8 months back i purchase a Sony Ericsson mobile phone(Model No.: K790i) of RS12000, from last 2 months i am facing couple of peoblems with the hand set but the service station workers are telling me that they dont have the parts available with them, and for this i marked the mail also to the company ID but no genuine reply from their side...pls help me..

SOME THING LIKE HISTORY... INTRESTED PLZ READ..
Hello people.. im also with problem. i purchased k790i. after 8 months i got EROM problem i had given to Authorised service center sony ericsson in Bangalore. they told me "they will call me and tell the problem" but no call nothing!!.. when i called and ask they said "still not"...
next day again no call.. called them again still... "no" and i said i will come tomorrow and i will collect my phone they said ok..
next day i went there and i ask... after 5 minutes they told me there was problem in board we sent to replace!! i got shock and i started argueing but there were 3 people saying that bla bla bla.. (started saying rules and.. "we not".. "we should"...) im very depresed.. why they are doing like this??
Also asked how many days will take to replace? they said 1 week.. but 5 days over.

PEOPLE 1 WEEK IS SMALL... FOR THOSE SOME TIMES 15 DAYS (SE MIN DAYS ) BAD.. OOOO SOME TIMES 30 DAYS.. I HEARD..
HERE IS THE SILLY ONE " when i was there i sony ericsson authorised service center one guy came with faulty ear phones for replacement... DID YOU KNOW WHAT THEY SAID " IT TAKES 15 DAYS" OOO MY GOD..

I STARTED MENTIONING THAT HELLO PEOPLE NOT HELLO SIR OR ANY THING WHY BCZ IN THIS SITE SO MANY PEOPLES PUTS COMMENTS BUT I DONT THING SO THAT RESPECTIVE PERSON WILL SEE THROUGH HIS EYES AND THING ABOUT IT.. NO NO ONE .. SHAME!!

ALSO FOR SUCH A KIND OF PROBLEM WHY THEY REPLACE MOTHER BOARD ? WHY ? I AM SAYING WITH ALL OTHER PEOPLE WHY ? THEY ?
WE HAVE TO MAKE COMPLAINT STRONG.. WITH OTHER MORE PEOPLE WHO ARE SUFFERING.. YES...
FINALLY I SAY THAT HEAD OF SONY ERICSSON MUST DO AUDITING IN LIGHTING SPEED TO THESE SERVICE CENTERS. SO THAT CUSTOMER WILL FEEL SATISFACTION..

i think writing complains, writing problems is totally waste waste.. hehehehe...

Sony Ericsson — about their bad service

My work order no is SE309MT111497 and the hand set is k790i i had given my cellphone at 16 sep 2009 for repairing the phone.... the keypad was not working ......they are not giving any response that when my cellphone will be okkk..when i called up in gallery they told that they doesnt no when my cellphone will be repaired....so i just wanted to look after the matter....thank you....the gallery address is in andheri west dn nagar link road opp. to ymca bldg...ph no is 26713893...

Sony Ericsson W 830i — front flap was not working

I hvae given my phone to Sony Ericsson service centre at Lajpat Nagar , Delhi.They are not able to resolve the problem after a months time but they have return back my phone with new problem.I have toild him that this prob was not with my phone but they are not agreening.

I have purchased Sony Ericsson mobile W302i, 6 months back. The handset started giving problem from the date of purchase. Initially the battery used to drain faster. I took the phone to service center they told me that there is a virus problem and updated the software of the mobile. Again the same problem persited but new problem arised that the phone used to switch off automatically. It had to be manually switched on. Again I took the mobile to the service center, the service personal told me that the same problem of virus is there and reloaded the software saying that the problem will not occur again. But still the problem persisted, the mobile used to switch off automatically and needed to be manually restarted. I took the mobile to other service center, there I was tols that the motherboard was faulty and needed replacement. They took 25 days to replace the motherboard, in the mean time as I didn't have any means of communication I had to purchase new Nokia handset. After I got the handset from the service center, again the problem of automatic swtiching off previled. This time the service center personal said that there is a problem with the battery, and so he replaced the battery. Even after replacing the battery now the handset is not getting charged. Plase look into the matter and take necessary action again such kind of companies which cheat costumers.

Beware of Sony Ericsson Customer Service - don't get cheated. They tamper your mobile when given for any complaints and standard answer reported is Set Tampered and does not cover under warranty and also Water logging.

Sony Ericsson Mobile - W 302 — No Proper Solution To The Problem

Sir,

I bought a phone of sony Ericsson W302 six month back.
Since than I am facing Serious Problem With Network. All the time it says that " Customer Your calling is out of Coverage Area " .

I visited Sony Ericsson Service station for atleast 4-5 Times. Intially they just updated the software of the Handset, but i faced the same problem again and again. Then they took the phone for Replacement and i received it back after 1 month. But as it's network problem i can't really check whether solution has been done or not sitting in their office. When i got it back , I started facing the same problem after 1-2 days.

Then again i gave it for replacement and i received it 2 days back and i am facing the same problem again. I called up on Sony Ericsson On Customer Care No. they are asking me to submit it again and without giving any assurity that problem will be solved this time.

Like this 1 year warranty period will expire and no one will be liable for my handset. I simply wasted my money purchasing the phone . and even after 4-5 visits to their customer care and alot of email to customer care . i am not getting any solution to it.

I would like to file a complaint to Consumer Court and file a case agaist sony .

Please help me with it.

I hav purchased Sony Ericsson F 305 model dt. 27/6/09 from Nextag, Vadodara. Since after the purchase my mobile gets deactivated every night if i am not using it for 3 to 4 hrs continuosly. Till i make a call from my handset it doesn't get activated and if somebody is trying on my cell it is showing switch off even if it is on. I had gone to Shreeji Times (Authorised service center)Address: 61/66 Marble Arch, Race Course Circle, Vadodara 390 007 and informed about this but they have answered me that in F305 model this is a problem and Sony ericsson is making a software for it and will be launched within a week time. Then after whenever i cal i get the same answer till date software not launched and will let u know immediately. I hav never seen Sony ericsson hope less service. I don't know if sony cant make good sets then why are they launching new sets day by day. See other companies had grown so fast. this is because of good sales and after service not like Sony...

I was worked in sharjah for past two years from january 2007 to November 2008.In that period my friend buyed SONY ERICSSON W580i black colour .When he showed to me i told that in my life
for first time i am going to buy the same mobile phone because of the name SONY ERICSSON i trust the company and i loved the company.What i told to my friend i had done that, after long hardwork by day and night i had saved little portion of amount and buyed a new SONY ERICSSON W580i.
Later on i came to india.After that my mobile phone was repaired
1.Right side cancel button was not fitted
2.Hearing volume of phone was very low
3.Speaker was cracking like crackers when we hear any songs or videos
4.Headset was not working properly sometimes only one side of the headset was working
5.Leftside return button also not working properly
6.Suddenly display was not working it was freezing
7.Charger & Headset fixing side was not working properly
i asked sony ericcson authorised service centre there they are telling there is no world wide warranty so we cannot do anything if you want to do service we will charge for that i am ready to pay but I was shocked because i trust SONY ERICSSON this much complaints i had not expected what i want to do now tell me
So please change my phone or do the free service
