I have ordered 2 items from
star CJ on 11 Nov 2011 with order no [protected].
items were one Power Hanger and another was 8 piece Princeware bathroom set.
I paid thourgh net banking while I received delivery of 1 item on immediate next day.
But when i signed invoice i noticed that Invoice was for my both ordered products.
Then I called back delivery guy on the number he called me that is [protected].
He said that he must have forgot the product at office and will deliver it later.
after that I never received Delivery of products I called
Star CJ for more than 9 times.
There was no proper response from them to heighten my frustration I was told there will be no complaint no.
They only identify with order no. hence for every call I have to give them details over and over again.
for pathetic question like are you sure you received only one packet? do you have courier
person number and name.
I am fed up with this now its 2 weeks and not a single call or follow up from
Star CJ complaint team.
They are sitting on my money and giving reason to me.
They dont have order status with them nor courier team details.
WARNING TO ALL DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM
STAR CJ:
1. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS.
2, THEY DO NOT HAVE PROPER SYSTEM IN PLACE TO HANDLE CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS
3. IF YOU HAVE BOUGHT SOMETHING ELECTRONIC FROM THEM AND HAS FAULT MAY GOD HELP YOU BUT
STAR CJ WON'T.
4. STILL YOU WANT TO BUY ALWAYS OPT FOR CASH ON DELIVERY AND AVOID EXPENSIVE AND ELECTRONIC ITEMS.
5. ELSE KISS YOUR MONEY GOODBYE AND DONT EXPECT PRODUCT LIKE MY CASE.

I ordered online for plastic boxes(used in kithchen) and ordered for 2 quantity...but they delivered 1 quantity...
Mutiple calls...same standard replies :-
> complaint has been fwd to the concerned department
> arranging a callback
>COncerned team is chking in the warehouse for the stock!!
as if they are gng to the companymanufacturing it...and chking there...
ridiculous...
Its been more than a month...and no resolution...
THEY are not even refunding the money...
