My name is DILIP KUMAR JHA. My account is in SBI KOLKATA at Ganesh talkies.My account no. is [protected]. I submitted my ATM issuing form to the branch where my account is on 26th of november. But i haven't got my ATM card till now(23rd december ). And i saw that it has been issued on 1st of december. please reply as quick as possible. it's urgent.
SBI given debit card to all the customers who had applied but they forgot to put money in ATM it is always not working in some ATMs they mentioned 24 hour opened.Only board is opened not the ATM
after few days ago i missing my atm pin code no.
in this matter i face a lote of problems. kindly please give me some sogetionto this matter.your customer.

My name is Ajay Deep Gupta I have an account in State Bank Of India, Branch Delhi Gate, AligarhUP 202001.My A/C no. [protected] & ATM no. is[protected] .On date 23 June 2008 my account balance was App.Rs.17000 I make an entry of Rs. 8953 in morning then after this I go to SBI ATM for withdrawing Rs.5000, but the ATM was not working then I go to Another ATM of Punjab National Bank there I tried to withdraw the same amount of rupees 2 times, but cash did not came out from machine. Then I go to another ATM of SBI where I got my Money.On checking my Account I found there is an extra entry of Rs, 5000 . now my Amt is Blocked I m facing a lot of problem kindly resolve the issue as soon as Possible so than i can make transaction from my account.For any enquiry please call me on my cell no. given below.

But recently the card is not working due to damage of lamination of the card. I am also unable to draw my salary too. So I need a fresh ATM card as soon as possible.

having sb account in thirumayam branch in pudukkottai district in tamilnadu, i withdraw amount rs.13000/- using sbi atm card in canara bank. but i got only the transaction slip instead money stating the money debitted from my account. requesting you to recredit my money immediately with interest
and pay rs.100/= per day for not recredit my amount in 12 days as per your norms. expectiing a speedy action from your end.

i withdraw some money from BOB atm.I could not get any amount but Amount debited cash not recieved.

sir i have applied ATM card twice first one i applied on 20 October 2009 and second one i applied on 9 may but till now i didn't get my card please verify and get me as soon as possible .
I Sukumaran is salary a/c holder of SBI vide a/c no.[protected] and the ATM card no.[protected]. On 4th Sep09 I had been withdrawn Rs3000/-fromSBI ATM Kuralagam chennai TXN No.5172.But the amount has dected from my a/c two times i.e. RS.6000/- instead of 3000/- . In this regard I had submitted comjplaint to my home branch SBI Thumba post ISRO DT.Thruvananthapuram on 9.9.09 But till date no action has been taken by concerned section of SBI to credit my decteded amount Rs 3000/- submitted for an early action please.

sir i had complained so many times that i had applied for ATM card but i didn't get it. I had applied it for three times, one time i get the card but they did'nt issue the code for that card. Then again i had applied for it but upto now i did'nt get it. I had applied it before three months, but there is no response from them

I am a retd Dy Mgr of SBI & drawing pension from your dollar colony [9042] branch .
There are two ATMs in the branch, for using one we have to take Hammer with us for touching screen & other it is not dispensing the cash . The branch authorities have fedup for giving complaints with their higher ups.

If this complaint is not attended in framed time what option is left that i have to think.

In our area there is only one atm counter which opens only for 3 to 4 hours per day and there is such a rush that a lady cant imagine of going there. If this machine goes out of service then it takes weak to be maintain. Then people have to travel far distance for another atm.

I made a withdrawl of Rs. 5000/ from ATM ID D1605900 (PNB ATM Anisabad Patna (Bihar) on date 05 october 2010 I recieved a transaction slip stating TAX no 5029 with show with drawl Rs. 0.00
I shocked when I did my balancr enquiry. It is reflecting a debit of Rs. 5000/ for the same transaction. I am unable to get through the 24 horurs customer care neither the tall free no ([protected]) nor([protected])

Me too had the same problem. However i mdae the calls but no one picked it. Moreever when i tried on other phone numbers they were busy all the time. So clearly no one cares. After this i have no idea what is the meaning of 24*7 customer care service.Unfortunately this bank is the no.1 bank of the country.

I had tried to withdraw cash from IDBI ATM (from my SBI Debit Card) on 11th February,11 but no cash come out . But amount got debited.

Amount Debited from the a/c on 11/02/2011 - Rs.10,000/-
Rs. 9000/-

I had tried to get cash on that day from IDBI ATM, but no money cameout. But when i updated my passbook, i saw that amount had been debited.
Same I have informed SBI Durgapur B-zone branch, and BM had told me that he will do enuqiry but i want to know when i will get this amount back.Plz do the needfull on urgent basis. I am trying to fillup the online complain from for SBI also, but whenever i am trying to submit the form, they are saying to call at callcentre numbers.

I have an account in SBI, berhampur branch. I tried to withdraw 10000 rupees from one of the SBI ATM ( ATM ID = S10B[protected] in berhampur. I got the error message "transaction failed" and I did not get money. Again I tried to withdraw 2 times ; same thing happened. I did not get any money. But 30000 rupees had been debited from my account. I spoke to SBI branch (Code = 2064) , they asked me file a case in the police station, I did that. They could not find out the exact problem. I called customer care and logged 4 complaints.Nothing works well. I tried to call mumbai head office, nobody is picking the call.

At this point i am totally blank and I do not know what to do. Please suggest me what needs to done.

I am Dindayal Singh from Mughalsarai serving with Indian army. I have an DSP account in SBI bank (A/c No [protected]) I would like to inform you that i withdraw the amount 10000 from ATM SBI MUGHALSARAI ON 17 APRIL 2011 but the ATM is not working properly, i cant able to collect money on that machine, but my account was debited 10000 the reference no of my transaction is given in bracket (WDL ATM 9495 SBI MUGHALSARAI RAIL MUGHALSARAI UP IN). I complaint the same as in nearest Branch of SBI on 19 April 2011. The feed back of SBI is not postively it shown that the money is alreday withdawed by me in SBI MUGHALSARAI on that particular date. But i does't get that money. This is for your information and take necessary action please.

I had noticed that Rs 3000 had been deducted from my account. In mini statement it is written as DOM WDL MC. On enquiry to bank, they told that I had withdwral the money from Kota, Rajashtan.
But I never visited Rajasthan. And the ATM card is also with me.

Kindly suggest what to do?
Whether it is safe to trust a bank like SBI on money matter.

I have used my DEBIT Card / ATM Card No.[protected] of state Bank of India, Baruipur, Kolkata-700144 Branch, West Bengal in SBI Bank ATM situated at Kalyani I G C (near Branch), Nadia, West Bengal on 17.07.2011 at 08.39 AM for withdrawal of Rs.20,000/- but unfortunately, only Rs. 6,500 was delivered by ATM, whereas my A/c. No.[protected] was debited by amount Rs. 20,000/-.
Kindly credit the balance amount to my above mentioned A/c. urgently & oblige.

This is regarding the Fraudulent ATM withdrawals. While i was using my Original ATM card, somebody standing nearby me, change my ATM card with another card of SBI in a trick which i did't notice. He has withdrawn all Rs.1. 45 lacs from my SBI account.

      Respected sir,
      I Mukesh Patel, In connection with the subject quoted above, I have done final settlement for the SBI card for the card no- [protected] and deposited 24 nos. Post dated cheques of AXIS bank Ltd on 29-Aug-09. After completion of 24 Months I have seen through my Axis Bank Ltd. Account that 03 installments cheques were not cleared, Also I have enquired through Customer care then they asked me that you have to pay balance 04 installments because your 04 no. cheques were not cleared due to over writing in cheques, but actually I have paid 21 nos installments so I have Paid/deposited Rs.11,100/- ( Rs.2775/- X 04 = Rs.11,100/-) through Cheque no.320571 of Axis bank Ltd. So I am requested them to refund me Rs.2775/- which I have extra deposited against SBI card.
      Today on 21.12.2011, through there representative new story listened that your 05 nos. cheques were not cleared due to over writing.
      So, my request is that when there is an over writing in the cheques then why they have not informed/ written/ called to me. Also it is for information that I am a simply ordinary man who don’t know rules but the SBI bank employee who knows the Bank rules why they send cheques ( Five cheques) for clearens.

          Dear Sir / Madam,

          M/s. Cotton County Retail ltd. refunded the amount to my SBI account vide Refund transaction Reference No.[protected] on 15/12/2011. The Refunded amount has not been credited into my SBI account yet. When contacted SBI customer care today on [protected], they were unable to trace the transaction.

          The worst thing is SBI customer care personnel do not know the period of REFUND on any transaction. It is really pathetic to know that the customer care do not have such basic information. It is understood from the SBI CC personnel that they have no system to track the transaction which has been made from other banks. Then, how to track NEFT or RTGS transactions which has been made from other banks to SBI accounts even after having the reference nos.??

          It is real shame on SBI that they do not have system to tell their customers about the transactions for which the transaction reference nos. are readily available.

          I appeal to the honorable Court to instruct SBI to Refund the amount to my account which was transferred vide the above mentioned Transaction Ref. No.

                Sir,

                I have a Saving Account with State Bank of India, Madangir Branch. My account no. is [protected]. I think either staff has no knowledge about banking or they do not want to work.

                I was regsitered user of Internet Banking almost one or two years before. When I got internet banking USER ID and PASSWORD, as per bank's instruction I have changed them and memorise them. Since these were combination of alphanumeric and speical character, I forgot both.

                When I contacted the bank, they provided me form which is same for applying for ATM Card and Internet Banking. Instead of getting my USER ID and PASSWORD I got ATM Card and charged Rs.100/- for that. The same thing happend three times subsequently.

                I complained about it on helpline no. of chennai, I got message that problem is resolved and I should contact the branch. When I contact Mr. Ramji Lal, who is pershaps, Relationship Officer on Second Saturday of August 2011 and told him that I requested him that I can only come on second saturday only as I am in teaching line, he noted my account no. in his diary for necessary action. When I contacted him on 2nd Saturday of September 2011, he asked for USER ID, I told him I have forgotten the same, he said he could not help me If I had no User ID. I lost the hope.

                In December , When I messaged 'UNHAPPY' to '567676', SBI Customer Care Executive contacted me and noted my complaint and said perhaps bank staff has not proper knowledge. I was contacted by Branch Manager and told me to come to bank to resolve the problem. I met him on Second Saturday of December 2011 and he forwarded my application to Mr. Gunjan, one of the bank staff. I met him and he updated my mobile no. and said I will got my USER ID and PASSWORD on my mobile no. But till date, I have not received any. I feel, I am compelled to wait for Second Saturday of January 2012 to know the progress. I am very upset on this treatment of the bank.

                    After going through the cycle the screen displayed that the last sanction is cancelled, and I neither receive the cash nor the receipt.

                    I retried again for the withdrawal and was astonished to see that the amount of Rs: 5000 had already been debited from my account no: [protected].

                    I also received an SMS in my registered mobile from Axis bank confirming this transaction.

                          I may please reiterate chronologically on the subject I have been contacting SBI Cards for credit Limit increase past 2 months:
                          1. I first applied for credit limit increase in the prescribed format along with attested copies of relevant documents by ordinary mail to SBI specified address.
                          2. After about 15 days i inquired customer service and I was informed that the request is pending process for want of additional documents (last 3 months bank statement showing salary credit)
                          3. Immediately I send the online statement in PDF format to your email.
                          4. I then inquired after about 7 days about the receipt of the same and was Informed that it was not received by SBI.
                          5. I send the documents again. Please see the following acknowledgement mails :
                          a. CaseID=[protected],
                          b. CaseID=[protected],
                          c. CaseID=[protected],
                          d. CaseID=[protected],
                          e. CaseID=[protected],
                          f. CaseID=[protected],
                          g. CaseID=[protected],
                          h. CaseID=[protected],
                          i. CaseID=[protected]
                          6. Subsequently I received a mail saying “We are currently unable to review the credit limit assigned on your card account “.
                          7. I replied requesting for specific reason for the above statement.
                          8. I received a reply saying that since I have an offer for temporary credit limit increase, my request cannot be processed.
                          9. I then replied requesting to cancel the present offer, and consider my application for permanent credit limit increase.
                          10. I received a call to this regard, wherein I had to explain in detail all of that has been mentioned here above.
                          11. After the conversation I got this enclosed mail, that all my queries have been completely addressed and to my utmost satisfaction which is a FALSE statement. I am yet to know the status of my original credit limit application.
                          I have made numerous communication in various forms to SBI Cards, but the customer support have been really below standard.

On 06 August 2011 at 2014 hours I used my SBI ATM Card No 622018 for withdrawing an amount of Rs 2000 from SBI ATM located at Golandaz Auditorium (Transaction ID No S10F[protected] dt 06 Aug 2011, time : 2014 hours) . The money has been come outside. But I take a bit late for picking the mony from ATM. Suddenly the amount returned in to the ATM and the transaction ID slip shows that an amount of Rs 2000/- has been deducted from my SBI (DSP) account No [protected]. I am again withdraw Rs 2000/- at 2015 hours for checking my balance and I found that Rs 2000/- has been wrongly debited from my account. I am alredy forwarded applications to the manager, SBI Jhansi, Sadar Bazar and the manager, SBI Main Branch (ATM), Jhansi but no action has been taken at their end. Then I complaint the matter to Chairman, SBI Customer Services Department, State Bank Bhavan, 4 th Floor, Nariman point, Mumbai 400021 vide 667 Coy AC (Tk Tptr) Type 'C' letter No 1607/Accts dated 26 Nov 2011. But no action has been taken.

                                        Fradualently miss use of my credit card.

                                        R/sir,
                                        I have received a letter from office (SBI CREDIT CARD CUSTOMER CARE) reg. my deactivation of my Credit Card. I have contacted customer care over phone .
                                        They told me that, All my parameters available with you has been found changed viz. Registered mobile no., email ID, DOB,
                                        etc.Your customer care executive also told me that Internet transacation has been made on my card after during NOV.2011 and Dec.20011.whereas, I had ,made no such Internet transaction sofar during NOV.2011 and Dec. 2011 .Normally, I always use my credit card manually.
                                        This could be work of your customer care executive, around 28-29th evening I have received a call from SBI customer Care .that they received a call reg.loss of card mentioned above then he blocked my credit card.I was surprised to listen.Then, I request him to activate . He asked me my parameter to activate my credit card. After making fradualent transaction, he has changed the all parameters. So that I have not received any SMS of the transaction.
                                        I request u to re-issue me a new SBI Advantage Gold and More card, as the person is aware of my all parameters, he can again misuse my card.He has exhausted the full limit of my credit card.It seems that, it is job of some internal executive,who is able to excess to all my information. He proved himself to be a genuine person of SBI customer care by sending password on my registered mobile no. [protected]. He made conversation on my land line no.[protected]
                                        I proper investigation may pse be made to resolve the problem of fradualent internet transaction. AS I am not liable to pay the same.
