My Self, Vikas Verma,approx 6 years back,i had a SBI Credit card ( Sorry i Forget number )
Before 6yrs back,i received call from Credit call devision that there is a offer that i can avail 10,000 bugs and for 50 days ( Approx ), SBI will not charge any interest.
I accepted their offer & after that SBI Credit Card devision had to transfer the funds to my acount but they didn't transfer the amount & after one month,i received bill,in which they demanded for principle amount of Rs:10,000/-
I did call to customer care,and customer care's represenatative instructed/suggested me that need not to worry & bill will be corrected in next coming month.
But nothing positive.
In Next bill,i got bill which stated that i had to pay not only 10,000 ( Principle amount ) but interest too.
Again i called to customer care & their representative again gave same response that in next month bill will be corrected.
This cycle repeated 4 to 5 times, i did so many calls to customer care ( SBI ),every time response was same after that i stopped availing the services of SBI Credit card.
But today,i received a call from SBI Credit card division that case is still open.
I dont know, what should i do, if i didn't avail that service of 10,000 bugs then why should i pay ? ?
If bank show me any detail that i availed that offer ie statment of my acount in which SBI credit that amount ( 10,000 ),i will be delighted.
