[Resolved]  SBI Net Banking — air ticket booking by net banking

Today I tried to buy an e-ticket from yatra.com. The flight details are as follows:

I made the payment through SBI Net Banking. The transaction information is as follows:

Unfortunately although the payment was made and money was deducted from my a/c, the ticket has not been booked. After the payment was complete, it was redirected to yatra.com where it said "Sorry, unfortunately there seems to be an error confirming your payment with your bank. Please call one of our customer service representative at[protected]." When I called your customer care, they said that the payment has not been received and hence no booking has been made. The customer care agent asked me to write an email to this address with my transaction details to get my money refunded after verification. Please make sure that my money is refunded as soon as possible.

Student/IIT MADRAS — Redirect problem after making payment

Hello,

Today (08/05/2009) I have done an online transaction to purchase a ticket on yeswantpur express from chennai to bangalore on 9/5/2009 for myself. Unfortunately after the payment was made through SBI payment gateway, the error, "REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankresponse.do?com.broadvision.session.new=Yes&" came up without giving me the confirmation of the payment and neither the ticket is generated.

This is really embarrasing situation and IRCTC is expected to help me at the earliest with the ticket if the payment is already confirmed at their end. If not refund the same amount.

Expecting a reply as soon as possible.
