Dear concerned,
One Lanevo Laptop was booked on starcjalive website on 20/08/2011 vide order no.[protected], company has promised to deliver the goods in Mumbai within 3-5 working days but till date I have not received my laptop. Payment of same was debited to my credit card.
On calling at their no. 44074407, they reply that their executive will call me and they have no other information besides this.

Requesting you to help me with my ordered goods or refund of my money. Thanking you in anticipation.

I ordered a microwave from Star CJ Online Shopping site on 09/07/2011 which assured me delivery of the product within 3-5 working days. My order no. is [protected].

Star CJ says that they have dispatched the product and gave me the reference of the courier company named 'GATI' and my docket (consignment number[protected] on 15/072011.

I have been constantly contacting GATI and STAR CJ with no joy, the product I ordered has still not been delivered to me, on speaking to GATI they say that they have not received the complete product and STAR CJ says they have dispatched. I am stuck in the middle because the payment has been debited from my accont as the payment was made online.

I am sick and tired of the poor and appalling service I have been offered. I have wasted my money and time making calls to both these organisations getting nothing in return....Please Help.
Yet another pathetic experience, I received a call from a lady from complaints department in STAR CJ on Thursday(21st July), who promised me that my order number [protected] will be delivered in two days time. According to this, I should have recceived the product by today i.e 23/07/2011. But as expected still waiting for it to be delivered.

The lady who called me very sweetly assured me that she is personally taking up the matter and will keep me informed about the delievry of the product, but she failed to keep her promise and I am really furious about it.

This is nothing else but testing my patience and I am ready to take this complaint to the highest level. This ignorance and lack of ownership is completely unacceptable.

STAR CJ has proved to be one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with and I would make sure that this was my first and last dealing with such a pathetic and un-professional company.

Really a disgsting experience and I am looking for a speedy resolution. I have waited more than enough.
totally agreed, even I have also placed a order of whirlpool microwave. My order number is [protected]. My order is delivered on 26 july 2011. but the free gifts items were not be placed. On the same day, I registered my complaint in the customer care of star cj alive. But customer care executive didn't provide me any complaint number and said that you would be recieving a call from Mumbai office of the Star CJ alive.

Next day, on 27th july2011, I did recieve the call from Mumbai office and the person who called me up, assured me that with in 48 working hours, your goods would be delievered.

But As expected, nothin happens. from 2nd august 2011, I continously contacting customer care of star Cj alive but executive again and again told me that I'm forwardind your call on high priority basis to Mumbai Office and they will surely resolve the issue.

Today is 6th August 2011, Again I call to customer care of star Cj alive and I got to know that Madam as your number is not contactable so we drop your complaint. But as you called us today, so I'll forward your complaint to Mumbai office on a high priority basis.

I don't know, How could a brand of star Cj alive can make such a excuse that my number was uncontactable as I'm receiving all calls exept their call.

I would request to all buyers that never buy a product from Star CJ alive as they donn't deal customers well. and some strict action should be taken by the concered authority as STAR CJ Alive is only making fool of the customers.

I have purchased a 40" Videocon LCD on 31/07/2011. I have also made online payment of 30, 000 through Star CJ site.

Product is supposed to be delivered me within 5 working days.
it did not reach me.
when I asked to customer executive, he said that you have to wait untill 5 working days.
So I booked a complaint on Friday 05/08/2011, again executive said that it will take 2 days to check the status and you will get call within 2 days.
But even as on Today 08/08/2011, I did not receive any single call from Star Cj.
Today when I again called customer care, they are saying that you will get call shortly.

When I asked the Office adress of Star CJ, cutomer executive refused to give the adress.

Still waiting for the call from Star CJ.
This is really disturbing.

and the worst part is Star Cj is not responding properly.
I don ot know even after complaint is lodged and they had 2 days to investigate, still I did not receive a single call from them.

Just now I received call from Star CJ saying that the product is out of stock and they are cancelling the order.
Money will be refunded in 7-10 days. .. :(

I dont think any sensible or educated person in this organization is available. I given a order of easy Mop "ORDER No.[protected]" but after one month not the product is delivered yet nor the your foolish customer care and system know how to solve the problem. Whenever i call (made more than 20 calls) the customer care girl always says they will arrange a call back in one and half hour but not even from your team of fools called me. I need my 100% money back. So do the needful as early as possible nor i have to file a complaint with Consumer forum.

StarCJ — Goods not delivered

I have placed an online order(no.[protected] on 03-Oct-2011 for Kaiserhoff 12 piece Jumbo Cookware Set. The order is still not delivered to me, even after 5 days. The online status of the courier remains the same for the last 4 days "WITH DELIVERING COURIER". Please look into the matter and let me know what has happened.
On top of that their customer care is pathetic, they've problem in locating my order(sometimes they say that you've not placed any order). They will not register any complaint (Today I talked to their executive 'Anees', and he refused to take complaint).
The status of my order is 'With Delivering Courier' for last 4 Days.Although they commit to deliver product within 5 days. Attaching the screenshot.

Star CJ — Good not delivered

I had bought a Reebok shoe from star cj, I had placed an order of 9 no size but they had send 8no size on 19/09/2011. On 19/09/2011 eve I raise a call to change my shoe but still I had not received my shoe. I had called them so many times always they said it’s in Currier Company when I check with Currier Company it’s in process.

Please advice the same

We bought a Whirlpool Microwave 25Ltr from www.STARCJ.com on 25th October, 2011. Although it was clearly mentioned that the delivery would be made in 5 working days, the TV has not been delivered yet. We have made several complaints via customer care and writing mails, but neither any action has been taken nor have we received a satisfactory reply explaining the reason for the delay.

They always give false promises but never live upto it and now they have stopped coming to my calls. I am sick and tired of the poor and appalling service I have been offered. I have wasted my money and time making calls to Star CJ getting nothing in return. So do the needful as early as possible nor i have to file a complaint with Consumer forum.

    I had order a Samsung Monitor + TV (see order details below) for which delivery was done in time but the free DTH voucher was missing. I was told that the voucher would be inside the main package but it was not there.

    After immediately reporting the missing voucher issue and after at least 10 complaints and several follow ups there has been no resolution till date. Though after a couple of communications, I was informed that the DTH voucher is being shipped as a separate delivery has been punched for the same.

    Even after repeated complaints and requests and several reassurances from Star CJ, the DTH voucher has not been delivered even after 25 days of the purchase of the monitor. And each time, I am told that the request has been raised and someone from Star CJ will follow-up with me on this.

    Sorry to say that Star CJ's after sale service is really pathetic because your 48-hour response time is not just too long but it is also a false commitment as no one ever follows up. Certainly not keeping up to Star group’s reputation.

    Hi, I orderd a food processor(Inalsa) through Star CJ, I tried operating it and it wasn't working, I called their customer service number and they asked me to contact Inalsa customer service and provided me few numbers out of which few numbers were incorrect and on few no one is answering.
    I called them again, this time one rep informed me that there is a lock in the machine which needs to be unlocked but he wasnt able to help me with the location of the lock on the machine. I have called them number of times now, I even insisted them to make me spk to their supervisor but they didn't let me. I'm highly dissatisfied with this service.

      The shipment has not been.
      electronically scanned.
      handed over to Aramex yet.
      The shipment has been sent with a different courier company PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHEN I GET MY ORDER . I PAID ONLINE THROUGH MY HDFC CARD . AND AS PER YOUR TERMS AND CONDITION THE PRODUCT MUST DELIVER IN FIVE WORKING DAYS. BUT I STILL NOT GOT IT.

        I have purchase a Philips 5.1 Channel Speaker Home Theatre and Philips DVD Player with STAR CJ Internet Shopping Mall on 17 March 2011 with order number [protected], docket number[protected]. There was a Holi promotional offer of 3 pcs Lock N Lock lunch box set. The delivery time was 5 working days. After 20 -25 calls they deliver the goods with total delay of 7 days i.e total 12 days delivery time. The promotional gift ( 3 pcs Lock N Lock lunch box set) was supposed to be deliver on or before 10th April 2011 but after my 50 - 60 calls still i am waiting for the promotional offer. They have forcely credited 200 points in my account instead of the promotional offer but i don't want to purchase anything with this fraud company. The actual price of that offered goods was approx INR 1000.00 When i am calling @[protected]Star CJ helpline number) they are disconnecting my calls and don't providing me any updates. All the call center executives and their seniors are mannerless and illitrate person. They don't have any manners to communicate with customer. Customer care executive Mr. Nitin called me from his personal mobile number and abused me. I have already make a complaint in Delhi police against him with his mobile number details. Today i have also contact them but they have put my call on hold for more than 5-7 min and after that disconnect. Overall they are fraud and cheater company. anyone can purchase same product from market on very less price with compare to star CJ.

        I am requesting you to do needful so that i can get my goods as soon as possible.

        As you have promised that you will provide me a VLCC gift voucher of Rs 1000.00 within 7 working days but after 3 months i am still waiting for the same. i contacted them more than 4 or 5 times to know the status but they put my call on hold and disconnescted all the times after 10 or 20 mins. They dont have any update about about the status of the gift voucher. i know there is no value of your promise but if you are only 1% respect for your customer then please send me the said voucher Immediately.

          Referring to above Matter, Please note the Contents of my Complains as Below:

          I have Purchased Microwave Oven of Whirlpool from Online Shopping Net Work from STAR CJ.

          My Purchase Reference Number Given by STAR DJ was [protected].

          By Mistake, Address was Noted of Mumbai during Order. (Here, i don't want to emphasize the whose mistake was.) But, Product is to be Delivered in Ahmedabad. Hence, During Phone calls with Representatives of STAR CJ, We are advised to Cancel the Order and Re Order the Product. As per Terms and Condition of STAR CJ, Refund of Amount shall be Credited to Respective Account with in 8 - 10 Working Days. Order was Cancelled on 4th of August, 11. and Counting of Working Days up to Registering the Complain, Payment must be Credited to Account by 17th August, 11, as Working 10 Days are to e taken into Account. We have SMS from STAR CJ sent to us on 4th August, 11 is still with Us.

          New Number of Order is [protected]. Product was Delivered to Us. But Dent and Damaged Piece was found during First Visual Inspection. So far, We have already received the New / Replaced Microwave / Product on 19th August, 11.

          Our Complain is to get Refund to Our Account. We have also requested to STAR CJ Representative on Telephone, still they need more time for Refunding Money.Hence, we are forced to Launch Complain.

            You are just making fool of the costumers. Star CJ is a fraud company.
            Very true. They are cheater and fraud company.I have purchase a Philips 5.1 Home Theatre and they haven't deliverd my free holi promotional offer- Lunch box set which they promised to deliver before 10th March 2011 but after 7 months and hundreds of call they are making excuse.

            Don't purchase anything from this fraud company. They make you fool. You can purchase same goods at better price from market.

            Also they are selling refurbished and defective goods.

            PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONY!!! THIS IS MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO ALL OF MY DEAREST ONE.

              I have ordered a Glumen plastic container set from StarCJ on 26th July by credit card and got promised delivery in max 5 days. Even after calling them for 10 times in last 25 days not got delivery of product.Finally I have canceled the order today and they are promising to give money back in next 7-10 days. I have no trust on them and waiting for next 7 days if I will get my money back

                Every time from “GATI” only one response I get – Our server is down. Pathetic Service and bad responses this is what I have experienced with “GATI”.

                  I have placed an order online for Gilson Memory Foam Pillow from StarCj on 4th July 2011. There was an offer with the pillow ie, Buy 1 Get 1 Free Pillow and Assorted Face Towels. I have attached a screenshot of order. Along with I have placed order for Jaipan Hand Blender.

                  On 11th July 2011, I received my order. The courier person has told me there is only Gilson Memory Pillow in this, I asked him I have placed an order for Jaipan Blender too. He was not aware about it. I told him to wait till I open it. I opened the box, there was only one pillow and Jaipan hand blender. The other pillow was missing and other gifts too. Immediately I called Starcj customer care. I have told them whole story, the starcj executive has told me to keep that parcel, we will raise your complaint and our complaint dept will call you. I have to keep that parcel because I have already signed the receipt.

                  From last one month I am continuously following them and getting reply that they will resolve the issue soon. But till date I didn't receive my product. I have already paid for this product.

                  On 1st Aug' 11, I got sms that order has been dispatched. On 2nd Aug'11, I received Assorted Towels but they haven't send the pillow. When I asked them they replied we will send pillow later because all these gifts are from different company. So you will receive your pillow soon.

                  On 4th Aug' 11 they told that we have dispatched your product and suddenly on 5th Aug' 11, they were telling me that Pillows are out of stock, so we will send you once we will get pillow in stock.

                  Till date the situation is same. From 7th Aug' 11 onwards till today they are marketing Gilson Memory Pillow on StarCJ channel. I called them, the customer care executive has informed me that product is now available. But today ie, 9th Aug' 11, I spoke to their Lead, he told me that it is still out of stock. I am very confused with their varying comments and telecast on StarCJ channel. After taking money from customer they are not delivering the product. I want to raise a complaint against StarCJ and want to take an action against them.

                    We purchased a Sanjeev Kappor Gas Oven Tandoor (GOT) from Star CJ channel. On the channel it was displayed that we will get a free Chopping board(Cost Rs..750) along with the GOT. When we received the product, the chopping board was not there. I made a complaint on 3rd July and they said they will revert in 2 working days. No-one reverted till 15th July. I again called up the customer care and then they mentioned that I need to return the product and they will send it again. I mentioned that we have already used the GOT, and in that case they said they will check for sending the chopping board and will get back to us.

                    After that days passed and no-one contacted us and I had to follow-up again on 18th July, after that, after few days we received a call that they can't do anything as we have already used the GOT.

                    I asked them to send only the chopping board as it is a separate product given with GOT in offer but they refused. I do not understand what is the issue in sending that separately. If they cannot send it, they should atleast refund us Rs. 750 which they are also not ready to pay.

                        I ordered microwave from star cj on 11 july and I recieved my product on
                        18 july. But I got a defected piece for which I made a complained to star cj
                        and got the reply that they will exchange my product with in 5 working
                        days. On 23 july i recieved another microwave but door of the microwave was
                        totally damaged. Again I have called to star cj they replied me again that

                          I had orderded for 2 arissa classic beige art silk embroided saree (item no-102688)on 10th may through star cj website through net banking,order no-[protected],invoice no[protected],but only got 1 on 12th may'11(the total payment made was-4998/- I;e rs2499/- Per saree)the bill that I received with the saree clearly shows that I had orderd for two sarees.I made a written complaints twice regarding the missing item one on 12th may(the same day I received the order)and the other one on 22nd may, and the only call I got from the company was on 13th may and after that I made 3-4 calls to knw the status of the complaint and got the same answer that I'LL get a call from their head office,mumbai in the next 24-48hrs,which I never received .Finally I got fed up and realised that I wont be getting my product,so I again gave them a call on 26th may telling them to cancel my order so that I could get my money back for the one saree I never received. I had a verbal interation with ms.Ruchi,whom the call center person had connected on my insistence that I wanted to talk to their senoir,who again showed no intrest and she gave me the same answer that I'll be getting a call from the head office within 24-48hrs.Again I never received a call from the company so I again filed a written complaint on 8th june'11,telling them to expedite the whole thing or else I'll be compelled to take legal action, still I never received a call nor my online query was addressed.I am absolutely fed up with the whole situation .How can a company which has a reputed name be so irresponsible??.Its been more than a month now that I have been following the whole issue but haven't received any positive response from them.Finally, i wrote to Grahak Seva(online jago grahak initiative,complaint no 15056) on 10th June,and on 13th June I got a call from one of the representative of Star CJ, Ms Zara, who introduced herself to me as one of the representative of the complaint department and she assured that i'll be getting the refund (of Rs2499/-) within 7 working days, and according to her they had not send me the other saree as they were running out of stock and therefore had send only one saree and so i was wating for the refund to be credited in my account.She also accepted the fact that she has called me because i have submitted my complaint in Grahak seva.My question is how and why did the Company then accepted the money if they were running out of stock??This means that the Company has some fradulant payment system where they accepts the payment of those product which are out of stock, And then later harras the customers, like they are harrassing me.This again is an illegal practice that they are following which needs to be checked.

                          On 16th June'11,without consulting me or even asking me the Company sends me some other saree(its not the same saree i had ordered) which i don't need nor had asked for in my conversation with Ms Zara ,I had already made it very clear to Ms Zara that, i want my money back and not anything else in lieu of it.I again wrote a complaint to Grahak Seva on 17th June apprising them about the whole issue, within 4 days (on 21st June) i got a call from Mr Vishal who again introduced himself as a representative from the complaint department. As per him, somebody from the company had called me but i did not receive the call. He failed to mention the date and the time when the call was made to me, and even if i take his words,which is certainly not true, this dosen't give them the liberty to send anything they feel like without my prior concent or approval.This i believe they have done to shut me up and close the case from their side.I told him to initiate the refund as soon as possible, to which he said that some representative from the company will come and collect the saree what they had send on 16th June and once the saree is collected will they initiate the refund and not before that. I even agreed to this,even though the company has not done anything to gain my trust. I told him that as i will be out town till 30th June and they can contact me after that. He assured me that one of the representative will definately contact me after 30th June and that i need not worry.

                          Till date (12th July'11), I haven't received any call from any of the representative.I have no faith in the company, and now i don't even wish to talk to any of the representative as it just a waste of my time and energy.I request you to kindly take some stern action against the Company as this issue has been dragging over since the past two months and the Company is not bothered.I am mentally exhausted now and want some legal action again the company. Firstly, for accepting the payment for the product that they don't have, Secondly, for not refunding the amount as soon as they got to know their mistake,Thirdly, sending a bribe to close the case.


                          I request you to kindly look into the matter and take the requisite legal action.

                          Im Preeti n completely agree with you with regards to the pathetic after sales service from Star CJ.
                          The handlers have no idea how to handle escalation calls, they do not know what is being customer centric.They work in their office without managers or TLs, they take complaints in the air, a follow up is never done.Even if considered that handlers take the compalint inform TLs or manager then the so called managers (eg : Mr Tushar Gaikwad) do not have guts to call back customers to solve the issue. Very BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.Handlers do not know the heirachy and they do not give managers contact number nor email address, suprisingly they do not know the centre head office address too. wont blame the handlers but truely the management starting from Tls n seniors they all are pathetic.                             Approx 1 week ago i had placed an order for my sister a Sony Ericson Mobile Yendo cost of rs. 5599/- a day after i received the delivery box, the courier guy was in hurry he collected the money & went away, but when i opened the box i had received the Fila Bag, & Speakers but the main item Sony Ericson Mobile Yendo was missing. I made the complaint but still now no action has been taken. Such a Worst service has been provided.

                              I had ordered two orders from Star CJ alive :

                              1. [protected]- daily living box: The product is torn and I complained immediately to star CJ alive and the only response I had for exchange is that product is out of stock. When I asked when it is going to be in stock, they said they will call back - that call has never come

                              2. [protected]: Infinity pendant set : The product was delivered wothout the free gift promoised and shown on website (a free pendant). I complained immediately, another product was sent in exchange and that also has the missing free gift.

                              I have complained several times for both these concerns - always the response is that customer care will ring you back, it has never happened, also the service is so poor...you call everyday , if you want to speak to a senior, you are put on hold/the phone rings for 10 mins and no one answers

                              This is pathetic service- first you do not do quality check of products you send, then you do not exchange them and do not even respond to the customer...pathetic service.

                              Could you guide me how I can take an action gainst such fraud people who cause a lot of anxiety and mentral stress to customers like us besides the money we lose?

                                My order no is[protected]. Hi, I have online ordered a 4 burner gas stove on 18th June. I called up in the morning, and I have been told that delivery boy will give you a call ASAP when I ask about the docket no and courier agency then I got the reply they can not provide that information. anyhow, I got the docket no and courier agency, I called up courier agency and what status I got from them that they have only got the "FREE GIFT" dispatched to them never the main product. I was shocked. Then again I called up star CJ, spoke to one person called "TARUN" and he told me that within half an hour I will get the call regarding the exact status of my shipment but that half an hour never came. I called again and the status I got that " I HAVE FORWARDED YOUR REQUEST TO CONCERNED DEPT AND YOU WILL GET THE CALL IN 24 HRS" so in the same day I am getting two status. I am really concerned and worried about my money now. Can anyone pls let me know is there any other way to get information about my product?

                                Star Cj Network India Pvt Ltd — Fraud Company -Not Delivered item after 12days

                                I have ordered a Happy Call Double Side Pan from StarCJ on 25th Oct. 2011 by Internet Banking and got promised delivery in max 5 days. My order no. is[protected].                                     I placed an order for the Lock n Lock Holi Promotion offer on 18 March 2011. Though i recieved my order, my free gift hasn't arrived till date. Despite repeated reminder ( i.e 50 calls) from my side over a period of 2 months i haven't still got any reaction or action from Star CJ team....The last time i called (23rd or 24th May'2011) they told me that my number didn't even exist in their database!!!!!!!!!!! how could it not exist when i have been calling them for 2 months!!!! After having asked the executive to connect me to the fooor superviser Ruchi (the supervisor) tells me I am very much on the databse and that my gift has been delivered on 11th may..I wasnt even in town for that week so whom did they deliver the goods to...how callous can they be? she told me thay would inquire into it and revert on it within 5 days and those 5 days haven't still gotten over for the lazy Star Cj team...I have never come across such a poor and inefficient attitude from any service provider.

                                    I placed sm order and along wid dat lock n lock boxes were free during holi time but till date i have not recieved them despite of givin so many reminders also nothin has happened. Apart from dis another order was placed and along wid dat sunflame mixer grinder was free. The order i recieved but mixer grinder is defective. The complaint has been lodged but no response aprt from just butterly talks.

                                      I purchased a lock and lock 11 pcs holi celebration set from starcj.Com on 19 march 2011.Order no[protected]. The offer included 3 free lock and lock pieces in addition to the 11 piece set.I was told that the free gift will be sent separately around 1 apr 2011. When contacted on 5th april about non receipt of the gift I was told by the customer care executive of star cj that they will be sending the gift after 20 april. Till date I have lodged numerous online complaints on starcj.Com and have spoken to their call centres but they always confirm me that they will be dispatching the gift within 2 working days.I am still waiting for the free gift . As per the free gifts distribution policy i had got a giordano watch for which i had to go through some proceduers of pixma time. I had cleared through all procedueres and had also got an confirmation e-mail stating that I would get the watch within 45 days . All the procedures took place on 1st of august 2011. Then on 3rd september I recieved a regret msg that the watch would be dispatched by the end of the september.                                         Star Cj is not giving me my refund of Rs 999. They are harrasing me from the very 1st day. Two months have been left. This was started from 4th April 2011. And today is 31st march, yet no response.

                                        I had purchased Aurelia pack of three kurtas of rs 999. On 9 April, My order no was [protected]. The product shown on star Cj website was totally diffrent when i received that. The quality was very much cheap.

                                        On the website, it was looking very much attractive & shining & girlish. When it came to me, i was so happy to receive that but when i opened that, touched that i was very much disappointed.

                                        I have called them so many times but i am not getting any satisfactory reply from their side. i have all the records of written mails.

                                        Their management is also very poor, I have list of names also. They make commitment that withing a week/ withhing 10 days bla bla we will take this back and give you refund but they dont do .

                                        They are even not calling me, not visiting to me to take these kurtas back and giving me refund, i am very tensed, pls tell me what sould i do.

                                        I have called so many times to you STAR CJ team but i am not getting any reply from your side.

                                        When you give delivery of product that takes only 2 days and now when i am saying to refund it has taken almost 10 days...How rude is that. Your Product's quality is really very cheap. It is like somebody has removed these kurta's after wearing so many times.Sorry to say, but the clothe's quality is so rough.


                                        Earlier, my family has ordered STAR CJ Food Processor also, that was very good. That was ordered from Delhi (this onth only) and there is no complaint.But these kurta's are really not wearable.

                                        You are requested to take your product back. Your product is kept as it is when it came to me, i didnt even touch that.

                                        My order no is [protected]. I purchased Aurelia pack of three kurtas of rs 999. To be very honest, i am not at all satisfied with your product. The product you shown on website is totally diffrent what u gave me. The quality is very much cheap. i dont wear such kind of quality.
                                        On the website, it is looking very much attractive & shining & girlish. When it came to me, i was so happy to receive that but when i opened that, touched that i was very much disappointed. You are requested to take your delivery back and return my money.
