[Resolved] State Bank of India — Arrear of revised pension(By High Court Decision) and Increment of Pension at age of 70yrs | |||
Dear Sir, I Mohinder Rani w/o Late Inder Paul Sharma receiving family pension from State Bank of India, Batala Road branch, Amritsar. Account no. [protected] P.P.O No. 98160/Pb. (under the Decision of Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana High court, (Civil Writ Petition no 17441 of 2009) given on 16th day of Feb. 2010. and D.P.I (Ser. Secondary) Punjab, Chandigarh memo no 20/80-89 A-2(3) dated[protected], and Audit General(AG) letter no RC-II/SAI Pen-5/1-10/95-96/17282-85 dated :[protected], Letter no 826, 27/03/2012 of Principal, Govt. Secondary School, Verka, Amritsar.) has still not received arrear of revised pension inspite of reminding repeatedly and also applying for increment in pension at age of 70 yrs (under the Punjab Govt. rule) since 6-7 months with age proof, but nothing is done in this regard also. Kindly take this case in your kind consideration and do the needful. My Pension is being paid through your bank vide my SBI A/C No. [protected] placed at Golmuri Jamshedpur-3, Jharkhand. My pension particulars are as: P.P.O. No.: JSR/POL/902 and G.F.: 6273.
Sir, my pension amount is Rs. 8654/, but due to some mistake or discrepancy the pension amount become Rs. 7231/ since June 2009, which is not at all justified.
So, Kindly look into the matter and take necessary action to resolve this problem. So that, I can get the appropriate pension amount of Rs. 8654/

State Bank of India — ARREAR OF REVISED PENSION
My PPO no is[protected] and S/B A/C no is [protected].After 6cpc implementation my husband's pension and family pension was supposed to be revised w.e.f. 1/1/2006.A number of application has been submitted in SBI, AGO COMPLEX BRANCH, RANCHI, JHARKHAND AND to the CENTRALISED PENSION PROCESSING CENTER, EXHIBITION ROAD, PATNA, BIHAR. for the arrear payment and revision of my family petion but till date action is null by STATE BANK OF INDIA.
