND MISBEHAVE
    I would like to bring it to your notice that my bank account is in your SABHAPUR (Delhi) branch since 10 year and my ATM was blocked due to some problem I visited the branch to resolve this problem the assistant branch manager told me to submit the KYC form along with your proof otherwise we will close your account also.Today on 28th march I visited again in the branch along with the document I showed him the Election I-card and Pan card for support of proof of identity and address but he denied to accept the Election I- card as a residence proof and told me that you also get the electricity or telephone bill .I argue with the manager why you are not taking Election card as a residence proof he behaved me rudely and finally said you fill the KYC form but the person sitting on BANK ASSISTANT post mentally harassed me and instead of given me KYC form unnecessarily he given me the one page of new account opening form .I gone with this form to assistant manager room he told that this is correct form you fill this he support the assistant then I fill this wrong form he asked me that get the guarantor signature for witness they misguided me by giving me wrong form and wasted my valuable time. I come back along with this form why this happened with me I don't know why they behaved me so rudely.
    Thus I request you to kind please look in to this matter seriously because the person sitting on Assistant manager and Bank assistant higher post is misguiding the customer rudely why they are sitting on assistant manager post who doesn't know the meaning of ASSISTANT and how to assist the existing customer.
    I hope you will entertain my problem on prior basis and take official action against them.

      during online transaction.I am staying out satation thatswhy could not reach out my home branch to update Mobile number, is there any option to update contact ???? plz suggest. other branch are not responding positively.

        I am doing purchasing on my credit card No.[protected] and on doing the purchases I am getting reward points on the same. But SBI Credit card authority is not allowing me gather 2000 points which can be redeemed to get good rewards. They are reducing my points after reaching to 2000 points and hence it is not possible for me to accumulate 2000 points at a time.

        They are offering gift for 2000 points, but not allowing me to accumulate 2000 points as they are automatically reducing the points before it reaches to 2000.

        You are requested to look in to the matter, as it is cheating to the people.

        I use SBI creditcard. I have accumulated 7907 Reward points. In my August bill I found Opening balance (points) as 7907 and Closing balance (points) as 3589. Nothing was redeemed by me. When I enquired with the customer care help line I was told that 4318 points have EXPIRED. I was shocked to know that if I don't redeem my Reward points within 24 months it would expire. I hold other credit cards but to my knowledge none have this kind of policy. Even assuming these conditions are mentioned in the Terms and conditions (usually in 2 points font size) I find this to be unfair trade practice. If SBI does care for the customers they should have the courtesy to call and advice the customer or atlest an email to redeem.

        Is there a way to get back my 4318 Reward points which is about RS 3300 !!! :-(

        Reward points — Reduction in reward points

        I have accumulated 1141 reward points till June 2008. After June I have not received any statements. Today when I have informed yr Customer Care services that I wish to redeem my reward points I was informed that my reward points is 679 and also informed that points before 24 months are deducted from my total points without any intimation. More over, no where it is mentioned by you that the reward points are valid for 24 months only. I am an SBI credit card holder for the last so many years and I have not yet redeemed any points, neither it strike me also. Pl advise how can I get back my points and redeem it.
        In May 2008 I have applied for redemption of 2400 reward points which was supposed to be delivered to my address. I did not receive any such voucher till date. When I lodged a complaint regarding this customer care people said that it was delivered to some “Mr. Chandar” at my address but there is no such person. Till now I have lodged so many complaints the details are below:

        I have been using your credit card for last many years. I have observed since last one to one and half year that you are gradually withdrawing many options under reward points one by one making it unattractive to use your credit card. May I know the reason for the same as I find that this is becoming one of the detterent factor in using credit card of yours.

        My reward points from ICICI credit card to imint cards was transfered without any information to imint card. The imint ward was not provided to me till now and no one from ICICI is taking care for this.
        This case happen for my two credit cards.

        I recieved an SBI gold card in the first week of Oct-10. In the covering leetr for this card it was written that "Get one thousand reward poins on first purchase. shop Rs 1000 or more within next 30 days and ger additional 1000 bonus reward points"
        Accordingly I made purchase of more than 1000 but I am still to recieve bonus reward point" The covering letter is attached herewith.

          I paid 180 rupees challan at State Bank of India for APSPSC yesterday and Journal number given is:[protected]. Challan Number: [protected]
          But when I try to fill the form using this Journal and Challan error I am getting this error:
          Please check the Journal No., and date. If you have entered Journal No. and Date as marked on the challan, please contact the SBI Branch/APOnline Centre where you have made payment and get correct Journal No. and Date."

          Please help me as the last date is 29/03/2012

          oh my God Sbi is also fraud ...
          I paid 525 rupees challan for United India Insurance Co.Ltd today and Journal number given is 61230 .Account No.[protected].
          But when I try to fill the form using this Journal no I am getting error.

          Please help me.
          Hi dudes, I tried in google chrome, i got the same error "Please check the Journal No., and date. If you have entered Journal No. and Date as marked on the challan, please contact the SBI Branch/APOnline Centre where you have made payment and get correct Journal No. and Date."", but i tried in
          internet explorer and it worked fine !!!

          you also please try in differnt browsers, if still doesnt work, then delete cookies in the browsers and try again ...

            i had applied for a ATM card on sept.2008 and got my card on dec.2008. but after five month do not get my pin no. as per branch accountant instruction i have applied for new pin on 19th march 2009.but after 25th days i do not get my new pin. when i applied for new branch accountant says that for new pin he will take 50/ Rs.and now he say s that if i arrange 200 Rs. then i can get new pin and ATM card with in a month i do not understand whats the matter. sir if you are not able to give ATM card facility to your consumer tell then i shall go to another way. my a/c no.[protected]. branch name NHPC GERKAMUKH.             i had applied for a ATM card on january2009 and got my card on .feb2009. but after 3 month do not get my pin no. as per branch accountant instruction i have applied for new pin on 16th may2009.but after 20 days i do not get my new pin.. sir if you are not able to give ATM cum debit card facility to your consumer tell then i shall go to another way. my a/c no[protected].. branch name GAMPALAGUDEM KRISHNA(DIST), ANDHRAPRADESH, Pin 521403
            Please check the following details. I opened a new savings A/C with SBI and i have not received the ATM Pin till date and now out of no where SBI has debited my A/C for a duplicate ATM.

            1) 2 written applications submitted in Branch.
            2) Online complaint submitted on 6th June. Complaint ticket number : CC[protected].
            3) Mail sent to Chairman, DGM SBI on 6th July.

            But seems that everything is falling on deaf ears. Next option would be consumer court.
            Respected Sir,

            I am originally a resident of Howrah. I have an account (No. [protected]) in Salkia (01414) Branch of State Bank of India. I received my debit card within 10 days of opening my account in September 2008. But I did not know that the PIN had to be collected from the branch. So the bank destroyed my PIN after one month, as per their policy.

            But the problem is, I have joined IIT Delhi as a B. Tech student, and really need my ATM card to work. I applied for a Duplicate PIN in the branch and gave an authorizing letter to my father to collect the same from the branch, but the branch refused to give it to my father. They had earlier assured me that they would give the PIN to my father if he had an authorizing letter. They have also destroyed the Duplicate PIN.

            I would be really grateful if the PIN could be delivered to my home address or my IIT address, or if it would be issued to my father, or if I could collect it at the IIT Hauz Khas Branch of SBI.

            It is to submit that My accound No. is [protected] of Chuttugunta branch, Guntur city. I applied for ATM card and I have received same on 03.11.2014 but the ATM PIN did not received so far. please provide ATM PIN to me as early as possible to continue my transactions.
            It is to submit that My account No. is [protected] of Chuttugunta branch, Guntur city. I applied for ATM card on 21.10.2014 and I have received the same on 03.11.2014. After receiving of my ATM Debit card I went to my mother branch Chuttugunta, Guntur City on 05.11.2014 and again on 07.11.2014 but the Bank officials replied that the PIN of ATM was not received so far.
            Hence, it is requesting that please provide ATM PIN to my Debit card as early as possible to continue my transactions respectively.

                    The SBI bank people kept money in hold.I dont know the reasons and they are telling unnecessary answers and behaving very rude and My account details are [protected] and before this i done one transaction in hdfc atm money debted with out getting money for this i requested to take complaint and they told me we need transaction slip but i didn't get any tranasction slip at the hdfc atm.I dont why they need this when every thing in my account transactions.at last i went other sbi which is not my home branch they helped a lot about this and they taken complaint and got money in my account I too ask the solution for get off of holding but they told me that home branch only will do this.I dont know what will i do?can u plz help regarding this and my contact no [protected]

                        my name is Abhishek Agrawal , my axis bank account no. [protected] is deducted three times with 357.73 rs when i filled sbi clerk requirpment 2012 online form and pay the amount of 350 which is charges of application fee by debit card yesterday night.[protected]
                        so please take action as soon as possible and refund me the two transaction of 357.73 in my account.

                          I had applied for and was allotted 50 Bonds of Series IV 9.95% Retail Bonds on March 16 2011. The interest has not yet been credited to the account mentioned in the application form, the demat a/c was credited with the bonds within 24 hours. Will SBI pay for the delay in interest payment?

                              Employes of SBI branch(SBIN0011569) located at Huda market,SEC-31 in
                              gurgaon are said not service for fund transfer for non home customer of SBI
                              at this branch.
                              SBI customer care center [protected] (delhi). he
                              said that,"Fund transfer facility for Home branch and NON home branch
                              is available at all branch of SBI".
                              Then Why said your Employees goes to another branch ???????????????

                                My Self, Vikas Verma,approx 6 years back,i had a SBI Credit card ( Sorry i Forget number )

                                Before 6yrs back,i received call from Credit call devision that there is a offer that i can avail 10,000 bugs and for 50 days ( Approx ), SBI will not charge any interest.
                                I accepted their offer & after that SBI Credit Card devision had to transfer the funds to my acount but they didn't transfer the amount & after one month,i received bill,in which they demanded for principle amount of Rs:10,000/-

                                I did call to customer care,and customer care's represenatative instructed/suggested me that need not to worry & bill will be corrected in next coming month.
                                But nothing positive.

                                In Next bill,i got bill which stated that i had to pay not only 10,000 ( Principle amount ) but interest too.
                                Again i called to customer care & their representative again gave same response that in next month bill will be corrected.
                                This cycle repeated 4 to 5 times, i did so many calls to customer care ( SBI ),every time response was same after that i stopped availing the services of SBI Credit card.

                                But today,i received a call from SBI Credit card division that case is still open.
                                I dont know, what should i do, if i didn't avail that service of 10,000 bugs then why should i pay ? ?
                                If bank show me any detail that i availed that offer ie statment of my acount in which SBI credit that amount ( 10,000 ),i will be delighted.

                                  SBI credit card March 2012 statement contains illegitimate charges like 1. 09/03/2012 FEE - LATE PAYMENT (EXCL GST 72.10) 700.00 Dr. 2. 16/03/2012 TOTAL GST DEBIT FOR CURRENT STMT 660.58 Dr.
                                  3. 16/03/2012 FIN CHARGE ON RETAIL (EXCL GST 588.48) 5713.41 Dr.
                                  The payment has been made through cheque of Allahabad bank on March1 2012 in a SBI Bank Br. Badshah Bag, Faizabad Road. and the last date for the payment was 7-03-12. So may be it a procedural delay through bank how can i be held responsible for late collection. Other charges are not understandable. I brought this problem to the notice of support service on phone as well as by Two E-mails in this regard but no reply has been received. Therefore, it is decided that payment due Rs143779.72 minus Rs7374/ equal to Rs136405 / will be paid by the due date. And if I am compelled to pay this amount, I will request that no further charges must be levied and the credit card may kindly be cancelled. The remaining amount will be paid as soon as your decision in this regard is conveyed.

                                    Sir, I am a customer of your esteemed kalapathar branch (in orissa). my complaint is that earlier I had two(2) ATM cards in my Savings A/c No-[protected], but I had surrendered one ATM card one year back(Card No[protected]). In recent past while I enquired my A/C I found that Rs.200/- debited as card charge(Rs.100/- for each card). I had brought the attention of the Br.Manager he told me we had already cancelled your surrendered ATM card (Card No[protected]) and if you have any problem then contact to the ATM cell..So I am mailing this complaint to you.Please take an action on this problem as soon as posible.I shall be highly obliged to you.Thanks Prasanna kumar Nanda, mob no.[protected]

                                      Sir,i am sachin mudaliyar a sbi account holder of Pendra-Road(dis-Bilaspur pin-495117 at dated 08-05-12 i have not used my atm card, but near nehru chowk,Bilaspur AXIS BANK ATM cut my 2000 rs. i checked my mini statement it's shown me that dated 08-03-12 i used the atm and withdra 2000 rs. i call the customer care then i tell the problem,he wrote my problem and my complain number is AT[protected] but dated 17-03-12 i got a sms from customer care sir/madam your complaint number is AT[protected] has been attend by the competent authority and hence is closed in the system.then i cal the customer care he said that your money is deposit to your branch.when i contact my branch he said that no sir we have not received your. money please sir chek it and any how return my money from the bank.my cash is 2000 rs..
