Iam complaining regarding SBI credit card query, we have already communicated to Mr Ashish senior manager,
mr Jaikanth and mr vijay. we are complaining from december 2011 to stop my auto-debit and return my money,
only they are promising but not doing it, my credit card no is [protected]. I have not done any transaction till now on my card still they are sending statement every month, they just told if i do transaction
they will activate my autodebit but without any transaction they have taken money from account, kindly look into the matter, or we will take legal action against the bank and officers involved immediately cancel my autodebit and refund my money. contact as soon as possible to my my mobile no , Mohammed Irfan, no is

    I received a message from LM-SBICRD that an amount of Rs1,495/ made on SBI card at CPP Assitance on 27 Jan 12.Actually I did not notice the message immediately. The amount became due and I paid the amount and gave a compliant .Afterwards many officials were calling me in my mobile and sending passwords many times to create MSc password. But I did not respond . From mob. No [protected] frequent calls were coming saying that he is enquiring the case and the amount will be refunded and asked me the details of card. Sbi Credit Card –Compliant regarding debiting amount without my knowledge

    On 5th april Rs.98.77 and Rs 50.65 were debited at PP*8965 CODE and At PAYPAL respectively without my knowledge.on 10th April I got a message from Mob.No[protected] to forward the message Ireceived from SBI.I did not forward any message.again asked the details of message.
    On 12th april I got a message that my password has been changed successfully. On 13th early morning the following debits were booked without my knowdge.I did not notice the message immediately.Only at 9.45 PM I could notice the messages.Immediately I called your executive and blocked the card.Please confirm blocking the card.

      I Smt Kamlesh Kumari , Age 65 years have an saving account in state bank of India, Branch Heera baugh Colony, Agra.
      My Account no. is [protected]
      Cheque for Rs. 2000.00 ( Two Thousand ) Only Issued from Axis bank ( At Par Cheque) , Civil Lines Kanpur were deposited in my account by my son every month at SBI main Branch Kanpur
      Intercity charges Rs 28.00 was deducted by the bank for every cheque.
      On complaining from branch manager of SBI, Heera baugh, Agra. He verbally told that intercity charges are as per computer programme and refused to receive written complaint.
      These deductions are not as per guidelines issued by RBI for core banking facility.
      It is therefore requested that these deduction may kind be backed in my account.

      Sir, I have opened an S/B Acc. with SBI just because i""ve heard a lot about it that no bank whether govt./pvt. can match its quality in terms of customer care & the way they execute it""s services.I have an account with SBI TAGORE GARDEN [protected],today i approached the bank for a cash deposit but they turned me away saying "OUR SYSTEM IS DOWN FOR LAST 1 WEEK,THERE IS NO CERTAINITY OF GETTING IT RECTIFIED SOON"!As my balance was below the minimum balance i was in a hurry to get the amount deposited today itself.So,amid heavy rain i went to SBI TILAK NAGAR BRANCH,who first refused saying that amount will be deposited only after 2:30 p.m but on repeated requests they credited the amount.Then,most shocking part is Rs25 has been deducted as "INTERCITY CHARGES" why is it so??Is it my fault that i deposited in another branch & not my home branch??Shall i be punished again n again??What is the logic of deducting the money when "HOME BRANCH CONNECTIVITY IS OUT OF WORK"??       The Intercity Charges at SBI is ridiculous. What is The Use of Core Banking Solutions?? Really Unhappy. I was not even informed during the transaction. Take these charges and waive it off. otherwise it is going to affect the fame of SBI

          I HAD APPLIED FOR INTERNET BANKING ON MY SAVINGS BANK ACCOUNT AT SBI TATARPUR BHAGALPUR. EVEN AFTER 20 DAYS I AM UNABLE TO LOGIN EVEN FOR THE FIRST TIME WITH THE KIT PROVIDED BY BANK.             Respected Sir,

            My self Kamal Kumar Working At Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd. Dholpur as a Branch Accountant.
            Sir our Company were present a cheque for clearing in july 2007 Cheque No. 905488 sum of Rs. 20540/- of PNB bank Branch Saipau Dholpur it's a outstation Cheque. It Cheque was already Debited from customer a/c & PNB Saipau has issue a DD against SBI Bank SC which was sent bank.
            For it our SBI bank has been given us in first Credit in our a/c but suddenly in 04 Febuary 2009 bank Debit our A/c again. From that time i have follow up to bank but still no any response received by both of bank.
            so sir it my humble request to you pls take any necessary action provide me credit of wrongly debit cheque.

              Hello,

              Fraud online tansactions has been made from my SBI savings account:[protected] (Branch-Sarsi) of Rs.11,622 on 16/03/12. I have registered a complaint with the bank but I am not satisfied the bank is dealing . I have recieved back Rs.1,800 as a sum return from bank but now they are saying no more money will be returned back.

                i swiped my sbi debit card twice at ICONIC-SAMARTH LIFESTYLES RETAILING PVT LTD address-plot no. 132-133-b shakti nagar,ashok nagar main road UDAIPUR - 303001 RAJASTHAN PHONE NO. - [protected]
                but both transaction showed declined in swipe machine,then after i made payment through my bank of baroda atm card,and transaction was successful by it,but when i looked into my sbi a/c,it was debited twicely...now please help me to get my[protected]+1999)

                I have made a shopping with SBI debit card , the person over there swiped twice as the statement did not come in the first attempt. It was done on[protected] for Rs. 2,914. So in this regard please kindly help me out.

                  Thanks for cooperation, I got the forms but still unable to open the Account. As per meeting with Bank Manager, I took my mother with me and told she is aged & having medical problem. But there is not any counter to deal with Sr. Citizen/Old ladies. All the staff is entangled with crowd. I am not able to understand how the things are moving around. In spite of having all the legal documents SBI is not able to help.

                  I am not seeking any VIP treatment there but at least SBI should respect every customer, specially if matter is concerned with President Awarded Person

                      My card now:[protected] valid thru 05/13. SBI sent new microchip card through Bluedart. Bluedart never delivers cards to my addresses saying that it does not come under their service area. Now SBI says my credit card is not valid anymore. All my emails sent to them in response to their email bring no action. What should be done now. I try to call helpline more than 100 times. it disconnects automatic saying its busy.
                      I do not know how to activate or wake up SBI cards. Somebody can help?

                          On 09 Apr 2012 I was trying to pay my Visa SBI Card monthly payment through online SBI account banking and entered an amount to the tune of Rs. 9300/-. The amount has been deducted from my account held at CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi but the payment was not credited into my SBI Card account. The references are as under:-

                            Dear sirs,

                            Sub: S/b A/c No. [protected], Pension Pay order No. [protected]-Amount pending for crediting

                            I am a retired person from Integral Coach factory. I hold an EorS account with my wife in Ayanavaram Branch, the account no. of which is [protected]. I have been relieved from my duty on[protected] and awaiting my pension for the past 7 months. My living is in hardship without my pension amount for the past 7 months.

                            Meanwhile I received my pension pay order bearing PPO No. [protected] in the last week of March’12 eventhough It has been delivered to you from our office in the first week.

                            First I was visiting many times the Asst.manager concerned in the Branch for pension during the month of March, But he was not responsible enough to search my PPO file itself. After a weeks delay in his table, he located the file and got all the signatures required to process the file for payment.

                            Second while getting the signatures, he has delegated somebody, who in my opinion was not competent enough for the job. He got some signatures, but my payment has not been effected so far.

                            Now, when I contacted the customer care through [protected], One Mr. Manohar was telling me that I have to submit the life certificate then only my payment would get effected, that too after 15 days. For your surprise I have got a call from head office of Chennai region pension section that the payment has been made. But still It is not done. Now it is told that I have to submit Life Certificate.

                            I have not even got one single payment, I have submitted all forms required with my own signatures.

                            I have visited the branch and met the asst. Manager concerned many times. He should have informed me about the pending paper. He has not even opened my account in the system. He just answered me irresponsibly. That is why I was not informed properly that I HAVE TO SUBMIT LIFE CERTIFICATE. It is total fault of your branch because of which my payment has got delayed. As a retired person I am experiencing lot of financial pressure and mental agony because your branch’s lack of care and interest on pensioners.

                            Now your customer care personnel is telling me that I have to wait till 15 more days after submitting the life certificate to get my payment effected.

                            Kindly take necessary action on the lack of care of the branch and I request the officials concerned for payment of my pension IMMEDIATELY after my submitting the Life certificate.

                            This is a matter of concern for my entire family. So I request you to kindly ponder the case with concern and arrange for the EMERGENCY payment.

                                Respected Sir/Madam:
                                With due respect and humble submission i want to say that i got misdeposited an amount of 25000 at State Bank of India branch Wilson garden Bangalore.
                                when i go there to retransfer the amount in my account they refused to transfer it and told that the amount got deposited to the person who is not belonging to that branch but Safdar Jung enclave New Delhi and they put the amount on hold.
                                When i called to Safdar jung branch for the same they told me that i have not deposited at their branch so they cannot transfer my amount back.
                                Both of these branch managers are not ready to talk to each other to solve my problem.
                                So, it is my humble request to your good self to solve my problem so that i will not suffer further that will be your most kindness.

                                  Sirs, I was trying to book Kozhikode-Mumbai-Kozhikode ticket by Jet Airlines. Unfortunately the Debit card was not accepted. Reaons: (i) fill up your card expiry date - not expiry date on the debit card. it was issued in 5/2005. (ii) the security code essentially required: there is no such code in SBI Debit card. Finally they could not accept the name: My name is TKG Nambiar. I do not know which is my first name, middle name and last name. They do not accept any form. All my ID cards bears the name as TKG Nambiar only, except in the passport, which gives the full expansion as THAPPALLY KUNHIRAMAN NAIR GOVINDANKUTTY NAMBIAR. Further I want to change my card, because it has been partially damaged due to constant use during the last 7 years. the lamination is torn off on one corner. Kindly help.                                   Sirs, I was trying to book Kozhikode-Mumbai-Kozhikode ticket by Jet Airlines. Unfortunately the Debit card was not accepted. Reaons: (i) fill up your card expiry date - not expiry date on the debit card. it was issued in 5/2005. (ii) the security code essentially required: there is no such code in SBI Debit card. Finally they could not accept the name: My name is TKG Nambiar. I do not know which is my first name, middle name and last name. They do not accept any form. All my ID cards bears the name as TKG Nambiar only, except in the passport, which gives the full expansion as THAPPALLY KUNHIRAMAN NAIR GOVINDANKUTTY NAMBIAR. In this case also it cannot be split into first name, middle name and last name!! Finally I could not book the tickets and all the low fare offer is now fully 'sold out'.                                     SBI — wrong deduction

                                    I opened new saving a/c ([protected], Santosh Yadav) in sbi in kharsia branch. staff told me to maintian 500rs minimum balance which i deposited. but after 2 month i checked my a/c & see deduction of 200rs as minimum balance. in which period no transcation made by me.

                                    State Bank of India — Wrong issue of Credit Card

                                    I have recieved a mail from SBI thanking me for signing up for a credit card that I have NEVER requested in the first place. SBI has gathered this information from a third party and is trying to force people to use its product . Its customer support line is one of the worst lines in the world. I have asked them to cancel my account but next day I get another call asking me to which address the courier can deliver my atm card. Advise people to NEVER sign up with this Bank.

                                    there are some wrong deductions and additions are made by ATM department in my A/C mistakenly.
                                    these are as following:
                                    30/07/2011 Rs. 1562 (deduction)
                                    01/08/2011 Rs. 1305 (deduction)
                                    02/08/2011 Rs. 1085 (addition)
                                    02/08/2011 Rs. 217 (addition)
                                    in this respect i have visited in SBI Sarkanda bilaspur (C.G.) branch and then the Branch Manager told me the some unbelievable reasons for deductions and additions which is not true in my sense and then i requested to him to hold my Account temporary.

                                        I used my credit card in August, 2010. I paid full amount and some extra charges in two installments before bill date. I did not receive any bills or any intimation regarding my bill.Even though my residential address is same I did not receive any bills from March, 2010. Again in January, 2011 I used my card for the purchase, but the transaction failed.I tried to contact customer care through toll free number but I did not receive any response. I could not even access it on SBI website. On 17th February, 2011 I received a letter to pay Rs.3182/- and my credit card has been cancelled and the intimation has been given to civils as per RBI rules.Immediately, I paid the above amount by cheque and it is cleared on[protected]. As I am the regular customer of SBI credit card for long period, I request your good self to consider my card to reactivate or issue another card, for which act of kindness I shall be grateful to you.
