SBI Railway Card — I have not recd my Credit card before 2/3 months

Dear sir/madam

i am in reciept of sbi railway card no.[protected]. it was earlier promised by your good office that my credit card limit will be Rs.60000/- and cash limit will be Rs.40000 against this credit card.
i am sorry to say that i have recieved limit just rs.25000/- for purchase and Rs.5000/- for cash. now this is no more useful to me and i request you to either increase my limit as per your earlier assuarance or pl.treat this credit card as cancelled.

I have applied for a SBI railway Credit Card in the name of Laxmikant.V.Tupadale ( DOB - 22nd Jan 1981). It was approved & also got a message that I will be delivered within 21 days. But still I am waiting before 15 days for such card. Kindly help me.

I has taken my xerox documents with signature and photo copy.I got a enquiry call to my Office.But since then no information regarding the card.I didnt remember the application no or the contct no of that person
