Hi,

My name is srihari surisetty.
I am holding an account in SBI in Andhra Pradesh with the account number [protected].
Rs 5000/- got deducted from ATM without using the original ATM card from an HDFC bank ATM which is in Brigade road, Bangalore in July 2012.

I was following with the SBI and HDFC banks since then. But I dint get any response till now.

Could you please help me out?br...

I, Niraj Kumar Rajput have given a request for issue of ATM against my ATM lost complaint number [protected]. My a/c No. is [protected]. A written application for issue an ATM was given to SBI, BB Cantt, Srinagar (J&K) on 18/12/12 but till date I have not received ATM. I am facing hard due to ATM for transaction since the movement in this area is not frequent.
I have written my mobile Number on my application but no any response through telephone received to me. My mob No. is [protected]. My postal address is as under :

I opened two SB account in state bank of India, BHU, Varanasi branch one single account (for pension) and other Joint account 2 years back. I also applied for the ATM facility for both. I got the ATM card of the joint account after a month of openning the account but i could not get one for my single account. Ienquired for the same many times. whenever I visit the branch the staff asks me to fill the application (request) form for the same, I have filled the form for 5 times so far but I could not receive the card. To my surprise I received a card for the joint account for which I did not apply and I already have the card. also the bank deducted Rs 200 from my Single account for which i applied for ATM card (but could not get the same). I complained it many times to the chairman and dgmsbi online many times but they always give instruction to sbi Lucknow and Varanasi to look into the matter and issue the card. but there is no effect of thes instruction. It seems that SBI dose not value its customer at all. I stay away from varanasi with my son and it is difficult to visit BHU branch frequently.
I HAVE ASKED FOR A NEW ATM CARD WITH BLOCKING THE OLD ONE (TICKET NUMBER [protected])
MY ACCOUNT IS IN INS CHILKA BRANCH, I HAVE SEND A FAX AND A WRITTEN APPLICATION IN THE BANK AND THEY HAVEN'T SEND THE ATM CARD AND THE PIN


PLZ HELP ME I DON'T HAVE MY CHECK BOOK

    I am really unhappy with the kind of treatment given by SBI to his customers/ People( Non Customers.
    This is regards to a New Account Opening with SBI.
    I am a working professional and I work 6 days in a week .For Opening an account in SBI I visited their Road no.22,Thane Branch on Saturday. The time I asked the concern person for submission he said that they don’t open account on Sat/Mon/Wed. I accepted , but one of the lady employee started yelling that ,”The Forms from other branch of SBI will not be entertained only forms of our branch we will processed. We are not here to accept other branches forms and all. I accepted it but what made her to shout in front of everyone and curse customer she would have said in a polite way that these are our rules that’s it She created a lot of scence if front of so huge crowd at branch.
    Later I found that SBI Samata Nagar, Thane Branch works on Sunday. So very next Sunday I went to this branch. It was 10.30 am. I stand in a Queue, there was a huge rush. Branch people were unable to manage it and suddenly they started shouting at people to move out, they took forms of all the people and told us to stand outside the branch and only those forms will be proceeds for the day which are accepted. But this kind of behavior is not accepted from Bank professionals. We all waited. They took one by one the forms and what is this happening, the Service Manager is not accepting anyone’s form? To every form he is pulling out something or the other mistake and instead to request them to rectify he is shouting at them and telling them straight away to come next day!!! Later it was 12.45 pm when my turn came. He found that one of my document is improper so I shown him the other proof he agreed but I don’t have the photocopy so I requested him that I will get the photocopy. Its was just a matter of 5 mins I bought the documents and he is not accepting it!!! He told me to come tomorrow. I requested him that I am a working professional I don’t get time so offend. He said then come next Sunday. That day too I have to move from their without account opening.
    On very next Sunday of that week I went to the same branch, assuming that my form was verified last week so I have just submit , pay the amount and that’s it! This time I entered at 12.30 pm.To my surprise they are saying that forms are accepted at 10 am only and that too only 20forms for the day. Accepted it, but suddenly the new rule? How come a person will know that this sudden policy are been incorporated. Have they updated in websites? NO!!! The requested the Service Manager that last week too I came and this week again the same scenario. This fellow is so adamant; he straight away shouted at me that we can’t process it. (There was no single queue for Acct opening) and again the same old story “COME TOMMORROW”. WHY???????
    This really frustrated me!!! What the hell the government is doing for Indians???? Just making them go merry go round and make them so negative and against to them that ultimately people are made to opt for private Services!!!!
    I lost my tempers and started yelling at him, to my surprise he not utter a single word!!!! It just went to Deaf ears!!!! Is this kind of treatment you provide to people who come to open accounts in your Bank??? If at initial stage such treatment is render than god know what services will be provided when one will become the Customer!!!!
    Is this really accepted???? Or we Indians are here to accept any thing and later on curse Govt for not being.doing any good to the Indians????
    We open accounts in your Banks of which the Bank runs and same way Salary are been paid to the Employees of the banks.Is the Govt paying from their pockets to this…NO!!!!! Its our money which is been used for all theses services/ developments etc THAN WHY SUCH TREATMENT??? WHY SUCH ATTITUDE????? WHY SUCH BEHAVIOUR????? This has ultimately given rise to Private banking and here we Indians are suffering in our owm country and working to such private organizations!!!!
    I don’t know how effective this forum is??? But a request to all that fight for our rights. We are being ruled by Govt in a democratic country like INDIA!!!

        Sir,
        I am maintaining a DSP account [protected] at Nandigram branch code 1555, West Bengal. I am using SBI net banking. I intended to SMS alert of transaction at my new mobile no [protected] instead of [protected]. On 12 Jan 13, I have requested for same at online banking.

        On 13 Jan 13 evening I got a receive call from [protected], Ashish Mehta, SBI Mumbai, Nehru Stadium, Mumbai. He claimed for an assistant of SBI Mumbai and on 14 Jan 13, I also got calls from [protected](SBI TOLL FREE) and[protected], Mohan Kumar, SBI Card Centre, Bangalore. Both of them asked me some questions for account verification as DOB, Address, account No, Card No. After I satisfied I gave them as they asked due to call from SBI Toll free Number. They told me SMS alert will be activated at my new mobile number within 24 hours.

        I felt a doubt and went to nearest SBI, Khaprail, Siliguri ATM and check my a/c status. I found there are 10 transactions were made on 13 and 14 Jan 13 by online shopping, POS PURC, BILLDESK SBIPG and for the amount of Rs 94,300.00 debited from my account. I immediately changed my PIN No. I am holding my ATM debit card not handover to anybody.

        You are requested to please query on the above subject and refund the debited amount at my account at the earliest.

          My sbi card was hacked in the early hours of today morning (i.e. 11th jan 2013 2am ist) fraudulent transactions were performed on my card from us which have been mentioned below:

          11/01/2013 southwest airlines co dallas us 1.00 dr.
          11/01/2013 mcdonald's f1405 oakland us 498.17 dr.
          11/01/2013 target pinole us 3149.33 dr.
          11/01/2013 target pinole us 3149.33 dr.
          11/01/2013 target pinole us 3149.33 dr.
          11/01/2013 target pinole us 3149.33 dr.

          The card got automatically blocked when further fraudulent transactions were tried.

          On contacting the sbi help line they have asked me to submit the dispute form which I have submitted which has the reference caseid=[protected]. But they have informed me that it will take about 3 working days for the transactions to confirm then the investigation will be started. They also don't have an option of cancelling those fraudulent transactions and it would take about maximum of 120 days for the investigation to complete. Please provide me pointers for getting my money back since in the confirmation mail they have mentioned this point.

          "C) you are advised to remit payment toward the disputed transaction amount to avoid levy of charges on the card account"

            good evening sir,

            i am a customer of sbi credit card , few months ago i received a call from sbi credit card for mediclaim policy of indian health organisation, when i received the call, told to representative i don't want to buy/use this policy & cut the call , they again & again called me & after some time i received the call , representative talked to me & told about the policy , he also told to me it's a totally free policy package for credit card holder if you don't use or utilise it just the amount of Rs. 7500/- hold in your credit card statement,after the period of 2 year the completion of policy hold value automatically release hold amount. you don't have to pay the Rs. 7500/-. in this connection next month i received my credit card bill, i paid only the amount of above Rs. 7500/- , after that when i received the another bill in next month, the amount of bill was Rs.(use of credit card +7500+penalty). then i called to sbi credit card customer care , they gave me a complaint no. but no solution till now. complaint no.[protected].

              As per my request email on 04.01.2011 SBI Credit Card Co. blocked my credit card. I am unemployed since November, 2008 before that I paid my card bill on regular basis.Due to financial crisis I have settled ALL MY CREDIT CARDS. I have telephoned SBI Credit Card Co. many times (in 2008 & 2009) for settlement. After that I emailed SBI Credit Card Company several times on 12.01.2011, 24.03.2011, 28.03.11 for full & final settlement, SBI replied 24.03.2011 with acknowledgement and a complain number, on 28.03.2011 they wrote `we acknowledge the receipt of your email and assure you that we are looking into your concerns on priority’. On 28.03.2011 their executive called me several time and came to my house and take interest for settlement after negotiation he agreed with Rs. 7000/- with equal two installments. He told me to pay now & he will come back within seven days with Full & Final settlement letter. I paid the amount after he convinced me by telephonic discussion undersigned had with his Senior Officials. Every detail I have communicated with SBI via email, they assured me with an email on 18.04.2011 that after completion of their investigation they will revert to me but unfortunately I have not got any reply till date. In the meantime, every month they send me bill with a huge amount & their executives call me, harass me & send their collection agent came for payment but they are not replying in written. As per RBI rules they are bound to reply within 60 days. SBI Credit card company has suffered me more than 4 years without any fault, I have suffered severe mental harassment and mental anguish.

              SBI Credit Card — Harassment for Final Settlement

              Dear Sir / Madam,
              I had SBI credit card until 2005 which advertently lost while fueling petrol. I suddently found a charge for Rs.1300 on petrol one time and called SBI to block the card. Also requested the call center person to provide me a replacement card.

              SBI did not send me a replacement card. I forgot to pay the bills which eventually accumulated with all the maintenance charges and soforth to Rs.4000 in 6 months. A call came from SBI requesting me to do a final settlement which they mentioned as Rs.2150 which would be collected by a collection agent. Realization of the payment will be done by SBI cards and eventually they would send me a closure letter.

              I paid them Rs.2150 and got a receipt from the collection agent. However, SBI card never sent me a closure letter. They credited 2150 as a regular payment and kept the remaining balance. I could not call and complain as the card number given in my ebill was not original card number. However in beginning of 2008, I got a call again from a collection agent. This time again asking me to settle the bill. The call was such a harassment where I had to finally cut the phone off. After that there was no call for a year until the past two weeks.

              This time SBI again wants to pay me a settlement fee to close the current balance which has gone upto Rs.10500. I never had a card since 2006. Paid the settlement fee. SBI kept charging me with annual fee and interest to accumulate it until today.

              I am not sure whether to pay once again the settlement amount they are asking so that we get a closure or keep ignoring this.

              Please let me know how you can help me.
              SBI Credit card has become a nuisance. They ask for payment for getting a certificate of payment which has never been heard.

              SBi Managers should be arrested for mental toture and harassment.

              Government should stop their business for credit card

              SBI Credit Card — Harassment since 2006

              I had a credit card in[protected] and I stopped using it becuase the service was poor. I had asked them to cancel the card. After a couple of months had a call stating that they will not charge me for annual charges and that I can start using the card.<br /><br />

              As soon as I started using the card, they charged me interest and anual card charges.<br /><br />
              <br /><br />
              I the meantime I had made a payment toward petrol bill. They had lost the cheque for which payment was made and asked me to send another cheque. I made payment again. Since then they have been charging me interestest and latepayment charges.<br /><br />
              <br /><br />
              they have been harassing me and my family. Initially I started getting calls from their call centre to settle the issue with Rs.2000 which I refused. They are continuing to harrass me. I received a call today, 8/5/09, at 15.30 hrs from telephone no.30827920. The person said that he will continue to harass.<br /><br />
              <br /><br />
              I am surprised at SBI being a Government bank at their "goonda giri" and harassment. <br /><br />

                I request SBI Manager to Deactivate my SBI Credit Card as soon as possible, because i'm unable to pay amount on time. You people are going on charging me high repetition bill.
                My account is into monthly deposit account. when i was taking this credit card your person told me that there no problem if i not deposit amount on time. But now it's getting highly charged even though i'm not using that card.

                You people are calling me to make payment, i'm not ready to make a single penny to you. Not only these word i need my money back which i have paid in the very first month of 2550 rs.

                I will waiting for your reply, please do needful to your customer.

                Credit Card — Not receiving Statement + Depositing problem

                This is with reference to my sbi credit card statement.i have not received my statement on time any of the month, even after that the payment was made whenever i get a call from customer care.But last month when I did not reced yr statement I m, ake payment of Rs. 2280/- on 29th March 2008 which payment cleared by my bank on 2nd April 2008 after that I am receiving so many threating calls from sbi centre neither receiving any statement nor reciving any call before that now I received a letter with a threating style and always my payments are regular but no one can listen for this now I made up my mind not to make the payment till i receive my statement i got two-three calls from so called customer care asking for payments;when asked for statement i was assured that the same would be sent to me in four hours time;but to no avail.I went upto the extent of calling them and asking for statment where in i was again given a false promise and all rude replies but again in vain.
                Today i got a call in the afternoon asking for payment and when asked for statement the same reply was given wheren i was told we ill get back to u in 15 minutes...but noreply till time...
                can someone help me in telling what shoud be the next course of action...
                Here is a customer who is ready to make his payments but the cr card department is neither waving of the late payment fees which occured because of them nor sending me the statemnt... but now I decided to go to consumer court and women cell for the threating and harresment by SBI peoples they himself cheater and making us fool so NOW I DECIDED THAT I MUST GO TO CONSUMER COURT AND COMPALATING IN POLICE STATION AND WOMEN CELL ALSO AND AM GIVING IN ALL THE NEWSPAPER FOR THE SAME HARRASMENT AND THREATING.

                SBI Credit Cards — Not ready to give me a new card

                Have tried calling them numerous times have been making the minimum due payments on time except a time when I was out of job still they say that they will not give me a new card till I make my payments in full. Is that correct on part of the bank can they leagally do something like that if not will like to take action against them.
                Please anyone guide me.

                SBI Credit Card — Not sending statement and finally asked for 15 times of amount

                Hello sir,

                With a lot of mails and calls I m finally writing this mail to you.

                I was using SBI CARD till last year which i finally decided to stop using because of many false commitments made by your customer care executives.
                This year when i applied for a new card i came to know that my name is in CIBIL because of which i called up call center an they told me that there was a purchase i made of Rs350 against which i have to pay Rs 4200/-

                I asked them that why they have not informed me. In reply to that they said that they dont know my present address which is completly wrong.When they called on my new number i told them my new address as well.

                Now when i asked for settlement they said that my name will not be removed from CIBIL if i dont pay them Rs4200. Dont you think that this is misuse of facility(CIBIL) given to credit card companies.

                I hope you understand and will help me in this issue.

                I am getting call and bills of other person at my mobile number. I have requested many times to SBI people to not calling me at my number or sending any sms regarding the credit card because I am not the SBI credit card holder but still they are sending me. I am working with s/w industry and sometime it wastes my time and give unnecessarily burden to me. I am using Idea sim and I have confirmed from the IDEA also and found there are no any members associated with my mobile number who has taken SBI credit card.

                credit card/sbi — putting penalty charge even though i have paid all amount within due date

                If someone wants to talk with your personal their is no contact number. while going talking on helpline no.[protected] we have to spend an hour then we can talk with representative. Continuously last 3 month I couldn't received my credit card statement not on my e-mail and nor on my postal address.while talking with your personal he said me that we had send statement on some other e-mail address, when I told him let me know on what e-mail address you had mailed then he said I am sorry I can't give this information, then I told him as these is my account and I want to know my information which I feed u though you r not informing me that's is very wrong and shame.It means that intensely you r not provided the credit card statement on proper time so that customer becomes defaulter and you may recover penalty. One more complaint against your CPP department. I don't know may it is related to u or it may other concerns.But I am associated CPP with you cause while talking on helpline number my call transfer to CPP department.These concerns offer me some services while just receiving my new SBI Credit Cards. Some representative call me on mobile that you have to pay the charge of CPP services in 3 equal instalment Rs.560/- and that would be charge from your credit card. If you agree to have this services then we will provide u our services.Under that we will send u our welcome kit.and complete information regarding our services.I accept and agree to have services.Since last 3 or 4 month has been passed all the instalment has been charged from credit card accounts still today dt.07/03/2013. I didn't received any single letter or e-mail or welcome kit regarding your services information.I had launch my request and complaint 2 time but no-one is ready to take care. That's is completely cheating with the customer. I am sorry to say but It is true.

                I have paid my card payment for the month of September, 2013 by cheque on 7th of October, 2013 and it has debited from my account on 10th October, 2013 and now when the bill raised for October, 2013 Interest has shown on late payment Rs.730.95/- as per my card cycle due date of payment is 12.10.2013 and I have paid according to my account on 10th of October. In bill you have shown that it has received on 18th of October, its a funny thing that last five years I am paying the card payment same way and from your side while enquiring I have got the message that the card No. was incorrect due to this why the payment has not reverted to my account nor I have received any intimation that your cheque has bounced and then how the payment will be received by you late and you are taking the fine from me. Kindly revert the payment back to my card. Its the fault from your side and why the individual has to suffer for the same. I am making the promptly, why I should suffer due to your mistake. Please rectify the mistake as early as possible.

                One more thing I want to enquire your helpline numbers only three functions are there 1. card information 2. card lost or stollen 3. card benefits we cannot contact your customer care from the helpline for any of the problem immediately, we will have to immediately rush to any of the SBI branch from where Credit card customer care personnel is there and from there only we have to contact to customer care person. Please rectify the problem and revert back as early as possible and oblidge.

                  My auditor ask me car loan statement . so i went to our branch . i asked statement. but the Mr naveen kumar manager . it will not possible to take statement because it is other branch a/c . Why ? in our core banking system what is the use ?
                  he told me to take at concern branch Shivaji nagar Bangalore around 14 km from our uttrahalli branch . I waited for more than 1/2 hour and i requested l lot of time he not given. at last he said that i cannot

                      This complaint is against SBI, Mayur Vihar Phase 1 Branch. I am planning to buy a new car and I need a loan of Rs. 4 lac 75 thousand from the bank. All my papers are absolutely correct and I have an excellent credit history with other loans and credit cards. I have bank account in ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Punjab National Bank and RBS Bank. I live in Noida and I work with HCL, Noida. My Salary is well above required level for this amount of loan. I was talking to Mr. Sandeep Kumar Singh from this bank and I was refused a loan just because I was not willing to open an account with the SBI Bank. I dont think this is a mandatory requirement for a loan to be sanctioned. I did not want to open 1 more account simply because I will not be using it, it will be dormant and may be misused somehow. Why should I open a bank account when I do not need it? Just because the bank has to complete its target numbers? I needed my car delivered by tomorrow because it is urgently required for some personal reason. Now, in the evening, Mr. Singh has sent my papers back saying that if I do not open an account, they will not give me the loan. Is it not sheer blackmailing? I am going to apply for my loan again in a private bank and I am sure I will get it without any hassles. Please look into the matter.

                          श्रीमान् जी मै अनूप सिंह पुत्र श्री नेम सिंह निवासी गाँव मण्डनपुर पुन्हैरा जलेसर का निवासी हूँ। मेरे ATM खाता सेख्या [protected] से 5000 रूपये का बैलैंस कम हो गया है। जब मैं बैंक शाखा मे जाता हॅू तो वे TRANSACTION SUCCESSFUL होना बताते है। जिसकी TRANSACTION ID N0. 922 है। वो रूपये मुझे मिले नहीं लेकिन मेरे ATM Accounts से कम हो गये हैं। अतः श्रीमान् जी से प्रार्थना है कि मेरे रूपये वापस दिलाकर उचित कार्यवाही करने की कृपा करें।

                            Good day.

                            Myself Santosh Kumar Goyal holding a NRI a/c # [protected] in SBI @ main branch Sanganeri Gate, Jaipur.

                            I try to withdraw an amount of Rs 20000/- on 12th Sept' 2012 at 21:03 Hrs from ATM of SBBJ at Gopalpura Bypass (terminal # S[protected] by txn # 7897.

                            I didn't receive any single amount but my a/c has been debited TWICE by SAME TXN no. i. e. 7897, as per my bank branch computer entry.

                            As soon as I came to know that my a/c has been debited by amt of Rs 40000/-(Rs 20000/- + Rs 20000/-), I lodged a complaint to SBI customer care (Complaint # AT[protected]) on 12/9/2012 around 21:30 hrs.
                            After that my a/c was credited by Rs 20000/- only on 14/9/2012.

                            I contacted my bank branch on 15/9/2012 & Filled up a complaint form for to reimburse my next Rs. 20000/-. I was shocked by came to know that my complaint is already closed n no credit to my a/c.
                            After that I again n again contacted to my bank branch on 5/10/2012, 01/11/2012, 23/11/2012 n 03/12/2012 n lodged/ filled up a complaint every time. But all was in vain.

                            Now more than 4 months have been passed but my a/c has not been credited by next Rs 20000/- till date.
                            So please look into the matter on higher priority as I am mentally tired & also credit Penalty of Rs 100/- per day from 15/9/2012 till date.

                            Thats very surprise that, In time of automation this type of mistake carry for much longer. By this way Banking Lokpal to take hard and fast action. Money is Important for all but i[censored] lost your money by this way this equal to crime.
                            In my opinion i[censored] reconcile on that date transaction u will shortcut that problem.
                            But person who work with SBI is very careless about automation.
                            So I appeal to Banking Lokpal make an example of Justice and shortcut this type of problem.

                            Dear Bank Manager, AGM and CMGB and concern,

                            Its from last one year SBI Nalkheda branch is deducting amount from my salary account and its like cheating me.
                            Deducted more then 2Lac without any intimation. No mail/No calls/No bank statement even after deduction of amount/No reply/No authority? No sense of responsibility to reply.

                            Its final reminder! I not got my below query resolved. I need the answer with full loan statement and below mentioned query to be answered or going to concern authority for resolving it with my advocate with the help of consumer forum and RBI.

                            My father and brother is deposited cash 95000/- for the same loan but the entry is not showing. Only 35000 Rs is showing deposited before Feb-2013. Bank every month deducting the amount available from my mentined 2 salary a/c After Feb-2014.

                            First all the entries were showing different ED loan account number. where is my money gone? We have given more then 2lac for the loan of 2lac Rs. Interest already paid by government.

                            Please resolve or I have to move to concern authority.

                            4. Where is my loan account statement, with all payments and remaining if any?
                            5. Reason of deducted 15000 and 10000 two times in same month even given in written on mail for deduction of 10000/-every month.
                            6. why loan account statement not sent me by the person who deducting the amount from my account every month? Don't he thinks its his responsibility to maintain clear transaction? Why this things are happening like cheating process?
                            7. I need the amount back in my account with interest and compensations from the oerson who is doing all this with the reason that why more then 10000 is deducted from my account?

SBI branch is doing all this with own group employee, then I can imagine what these people were doing with illiterate formers. They need Commission/Agents/ Brokers for every transaction?

                            I need the reply with my loan account statement with my total payments and remaining loan amount. For a ED Loan of 2Lac, I paid total 2Lac 60000 Rs. and still lien 10000/- How it comes? Interest is already paid by government.

                            Only because this all unnecessary deduction of more then 10000, I made the loss and personal image in society as not able to meet the monthly expenses on time. Who will pay this losses? I need Compensations for that and don't deduct even a single peny from my account now!!!

                              I have joined SBI Magnum Sector Funds Umbrella Contra Dividend with folio # 11445850 of Rs. 2000/- P.M. from September, 2008 till October, 2011 i.e 38 installments at SBI Nayeemnagar Branch (7166). As promised by the SBI officials the SIP's growth was not satisfactory which prompted to discontinue. Please let me know the status of the folio number and also how can I withdraw the same.                                 Sir,
                                I, Nimai Baitalik is a customer of SBI branch, IIT, Kharagpur holding savings account no.[protected]. I deposited Rs. 4000/- on 24 Nov 12 by cash to the same branch. After that I leave the branch and checked the balance at the same branch ATM found cash deposited and leave the ATM after pressing of cancellation button. No transaction took place on that ATM by me. On 29 Nov 12 I went to nearby SBI ATM to withdrawn some amount from my account I found there is no sufficient balance. Immediately I checked the mini statement and found Rs. 7000/- has been withdrawn from my account and only Rs.345/- available. On the same day a written complain raised to the branch (SBI, IIT, Kharagpur) and request for the video footage also. The video footage shown by the bank says that the person stand behind me in the counter watching me while I was checking balance on 24 Nov 12. As per video footage the person withdrawn the amount (Rs. 7000/-) within 10-14 seconds after leaving the ATM counter by me. Till date the branch not given me any assurance to back my money as it is not withdrawn by me. The branch is not taken up the matter to the police till date. The chief branch manager (SBI, IIT, Kharagpur) told that it will take more time. So, you are requested to facilitate to recover my balance in my account as early as possible.

                                  I am a customer of State Bank of India (Branch: Jankipuram, Lucknow | Branch Code: 10342)

                                  I visited my branch on 12th January 2012, for issuing two Demand Drafts which I needed for applying to two reputed colleges for admissions. The officer who was on the counter told me that he wouldn't issue the Demand Draft as it was a half day (Saturday).

                                  I revisited the branch on Monday, 14th January, 2012 for the same purpose and I was again denied service, this time the reason being shortage of staff, while for the 45 minutes I was waiting in the token queue, two of the branch staff were sitting together and chatting. I had to go to another branch of SBI and they issued me the drafts instantly.

                                  Another issue with this branch is that they have pasted posters and notices that proclaim to be 'circulars' issued by the State Bank of India. These 'circulars' say: Deposits of less than 10,000 to Non Home Branches/Other Branches will not be entertained. Customers are requested to visit J.K. Computers (Echo Grahak Seva Kendra). /It is a computer shop which charges money for cash transfers./ - Issued by State Bank of India.

                                  This is in serious violation to the Citizen Charter of SBI, and its key commitment to customers. Such practices will alienate customers who don't have large bank balances and large amount of cash from availing the banking facilities. If I have to send some money to my family or friend's account, either I have to make sure it is more that 10,000 or I have to pay to some Computer shop, as State Bank wont allow me to do so from its branches. Instead of issuing such circulars, the Bank can ask small customers like me to not open their accounts in SBI and also take back its tag 'Bankers to all Indians'. Because though I get to have an account I'm being denied basic banking services at your branch.

                                  My allegations can be verified by the CCTV footage if you keep them for records.

                                  I have also faced the same problem here in Delhi . Here almost all branches practices the same...
                                  Some branch even didn't accept non home cash what the hell is this...
                                  And no one is complaining...

                                    i have invested in the year 2005, 2006 in magnum tax gain schemes. i invested through my salary account with uti bank then. now i have changed my salary account to idbi bank. i wanted to redeem my investments in SBI MF. i submitted for change of bank details with a cancelled chq leaf of new bank i.e, idbi bank. but sbimf did not accept the same and rejected stating that a copy of the old bank chq also. is it not stupidity to ask for old bank chq copy??? my account with uti is closed automatically for being inoperative. i do not have chq leaf nor any statement now as they are more than 5 years old.

                                    I invested the same way in kotak mutual funds. i submitted change of bank details with the new chq leaf. they have accepted and processed the same. they were not stupid to ask for old bank details.
                                    why such harassessment by sbimf alone. what is the purpose of asking for old account statement., that too for a redemption of just less than Rs.50000/- ?????? it is simply irritating. why are the rules not the same????? what is amfi doing??? why can't they have same rules in all MFs????

                                      SBI — Reissued ATM Card is not working

                                      My old atm card was not working properly, that's why I reissued atm i got my atm. But when i use it a massage is appear in atm machine that "please correct pin no.". So is there possiblity that my password has change or other problem is created.
