I already intimated the same from my side as the card has been misused and even I have given u few clues to find the culprit like
1)Check the signature of the received courier.
2)Ask jewelery shop owner for cc cam proof at thetime of purchasing.
3)I don`t have any licence and event till date I never applied for the same
3)SBI bank people visited my house along with courier boy and proved that he is the main culprit.
4)I already gave complaint via customer care that my card has been misused.
Please go throught the same and please complete the investigation as soon as possible and make sure that I should notsuffer here after and if repeates the
same I have to prceed leagelly.

Apologies from our behalf if you have felt bad because of behavior of any of the collection agents .
However as per our records the card delivery was done at the address provided by yourself and you have also not been able to provide us the proofs that you were
not the City when the card delivery took place , which could have helped us in our investigations .
SBI Card cares for our Customers and have started an Internal Investigation on the basis of allegations which you have made against the courier company This is expected to close in around 5 weeks .
In the interim I will request the Collections team not to make calls at your number

Today I received a call from the number [protected] stating that they are calling from SBI and asking for the payment due of Rs 35,000 and he is talking in a different way,which I can`t tolerate this. I request you that this should not be repeated in future.you can call me at my number ( [protected]) round the clock for futher clarification.
Please try to close this issue as soon as possible,I was wexed with SBI bank people,which the delivery of card is not proper and hassle to me
Note: SBI bank people did the mistake of improper delivery and hassle to customers Please try to change this culture

State Bank of India — revised pention not paid till now
Sir,I am subhash prakash mathur, my complain on pention department, State bank of india chandni chowk branch.
I am not getting revised pention & airrer till now. I also give two times reminder to Branch Manager SBI, P R Marg Ajmer on dated 12/09/2009 & 05/10/2009 but he said he forworded process but sbi chandni chowk delhi branch did not entertain and not given proper response.
My PPO no is- NWR[protected].
My Sb a/c no is- [protected] (SBI P.R.Marg Branch, Ajmer )
Please revised my new pention & pay airrer also.
