Dear sir,
i have applied for my sbi saving account transfer from Yavatmal branch to Ahmednagar, MIDC branch through mail to Yavatmal branch , Maharashtra on 5 Nov. 2012. No reply from sbi was received so i mailed reminder on 7 Nov; but still no response till date.
I am working in Ahmednagar and can not personally go to Yavatmal and request for transfer. What should i do?
Please, kindly guide me.

    श्रीमान् जी मै अनूप सिंह पुत्र श्री नेम सिंह निवासी गाँव मण्डनपुर पुन्हैरा जलेसर का निवासी हूँ। मेरे ATM खाता सेख्या [protected] से 5000 रूपये का बैलैंस कम हो गया है। जब मैं बैंक शाखा मे जाता हॅू तो वे TRANSACTION SUCCESSFUL होना बताते है। जिसकी TRANSACTION ID N0. 922 है। वो रूपये मुझे मिले नहीं लेकिन मेरे ATM Accounts से कम हो गये हैं। अतः श्रीमान् जी से प्रार्थना है कि मेरे रूपये वापस दिलाकर उचित कार्यवाही करने की कृपा करें।

      Respected Bank Lokpal. Sir,
      Good day.

      Myself Santosh Kumar Goyal holding a NRI a/c # [protected] in SBI @ main branch Sanganeri Gate, Jaipur.

      I try to withdraw an amount of Rs 20000/- on 12th Sept' 2012 at 21:03 Hrs from ATM of SBBJ at Gopalpura Bypass (terminal # S[protected] by txn # 7897.

      I didn't receive any single amount but my a/c has been debited TWICE by SAME TXN no. i. e. 7897, as per my bank branch computer entry.

      As soon as I came to know that my a/c has been debited by amt of Rs 40000/-(Rs 20000/- + Rs 20000/-), I lodged a complaint to SBI customer care (Complaint # AT[protected]) on 12/9/2012 around 21:30 hrs.
      After that my a/c was credited by Rs 20000/- only on 14/9/2012.

      I contacted my bank branch on 15/9/2012 & Filled up a complaint form for to reimburse my next Rs. 20000/-. I was shocked by came to know that my complaint is already closed n no credit to my a/c.
      After that I again n again contacted to my bank branch on 5/10/2012, 01/11/2012, 23/11/2012 n 03/12/2012 n lodged/ filled up a complaint every time. But all was in vain.

      Now more than 4 months have been passed but my a/c has not been credited by next Rs 20000/- till date.
      So please look into the matter on higher priority as I am mentally tired & also credit Penalty of Rs 100/- per day from 15/9/2012 till date.

      Thats very surprise that, In time of automation this type of mistake carry for much longer. By this way Banking Lokpal to take hard and fast action. Money is Important for all but i[censored] lost your money by this way this equal to crime.
      In my opinion i[censored] reconcile on that date transaction u will shortcut that problem.
      But person who work with SBI is very careless about automation.
      So I appeal to Banking Lokpal make an example of Justice and shortcut this type of problem.

      Dear Bank Manager, AGM and CMGB and concern,

      Its from last one year SBI Nalkheda branch is deducting amount from my salary account and its like cheating me.
      Deducted more then 2Lac without any intimation. No mail/No calls/No bank statement even after deduction of amount/No reply/No authority? No sense of responsibility to reply.

      Its final reminder! I not got my below query resolved. I need the answer with full loan statement and below mentioned query to be answered or going to concern authority for resolving it with my advocate with the help of consumer forum and RBI.

      My father and brother is deposited cash 95000/- for the same loan but the entry is not showing. Only 35000 Rs is showing deposited before Feb-2013. Bank every month deducting the amount available from my mentined 2 salary a/c After Feb-2014.

      First all the entries were showing different ED loan account number. where is my money gone? We have given more then 2lac for the loan of 2lac Rs. Interest already paid by government.

      Please resolve or I have to move to concern authority.

      1. I not got any call mail any intimation from Nalkheda branch for why they deducting 25000 monthly from my account?
      2. Not got the name of the person who is doing all this cheating process in my salary account from branch?

      4. Where is my loan account statement, with all payments and remaining if any?
      5. Reason of deducted 15000 and 10000 two times in same month even given in written on mail for deduction of 10000/-every month.
      6. why loan account statement not sent me by the person who deducting the amount from my account every month? Don't he thinks its his responsibility to maintain clear transaction? Why this things are happening like cheating process?
      7. I need the amount back in my account with interest and compensations from the oerson who is doing all this with the reason that why more then 10000 is deducted from my account?
      Don't even single person takes responsibilities to reply?

SBI branch is doing all this with own group employee, then I can imagine what these people were doing with illiterate formers. They need Commission/Agents/ Brokers for every transaction?

      I need the reply with my loan account statement with my total payments and remaining loan amount. For a ED Loan of 2Lac, I paid total 2Lac 60000 Rs. and still lien 10000/- How it comes? Interest is already paid by government.

      Only because this all unnecessary deduction of more then 10000, I made the loss and personal image in society as not able to meet the monthly expenses on time. Who will pay this losses? I need Compensations for that and don't deduct even a single peny from my account now!!!

        I have joined SBI Magnum Sector Funds Umbrella Contra Dividend with folio # 11445850 of Rs. 2000/- P.M. from September, 2008 till October, 2011 i.e 38 installments at SBI Nayeemnagar Branch (7166). As promised by the SBI officials the SIP's growth was not satisfactory which prompted to discontinue. Please let me know the status of the folio number and also how can I withdraw the same.           Sir,
          I, Nimai Baitalik is a customer of SBI branch, IIT, Kharagpur holding savings account no.[protected]. I deposited Rs. 4000/- on 24 Nov 12 by cash to the same branch. After that I leave the branch and checked the balance at the same branch ATM found cash deposited and leave the ATM after pressing of cancellation button. No transaction took place on that ATM by me. On 29 Nov 12 I went to nearby SBI ATM to withdrawn some amount from my account I found there is no sufficient balance. Immediately I checked the mini statement and found Rs. 7000/- has been withdrawn from my account and only Rs.345/- available. On the same day a written complain raised to the branch (SBI, IIT, Kharagpur) and request for the video footage also. The video footage shown by the bank says that the person stand behind me in the counter watching me while I was checking balance on 24 Nov 12. As per video footage the person withdrawn the amount (Rs. 7000/-) within 10-14 seconds after leaving the ATM counter by me. Till date the branch not given me any assurance to back my money as it is not withdrawn by me. The branch is not taken up the matter to the police till date. The chief branch manager (SBI, IIT, Kharagpur) told that it will take more time. So, you are requested to facilitate to recover my balance in my account as early as possible.

            Dear Sir,

            I am a customer of State Bank of India (Branch: Jankipuram, Lucknow | Branch Code: 10342)

            I visited my branch on 12th January 2012, for issuing two Demand Drafts which I needed for applying to two reputed colleges for admissions. The officer who was on the counter told me that he wouldn't issue the Demand Draft as it was a half day (Saturday).

            I revisited the branch on Monday, 14th January, 2012 for the same purpose and I was again denied service, this time the reason being shortage of staff, while for the 45 minutes I was waiting in the token queue, two of the branch staff were sitting together and chatting. I had to go to another branch of SBI and they issued me the drafts instantly.

            Another issue with this branch is that they have pasted posters and notices that proclaim to be 'circulars' issued by the State Bank of India. These 'circulars' say: Deposits of less than 10,000 to Non Home Branches/Other Branches will not be entertained. Customers are requested to visit J.K. Computers (Echo Grahak Seva Kendra). /It is a computer shop which charges money for cash transfers./ - Issued by State Bank of India.

            This is in serious violation to the Citizen Charter of SBI, and its key commitment to customers. Such practices will alienate customers who don't have large bank balances and large amount of cash from availing the banking facilities. If I have to send some money to my family or friend's account, either I have to make sure it is more that 10,000 or I have to pay to some Computer shop, as State Bank wont allow me to do so from its branches. Instead of issuing such circulars, the Bank can ask small customers like me to not open their accounts in SBI and also take back its tag 'Bankers to all Indians'. Because though I get to have an account I'm being denied basic banking services at your branch.

            My allegations can be verified by the CCTV footage if you keep them for records.

            I have also faced the same problem here in Delhi . Here almost all branches practices the same...
            Some branch even didn't accept non home cash what the hell is this...
            And no one is complaining...

              i have invested in the year 2005, 2006 in magnum tax gain schemes. i invested through my salary account with uti bank then. now i have changed my salary account to idbi bank. i wanted to redeem my investments in SBI MF. i submitted for change of bank details with a cancelled chq leaf of new bank i.e, idbi bank. but sbimf did not accept the same and rejected stating that a copy of the old bank chq also. is it not stupidity to ask for old bank chq copy??? my account with uti is closed automatically for being inoperative. i do not have chq leaf nor any statement now as they are more than 5 years old.

              I invested the same way in kotak mutual funds. i submitted change of bank details with the new chq leaf. they have accepted and processed the same. they were not stupid to ask for old bank details.
              why such harassessment by sbimf alone. what is the purpose of asking for old account statement., that too for a redemption of just less than Rs.50000/- ?????? it is simply irritating. why are the rules not the same????? what is amfi doing??? why can't they have same rules in all MFs????

                SBI — Reissued ATM Card is not working

                Respect sir/madam
                My old atm card was not working properly, that's why I reissued atm i got my atm. But when i use it a massage is appear in atm machine that "please correct pin no.". So is there possiblity that my password has change or other problem is created.
                Please solve this problem immediatly.

                i lost my 1st SBI ATM & applied for next 45 days back . In concerned bank they told u'll get d card with in 30 days . But till now i didn't receive my card . Even i asked in that branch . But they r not responding properly . Please do the need ful .

                        i opened my bank account in SBI Farrukhabad railway road branch branch code sbin0000638
                        at the time of opening the account i already submitted my Driving licence's xerox copy as address proof and PAN card's xerox copy as the id proof also i am having a joint account in the same branch.

                        also i have opened a demat account and submitted all the required docs in the november month and also got the letters from SBI Cap securities, it proves my PAN CARD and the address is ok with them .

                        my PPF account is also linked with the same account


                        Now they have stopped my account without any prior intimation.

                        I am a central government employee in tamil nadu, on there stupid act of stopping my account i am having very much difficulty i cant reach the branch in person before next three months.

                        How the important organization like bank can do these kind of activity that will cause the customer huge financial problem.

                        I cant reach the branch and in urgent need of functioning of that account.

                        I am "PRADIP KUMAR". I am also facing the same problem. They have stopped my account. If I am try to contact them on their landline number no one is picking the call. I am in somuch trouble.

                        I am also facing the same issue. Account is stopped. My relative is admitted in hospital and i need money very badly. It is very urgent condition. All my money is in my state bank of india account. My relative is very serious in condition. Doctor wants money for operation but i m not able to withdraw my own money from my account. Netbanking transactions saying account stopped plz contact branch. But tomorrow is 4th saturday all banks are closed and day after tomorrow is sunday. My relative will die if operation do not take place. Doctor has denied to take check or to take money on monday. I am in a very bad condition. Plz someone help me.

                        I am travelling in India now without any access to my own money. I am using my foreign accounts for all transactions with enormous fees. If I had an emergency, I would be in big trouble, which was the reason I had opened the account in the first place.

                        No one has picked my repeated calls to their branch phone number[protected] and the 1800 customer service simply directed me to contact the branch, without any additional help.

                        Are other Indian banks any better? Does anyone have a better bank suggestion to move my account to?

                        I am also facing same issue, as unable to transfer money to my Daughter SSY account. When contacted branch, they said need to resubmit application. I wonder, Already account opened and used for more than a year, now how can they ask another application. Also what guarantee that they not open another SSY account which may cause another problem, as its violation of SSY account rules.

                        Everyone should close all our accounts from SBI and choose private banks which will give best Service. Then only these so called large govt banks will get lesson!!! Waste bank SBI.!!!
                        SBI is good but their employees are worst, they don't have proper knowledge and also not cooperating with customers.

                        Even without resolution they are marking complains as resolved and when you are looking who stupid does this they are making us fool by saying as system generated.

                        Now a days all branches are linked over internet and we can submit KYC in any branch with our account number (saving/ppf etc). But still respective other branch / person / system is forcing to visit Home branch.

                        So overall "Worst Bank" from customer facility point especially "Employees".

                          For your question, combined 1.5 lakh is possible and not individual. Make sure you open the Minor PPF Account in your name or your wife name. Also individual 1.5 lakh is not possible.

I have already communicate to branch manager by the mobile phone but mr.                                 iam K.Dharmambal having SBI online internet banking account. I have received net banking user id and password kit from the bank and changed my user id and password. Now i have forgotten the pass word. I have user name and profile password with me. i have given the details in forgotten password and got the reply as i will get the same with in 10 days time. but now it is about 15 days, i have not received the same. when i approched the branch, they are saying you will have to pay Rs.50/- for getting the duplicate password and they says why you want to keep net banking A/c when you are unable to do that. kindly get me the pass word at the earliest. my transaction is held up.

                                    I have applied for housing loan at sbi peenya15 days back, I went to the branch and spoke to manager he said file has been sent to RACPC Banasawadi on 31st of Dec. yesterday i have enquired at brach, they said RACPC says it takes 15 to 20 days to check the papers, (because of more pending files)
                                    My agrement period ends on Feb & i planning to register the property on 1st week of Feb. Branch manager is good and friendly but he is on leave for 1 week.My vorry is After 20 days if RACPC does’t accept my papers i will be in trouble.
                                    What should i do ? Shall i take the papers back & apply with other faster processing banks ?

                                    I, Ravi Chandak went to SBI Loan mela held in the month of Jan’09 here at Vizianagaram. I was told to come to SBI Fort Branch, Vizianagaram & meet the Field Officer “Mr. Venugopal”. I did so as I wanted SBI to take over my existing Home Loan with ICICI Bank. I met Mr Venugopal several times. Every time I went to meet him he gave me excuse that he is busy with some other work. Today he clearly told me that he cannot process my loan as he was busy with Tata Nano bookings & other jobs. I want to complain against him. I had already spend Rs. 4100/- for the take over process. The details of which are given below:

                                    Stamping charges : 1300
                                    Legal opinion : 1200
                                    Valuation : 800
                                    EC for last 25 yrs : 400
                                    Document chgs : 400 (For every month outstanding statement charges)
                                    TOTAL 4100

                                    More over I have taken 3 unplanned leaves from my office for which my salary was deducted for the above mentioned 3 days. Now if I don’t get the loan My entire efforts, time & amount of Rs.4100 is drained out. Iam have all the documents with me perfectly, despite of this if I don’t get loan then I am forced to file a compliant against the Field officer “Venugopal”. He also told me to open an saving bank account in his branch for the purpose of home loan.
                                    My new Saving Bank Account No. in SBI, Fort Branch, Vizianagaram is [protected].

                                    I beg the higher official to take action against “Venugopal” who is irresponsible officer. If he was not interested in giving me the loan, he should have told me on the first day itself in the month of Jan’09, when I met him for the first time.

                                    We are very much astonished to receive our HOME LOAN application dated 22/06/2009 back on 9/09/2009 after a long period of two and half months, we do not understand how suddenly you have returned our application. Whereas you have kept us under darkness for long period. In this regards kindly refer to our letters dated 14/7/2009/and dated 8/8/2009.We have not received any reply or any type of communication for this two letters from your bank. We have been kept informing verbally and over the phone all the times whenever we have approached to you that your home loan will be sanctioned next week or within 10 days or it is under processing and you have been asking for some sort of documents every time. You have never told us verbally or inform us in writing during the period of two and half months.
                                    When we have last approached to you on 28/08/2009 to pull out our application and asked for returning our documents at that time also you have just given another promise to sanction within 5 days time.
                                    We are aware that sanctioning of home loan is entirely at your discretion and we cannot put any pressure on you. But it doesn’t mean that customer should be put under unnecessary harassment, in convinces and mental tortures. And this is what we have received from your bank during period of two and half months.
                                    We want to bring to your kind notice that we are resident of Bangalore for more than 22years. We have already received home loan and many loan from our bankers and all the loans were cleared much before the due dates that is as on 18/05/2007 no loan was outstanding as of today for which we have already submitted NO DUE CEATIFICATE from our bankers to you and we were never a defaulter. When the CIBIL REPORT question rise to us on 28/08/2009 by your officer MR OMPRAKASH. We have immediately taken up the matter with our banker regarding the CIBIL report clearance & started the process. Suddenly we received our documents through courier in a very bad condition; many papers are still missing from documents send to us.



                                    Please note that we have incurred the following expense during the period of 2.5 Months:
                                    • Processing fees : 1500/-
                                    • I.T. Verification : 500/-
                                    • Transportation
                                    For my several visits: 1500/-
                                    • Other Expenses : 1000/-
                                    Could you please tell me who will bare all these expenses?
                                    During the inspection the attitude of your officer was not good, & we do not know what he expected from us, if he is not satisfied with our explanation he can always report against us but has no power to misbehave with us. We were really shocked to answer the silly questions which were asked to us to prove your husband/wife relationship. when we had given copy of husband/wife both passport he says that we have to send your passport for police verification, he has also taken 3 appointments to verify physically whether my son is working with the company or not. But all the times he has not kept the appointment promise and never visited sons (Dipel shah) office & he had to face problem in his office, Finally we have observed that he is very immature person and not capable of handling this department, this is really very shameful that the one of the most reputed bank SBI, whom the customer trusts the most, has such a incapable officers who does not know how to behave with the customers & total negligence regarding the work.
                                    We request you to kindly see that this type story should not be repeated to any other customer. We regret to write that we are not at all happy the way the concern officer has handled our case.

                                    Recently I had applied for Home loan, I am really unhappy with the following issue& service.

                                    1. Nobody in the panel is ready to discuss & explain about the Loan details, Getting always a third graded treatment. This is case in Chennai regional office at Mount road.

                                    2. No proper guideness.( as if load is given free of cost)

                                    3. I would like to pin piont a staff called Mr.Prem Kumar ( Asst manager- Disbursement), because of his lack of interest and mis-guideing habit ( even if we personally meet) we have wasted lot of time and money and made us to run from banglore to chennai for no issue.( He is not ready to speak).

                                    4. If Bank feels that they cannot meet every one, they should maintain some standard template so that atleat we get some clarity or some central presentation by officials.

                                    5. Evey day we get some surprise answers from the SBI officials.

                                    6. I fell SBI must concentrate on the customer service instead of mis handling.

                                    7. After getting the loan, they dropped 4 post dated cheques together so that it will get bounced.

                                    I and my Wife joined apply home loan via Rajaplayam SBI and processing going on two months in Madurai housing loan section. The loan sanctioned order sent to my a/c holding branch SBI SRIVILLIPUTTUR

And saw the field officer at that time he said” I am busy so you will come before three days “. I saw the field officer at that day he hands over this loan process to Marketing officer.                                     BUT THE B.M. & DELING OFFICER NOT RESPONS TO ME. I HAD SUBMITED ALL
                                    DOCUMENT IN BRANCH. BM SAY - YOU CAME AFTER MAY OR JUNE 14. I DESMENTAL
                                    MY HOUSE. I WANT TO EARLY TO EARLY LOAN .I GO TO BRANCH 20-30 TIMES. BUT NO RESPONCE.
                                    I have applied a home loan in SBI (NCRB Branch) with complete verified docs but after taking 1 month and approx 10 days they refused to provide me home loan with words that property does not follow the JDA norms where as my neighbouring flat is being financed by SBI itself. Don't know, how the norms are different for me and my neighbour at same building and same floor?
                                    Because of this delay, I have to pay an interest of Rs 33k to the builder and SBI has also presented my processing amount cheque of Rs 6500/- and has not refunded it even after my return application to them as already 15-18 days passed.
                                    Would request your intervention for my refunds (processing fee & interest) and enquiry that how JDA norms differ for me & my neighbour.

                                    As per the rule of your home loan I must have to take Insurance of the home on which you gave the loan, and I paid 6230 as insurance amount, its one time premium and its life time insurance. you can see that in the photo.

                                    Then after see the second photo, you had credited Rs 7200 two times as the premium of insurance. and its wrong credited by you. I visited so many time in songadh branch for the same issue, I met with Mr Piyush Desai who is taking care of loan department in songadh branch, he told me that its not my responsibility, and said meet Mr Tarpan who is taking care of loan department in Navsari Branch. As I was facing lots of problem I talk with Mr Tarpan and he said me that I want E-Mail from songadh branch and then after I can solve the problem. The same thing I told to Mr Piyush and said him to send the E-Mail to navasari branch.

                                    And from last 5 months Mr Piyush is saying that I already sent the E-mail to Mr Tarpan. And Mr Tarpan is saying that still i didn't get mail from Mr Piyush.

                                    So, now I want to know what I have to do, to overcome from this Issue. and who will give me proper answer regarding this problem.

                                    Subject:- False Commitment by the Bank Authorities in regard SBI-LIFE SURAKSHA against my house loan account no.[protected] of Rs. 5.00Lac.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I the undersigned continued adhered farmer SBOP, now SBI since last 8-9 years for housing loan and paying regularly all the instalment without any leakage.

                                    My first loan had been transferred from ICICI -bank to SBOP, Court Branch, Patiala during the year 2009 an amount Rs. 2.03 Lac. due to credibility of fare house loan dealing without hidden charges, since the period of 2012 I have expanded further my loan amt. of Rs. 5.0Lac for construction of 1st. floor, In this subject all the processing of expansion of loan done at the loan branch were situated at near Petrol-Pump urban -estate Phase-II, Patiala under the supervision a Senior Bank Official Mr. Hardeep Singh, he added my wife name( Nidhi Rastogi) as a co-partner for payment of loan in case any misshaping to get instalment as proportionally and get a sign of myself along with her in a SBI POLICY letter as asking us that the purpose is bank own interest, you should not worry about this policy, neither you may charge for any amt. nor you pay any single penny as an instalment and also imposed us loan re-payment tenure period 15 years but I was insisted for 10 years..

                                    Now, after 5 years, I just check my pass book of auto debit instalment during the Aug-17, I stunned that an amt. of Rs.4900/- & Rs.1912/- have been deducted for insurance payment without my knowledge, when I confirmed officially, then they told us that an insurance policy ( SBI SURAKSHA) is adjoined in your loan a/c .I was surprised hence no such commitment assured by Mr. Hardeep Singh to pay any amount for insurance. Policy, how this amt. can be charged me by the banks authorities .

                                    Further I consulted from Pragati Bhawan banks official, they advised me, If you would have not been continued this policy then surrender it, but you have to pay policy amount of Rs. 1.0 lac, otherwise Rs. 1912/- you will be charged for next 10 years from your account.

                                    Respected sir, the above totally false and mis commitment made by Hardeep Singh a senior bank official when he was well aware that I am private company (FMGIL-B.RARH) employee and can’t pay instalment more than 6- 7 thousand, at present I can’t afford such type penalty amount of Rs.1912/-PM except my loan instalment of Rs.6500/-, now I am 58 years old and going to retire in coming months, there is no other source of income to pay the such insurance instalment for a long period for that reasons which has not committed by me, this is only caused

                                    of false clause imposed by your banks senior official without my knowledge, I once again request to you that I am not able to pay the above insurance instalment for a period of 10 years and also not a surrender value amount of Rs. 1.0 lac like a penalty, which is based on wrong clause added by previous SBOP authorities without any guidance .

                                    I will be appreciate if look the matter with reasons and favored me.

                                    Therefore, my respective Sir, if you feel some respect your esteemed & prominent Organization, kindly treat my matter fairly to understand my problem that your mistake is running on financial point of views hence i am going to retire from my job shortly and no other sources of income to bear it .

                                      I stay in Pune (B T Kawde Road). When I extracted a mini statement, I came to Know on 26/12/12, Rs.40000/- has been Withdrawn. To my surprise, I have not withdrawn such amount on such dates. The card always remains with me securely and I do not hand over my card to anybody else.

                                      I went to Bank and came to Know This amount has been withdrawn from Axis Bank ATM, Delhi. I requested to register complain, but bank refused register a complain.

                                      Please guide for taking further steps, and getting my money reimbursed

                                        total 5 transaction were made of Rs.79,777.04Rs at France through my credit card number [protected] on 28/12/2012 and i had immediately reported that to SBI helpline and blocked the card and even i tried to registered compliant to CYBER POLICE STATION BKC bandra. Mumbai. But BKC police has just taken the application and forwarded it to Samta Nagar Police Station. I have been following up with the SBI for the same but they are saying until the merchant doesn't claim they cant do anything. The fraud has been done and they should act accordingly they are just try to following the normal process is not good.

                                        i have filled up the all the formalities like dispute form and mail reply to SBI please you take up with them.
