I purchased Sony ericson w700i (IMEI No.[protected] on 18/11/2006 and since last month i have display problem where i handed over my mobile on 03/11/2007 to

Its been 11 days and there is no response. They tell that there is no stock and they have ordered for it. Since i don't have a spare mobile its been a pain to me handle my day to day life.
It would be great if you consider my request and do the needful.

Sir,

I recently wanted to replace my battery for the w580i model. I visited a "so-called" genuine Sony ericcson center. This guy asks me whether i need an original or duplicate battery(i prefered the original). He gives me a battery which doesn't have a price label, no seal, no warranty card..etc., and the price: Rs1200-/-. I go to the next shop-same story but 1500-/-. I am sure a well established brand like Sony wouldn't have such double standards!! Both these locations are in a area called R.T Nagar(Bangalore). It would be great if you could let me know the actual price..

i have purchased sony ericsson k810i in 17/01/2009, i faced a key pad problem in nov 2009, i gave it for service center on 02/11/09 for repair of the same but they are delaying its repair i have visited
sony ericson service center in jayanagar 4th block Banaglore twice to check about the status, but i got very bad service replay, that they telling that no stocks of key pad it wil take time wil cal u back as and when it get ready, alraedy 2 weeks over stil i am not getting any call from service center, this is worst service i ever experienced any where...
I Have purchased sony ericson w200i cell on 5-december-2008 for the problem of connector, camera, voice, call recording and hanging problems. I have given this complain with my cell on 4 times in service center and 2 times in company also but there would not be given any response towards my complain.
kindly take any action towards this act, i shall be highly obliged to you.

Dear Sir,
I purchased K530i on 23/12/2008 from Sony Sricsson showroom, 100ft road, Gandhipuram, Coimbatore.IMEI number was [protected].
On 23/11/2009 the mobile set all of a sudden became too hot.i found the battery was bulging.i took it to your sony ericsson service centre at Accel-Chennai GR, 160, Thiru building, Greams road, Chennai.they said its the battery fault and gave me a new battery on 27/11/2009.but i experienced a similar problem as soon as i reached home.so i approached them again on 30/11/1009.my workorder number is:SE309AGR17979.they checked the cell and replied a week later that there is a problem with the motherboard.yesterday (14/12/2009) they called me and said the head office is offerring a new mobile set (K660i) instead of your K530i due to the unavailability of the model.they offerred a white coloured set but i want a set of my choice (colour:wine in black).
i would kindly reqest you to look into this issue as soon as possile and get me a set of my choice.i am not using my number for the past two weeks since i dont have a spare mobile, i also request you to extend my warranty period by two weeks which is supposed to get over by 23/12/2009.Please do the needful.

sony ericsson mobile w395 — rusted inside the new mobile

i have purchased sony ericsson w395 walkman series mobile on 01.01.2010 at Wave communication (Wavetel) 186 G.S.T Road, Guduvancery 603 202 show room. At the time of purchasing the mobile's performance was slow, they said "you have to install the new software at Sony Service Centre". I have gone to sony service centre and installed the new software. Again it is very slow performance then they are opened the phone they said, inside the phone rusted it is old phone, and he asked to pay rs.1800/- approx. I immediated dont do i will give it to the wave tel people.

I immediated approached the wavetel showroom which was purchased, and asked him to replace, they said it is not possible. And they retained the phone will give after service.

I am unhappy with the phone, so i want to replace with new one.

I had purchased Sony Ericsson(Model No. K810i, IMEI No.[protected] on 23-Nov-2008, but i got problem in Keypad and Memory slot, for that region i gave it to Authorized Service center in Ranchi(Jharkhand) on 23-Oct-2009. They handed over my Mobile after 40 days since then my warrenty period was got over, from the that day i got re-start and Blank display problem. When i went to service center, they are telling me to replace MotherBoard and asking money for that, but my question is that they damaged my MotherBoard while rectifying old problem.
So i request you to solve my this issue, for this act i will be obliged to you and your high office.

The Sony Ericsson, India, had not engaged well trained technical person for repair/service of their product -mobile phones. The people in the service centers are not engineers and only a mechenic, wth very poor knowledge in the latest semi-conductor devices, even they can't identify the hardare/ softawre items avilailable such as, RAM, CPU, Tr /Tx devices.

They only survive with the spares which are easily available only with them, and not available in the local market. Even they don't have any testing gadget, /equipment to find the fault with pre-programed Computer Aided Technology.they can ONLY sutable for replacing the FLEX ASSEMBLY.and telling some jargons like LCD fault, MOTHER BOARD failed amd put blame to the poor knoledged customers., as well as the true experienced Engineers who dealing with the NC/CNC, PILC controled machined.

Does anybody know a way not to track the call register timing of incoming and outgoing calls on a sony erricson phones?

I have a cybershot series phone and need help not to register these detials of the phone.
