I booked speed post no. ED[protected]IN dated 09 June'2012. But its has neither been received by the addressee nor returned back to the sender(me). Your tracking portal reflecting the speed post currently at Nangal Raya SO. I have also tried to reach several officers of GPO, New Delhi but none of them were able to resolve my query and blaming each other.

It is now more than 18 days for which I am suffering. This negligence is not at all accepted by India Post who claims to satisfy 1.4 crores customers per month. The speed post contains some of my financial documents from which I am bearing loss. Moreover, Indian Post will be liable for all my compensations.

Resolve my complaint as soon as possible to prevent and any further legal action. You may contact me at [protected].

I have sent a money order of Rs 5000 to south city 2 post office PIN-122018 on dated 16/05/2012. The person refused to take the money on 25/05/2012. The money is not getting returned to me.While talking to Post office the Post office incharge is telling that there is some technical problem. I request you to kindly intervene into the matter and get my money returned to me.

Tracking the Registered post.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am unable to track two registered post sent on 25 may201 from subroto park new delhi to date kolhapur chandagad.
The registered post reciept numbers are: RL A 4967.
I tired to trace it online but there is no option availble to track the registered post on the official website of India post. (http://www.indiapost.gov.in/)
Also there is no need to mention the lethargic attitude of the Post office staff for helping out to track the post.
Kindly help me in to try and locate the post as it contains job application.

SIR, MY FATHER WAS A BRANCH POST MASTER (GDS) IN PIRARI DIH B.O. PIN 841222.HE EXPIRED IN SERVICE ON 29 AUG 2011.AS THERE IS NO PENSION IN THIS DEPT , OUR FAMILY IN FINANCIAL CRISIS. MY MOTHER GIVEN APPLICATION FOR THE COMPASSIONATE APPOINTMENT OF HER YOUNGEST SON MORE THAN SIX MONTH AGO BUT TILL DATE NO ACTION HAVE BEEN TAKEN ONLY BECAUSE WE ARE NOT ABLE GIVE BRIBE TO MR. MADHUKAR ( POST OFFICE INSPECTOR,SONPUR,SARAN, BIHAR).HE IS A VERY DIRTY MAN ,WITHOUT BRIBE , HE DOES NOT WANT TO TALK ALSO.SIR PLEASE MAKE A ENQUIRY OF THIS.

My sister has sent me a parcel (contained some clothes and photographs) from Vancouver, Canada to New delhi by Canada post on 15th may 2012. I checked my parcel status by using track no. CC[protected]CA which showed it has been arrived at india. But i still waiting for my parcel i did not get right now. Please suggest my what should i do. and where i should ask ?

I am staying in New Gurgaon and have hardly seen any letterboxes in the city. Since, letter writing is not only a part of our social and cultural upbringing, it helps in growth of our children also. Moreover, when our government has provided cheap means of communication then why should extremely poor people like rikshaw pullers, day wage workers and labour class people use expensive courier services to know the well being of their freinds and family.

Pls lemme know i can i get the letterboxes installed in my area and what recourse do i have in case the postal department does not pay heed to my concern.

Also lemme know if there are any government norms like no. of letterboxes in a area or any other norms which i should know in this regard.

i manoj kumar bhagat from purulia(wb).i have posted 2 application letter to sending C.R. AVENUE(KOL-700017) by sped post on 16/05/2012 from BELGHORIA HEAD OFFICE. its arriving last date was 22/05/2012. but when i checked tracking details till now status is being process.and it is going another place instead of original destination place.after yesterday, i contacted general manager of kolkata and delhi of india post service by mail and phone but not any get good response from there. i confused what it happen.pls mention the solution otherwise help me how can i move to the court or what shoule i do. i attached all tracking details here… pls reply me as soon as possible.

I HAVE SENT RAILWAY TICKET TO MY FAMILY AT ALLAHABAD THROUGH SPEED POST NO. EG[protected]IN DATED 21/5/12 FROM VADODARA TO ALLAHABAD. THE POST ASSURED ME TO DELIVER IT IN 3 DAYS BUT AFTER PASSING 5 DAYS, IT CAN NOT BE DELIVERED. THE HOUSE OF ADDRESSEE IS 24 HOURS MANNED BUT POST MAN DID NOT DELIVER THE SAME. We are staying at a place called BIKRAMGARH in Kolkata and is under jurisdiction of of Jadavpur University post office Kolkata 700032.
Our complaints:
1.For the last few months delivery of letters are irregular and the letters are THROWN in an open space even if it is waterlogged.
For information, we do have a post box at ground floor though our building is a 4 story one.
2.Many a times our letters are delivered at different address.

Request for proper delivery by the postman.

i want to inform you that my friend sent me a parcel from china on dated 14.01.2012. i traced my package on ips web tracking it shows that package is transferred from DIMC NEW DELHI-37 on dated 28.01.2012. But i did not received any package.i called ips web tracking costumer care but they did not give me complete information.i also called domestic post office in greater noida but they also refused that didn't get any package.

Registered letter vide which cheque of Rs.350000/- was sent on 23.04.2012 to our [PNB] Kumher branch.

Branch PNB Kumher has informed that the registered letter is not received by them.

Kindly arrange to look into the matter and please provide copy of POD.

A letter dt.03.05.2012 in this regard was given to Post Master Jaghina but till now no response is there.
