I, sushma gupta resident of 313/91-b tulsi nagar, inderlok, zakhira, new delhi -110035 have purchased usha food processor fp- 2663 roi from star cj network india private limited in July, 2011. My order no. Is [protected]. 2 blades of the product were found to be defective so I filed a complaint on star cj alive to repair them. On 4th august 2011 an agent took the blades from us and said the parts will be replaced shortly. Since then I am contacting star cj alive but every time they say that my complaint will be resolved in 2 days. I have sent many mails to them but in vain.

It has been over 4 months and my complaint is yet not resolved. Now they have started saying that it is my fault that I have sent the product for repairing and are treating me very badly. I am surprised that brand like usha has selected such company to deal with its product which is so poor in consumer services.

Now I am filing this complaint hoping that my complaint would be resolved as earliest as possible and such companies be punished for creating inconvenience to the consumers.

Star CJ network India Private Limited — WRONG AS WELL AS INCOMPLETE PRODUCT

HI,
I saw 'Star CJ Network' home furnishing advertisement on TV; they offered some free items along with the home furnishing product, I ordered(order # [protected]) that product from Star CJ Network on 5/1/2012, by calling them. I received my product however the product was wrong and incomplete: The main item I ordered was wrong in color and some free items were missing as well.
I called 'Star CJ' customer service same day and marked a complaint......they sent just 1 item but the delivery guy did not hand that over to me because on the bill 'Star CJ' mentioned "EXCHANGE / DELIVERY". And the delivery boy asked me for an exchange item, which made no sense.
Since that day I am calling them regularly they are giving me falls commitments: it has been a month no solutions so far, no calls regarding my complaint.
They called just once that too regarding the payment: as it was 'COD' and I have already paid the complete amount.
Please look after this, whenever I ask them for their manager they do the fake transfers where it rings and rings but no 1 answers. Please help me; you r the only hope...........Thanks/regards.

    Star CJ is one of the biggest cheater online shopping groups.
    According to Customer care, if you booked through customer care then will get freebies but not through internet.

    Case 1: Dec 30 2011, TV schedule show, customer will get freebies (grillmaker and electric kettle) in rs. 4595. Now on 2-Jan-2012, I saw in internet there is no freebies with food processor. I called to customer care they said it is not showing in internet but you will get freebies but this time freebie will be birla 3 pc nonstick and electric kettle. After confirmation I have booked Inalsa food processor fiesta via order[protected].

    Next day i.e. 3-Jan-2012 star cj update the price of food processor to 3595 with no freebie. I again call to customer care regarding this price change but they gave me assurance you will get freebies.

    Today (5-Jan-12) they delivered food processor with no freebie. I again call to customer care and was taken back their reaction
    I said because you have booked through internet so we can’t give you freebies. We shall give freebies when booked through customer care. I gave complete history but they are not ready to do anything. I told also I want to talk to your senior but they said all senior are busy.

    I feel so cheated.

    Case 2: Earlier also I booked onida convection via order[protected] but they delivered Grill oven. I called to customer care and after 3 days they send onida convection. I have gift this convection to my sister.

    Day before yesterday, when sister opened and used then found it is not working. I again called to customer care they said this is not our fault, Call to Onida. onida executive says some part is not working.

    So my experience with Star cj is very bad and making fool to people. I strongly recommend don’t go for star cj. They make fool people giving freebies with product.

    I have the same problem as above. Ordered the Inalsa Food Processor from StarCJ and received it yesterday but when i tried to start the same after powering on, it did not start. When called the StarCJ Customer Care, I a told that the local service center will come and unlock the product and give the demo. The product is not defective but locked.

    I tried calling the service center but with several tries, no one responded on the mobile number provided by starcj.

    Need someone from StarCJ to adress this ASAP as I need a refund of my full amount in case if there is any repairs to be carried out to get it working.

    The box says that the packing month is Jan 2012 but the body being white has already turned yellow at some of the places.Looks like StarCJ is selling products without verifying and now they say that there is no return policy on this product.This is pathetic. StarCJ sucks.

      Last November month i placed one order for Rs.899/. But still now they not delivered my product. Last month they told can not delivery product and refund money. So around 50 days am lose my money with Starcj. No proper communication and Quick take action. Please no one purchase from this website. They showing many offers in the website but totally fraud. If possible government check their company and revert them ASAP please.

        I placed an order with Star CJ ALIVE through my debit Card for Zaveri Pearls Kaya Collection Jewellery for Rs.1590/- on 28.10.2011. Initially I was promised that the delivery will be made in 7 working days, but even after waiting for 1 month i did not receive my ordered product from the company. On 28-11.2011 the company cancelled my order as displayed by them on their website and I was told that a refund shall be processed in 15 days time. But after one day i.e on 30.11.2011 the website showed the status as 'Returned' instead of cancelled and the call centre people also started saying that the product was returned by me, whereas the truth is they never made any delivery to me.

        Now even after waiting for 2 months no refund as come back, every time there is new assurance that i will get back my refund shortly. I am constantly calling this company on daily basis bit to no avail. It is a fraud company and there should be wide spread campaign against it as well as the STAR TV who are sponsoring such fraud company, fooling Innocent people.

          I placed an order for SUNFLAME GLASS TOP 3 BURNER GAS STOVE- ORDER NO
          [protected] with starcj.com and recd the product very promptly on
          28.07.2011 vide invoice no.[protected] dated 27/07/2011.
          On installation, it was observed that there was continued gas small
          after turning off the knob.
          We lodged our complaint and the product was exchanged vide invoice no.
          [protected] dated 30/07/2011

          As soon as we installed the same to test and ignited and closed the
          knob. The flame continued for couple of seconds. A little later when
          again ignited, there was a wide spread fire on full kithen shelf and I
          was shocked and stunned and with grace of god, escaped major
          mishappening.

          We lodged our complaint immediately for return and refund as we
          understood that substandard products are being sold by luring we
          housewives on TV channels. We were informed that our complaint stands
          registered, return will take place in 2-3 days and refund shall be
          processed in 7-10 days.

          Now it is almost 5 months and despite our repeated calls and counter
          assurances by their customer care executives that it is in process, it
          is forwarded to our seniors etc etc nothing appears to be moving at
          starcj.

          It was stated in email complaint to starcj as well that "I herewith now
          serve a notice if refund order is not recd , we shall be taking up with
          consumer forum"
          - for defective goods,
          - for restraining your advertisements,
          - penal damages for not complying with your terms and conditions,
          - for interest on delayed payments,
          - damages being heart patient,
          - goods storage charges etc.

          Look forward for Registering our complaint and we seek immediate refund
          order alongwith interest,cost and damages.

              I have ordered for "Birla Handblender & chopper" vide order no - [protected] on[protected] to Star CJ Alive, received the same through invoice no[protected] dt[protected]. But the piece was defective. Complaint for the same and they sent the replacement two times, but both the times product was defective, so I refuse to accept the replacement and keep complaining for the same. After that they stopped responding and never send the right product. When I got tired, I asked for REFUND on[protected], but again they are silent till date, while commitment was for 5 working days.
              This is hopeless organisation, where there is no system.

              i had purchased a product named HAPPY FEET from STARCJ ALIV E approx three months back. I was prescribed by the doctor to give hot water treatment for my aching feet. as being busy and could not get time to use the product and check. few days back i used this product. but to my surprise the water in it did not get hot as shown on TV and as written in the catalogue with it. kindly do the needful else i have no other option than to go to consumer court.

                    My order number is [protected].My mom Ordered a laundry hanger from Star cj on 4 nov 2011.We received a hanger without enough accessories,it can’t be used without standing rods,and free item was never sent.Many times we call at your center,they said product has been dispatched on 26 nov 2011 but still we haven’t received that.
                    This is really a very bad service of Star Cj.We are experiencing same problem as we did when ordered a product last year.We were not in favour of ordering anything from Star Cj.But my bad luck,i thought may be after one year,i could get better results.

                    Now i think you don’t value your customer.After one n half month,i’m not receiving any call from you regarding the product.And whehever we call you, just getting the same answer that we’ll get product in two days.WHAT THE HELL IS THIS!!!

                    Can you please tell me how long i’ve to wait?Is there any other way to get rid of these nonsense talk of your customer care deptt.Everytime they confirm our names n address n do same promises n don’t act on that.

                      On 23.11.2011, I have placed an order for Easy Mop Orange and Leonardo Cooking Olive Oil Kit (order no:[protected] to Star CJ Alive. Payment was made through Net Banking.

                      1. Leonardo Cooking Olive Oil Kit has been delivered on 25.11.2011 by AFL courier.

                      2. Easy Mop Orange has not been delivered to me even 15 days after placing the order.

                      3. Delivery status is being deliberately and fraudulently shown as completed in their web site.

                      Even after repeated inquiry, nobody from its customer care department is able to tell me when the Easy Mop Orange will be delivered. I have sent several emails to [protected]@starcj.com but no reply has been received till date. I have already registered a complaint to its Customer Care on 01.12.2011 for the same. The Customer Care staff has been very insensible in dealing with my complaint. Every time they tell me back-end team will call back to resolve my complaint and nobody called back. Sometime, they even lie to me that I was not reachable when their so-called back-end team called back. I am trying to give wide publicity through different media about the fraudulent business practice of Star CJ so that more and more consumers dump Star CJ.

                      I had gone through the complaints made by the consumers regarding the products which have been sold on line. These complaints give rise to the doubts in the minds of the people who are on the verge of placing orders. The company is spending so much on the TV channel. Why they are not paying a heed to the complaints? They must redress the grievances of their customers and satisfy them before they decide to express their anguish by expressing their bad experiences in dealing with this company.
                      Starcj is a fraud company. They never listen to customer complaints after the sale is made by them.They are cheaters and shameless too.

                        I ordered one oven tandoor from Starcj Alive on 12-Nov-2011 (order number[protected] with card payment of Rs 3400. As per their website and customer care they shipped my order on 19th Nov through courier Gati.
                        But Gati is saying that never recieved any courier for me.

                        I didn't get the product till 29th november and after many calls to customer care they cancelled my order.
                        But now they are not refunding my payment.
                        Everytime I call customer care they say that complaint has been forwarded to concerned department and I will get call back in 24 hours but no-one calls back.

                        I am not sure if starcj is going to refund my money. I have to take customer courts help in this case.

                          I ordered a Samsung Ultra Slim TV from Star CJ Online Shopping site on 16/11/2011 which assured me delivery of the product within 10 working days. My order no. is [protected]. Star CJ says that they have dispatched the product and gave me the reference of the courier company "AFL" and my docket (consignment number [protected]). I have been constantly contacting AFL and STAR CJ but of no use, the product I ordered has still not been delivered to me, on speaking to AFL they say that they have not received the complete product and STAR CJ says they have dispatched.

                          I have made more than 50 callls but whenever i call customer care guy says that they will arrange a call back in one hour but not even a single guy has ever called me. I need my product as soon as possible. I have also talked to a few of the senior customer executives (Arvind, Santosh Pathak, Trilok etc) but they are even worse. They always give false promises but never live upto it and now they have even stopped attending my calls. I am sick and tired of the poor and appalling service I have been offered. I have wasted my money and time making numerous calls to Star CJ getting nothing in return. So do the needful as early as possible or i have to file a case against the organisation.

                          I have ordered a bajaj hand blender (worth rs 999) on 1st feb 2012 through StarCJ website, but i didn't get the same till today i(28 march.) I called them several times regarding my product but they didnt take any appropriate actions. After waiting for more than a month to receive the product but when i didn't get it then i decided to get my money back.Now its going to be one more month and i didn't get money refunded. They are claiming that their product has been misplaced and they are waiting for the product to reach their warehouse. Once they get the product back in their warehouse, only then they will issue my refund. My QUESTION is what's my fault. If somehow their product gets misplaced, whats the fault of customer. I've already paid for my product and if it got misplaced then why should i suffer for that. If it takes a year to search out that product, then its not my fault to wait for that long. I want to get my money back.

                          Some Supervisors names are as follows: Alkesh, Prashant Singh, Santosh Pathak, Trilok, Vikas Kumar and Neeraj etc.

                          They all lied to me and didn't resolve the matter. I am totally disappointing with their service. PLEASE NEVER BOOK ANYTHING FROM STARCJ.

                            Hi,

                            I had booked an order on Star CJ "66 pices dinner set" on 18th Oct 11 and i had received the order on 25th oct 11, and at the time of booking that order i asked with customer care if i dont like the set then is it possible to return , customer care said that yes you can return your shipment with 7 working days after once you received the product. On the basis of customer care words i have booked the order . and after receiving that product i found the the set is a very small in size , instead of what i have seen on boardcast.

                            on 26th Oct 11, i have registered a complaint that i want my money back and till now my query is not resolved yesterday i got the call from Star CJ mumbai office and they told me that we can only exchange or refund money if the product is damage or the manufacturing defect and they are denying to exchange or money refund.

                            I have asked that i need to talk to your senior authorities , but they said we are from senior department and not doing anything.

                            Please do the needfull to sort out the issue.

                              Its a fake company with employees trying there best to fool you. They have no address to trace.

                              Star CJ Alive is a fraud company.I have placed an order from my mobile no. [protected].I have paid 10K upfront and since three months I have not got the product nor the money back.The people running the fraud have to be arrested.It is a complete channel drawing money from all over the country.Something has to be done to take care of this mess.I have complained on 50 websites and have got responses from over 5000 customers who have been under the same circumstances.Its a shame,a shame on the business ethics.I am ashamed that such a channel is running and fleecing people.

                              Star CJ Alive — Star CJ- Complete Fraud Even After 6 Months Product not delivered

                              I had ordered for 3 pack ( one back contains 3 daily living boxes) of Daily Living Boxes wide order No. [protected] from star CJ on 31st August 2011. Till data I have not received complete delivery of the product.
                              Firstly instead of Daily living boxes, Price ware jar set was delivered to me in the month of December 2011. Then The same was replaced with only one pack of daily living boxes.
                              Then after three months of rigorous follow up only 2 Qty of Daily Living boxes have been delivered in the month of April 2012. Instead of two packs, which means 6 Qty of Daily living Boxes.
                              I had made payment of Daily Living Boxes in august 2011 and still waiting for complete delivery of my product.
                              Kindly take strict action against Star CJ.

                              I wish to point out that starcj is a big fraud with online shoppers as starcj charge high rates and supply sub-standard products. There is no after sales service. They
                              do not register customer complaints. They never reply to customer emails about complainst of products.
                              I purchased one Jaipan Juicer from starcjonline for Rs.1319/- on 21.11.12 vide order no.[protected].The juicer was defective.It did not work right from day one.Its motor was defective.
                              A complaint was made to starcj.They asked me to get in touch with Brand Supplier M/S Jaipan Industries, Mumbai.I contacted Jaipan Industries and told them about their defective Juicer. They advised me to contact their local Service Franchisee at Chandigarh, Mr. Jaspreet Singh of J K Refigeration Works, Phone No. [protected] for repairs of the product.
                              The Juicer was inspected by local franchisee in the first week of Dec., 2012.I was told that motor is defective and motor will be replaced after getting the supply of new motor from Jaipan Industries, Mumbai.
                              During the last 4 months I have made numerous personal visits to local franchisee, but to no avail. I have also made numerous calls to starcj, Mumbai and Jaipan Industries, Mumbai, but to no avail.The juicer has not been repaired so far. Neither starcj is refunding my money nor they are replacing the defective product nor they are repairing the defective product. Mr. Ravinder Guge, Mr. Rama Kant, Mr. Huzaifa, Mr. Himanshu, Mr. Lachman and Ms. Bhawna of Starcj have been giving me false assurances on phone that my complaint will be resolved within a few days.But nothing has been done during the last over 4 months. One Mr. Nikhil Ambekar of Jaipan Industies, Mumbai, Phone No. [protected] has been telling lies to me during the last 4 months that motor has been sent to the service franchisee at Chandigarh. In fact, no motor has been sent to local franchisee so far. Starcjand Jaipan Industries, Mumbai have never replied to any of my mails dated 4.2.13, 25.2.13, 15.3.13, 23.3.13 and 3.4.13
                              I feel that starcj is a big fraud with online shoppers.

                                I have ordered LCD from Star CJ website on 19th Nov and the payment I made through my credit cards , per their website the delivery time was mentioned as 5-7 WD but it is near about a month I have still not recieved delivery of products , basis my experience with them I must say this a pathatic service provider and I request consumer not to order anything from them.

                                    An order (no. [protected]) was placed on 5th November. Payment was online (my biggest mistake) for 2 items. Only one (Daily Living Box) was shipped, the other (Sanjeev Kapoor's Pan Set) didn’t arrive. After that, every day I made a call 2-3 times, and the customer care center kept promising a resolution. But nothing happened.

                                    On 26th November, a call came from the Mumbai head office acknowledging a warehousing error, and that the product will be sent soon. Since then, I have made numerous calls with no effect. I do not know how to escalate this within StarCj, there are no phone nos or email ids available.

                                    I would like contact details of some responsible person at Mumbai head office who will take personal interest in this matter.

                                      On 23.11.2011, I have placed an order for Easy Mop Orange and Leonardo Cooking Olive Oil Kit (order no:[protected] to Star CJ Alive.

                                      1. Leonardo Cooking Olive Oil Kit has been delivered very promptly on 25.11.2011 by AFL courier.

                                      2. Easy Mop Orange has not been delivered to me even 15 days after placing the order.

                                      I have already registered a complaint to its Customer Care on 01.12.2011 for the same. Even after repeated inquiry, nobody from its customer care department is able to tell me when the Easy Mop Orange will be delivered. I have sent several emails to [protected]@starcj.com but no reply has been received till date. I have posted a question on Customer board on 29.11.2011 but still no answer to my question has come. It seems Star CJ is least bothered to reply to my queries. The customer service provided by Star Cj is really horrible.

                                        1. Shoe Rack (20 20),
                                        2. Kaiserhoff 12 pc set
                                        3. Diamond VLCC Facial Kit

                                        After placing the orders, I get the order number stating that the goods will be delivered to me in 7-10 working days. However, 4-5th day, I always get a message that order has been cancelled as courier person could not contact which is definitely not the case.

                                        This thing seems to be ongoing and an issue with most of the customers. Request you to either deliver the products on time or stop Star CJ.
