[Resolved] Snapdeal — send wrong item, and not refunding after returning the product | |||
i have placed order for woodland sleep on shoes on 18/08/2013 with order id:[protected], and received wrong product (sandals) on 03/09/2013, i send back on 04/09/2013 as per there suggestion, but they didn't pay back after that till today, they make falls promises that you will be deposited in the week, buy they didn't, in between they asked for bank neft details which i have provided and it takes minutes to transfer, but they don't pay, making wrong promises and i am spending to much time and money on phone calls and emails, request to find way and if possible to see that they get punishment. And When I Insist To Transfer Call To Senior, always employee answered Not Available, Busy, And Raised Complaint On 22 Dec 2016 But As Of Now No Resolutions ? I want to only my refund, whether you take your product back or not i don't care

One pair of Fila Gray Calve shoes for Rs 1040 ( style no 391R169854N) vide order No.[protected] online . The same was delivered to me on 30 May 2016 vide invoice No SC6059/16-17/5100dated 26/05/2016 of M/S Padmawati Enterprises, Gurgaon as per my orderNo[protected] . I rarely used it and on the third /forth day o[censored]se, One of the shoe has developed cracks on top.
I had raised the issue with the supplier. He advised to contact the manufacturer. Accordingly I wrote to customer care of FILA . They after seeing the photographs, approved the complaint and assured that snapped will change the shoes with five working days. Communication with your help department was of no use as the said it is beyond return policy.
Now five months have passed. Kindly advise me what to do with these shoes. Should I send it to your Head as a token of gift for not listening the complaints even after approval lof the manufacturer?
