i brought a mobile phone from Star Cj Alive. i saw advertisement in tv & book my product in Feb 2011. i recived product on time after few month there is miner prob in my mobile.
i gone in service center they check my mobile repair but they charge Rs.1000/- in under warrenty period. i already saw a bill to service center person but they no refund my money. please help me out

I did not get the Free gifts shown on Star CJ Alive website during online product ordering as per following details

A netbook was ordered from Star CJ Live on 07.08.2011 . The same was delivered to me on 20.08.2011 . The problems with this netbook are as follows :

1. The battery is dead. The battery does not power the net book even after charging it for 3-4 hours.

2. The screen is blank and displays nothing/ absolutely nothing on starting.

I am a customer of starcj alive and very disappointingly saying that the service provided by is very worse.
The reason to come to this conclusion is that
I had ordered a Reebok playlight Shoes on 24 Aug 2011 on basis of Cash on delivery.
I received the order after a long time and after giving couples of complaints on 3rd Sep 2011 inspite of your promise of sending the product within 5 working days as i live in Mumbai....
