Sir,

I am subhash prakash mathur, my complain on pention department, State bank of india chandni chowk branch.
I am not getting revised pention & airrer till now. I also give two times reminder to Branch Manager SBI, P R Marg Ajmer on dated 12/09/2009 & 05/10/2009 but he said he forworded process but sbi chandni chowk delhi branch did not entertain and not given proper response.
My PPO no is- NWR[protected].
My Sb a/c no is- [protected] (SBI P.R.Marg Branch, Ajmer )

Please revised my new pention & pay airrer also.

mera atm card se bank ki galti ke karan paisa kat gya tha jo ki 6-6-2009 ko kata tha aur[protected] ko vapas aya hai. jiska panlty RBI ke anusar jo ki denik bhashkar ke[protected] ko aya tha ki 12 din kr andar paisa nahi anne par 100 panlty per day ke anusar mughe bhugtan nahi kiya kya hai.
mera bank sbi 0520 khairagarh(c.g.) hai .a/c no.[protected] hai.

SIR MY ACCOUNT IS IN SBI MEERUT SAKET BRANCH AND THE MANAGER AND HIS COULLEGE ALWAYS TALK WITH ME WITH DISREGARD.AND THEY ARE ALWAYS TREATING ILL WITH ME THE WORDS THEY SAY I CANT TELL HERE BUT THERE ATTITUDE HAVE BEEN SO RUDE I AM HIGHLY DEPRESSED WITH THEM.I HAD NOT REPLIED THEM SINGLE TIME BECAUSE THEY ARE OF MY FATHERS AGE.KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL I WANT THEM TO MAINTAIN A CUSTOMER FRIENDLY RELATION....

Hi,

Even i posses a sbi card and its been a year i have stoped using it . I never got the statement after that and now they are telling that i have a huge balance and i have to pay it immidiatily. I did ask for some time, this sbi legal officer is harassing me through phone during my work time . he even called my manager to harase me. This legal officer sathya talks like a gunda and uses unethical words.
I am not able to concentrate on my work because of this. Please find me a solution for this.

Myself Jaya kokre, my SBI clerk reg. No. is 2190087, i didn't recieved my roll number yet even getting confirmation via sms.

I have already applied my card of 31st Aug, but after 23 days i had not got my card , I had given right address, I told to remove my residencial mobile number. I had opened an account in the guwahati medical college branch of SBI at guwahati about 10days ago,i applied for internet banking account the next day itself and immediately i received the kit containing the user id and password,i was told that the account would be activated within 24 hrs.
But even after 8 to 10days,i am unable to access my account at online sbi site,whenever i try to log in using the user id and password provided in the kit,i get the response as "Invalid Username or Password",I even tried to lodge an online complaint,but failed because the following message pops up,"Enter valid account no.and Branch",
Plz look into the matter as soon as possible as i am working in a remote ase,nearest sbi being 30kms away,and the only way to access my account is through net banking...

Hi Kaushik,
I already intimated the same from my side as the card has been misused and even I have given u few clues to find the culprit like
1)Check the signature of the received courier.
2)Ask jewelery shop owner for cc cam proof at thetime of purchasing.
3)I don`t have any licence and event till date I never applied for the same
3)SBI bank people visited my house along with courier boy and proved that he is the main culprit.
4)I already gave complaint via customer care that my card has been misused.
Please go throught the same and please complete the investigation as soon as possible and make sure that I should notsuffer here after and if repeates the
same I have to prceed leagelly.

Apologies from our behalf if you have felt bad because of behavior of any of the collection agents .

However as per our records the card delivery was done at the address provided by yourself and you have also not been able to provide us the proofs that you were
not the City when the card delivery took place , which could have helped us in our investigations .

SBI Card cares for our Customers and have started an Internal Investigation on the basis of allegations which you have made against the courier company This is expected to close in around 5 weeks .

In the interim I will request the Collections team not to make calls at your number

Today I received a call from the number [protected] stating that they are calling from SBI and asking for the payment due of Rs 35,000 and he is talking in a different way,which I can`t tolerate this. I request you that this should not be repeated in future.you can call me at my number ( [protected]) round the clock for futher clarification.

Please try to close this issue as soon as possible,I was wexed with SBI bank people,which the delivery of card is not proper and hassle to me

Note: SBI bank people did the mistake of improper delivery and hassle to customers Please try to change this culture

Dear Sir,

I am having SBI SB Account NO, [protected] and also having ATM cum Debit Card No.[protected] on 18th October, 2009 at 11.25 I was using ATM of Canara Bank at Guru Kripa Auto Turbhe, New Mumbai. I entered all the necessary information and I was suppose to withdraw cash of Rs. 2500/ from SB account even though the transaction was OK I could not get the cash but the amount of Rs. 2500/- is debited to my account under record no. 1941

Please do the needful so that the amount be crdited to my account or give me the concered authority's email where I should file the complaint

I had got opened a saving bank account no [protected] in SBI, RATANLAL NAGAR BRANCH(CODE-7646),KANPUR on dt.13.09.2009.But till date 18.10.2009 i have not received welcome letter/passbook/checkbook even after repeted request and complaint through personal visit to branch as well as mail and internet banking.
