[Resolved]  SBIcapsec — Non-receipt of wecome kit

I have submitted all the papers/documents for opening of a trading account with SBICAPSEC on the 6th Oct 2009 and from 19th Oct 2009 started sending a mail on a daily basis to [protected]@sbicapsec.com to enquire the status of my application. But not even a sytem generated acknowledgement mail was sent. A cmplaint was also lodged to [protected]@sbicapsec.com. Only on 24th Oct the company sent a mail (the usual system generated mail) but no concrete commitment as to when they would resolve the issue. The TAT (turn around time) for other companies in the same line of business is max of 10 days. I now, for the benefit of unsuspecting victims of SBICAPSEC, advise all prospective clients to avoid this company.

I have not get welcome kit till now I am apply to open sbicap securities demate account on september 2009 ESI.NUMBER .115923. I received BO Id [protected] on dated 26-10-09
but I cannot trade in sbicap securities. in absence of trading account please allow the facility in
trade sbicap securities to me . my new Email adress is [protected]@gmail.com. I hope
you will take necessary steps about this as soon as possible my contecact No. [protected]

Non-receipt of welcome kit/Clint Code/ID/Password.

as per SMS received on my mob. no. [protected] from DP Division OF SBICAPSEC
on 04.07.2012, my Demat Account has already been opened with SBICAPSEC and
my welcome kit will be dispatch shortly but I have not yet received the welcome
kit till date. As per SMS received from your end, my BO ID is [protected].
You have also debited Rs.293.26 from my account on 24.08.2012.

Further, I am posted as Chief Manager at State Bank of India, Ranchi Branch
and presently working with SBI, so the amount Rs.293.26 should not to be
debited. Please refund this amount at an earliest possible.

Please send me welcome kit in my noted address as I want to operate my
Trading account at an earliest.
