[Resolved]  Star Cj — Delivered defective product

I brought a Murphy Richards mixes & grinder from Star cj ( Online )
on 17th Nov 2010. order no : [protected].

From the very first day i am facing manufacturing problem in it &
I am unable to use it even a single time.

After making continuously complaint ( complaint no 39089 ) on
Date 11th March 2011 their person / representative came to solve
but unfortunately he was unable to make it proper and go back with
commitment..., ( coming by next day morning ).

Today is Dt : 22/4/2011. there is no one to make it clear / exchange.
so pl request you to look into the matter.

microwave not working properly and not ready to refund

we have ordered a microwave electrolux 26 liter on 17 jan 2014 but it was not working so i replaced it but that also not working now they say you have to repair it but it is a new applice so why we repair it so i want refund

mene ek maharaja ka juice mixer purchase kara tha jo chalu nh mene uski complaint bhi kari h magar abhi tak koi karwai nh hui h plz ap usko change karne ki kirpa kare.
