I closed all my cards in 2007 called up the customer service and cleared all balances out of that my SBI card still had some left over (12 rupees) which was not informed to me, this 12 rupees was made 10000.00 and then showed as written off, hence my CIBIL score was screwed and I came to know about it in 2012 when my home loan is rejected due to this, I've now cleared all dues (Full 10000) and my score has improved from 561 to 575 which is till pathetic, CIBIL is one sided thing and its the legal outlet of the Banking Mafias just Imagine my situation.
So what I've realized is there is no point settling your dues because even after that your score would not improve, rather find out some one in the CIBIL office and I am sure there is a scope for bribe to improve your score.

    I am having an account with SBI . I called on the toll free number[protected] to find the info about DD charges for 1lakh, the customer care Executive a Lady had received my call and has not given proper info and she was unable to calculate the Commission charges for 1lakh rupees and she dropped the call without giving proper info. this is very poor service from SBI the executives have very poor english speaking skills and and dont understand the callers requirement immediately. very poor service

    SBI — improper service

    sir,
    insipite of having valid salery a/c( number-[protected]) ,i am deprived of online banking facility. i have applied for same and got online banking user id and password,but with the same i am not able to login.i have requested the concerned person for activation about 30 times ,but they are so busy that they have no time to attend the complain,and for the past 3 months status remain pending.kindly suggest what i have to do!

      sir i was complain yesturday but not given detail in brief actually i was apply for f.d. base credit card 25000/rs.
      25000 given by me in installment my due date was 3march but money not deduct then 7march i was withdraw my money on my acc. then by sbi bank add penality then i am apply for cancelation of my credit card & then my money 1139rs. deduct in 2nd april then i am send mail on feedback.[protected]@ge.com website 10times i was mail in this website & call tollfree no. [protected], then my credit card hasbeen cancelled but my 1139rs. not credit in my saving acc. tollfree no. conversation by given me time 8april for 48hr. in credit but not credit then given me time 12 april but my money not credit till now.

      Dear Sir,

      i have account on SBI mrc sagar my ac.no.is [protected] i h withdraw my money on
      7/04/09 at 21:53 from sbi indore ATM vidisha.but money is not withdraw in my hand and
      but money is deducted..In my account rupees before withdraw my balance is 8002.00 after transaction it remains 2002.00 my 6000.00 money has been deducted.

      I want my money return. What can i do for returning my money.

      my self shalindre garg& ilive in ghaziabad`s old area.sir actually my problem is this i makes some draft from SBI navyug market gzb branch to the favour of `Gun & shell factory kolkata` & send by courier on the way they were lost after some time i rec a call from kolkata to send the drafts to confirmation to book a gun than i say him that i have send the draft much time ago they we dont rec any kind of drafts than i go to the courier co. they show me the record that they have have delivard the drafts than i go to the bank to knw the steaes about my drafts theres rocord s are showing the my drafts are still ok than i say to him plz cancil the old drafts & makes the new drafts Mr. Nattu singh (service manager) of navyug market branch says that go to kolkata write by kolkata sbi branch that they dont rec draft i was go there & i done it but mr. nattu singh dont belive it another type wrote it than i wae go another time to there but same condition will done than i ask him what should i do they say make any gaarenter who will takes ur resposbility i do arrenge that they say i dont need it make a letter from kolkata sir i have a slip of making of drafts i have photostate of drafts i make drafts on date of 19/06/09 the amount was 30,000 & 31,477 sir now i mam tired so much mr nattu singh like haresment of me your work never let done ok give me 10,000 & much more plz help me my no. is [protected]

      SBI — RETURN OF MONEY

      I TRIED TO WITHDRAW 4500RS FROM MY ATM CARD CARD OF SBI ON 2ND OF NOV.
      ATM WAS OF PNB BANK. BUT TRANSACTION WAS FAIL AND MONEY HAS BEEN DEBITED FROM THE ACCOUNT. TILL NOW MONEY HAS NOT RETURN BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT. I HAVE ALREADY TO REPORTED TO SBI TOLL FREE NO.

        3. i was processing given money on my ATM Card on 02 Apr 2012 but not given money on my ATM, than i was given mini statement there is deduced on my ATM Rs. 2000/- your are requested to refund my money on my account that deduced money Rs. 2000/-

        State Bank of India — Incorrect money deducted from account

        i had withdrawn Rs. 2000 from my account by my SBI-ATM on 07.05.2010. but when i checked my account, it showed that the same amount has also been deducted from my account on 08.05.2010 also. this is incorrect and really embarrassing. please suggest me what to do.

          I have written to State Bank of India, Chairman, Customer Care but till now have not received any feedback and in the meantime, SBI keeps calling me for more money, which they do not seem to understand that I dont have.

          Dear Sir,

          My name is Geeta Gandotra and my Credit Card No is [protected].

          I received a settlement letter dated 18/10/11 in which a settlement was made by the bank for 2 installments of Rs 8500/- each to be paid on 31/10/11 and 30/11/11. I have made cash payments for the said amounts but unfortunately due to my circumstances the amounts were paid after the due dates.

          I am a senior citizen of 60 years and of poor health I am also single and currently not working.

          However I was relieved when I made the payments and the matter would be closed, but unfortunately I get a call again from SBI collection department to pay Rs 19000/ again, due to not paying on time. I have already paid Rs 10,000/- by cash.

          It is my humble request to you to please look into this and as a goodwill gesture to please waive off the Rs .9000/- I am very sure that the bank can surely close my case now, as I have already paid in total Rs. 27,600/- as I also feel now, that this is really harassment and it is effecting my health and I feel mentally and physically tortured.

          I am really in no position to pay anymore money, I am totally dependant on my daughter and I cannot ask her for anymore and I have no savings, since I brought her up and married her all single handed.

          I humbly beg you to please close this case, on atleast humanitarian grounds and look forward to hearing from you.

          SBI — Credit Card Overcharging

          This is regarding my SBI credit card. I got SBI credit card, but after 3-4 months, I found out that they were charging more than what I was using it. I called SBI call center and they informed that those were some insurance and some service tax on that. I requested them to cancel it and they didn't do anything. I then sent them my credit card by cutting it into pieces and requested on phone to cancel it. They said they will cancel once they receive the card. I am not sure whether they received card or not, but they did not cancel it and then after 1 year started calling for late payment final settlement. To avoid such troubles, I agreed for full and final settlement and paid them Rs 1000, towards full and final settlement. Now after 1 more year, they are saying still your Rs4000 is pending and you need to pay that. When asked about Full and Final settlement. They informed that you needed it to pay by 31st Jan. You paid on 2nd Feb. But I have receipt that I paid them on 29th Jan. Still they are sticking to that thing and still troubling me.

            I would like to inform you about my bad banking experience with SBI. It is for your information that my brother had a Savings Bank Account at BT Road Branch, Kolkata, WB. There is a spelling mistake in the name of his in the bank records, by which he is facing a lot of troubles. Hence, to resolve the problem I went with him at the BT Road Branch, WB carrying alongwith the original Voter ID Card, Class X Mark-sheet and his pass book. The Bank Manager has said he don’t believe us and neither believes the documents i.e Voter ID Card or even the Mark Sheet, in turn he has denied us from accepting any application for any amendment in the spelling of the name per se. Was it fair on his part to deny the Voter ID card in that way?
            Again by asking that how can we amend the spelling of my brother name in the bank records, he has asked us to bring the PAN Card in original. Therefore, as required by him, today when we took the original PAN card alongwith us to the bank. Very surprisingly he has told us bring a letter signed by the district magistrate to prove that he is the same person on whose name the Bank account was opened. I really felt misguided at that instance, but that was not all when we enquired that why has he asked us to bring the PAN card. His answer which was pretty awkward and I was taken back when he said he don’t remember us saying anything like that and moreover he will see whether he can assist us once we produce the said documents to him or not.
            Is this the service we expect from such an esteemed bank? When there is a mistake in the spelling of the name of an account holder in the bank records, and when he tries to rectify it is he charged like what we were charged for?

                  Iam complaining regarding SBI credit card query, we have already communicated to Mr Ashish senior manager,
                  mr Jaikanth and mr vijay. we are complaining from december 2011 to stop my auto-debit and return my money,
                  only they are promising but not doing it, my credit card no is [protected]. I have not done any transaction till now on my card still they are sending statement every month, they just told if i do transaction

                    I received a message from LM-SBICRD that an amount of Rs1,495/ made on SBI card at CPP Assitance on 27 Jan 12.Actually I did not notice the message immediately. The amount became due and I paid the amount and gave a compliant .Afterwards many officials were calling me in my mobile and sending passwords many times to create MSc password. But I did not respond . From mob. No [protected] frequent calls were coming saying that he is enquiring the case and the amount will be refunded and asked me the details of card. Sbi Credit Card –Compliant regarding debiting amount without my knowledge

                    On 5th april Rs.98.77 and Rs 50.65 were debited at PP*8965 CODE and At PAYPAL respectively without my knowledge.on 10th April I got a message from Mob.No[protected] to forward the message Ireceived from SBI.I did not forward any message.again asked the details of message.
                    On 12th april I got a message that my password has been changed successfully. On 13th early morning the following debits were booked without my knowdge.I did not notice the message immediately.Only at 9.45 PM I could notice the messages.Immediately I called your executive and blocked the card.Please confirm blocking the card.

                      I Smt Kamlesh Kumari , Age 65 years have an saving account in state bank of India, Branch Heera baugh Colony, Agra.
                      My Account no. is [protected]
                      Cheque for Rs. 2000.00 ( Two Thousand ) Only Issued from Axis bank ( At Par Cheque) , Civil Lines Kanpur were deposited in my account by my son every month at SBI main Branch Kanpur
                      Intercity charges Rs 28.00 was deducted by the bank for every cheque.
                      On complaining from branch manager of SBI, Heera baugh, Agra. He verbally told that intercity charges are as per computer programme and refused to receive written complaint.
                      These deductions are not as per guidelines issued by RBI for core banking facility.
                      It is therefore requested that these deduction may kind be backed in my account.

                      Sir, I have opened an S/B Acc. with SBI just because i""ve heard a lot about it that no bank whether govt./pvt. can match its quality in terms of customer care & the way they execute it""s services.I have an account with SBI TAGORE GARDEN [protected],today i approached the bank for a cash deposit but they turned me away saying "OUR SYSTEM IS DOWN FOR LAST 1 WEEK,THERE IS NO CERTAINITY OF GETTING IT RECTIFIED SOON"!As my balance was below the minimum balance i was in a hurry to get the amount deposited today itself.So,amid heavy rain i went to SBI TILAK NAGAR BRANCH,who first refused saying that amount will be deposited only after 2:30 p.m but on repeated requests they credited the amount.Then,most shocking part is Rs25 has been deducted as "INTERCITY CHARGES" why is it so??Is it my fault that i deposited in another branch & not my home branch??Shall i be punished again n again??What is the logic of deducting the money when "HOME BRANCH CONNECTIVITY IS OUT OF WORK"??                       The Intercity Charges at SBI is ridiculous. What is The Use of Core Banking Solutions?? Really Unhappy. I was not even informed during the transaction. Take these charges and waive it off. otherwise it is going to affect the fame of SBI

                            My self Kamal Kumar Working At Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd. Dholpur as a Branch Accountant.
                            Sir our Company were present a cheque for clearing in july 2007 Cheque No. 905488 sum of Rs. 20540/- of PNB bank Branch Saipau Dholpur it's a outstation Cheque. It Cheque was already Debited from customer a/c & PNB Saipau has issue a DD against SBI Bank SC which was sent bank.
                            For it our SBI bank has been given us in first Credit in our a/c but suddenly in 04 Febuary 2009 bank Debit our A/c again. From that time i have follow up to bank but still no any response received by both of bank.
                            so sir it my humble request to you pls take any necessary action provide me credit of wrongly debit cheque.

                              Fraud online tansactions has been made from my SBI savings account:[protected] (Branch-Sarsi) of Rs.11,622 on 16/03/12. I have registered a complaint with the bank but I am not satisfied the bank is dealing . I have recieved back Rs.1,800 as a sum return from bank but now they are saying no more money will be returned back.

                                  Thanks for cooperation, I got the forms but still unable to open the Account. As per meeting with Bank Manager, I took my mother with me and told she is aged & having medical problem. But there is not any counter to deal with Sr. Citizen/Old ladies. All the staff is entangled with crowd. I am not able to understand how the things are moving around. In spite of having all the legal documents SBI is not able to help.

                                  I am not seeking any VIP treatment there but at least SBI should respect every customer, specially if matter is concerned with President Awarded Person

                                      My card now:[protected] valid thru 05/13. SBI sent new microchip card through Bluedart. Bluedart never delivers cards to my addresses saying that it does not come under their service area. Now SBI says my credit card is not valid anymore. All my emails sent to them in response to their email bring no action. What should be done now. I try to call helpline more than 100 times. it disconnects automatic saying its busy.
                                      I do not know how to activate or wake up SBI cards. Somebody can help?

                                        Actually I dont have any creditcard. I applied for it but i haven't received till now.Please help me in getting the money back.
