Hi,

I had sent a registered post consisting of documents and an audio CD with Tracking number RM[protected]IN. It was posted on 4th Feb and has reached New York, USA by the 8th Feb but not reached the destination i.e. Edina in Minnesota. Please let me know how to get the parcel moving and redelivered. Also let me know what procedure needs to be followed in case the parcel finally does not reach the destination within a reasonable period of time.

This delay has caused me financial losses and also put a conciliation court case in jeopardy. Please assist as soon as possible.

RESPECTED SIR,

I want to bring in your kind knowledge that in the Post Office of Netaji Subhash Marg, Darya Ganj , New Delhi-110002, is a very busy post office due to these area is very congested populated area, around of this post office. This area is mixed residential as well as commercial area. So many publishers, Banks, stockiest, Advocates, Insurance offices, and so many other commercial offices are in the jurisdiction and around of the above said post office. In the concerned post office so many other bills are also depositing in the same post office like , water bills, telephone bills, and so many others billings facilities have been opened without of increasing the counters or post office personnel or officials. In this situation only two person handle the two counters as well as the regular postal work like registered letter or speed post, money order etc. People have to stand in a queue more than two hours for just a single posting the letter or the speed post or for the money order. At so many occasion people can not make their work the same after spending the lots of time in the queue they have to come another day or next to complete their work and again they have to stand in the queue have spend lots of their valuable time in the queue. This kind of work also suffered by the post officials there is lots of pressure on them of the work due to insufficient manpower. If any computers stop the working due to any fault or damage or due to any other problem the whole of burden come over on the one counter which also makes a severe problem for both the post official as well as the consumers. In this situation and circumstances people have to suffered a lot mentally, physically, and as well as economically.
There fore I am requesting to you kindly send few more post officers and open at least five more counters to handle this burden of work and pressure. It will also give so much relief to the whole Subhash Marg, Darya Ganj public and officers of around the area. Each and every one will be very much relief and get the benefit of the post office facilities much better than before. We shall be highly obliged for your this act of kindness.

sir ,actually i did apply for pan card in oct 2011,after this i have received acknowledge from pan card deptt. and my pan card no through sms on my mobile no-[protected] .and they dispatch it with airway bill no-em[protected]n.i also chk on internet it shows successfully delivery in farrukhnagar post office..bt i did not receive my pan card till now....

Sub: Complaint against misbehave by postman (Seelampur post office) and non delivery of Letter on 8th Feb’12.

Dear Sir,

On 8th of Feb’12 at our home one postman came with one letter by name Mrs. Sumiti Taneja but it was not delivered by him. On request by neighbours he had not waited for two minuets so that in the mean time receiver can come from upstairs. Neighbour also requested to give details of letter and requested to come again but no response about this by postman.

When we came to know about this in details we thought about expected letter finally we came to know its PAN card.

Now we waited for postman next two days but no response. But on Saturday we (me and my daughter in law Mrs. Sumiti Taneja)) especially waited postman by sitting outside home on 11th Feb when he came we called him we requested to give PAN card. Instead of giving any reply he bluntly asked that it’s with post office go and collect. We inquired him why he had not delivered that day he replied that door was locked, though it was not locked in reality. On clarifying him instead of cooperating he misbehaved and told he does not know about this. We also requested to deliver next day because it’s not possible for female to go there (3 km).

He clearly refused to do this and also misbehaved and told what ever you can do, do that. My name is Pathak, if you will do complaint now onwards you will not get any letter.

I request you to please look after this and take necessary action in this regard and please send PAN card again.

Please either give me my package or pay me compensation. I will file a complaint and surely get find out via RTI where is this package. I will not leave you thieves.

Hi,
I had been to Doorvani post office to buy NSC. I have shown DL and PAN and Electric bill ( with my wife name and same surname for both ) They says Driving licence is not a valid Proof. They accept only local Election card, BSNL bill, Bank pass book as ID proofs, when i say my election Id is from my native, CITI Bank does not have special pass books like local banks, Post Master says you buy NSC from your native only. I even have my adhaar enrollment slip( Card not yet received) I have my passport with my old rented house.

As a citizen of india is this the way to invest? Why govt Driving Licence is not a valid Proof? Is there any possibility to increase acceptance of Address proofs or making locals people only as kings of investments in Govt organisations?

I request you suggest to have a common Proof of documents for employees like me, who will be travelling on transfers.

Dear Sir,
I am customer of "Kalyan" monthly magazine published from Gita Press Gorakhpur. I had submitted the annual Fees of Rs. 190 (in the name of Smt. Manjul Rathore) at Haridwar Railway station Stall owned by the Press. As per schedule they send me the first issue of the Magazine on 2nd Feb 2012 but the postman demanded Rs. 210 as the annual fees and VPP charges. When I told him that the annual fees has already been submitted he said that it is written on the the VPP. Immediately I called Gorakhpur and talked in "Kalyan" Deptt of the press and I was informed that they have send a registry through India Post with registry number 34437 and no fees shall be paid with it. They doubt the mischief of the Postman who want to earn extra money with the Registry.

I have made a Registered parcel on 23-jan 2012, from Domlur Post office (560071) to Shahdol (MP). Parcel No (A RK[protected]IN).
The Parcel was delivered on 30- jan 2012. Parcel was tampered in such a manner when you look from outside you don't find any tampering.
but when we opened it we found that the content inside the envelop was totally different. All the original products which i have send, is not present in the parcel, all the items were replaced with some scraps things. when i contacted the respective post-master he asked me to do the same old thing to lodge a complaint, and we will look into the matter. and he was trying to make excuse from his end saying that this type of activities are done mostly in Northern part of country. I preferred to sent it through postal service since it is more safer than other private courier services, but i am proven wrong this time...:(
Please help me to find the original products and the culprits coz those items were very important to us.

due to carelessness of postman I missed my last chance to join indian navy b'coz pastman DID not deliver mail at proper time .It never delivers mails at proper time. It always delivers letters after 20 to 25 days.So plz if there is any one plz help me. Plz warn or do some thing appropriate so that I and no one else get victimized by this postman. my village is just 8 km away from taran post office but still weget letters after 20-30 days.so plzz help us.my V.P.O is NAURANGABAD.

I have posted my examination form along with D.D of examination fee on 2, January,2012 through Speed Post from Kotdwar to New Delhi vide docket no. EV[protected]IN.
Till today (25.01.12) my document hasn't delivered at the destination. Where as in tracking system its showing delivered on 7,January,2012 (After 5 Days), which is wrong.
Due to carelessness of Indian Postal Department my whole can be spoiled. 2 Days back i got information from my institute that" my examination form is not submitted". Next day again i filled my examination form with new DD and couriered the same to delhi. Next day the couriered was delivered before 2 O'clock. I appriciate the quick service of Courier company DTDC.

I am attaching docket slip and tracking detail for more clarity.
Kindly consult what can i do against Indian postal department in this regard.

I am unable to track registered parcel booked on 22nd DEC, 2011 from Delhi to Australia (Melbourne)
The registered parcel reciept number is: CP[protected]IN. It was booked at Delhi Post Office, Nehru Place branch.
I tired to trace it online but there is no option availble to track the registered post on the official website of India post. (http://www.indiapost.gov.in/)
Also there is no customer care centre available where u can call and lodge ur complaint.
Kindly help me in to try and locate this parcel. I had booked 2 parcels together. The other one was already delivered on 9th Jan, 2012 at melbourne's
same address. Parcel no. for that one was CP[protected]IN. But the second is completely lost.
The only information available on IPS web tracking is that it was booked on 22nd Dec.

I had dispatched SPEED POST article no *EU[protected]IN*
* containing a very important letter to " Jan suchna adhikari SCERT UP
Lucknow " on *14 Jan 12* at 13:03 hrs . after reaching Lucknow there is no
track of the article on indiapost website since 16 jan12 03:19:22 . the website says
that the bag was dispatched to New Hyderabad PO which is within Lucknow and
for more than 48 Hrs there is no tracking information is updation on indiapost website.

further there is no response form " [protected]@indiapost.gov.in " ,"[protected]@gmail.com" and "spc.[protected]@indiapost.gov.in" these are the addresses given on site for complaint
Further the online customer complaint webportal at "http://www.indiapost.gov.in/CCC/" is fake because it does not let you login with out user name and also does not suggest how to get a user name by registration. resulting in no customer being able to register online complaint and forced to follow long time consuming channel which too is unresponsive . thus overall the citizens charter given at " http://www.indiapost.gov.in/CitizensCharter.html" is balatantlly flauted and mis informing to public in general.

Speed Post Number EJ[protected] has not been delivered and it is missing. There is one impotant document which is urgently required .

Please help and get it back to me.
