8 months back i purchase a Sony Ericsson mobile phone(Model No.: K790i) of RS12000, from last 2 months i am facing couple of peoblems with the hand set but the service station workers are telling me that they dont have the parts available with them, and for this i marked the mail also to the company ID but no genuine reply from their side...pls help me..

I have purchased three mobile phones model no.W-350(I) black with M2 512 MB on 5.11.2008 from M/s Salora International Ltd. vide their invoice no. AC[protected]. I am sorry to state that two mobiles were having some technical problems and remained with the the company for repairing for almost six months during the warranty period. The same were deposited on various date at Vibra tech, authorised service centre, East Patel Nagar, New Delhi. The problems for which mobile phone were sent to service station were never completed and were again deposited with the centre with in five or six days. The mobile phone which were received back after ten days at service station recently again out of order with in six days of receiving the phone. The above facts can be confirmed from your data bank of compalints. Now the warranty period is over and phone is still not working, I request the authorities to either refund my money or replace the phone immediately other wise I have to take necessary action as per law. Thanks.
There are some models in the market, which are exclusively for those, who want light weight mobile, small in size and quality. SE w350i among that category. I have been using the mobile for the past one year and no complaints. My friends wonder, if it is a new mobile. So guys, whatever u buy, only i[censored] can maintain, go for this model. Else go to Nokia 3310(old model looks and behaves like a brick).

Sony Ericsson Mobile — not giving response to customer and ill treating

this is karnan from chennai.I gave sony ericsson mobile to sony erricson service center in vadapalani.they took my phone and told that the charge is rs 2400 but after one day i called and asked about the phone.that time they said for servicing it costs rs 2800.they dint contact me whether they have to solve the problem in phone after changing the service charge or not.i called and said atleast change the panel of the phone.but they said in my shop no panel and treated me badly.they behaved in such a rubbish manner.i want to complain regarding these ill treatment to the manager of that service center.i want the contact number of sony erricson manager phone number.

Sony ericsson Mobile Set Model -K 790i — Trouble in Phone Working

Sir,

This is with reference to above subject,I am facing lot of problem after purchase of my Mobile Handset last year Dec 08 -Sony ericission Mobile Set Model -K 790i .

Two times this phone is repaired in Sony service centre,Shree Times-Baroda,Ph No -[protected], for phone hanging and totaly not functionable.

Detail of repair is as follows:

2) Work order No: SE[protected]


Now third times this phone is giving trouble for incomming call giving message of switch off,while trying with other phone set no problem observed.

When i visited to same service centre,I was told this is related to AIRTEL SERVICE Provider.

I have refered this problem to AIR TEL but as per their request when i changed my mobile set my problem is solved.

I visited to sony ericission service center but my complain is not entertained and they are repeating that it is problem of Service provider -Airtel.

Pl. help me to solve this problem.

I have sony ericcsoon mobile g900 model there is some company fault in voice i m not able to hear the voice of person who is calling me its very low and when i m on road i cant talk at all due to noise i have taken this cell in 16000/- which covers the warranty of 1 year i have already approached the authorised service they replaced the speaker but there is no improvement at all and they told nothing can happen than more this i have already mailed my problem in company register id but there was no perfect feedback i request them to replace this cell with some other model and make me free from this problem. i request u to do this much for me.

've searched my sim's network several time and i could add it to it's network list by intering MCC $ MNC, But when i set a new search, it disapears.my cell phone is emergency calls only and i need help.

I have a complaint, about the model w350i which I took(in Global Access/Gandhi Bazaar/Bangalore) in the month nov/09.

I got a problem in the set before one month from the date I bought it.

My mobile got off suddenly on dec-08-09, I took the mobile for service to the service centre in jayanagar. They checked it and told that the Mother Board is not good and has to be replaced.

So they took around 13Days to repair it. Ok, I got my mobile back by the date 24-12-09. After that the same problem repeated on date[protected] which is not even a month from the day they serviced it(I did'nt know what was happening??).

Once again I gave it to service and they again took 10days to repair it and I got it back by the date[protected]....

THEY REPLACED 2 MOTHER BOARDS...

and the thing is THE SAME PROBLEM!!!!!(on date[protected] u know it is not even 2days....!!!!!!! WHATS GOING ON I DONT KNOW......

I'm getting IRRITATED, FRUSTRATED.....to use the phone again...

So, I WANT MY CELL TO BE REPLACED as I can’t go on approaching them all the time…. Whatever has happened now is already enough I can’t tolerate further….

SO YOU GIVE ME A RIGHTFUL SOLUTION FOR IT.

LCD went out of order on 6th June 2009 for the first time. then on 6th oct 2009 and then on 16th april 2010. reparied from your authorised service centers. first two times from BABLI MEDIA, located at RAJA DINENDRA STEET KOL.and last fro RT OUTSOURCEING, RASHBEHARI AVENUE KOL.. I am a dedicated customer of sony and all my mobile hand sets ( at least 3) are from sony. Iam extremely dissapointed as this has happened with me for the first time regarding this reputed brand. this is a black spot in the name of the company. each time I had to pay Rs 1700/- to repair the phone. I will think twice from now befor buying and more products of your company. you have lst the faith of a dedicated cudtomer.

I have purchased a Sony Ericsson mobile W580i from Delhi on 30th January 2010 with 1 year warranty. It's display is badly damaged, I have approached M/s Accel Bhopal, the authorized service center at Bhopal M.P(Tel. 4233171). They refused to repair it under warranty sighting the reason that it is damaged by liquid. When I told that liquid has never came in contact with the set, they informed that tiny drops of sweat of my ear might have damaged it since I am using it direct by touching it at my ear. I am using Mobile set of Nokia since last so many years by directly touching it to my ear, I have never came across such funny problem, since while talking, mobile phone has to be touched with the ear.In this context I would like to request M/s Sony Ericsson to instruct their authorized service center mentioned above at Bhopal to repair/replace the display unit of my mobile under warranty immediately.My contact details are as under:-

Evn I hav a sony eericson W580i and facing the same problem of low incoming voice and many other problems within a year but i ws evn more dissapointed with the service centre of Noida. Firstly they dont tell u the repair cost and u hav to deposit the handset and non refundable fee. Thn the replacement ws almost equal to the resale price with arrogant staff people. But after reading to your prob i thnk i made a wise decision not to get the speaker change. I thnk Sony should improve the service centre quality otherwise no one will purchase its handset. My experience with sony handset is poor.
