I placed an order for SUNFLAME GLASS TOP 3 BURNER GAS STOVE- ORDER NO
[protected] with starcj.com and recd the product very promptly on
28.07.2011 vide invoice no.[protected] dated 27/07/2011.
On installation, it was observed that there was continued gas small
after turning off the knob.
We lodged our complaint and the product was exchanged vide invoice no.
[protected] dated 30/07/2011
As soon as we installed the same to test and ignited and closed the
knob. The flame continued for couple of seconds. A little later when
again ignited, there was a wide spread fire on full kithen shelf and I
was shocked and stunned and with grace of god, escaped major
mishappening.
We lodged our complaint immediately for return and refund as we
understood that substandard products are being sold by luring we
housewives on TV channels. We were informed that our complaint stands
registered, return will take place in 2-3 days and refund shall be
processed in 7-10 days.
Now it is almost 5 months and despite our repeated calls and counter
assurances by their customer care executives that it is in process, it
is forwarded to our seniors etc etc nothing appears to be moving at
starcj.
It was stated in email complaint to starcj as well that "I herewith now
serve a notice if refund order is not recd , we shall be taking up with
consumer forum"
- for defective goods,
- for restraining your advertisements,
- penal damages for not complying with your terms and conditions,
- for interest on delayed payments,
- damages being heart patient,
- goods storage charges etc.
Look forward for Registering our complaint and we seek immediate refund
order alongwith interest,cost and damages.

Star CJ network India Private Limited — WRONG AS WELL AS INCOMPLETE PRODUCT
HI,I saw 'Star CJ Network' home furnishing advertisement on TV; they offered some free items along with the home furnishing product, I ordered(order # [protected]) that product from Star CJ Network on 5/1/2012, by calling them. I received my product however the product was wrong and incomplete: The main item I ordered was wrong in color and some free items were missing as well.
I called 'Star CJ' customer service same day and marked a complaint......they sent just 1 item but the delivery guy did not hand that over to me because on the bill 'Star CJ' mentioned "EXCHANGE / DELIVERY". And the delivery boy asked me for an exchange item, which made no sense.
Since that day I am calling them regularly they are giving me falls commitments: it has been a month no solutions so far, no calls regarding my complaint.
They called just once that too regarding the payment: as it was 'COD' and I have already paid the complete amount.
Please look after this, whenever I ask them for their manager they do the fake transfers where it rings and rings but no 1 answers. Please help me; you r the only hope...........Thanks/regards.
